Teacher innovation is closely related to the improvement of basic education quality, and the cultivation of innovative talent for the nation. However, few studies have employed the causes of teacher innovation from the perspective of intrinsic motivation. To explore the factors and mechanisms affecting teacher innovation, we surveyed 421 middle school teachers to investigate the mediating roles of organizational identification and work engagement in the relationship between career calling and teacher innovation. The results indicate that career calling has a significantly positive impact on teacher innovation and that both organizational identification and work engagement mediate the effect of career calling on teacher innovation. Moreover, organizational identification and work engagement act as chain mediators in the relationship between career calling and teacher innovation. Therefore, to promote teacher innovation in middle school, it is important to emphasize the sense of calling, organizational identification, and work engagement. Practical implications for how to promote teacher innovation are also discussed. In recent years, extensive reports have been published concerning the molecular mechanism underlying the occurrence and progression of colorectal cancer. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been identified as important modulators in the biological processes of colorectal cancer. Microarray analysis unveiled that differential circ‐0004277 expression was identified in tissue samples of colorectal cancer. High circ‐0004277 expression was then verified in tissue samples and cell lines of colorectal cancer via qRT‐PCR. Kaplan–Meier analysis was used for identifying the association between circ‐0004277 expression and the overall survival rate of colorectal cancer patients. A relationship existed between higher circ‐0004277 expression and decreased overall survival rate of colorectal cancer patients. From a functional perspective, circ‐0004277 knockdown accelerated cell apoptosis and restrained cell proliferation of colorectal cancer. From mechanistic perspective, circ‐0004277 upregulated PTMA by sponging miR‐512‐5p. Rescue assay was used for verifying the roles of the circ‐0004277‐miR‐512‐5p‐PTMA axis. Both miR‐512‐5p and PTMA participated in circ‐0004277‐mediated colorectal cancer cell proliferation based on experiments. In summary, our study showed that circ‐0004277 promoted the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells as a miR‐512‐5p sponge to upregulate the PTMA expression. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Examining medical supply–demand imbalances, as revealed through patients' cross-boundary treatment behaviors, is vital for reducing a metropolitan area's medical supply–demand gap and furthering sustainable development goals. This study, leveraging medical supply–demand and commuting data, scrutinizes medical imbalances in the Wuhan metropolitan area core. It includes a 'People-centered' theory for elucidating patients' treatment behaviors, proposes a method for constructing a regional medical supply–demand network, and explores the problem of supply–demand imbalance. The key findings include: (1) Wuhan's central area, despite its abundance of quality medical resources, fails to adequately cover the entire metropolitan area, indicating a need for broader resource distribution. (2) The Ezhou–Huangshi–Huanggang junction shows a stark contrast to Wuhan with its limited medical services and extensive hinterland connections. Future initiatives should aim to integrate resources dispersed from Wuhan, reducing regional disparities. (3) The city's periphery, influenced by resource distribution models and geographic distance, exhibits significant variance from central urban areas in medical supply–demand connectivity, particularly around Wuhan's eastern administrative boundaries. Future urban planning is needed to reinforce this area's role as a vital medical services conduit. (4) The distinguishing differences among the nine medical service communities in terms of resource recognition, service sharing, and patient mobility provide policy guidance for the allocation of medical resources. Urban agglomeration is an essential spatial support for the urbanization strategies of emerging economies, including China, especially in the era of mediatization. From a hybrid space perspective, this paper invites TikTok cross-city check-in records to empirically investigate the vertical and flattened distribution characteristics of check-in networks of China's three major urban agglomerations by the hierarchical property, community scale, and node centrality. The result shows that (1) average check-in flow in the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and Pearl River Delta network decreases in descending order, forming a Z-shaped, single-point radial, and N-shaped structure, respectively. (2) All three urban agglomerations exhibit a nexus community structure with the regional high-flow cities as the core and the surrounding cities as the coordinator. (3) Geographically proximate or recreation-resource cities have a high degree of hybrid spatial accessibility, highlighting their nexus role. Finally, the article further discusses the flattened evolutionary structure of the check-in network and proposes policy recommendations for optimizing check-in networks at both the digital and geospatial levels. The study gains from the lack of network relationship perspective in the study of location-based social media and provides a novel research method and theoretical support for urban agglomeration integration in the context of urban mediatization. With the development and promotion of remanufacturing, remanufactured products have gradually become popular. And the production of remanufactured products cannot be separated from the support of remanufacturing technology. However, it is not clear whether the implementation of remanufacturing technological innovation can benefit enterprises. Moreover, the evidence from industry practice shows that the power structure has a substantial influence on the decision-making behavior of enterprises. Therefore, we combined remanufacturing technological innovation and three power structures and constructed six models to analyze the effects of remanufacturing technological innovation and power structures on supply chain decisions in the competitive environment of new and remanufactured products. The results show that under a certain power structure, remanufacturing technological innovation can make supply chain members obtain higher profits. In the case of remanufacturing technological innovation, there is less investment in remanufacturing technological innovation under the manufacturer-led structure. At this time, when consumers are not sufficiently sensitive to remanufacturing technological innovation, the manufacturer will try to dominate as much as possible in pursuit of their interests. However, the supply chain system profit and social welfare under the manufacturer-led structure are not dominant. The Vertical Nash structure is more beneficial to the system profit and social welfare under this condition. When consumers are sufficiently sensitive to remanufacturing technological innovation, member profits, system profit, and social welfare can benefit from the retailer-led structure. In addition, changes in consumers' sensitivity to remanufacturing technological innovation will not affect the retailer's pursuit of more profits. The retailer-led is always the best choice for the retailer. This research result fills in the blank of the impact of remanufacturing technological innovation on supply chain decision-making in the competitive environment of new products and remanufactured products and can provide decision-making references for manufacturers, remanufacturers, retailers, and the government.
