Fully annealed Zr60700 alloy plates with a thickness of 15 mm were rolled at 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, and 75% thickness reductions, and the rolling paths were unidirectional rolling (UR) and cross-rolling (CR), respectively. Electron back-scatter diffraction (EBSD) experiments revealed that the texture developed gradually towards the basal texture with increased thickness reduction. Severe orientation hardening enhanced the deformation resistance of the CR sample, resulting in a higher grain size than the UR sample. The plastic deformation during the rolling process was dominated by dislocation slip. The results of the prediction based on the Schmid factor (SF) and the calculation based on the in-grain misorientation axis (IGMA) showed that the prismatic slip was the primary deformation mode in the early stages of the UR and CR processes. With the increase in thickness reduction, the basal and pyramidal slip played an increasingly important role. Compared with the UR process, the CR process was more accessible to activate the basal slip and more conducive to forming the basal texture. Mechanical tests showed that the CR samples exhibited higher isotropy than the as-received and UR samples.

ABSTRACT Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the most common nosocomial pathogens worldwide, known for its virulence, drug resistance, and elaborate sensor-response network. The primary challenge encountered by pathogens during the initial stages of infection is the immune clearance arising from the host. The resident macrophages of barrier organs serve as the frontline defense against these pathogens. Central to our understanding is the mechanism by which bacteria modify their behavior to circumvent macrophage-mediated clearance, ensuring their persistence and colonization. To successfully evade macrophage-mediated phagocytosis, bacteria must possess an adaptive response mechanism. Two-component systems provide bacteria the agility to navigate diverse environmental challenges, translating external stimuli into cellular adaptive responses. Here, we report that the well-documented histidine kinase, LadS, coupled to a cognate two-component response regulator, PA0034, governs the expression of a vital adhesin called chaperone-usher pathway pilus cupA. The LadS/PA0034 system is susceptible to interference from the reactive oxygen species likely to be produced by macrophages and further lead to a poor adhesive phenotype with scantily cupA pilus, impairing the phagocytosis efficiency of macrophages during acute infection. This dynamic underscores the intriguing interplay: as macrophages deploy reactive oxygen species to combat bacterial invasion, the bacteria recalibrate their exterior to elude these defenses.IMPORTANCEThe notoriety of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is underscored by its virulence, drug resistance, and elaborate sensor-response network. Yet, the mechanisms by which P. aeruginosa maneuvers to escape phagocytosis during acute infections remain elusive. This study pinpoints a two-component response regulator, PA0034, coupled with the histidine kinase LadS, and responds to macrophage-derived reactive oxygen species. The macrophage-derived reactive oxygen species can impair the LadS/PA0034 system, resulting in reduced expression of cupA pilus in the exterior of P. aeruginosa. Since the cupA pilus is an important adhesin of P. aeruginosa, its deficiency reduces bacterial adhesion and changes their behavior to adopt a planktonic lifestyle, subsequently inhibiting the phagocytosis of macrophages by interfering with bacterial adhesion. Briefly, reactive oxygen species may act as environmental cues for the LadS/PA0034 system. Upon recognition, P. aeruginosa may transition to a poorly adhesive state, efficiently avoiding engulfment by macrophages.

