Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is an autoimmune connective tissue disease with skin fibrosis being the first and most common manifestation. Patients with SSc have a higher risk of developing malignant tumors than the general population. However, the sequence and underlying mechanisms linking SSc to malignancy remain controversial. This article presents the case of a 59-year-old woman who was diagnosed with SSc after developing skin fibrosis during neoadjuvant therapy for breast cancer. Despite aggressive antitumor treatments, including targeted therapy, SSc did not improve and progressed rapidly with increasing dermatofibrosis. Remarkably, the SSc entered remission following the cessation of antitumor therapy. Additionally, we reviewed the literature on SSc and malignant tumors, examined their relationship, and discussed key points regarding their identification and potential for adverse drug reactions. The Yuan River Basin in Hunan Province, known for its rich history and cultural heritage, is home to traditional village landscapes characterized by distinct cultural genes and regional features. This study focuses on 21 traditional villages in Xupu County, Huaihua, and develops four types of traditional village landscape cultural genome atlases at three hierarchical levels: individual villages, multiple villages, and a specific research area. These atlases include genetic linkage maps, spatial sequence maps, distribution pattern maps, and geographical pattern maps. Using Yangquepo in Zhumucun Village as a case study, we constructed a genetic linkage map for the landscape cultural genome of a single traditional village, based on the arrangement structure of courtyard layouts. Spatial sequence maps were derived from the overall spatial configuration, while distribution pattern maps and geographical pattern maps for the 21 villages were developed using kernel density analysis in ArcGIS 10.8 software. The results reveal that traditional village landscapes in the region possess a diverse cultural genome, marked by distinct regional characteristics and spatial organization patterns. Agriculture modernization is a continuous process of reorganization of agriculture's production factors, preceded and led by industrialization and urbanization. The centerpiece of this process is to achieve a dynamic balance between the incomes of agricultural laborers and non-agricultural workers. It is necessary for China to lower the percentage of agricultural workers to such a level so that a suitable production scale can be achieved. The future model for Chinese agricultural modernization should be suitable production scale one that acknowledges the importance of the productivity of land and labor with the basis of family business. To further progress, systematic design at the highest levels must be re-constructed so that the push for modernization from industrialization and urbanization could trickle down to reorganizing agriculture' s production factors,and remodeling of agriculture's micro-foundations,building an exit mechanism for agricultural laborers [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