Introduction: DNA-binding with one finger (Dof) transcription factors (TFs) are a unique family of TFs found in higher plants that regulate plant responses to light, hormones, and abiotic stresses. The specific involvement of Dof genes in the response to environmental stresses remains unknown in D. huoshanense.Methods: A total of 22 Dof family genes were identified from the D. huoshanense genome.Results: Chromosome location analysis showed that DhDof genes were distributed on 12 chromosomes, with the largest number of Dof genes located on chromosome 8. The phylogenetic tree revealed that DhDofs could be categorized into 11 distinct subgroups. In addition to the common groups, DhDof4, DhDof5, DhDof17, and the AtDof1.4 ortholog were clustered into the B3 subgroup. Group E was a newly identified branch, among which DhDof6, DhDof7, DhDof8, and DhDof9 were in an independent branch. The conserved motifs and gene structure revealed the differences in motif number and composition of DhDofs. The dof domain near the N-terminus was highly conserved and contained a C2-C2-type zinc finger structure linked with four cysteines. Microsynteny and interspecies collinearity revealed gene duplication events and phylogenetic tree among DhDofs. Large-scale gene duplication had not occurred among the DhDofs genes and only in one pair of genes on chromosome 13. Synteny blocks were found more often between D. huoshanense and its relatives and less often between Oryza sativa and Arabidopsis thaliana. Selection pressure analysis indicated that DhDof genes were subject to purifying selection. Expression profiles and correlation analyses revealed that the Dof gene under hormone treatments showed several different expression patterns. DhDof20 and DhDof21 had the highest expression levels and were co-expressed under MeJA induction. The cis-acting element analysis revealed that each DhDof had several regulatory elements involved in plant growth as well as abiotic stresses. qRT-PCR analysis demonstrated that DhDof2 was the main ABA-responsive gene and DhDof7 was the main cold stress-related gene. IAA suppressed the expression of some Dof candidates, and SA inhibited most of the candidate genes.Discussion: Our results may provide new insights for the further investigation of the Dof genes and the screening of the core stress-resistance genes.

Abstract Background Several fusion tags for separation handle have been developed, but the fused tag for simply and cheaply separating the target protein is still lacking. Results Separation conditions for the human annexin A1 (hanA1) tagged emerald green fluorescent protein (EmGFP) in Escherichia coli were optimized via precipitation with calcium chloride (CaCl2) and resolubilization with ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA-Na2). The HanA1-EmGFP absorbing with other three affinity matrix was detected, only it was strongly bound to heparin Sepharose. The separation efficiency of the HanA1-EmGFP was comparable with purification efficiency of the His6-tagged HanA1-EmGFP via metal ion affinity chromatography. Three fluorescent proteins for the EmGFP, mCherry red fluorescent protein and flavin-binding cyan-green fluorescent protein LOV from Chlamydomonas reinhardtii were used for naked-eye detection of the separation and purification processes, and two colored proteins including a red protein for a Vitreoscilla hemoglobin (Vhb), and a brown protein for maize sirohydrochlorin ferrochelatase (mSF) were used for visualizing the separation process. The added EDTA-Na2 disrupted the Fe–S cluster in the mSF, but it showed little impact on heme in Vhb. Conclusions The selected five colored proteins were efficient for detecting the applicability of the highly selective hanA1 for fusion separation and purification handle. The fused hanA1 tag will be potentially used for simple and cheap affinity separation of the target proteins in industry and diagnosis.

Surfaces play a key role during ferroelastic switching and define the interactions of materials with ionic species and biological systems. Here, we perform molecular dynamics simulations and identify ridges and valleys with rounded singularities around the intersections between twin walls and surfaces. Two dominant length scales stem from the elastic bending of the surface layer (>30 lattice units) and local atomic reshuffles (some five lattice units). For static twin walls, which do not shift laterally under external stress, the intrinsic change in Young’s modulus involves softening near valleys and hardening near ridges. The boundary-induced changes in the surface Young’s modulus are of the order of 0.7%.

Abstract Background Sperm, during epididymal transit, acquires microRNAs(miRNAs), which are crucial for embryonic development. However, whether sperm miRNAs influenced by an obstructive epididymal environment affect embryonic development remains unknown. Method The sham operation and vasectomy were performed in C57BL/6 J mice to create the control group (CON) and the obstructive epididymal environment group(OEE) group, respectively. The morphology of the testis and epididymis was observed using hematoxylin and eosin staining (HE staining) to establish the OEE mice model. The sperm quality test, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and epididymosomes fusion were employed to observe the effect of the obstructive epididymal environment on sperm and resultant embryonic development. The alteration of the sperm small RNA (sRNA) profile was analyzed by sRNA sequencing. RT-qPCR and DNA methylation were applied to observe the effect of obstructive epididymis on the expression of sperm miRNAs. The miRNAs microinjection was used to explore the impacts of sperm miRNAs on embryonic development. Results We confirmed postoperative 8-week mice as the OEE mice model by examining the morphology of the testis and epididymis. In the OEE group, we observed that sperm quality degraded and the development potential of embryos was reduced, which can be saved by the normal epididymal environment. The sperm sRNA sequencing revealed that the expression of the developmental miR-17–92 cluster and the Sfmbt2 miRNA cluster was downregulated in the OEE group. The expression of these two miRNA clusters in epididymis was also downregulated and regulated by DNA methylation. However, the downregulation of either the miR-17–92 cluster or the Sfmbt2 miRNA cluster in normal zygotes did not impair embryonic development. Conclusion The obstructive epididymal environment influences sperm quality and resultant embryonic development, as well as the abundance of the developmental miR-17–92 cluster and the Sfmbt2 miRNA cluster in sperm, but these miRNA clusters are not the cause of abnormal embryonic development. It implies that epididymis is important in early embryonic development and may play a potential role in sperm epigenome.

IntroductionAlkaloids are one of the main medicinal components of Dendrobium species. Dendrobium alkaloids are mainly composed of terpene alkaloids. Jasmonic acid (JA) induce the biosynthesis of such alkaloids, mainly by enhancing the expression of JA-responsive genes to increase plant resistance and increase the content of alkaloids. Many JA-responsive genes are the target genes of bHLH transcription factors (TFs), especially the MYC2 transcription factor.MethodsIn this study, the differentially expressed genes involved in the JA signaling pathway were screened out from Dendrobium huoshanense using comparative transcriptomics approaches, revealing the critical roles of basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) family, particularly the MYC2 subfamily.Results and discussionMicrosynteny-based comparative genomics demonstrated that whole genome duplication (WGD) and segmental duplication events drove bHLH genes expansion and functional divergence. Tandem duplication accelerated the generation of bHLH paralogs. Multiple sequence alignments showed that all bHLH proteins included bHLH-zip and ACT-like conserved domains. The MYC2 subfamily had a typical bHLH-MYC_N domain. The phylogenetic tree revealed the classification and putative roles of bHLHs. The analysis of cis-acting elements revealed that promoter of the majority of bHLH genes contain multiple regulatory elements relevant to light response, hormone responses, and abiotic stresses, and the bHLH genes could be activated by binding these elements. The expression profiling and qRT-PCR results indicated that bHLH subgroups IIIe and IIId may have an antagonistic role in JA-mediated expression of stress-related genes. DhbHLH20 and DhbHLH21 were considered to be the positive regulators in the early response of JA signaling, while DhbHLH24 and DhbHLH25 might be the negative regulators. Our findings may provide a practical reference for the functional study of DhbHLH genes and the regulation of secondary metabolites.

This study explored the effects of Ustilago esculenta inoculation on physiological responses (activities of defense and antioxidant enzymes) and chitinase gene expression in male Zizania latifolia “jiaobai” (without U. esculenta infection, with no galls, but normal flowering). Male jiaobai seedlings were injected at the five-leaf stage with U. esculenta suspension, and the impact on transcription of several genes encoding enzymes was examined. Compared with controls, expression of most enzymes was significantly different at 3 or 12 hours postinjection, and most ZlChi genes were involved in the response to U. esculenta inoculation. Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction results showed that U. esculenta was present in the roots of male jiaobai inoculated with U. esculenta at the shoot tips. Paraffin sections revealed many fungal hyphae in the roots at 15 d after inoculation, but few in controls. The results provide a basis for further study of the responses of male Z. latifolia to U. esculenta infection.

Thermal treatment of lipids rich in fatty acids contributes to the formation of lipid oxidation products (LOPs), which have potentially harmful effects on human health. This study included soybean oil (SO), palm oil (PO), olive oil (OO), and lard oil (LO) as the research objects, with an aim to investigate the impact of heating temperature and fatty acid type on the generation of LOPs (α-dicarbonyl compounds, malondialdehyde (MDA), α,β-unsaturated aldehydes, and 16 volatile aldehydes). Results showed that LOPs increased significantly (p < 0.05) with the increase in temperature (100 ~ 200°C). Furthermore, the amount of 2,3-butanedione (159.53 μg/g), MDA (3.15 μg/g), 4-hydroxy-hexenal (3.03 μg/g), 2-butenal (292.18%), 2-pentenal (102.26%), hexanal (898.72%), and 2,4-heptadienal (E, E) (2182.05%) were more at 200°C in SO rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) than other oils. Results from heat map analysis indicated that the 2, 4-heptadienal, and glyoxal related to the myristic acid of oil. Moreover, the MDA was in close association with PUFAs. Based on the effect of temperature and fatty acid type on the generation of LOPs, this study could serve as a control method to reduce harmful LOPs.

Abstract Background The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of patient body mass index (BMI) and estimated creatinine clearance (CrCl) on serum vancomycin concentrations to define a possible optimal dosage regimen in overweight patients based on data obtained during therapeutic drug monitoring. Methods This retrospective study used data collected from January 2017 to January 2019. Adult patients (n = 204) received vancomycin treatment at a dose of 1000 mg every 12 h and underwent serum monitoring. Data collected included patient disease category, sex, age, height, weight, vancomycin concentrations, and serum creatinine. The CrCl values were estimated using the Cockcroft-Gault formula. Searchable encryption is a promising technique that allows cloud service provider return the interested files to the user, even if the shared files are encrypted. However, once encrypted data is uploaded to the cloud, the data owner loses the physical control of the data; the cloud service provider may face the problem of duplicate data occupying the storage space; how can the data user obtain the legal access rights? Therefore, data integrity detection, data deduplication and reasonable access authorization become the focus of attention. To address these problems, we propose a novel verifiable attribute-based keyword search over encrypted data supporting data deduplication. In the scheme, attribute-based encryption is introduced to achieve effective access authorization based on its one-to-many advantage, as well data confidentiality. A data label of each shared file is generated to finish data deduplication, while the third-party auditor and hash function are adopted to ensure data integrity, including ciphertext, plaintext and symmetric key. Moreover, in order to solve the problem of high computational load caused by attribute-based encryption, outsourcing decryption is used to optimize the scheme. The formal security analysis shows that our scheme can implement fine-grained authorization to search and realize indistinguishable keywords, unforgeability of signatures and confidentiality of ciphertexts. Meanwhile, the results of the experiment reveal that our scheme has a low band-width communication, storage and computability.

With the continuous increase of carbon emissions and the deterioration of environment, governments have passed various laws and regulations to force enterprises to take carbon emission abatement measures. As one of the regulations, carbon tax plays an important and positive role in environmental protection. For enterprises, the allocation of carbon emission abatement is a common means to promote emission reduction. In this paper, under the uncertain market demand, the option contract is adopted to study the retailer's optimal retail price and order quantity, as well as the manufacturer's optimal ratio of total carbon emission abatement and production quantity under the carbon tax. In addition, We analyze the optimal decisions and expected profits of supply chain members with respect to the carbon tax, total carbon emission abatement and option prices by analytical and numerical study, and find that (1) when the carbon tax increases, the optimal ratio of total carbon emission abatement and the optimal retail price increase, while the optimal order and production quantity decrease, which is contrary to the situation of the total carbon emission abatement; (2) when the option prices increase, the optimal retail price increases while the ratio of total carbon emission abatement and the optimal order and production quantity decrease; (3) the expected profits of the manufacturer and retailer show the same trend with the increase of carbon tax and total carbon emission abatement, while have the opposite trend with the increase of option prices.

Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), which display a tumor-supportive M2 phenotype, are closely related to tumor growth and metastasis. The reprogramming of TAMs toward a tumoricidal M1 profile has emerged as an attractive strategy for cancer immunotherapy. In this study, we found that the intratumoral injection of PcrV protein, a component of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa type 3 secretion system, suppressed tumor growth and increased apoptosis, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression, and the percentage of M1-polarized TAMs in tumor tissues. Furthermore, the intratumoral injection of PcrV-primed macrophages exerted a similar tumoricidal effect. In vitro analyses revealed that PcrV reeducated TAMs toward an antitumoral M1 phenotype and augmented their nitric oxide (NO)-mediated cytotoxicity against cancer cells. Mechanistically, we found that these effects were dependent on the activation of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88)-mediated regulation of a PI3K/AKT/mTOR-glycolysis-NO feedback loop via direct interaction with TLR4. Collectively, these results revealed a potential role for PcrV in cancer immunotherapy through the targeting of TAM plasticity.

The preparation of fried meat products is prone to the formation of large amounts of heterocyclic amines (HCAs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and trans fatty acids (TFAs), which are potential risks to human health. Spices contain natural antioxidants that can inhibit the oxidation of fats and oils and the formation of hazardous substances. In this experiment, the effect of adding different levels (0.25%, 0.75%, 1.25%) of ginger or rosemary during meatball preparation on the formation of HCAs, PAHs and TFAs in fried pork balls was investigated. The results showed that the addition of ginger and rosemary reduced the content of HCAs in fried pork balls compared to the control group (no added spices). The inhibition of total HCAs was 63% when 0.25% ginger was added, while the total HCA content was reduced to 59% when 0.25% rosemary was added. The addition of 0.25% and 0.75% rosemary reduced the PAH content in fried pork balls by 30% and 35%. In addition, ginger and rosemary showed significant inhibition of C20:1 11t in TFAs, with a maximum inhibition rate of 40%. Therefore, adding appropriate levels of ginger or rosemary to fried pork balls could simultaneously inhibit the formation of HCAs, PAHs, and TFAs.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms employ a variety of strategies to hijack the host immune defense system to achieve chronic infection. However, the bacterial components that are involved in this process are not yet fully understood. PcrV, a needle tip protein of the P. aeruginosa type III secretion system (T3SS), was downregulated during P. aeruginosa biofilm infection. The impaired expression of the P. aeruginosa pcrV gene is associated with attenuated immune activation and an increased percentage of M2 macrophages following P. aeruginosa biofilm infection. Treatment with exogenous PcrV produced from Escherichia coli elevated tissue inflammation and the percentage of M1 macrophages, resulting in reduction in the biofilm burden. Further analyses demonstrated that the potential of PcrV to induce classically activated M1 macrophages as evidenced by the increased production of proinflammatory cytokines and anti-bacterial mediators, including inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and reactive oxygen species (ROS), as well as increased phagocytosis of bacteria. Mechanistically, PcrV-mediated promotion of macrophage M1 polarization and phagocytosis occurs through the activation of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) and NF-κB signaling pathways. Collectively, these findings reveal a potential role of PcrV in skewing host immune defense to promote P. aeruginosa biofilm infection and provide new insights into the therapeutic strategies for P. aeruginosa biofilm infection.

In this paper, hot-dip aluminizing of ferrite nodular cast iron was carried out after treating liquid aluminum with different electrical pulse parameters. Compared with that of conventional hot-dip aluminizing, the coating structure of the treated sample did not change, the surface was smooth and continuous, and the solidification structure was more uniform. When high voltage and large capacitance were used to treat the liquid aluminum, the thickness and compactness of the coating surface layer increased. The thickness of the alloy layer decreased, and, the compactness and the micro hardness increased, so the electric pulse had a certain inhibition on the formation of the alloy layer. The growth kinetics of the alloy layer showed that the rate-time index decreased from 0.60 for the conventional sample to 0.38 for the electric pulse treated sample. The growth of the alloy layer was controlled by diffusion and interface reaction, but only by diffusion. The AC impedance and polarization curves of the coating showed that the corrosion resistance of hot-dip coating on nodular cast iron was improved by electric pulse treatment.

Many urgently needed inconel superalloy parts with complex internal cavity geometry and high surface precision are difficult to prepare by traditional subtractive manufacturing methods because of its poor machinability. The additive manufacturing technology that has emerged in recent years became a research hotspot in the manufacture of refractory and difficult-to-process metals. In the present study, selective laser melting (SLM), a typical additive manufacture technology, was used to prepare Inconel 718 samples. The influences of input laser energy density ((E, J/mm3) on densification behavior, phases composition, microstructures, microhardness, and wear performance of the SLM as-built Inconel 718 samples were explored in detail. X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to examine the phase composition and microstructure evolutions. The results show that the formablity, microstructures and mechanical properties of the printed samples were all improved with the increase of E within the parameter setting range of this study. At a lower E, the poor surface morphology and balling effect occurred, the density, hardness, and wear resistance were all at a relatively lower level. When an E value of 190 J/mm was properly set, the surface open-pores and balling effect disappeared, the laser scanning tracks became smooth and continuous, the near-full dense (99.15%) and specimens with good metallurgical bonding and no critical defect were obtained, in which the average microhardness value reached 348 HV0.2 and wear rate was 5.67 × 10−4 mm3/N·m. The homogeneity of the superalloy Inconel 718 was also explored.

Growth performance is an important economic trait in chicken. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have been shown to play important roles in various biological processes, but their functions in chicken growth are not yet clear. To investigate the function of miRNAs in chicken growth, breast muscle tissues of the two-tail samples (highest and lowest body weight) from Recessive White Rock (WRR) and Xinghua Chickens (XH) were performed on high throughput small RNA deep sequencing. In this study, a total of 921 miRNAs were identified, including 733 known mature miRNAs and 188 novel miRNAs. There were 200, 279, 257 and 297 differentially expressed miRNAs in the comparisons of WRRh vs. WRRl, WRRh vs. XHh, WRRl vs. XHl, and XHh vs. XHl group, respectively. A total of 22 highly differentially expressed miRNAs (fold change > 2 or < 0.5; p-value < 0.05; q-value < 0.01), which also have abundant expression (read counts > 1000) were found in our comparisons. As far as two analyses (WRRh vs. WRRl, and XHh vs. XHl) are concerned, we found 80 common differentially expressed miRNAs, while 110 miRNAs were found in WRRh vs. XHh and WRRl vs. XHl. Furthermore, 26 common miRNAs were identified among all four comparisons. Four differentially expressed miRNAs (miR-223, miR-16, miR-205a and miR-222b-5p) were validated by quantitative real-time RT-PCR (qRT-PCR). Regulatory networks of interactions among miRNAs and their targets were constructed using integrative miRNA target-prediction and network-analysis. Growth hormone receptor (GHR) was confirmed as a target of miR-146b-3p by dual-luciferase assay and qPCR, indicating that miR-34c, miR-223, miR-146b-3p, miR-21 and miR-205a are key growth-related target genes in the network. These miRNAs are proposed as candidate miRNAs for future studies concerning miRNA-target function on regulation of chicken growth.

Chicken growth performance provides direct economic benefits to the poultry industry. However, the underlying genetic mechanisms are unclear. The objective of this study was to identify candidate genes associated with chicken growth and investigate their potential mechanisms. We used RNA-Seq to study the breast muscle transcriptome in high and low tails of Recessive White Rock (WRRh, WRRl) and Xinghua chickens (XHh, XHl). A total of 60, 23, 153 and 359 differentially expressed genes were detected in WRRh vs. WRRl, XHh vs. XHl, WRRh vs. XHh and WRRl vs. XHl, respectively. GO, KEGG pathway and gene network analyses showed that CEBPB, FBXO32, FOXO3 and MYOD1 played key roles in growth. The functions of FBXO32 and FOXO3 were validated. FBXO32 was predominantly expressed in leg muscle, heart and breast muscle. After decreased FBXO32 expression, growth-related genes such as PDK4, IGF2R and IGF2BP3 were significantly down-regulated (P < 0.05). FBXO32 was significantly (P < 0.05) associated with carcass and meat quality traits, but not growth traits. FOXO3 was predominantly expressed in breast and leg muscle. In both of these tissues, the FOXO3 mRNA level in XH was significantly higher than that in WRR chickens with normal body weight (P < 0.05). In DF-1 cells, siRNA knockdown of FOXO3 significantly (P < 0.01) inhibited the MYOD expression and significantly up-regulated (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) the expression of growth-related genes including CEBPB, FBXO32, GH, GHR, IGF1R, IGF2R, IGF2BP1, IGF2BP3, INSR, PDK1 and PDK4. Moreover, 18 SNPs were identified in FOXO3. G66716193A was significantly (P < 0.05) associated with growth traits. The sites C66716002T, C66716195T and A66716179G were significantly (P < 0.05) associated with growth or carcass traits. These results demonstrated that FOXO3 is a candidate gene influencing chicken growth. Our observations provide new clues to understand the molecular basis of chicken growth.
