We can still conclude that“This retrospective study suggests that P-SABR is feasibleand well tolerated in bulky NSCLC. Local control rate isencouraging, especially for the B90≥ 65% group, whichmay due to the ability of P-SABR to optimize BED withequivalent toxicity”. Downregulating the expression of AKR1C3 could enhance the radiosensitivity of esophageal carcinoma cells. In this study, we investigated whether methyl jasmonate (MeJ), an inhibitor of Aldo-keto reductase family1 member C3 (AKR1C3), could overcome radiation resistance in AKR1C3 highly expressed cells.Patients and methods: We used clone formation assays to detect radiosensitivity effects. Flow cytometry assays were used to detect reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation and apoptosis. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) were used to detect the concentrations of prostaglandin F2 (PGF2) and prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) in the cells after incubation with MeJ. Western blotting was used to detect AKR1C3 and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) expression.Results: We found that AKR1C3 was highly expressed in radioresistant esophageal carcinoma cells. MeJ inhibited the expression of AKR1C3 and enhanced the radiation sensitivity of esophageal carcinoma cells expressing high levels of AKR1C3 (P0.05).The radiation sensitivity effect of MeJ also depended upon the generation of ROS in KY170R cells; 48 h after irradiation, ROS levels in the MeJ group was twofold higher than in the untreated KY170R cells (P0.05).Conclusion: Our results indicate that MeJ can increase the radiation sensitivity of AKR1C3-overexpressing KY170R cells by inhibiting the 11-ketoprostaglandin reductase activity of AKR1C3 and increasing cellular ROS levels. In order to shorten the north-seeking time on the basis of ensuring the north-seeking precision, according to working principle and project practice of strap-down north-seeking system, a kind of variable period sampling method is designed based on the traditional stationary sampling period. This method sets the different sampling period on a basis of the sampling difference of dynamically tuned gyro in each measurement position. While ensuring the north-seeking precision in every measurement position, reduce the north-seeking time by shortening the sampling period; avoid the conflict of north-seeking time and north-seeking precision in the stationary period sampling. The experiment results show, this method efficaciously enhances the north-seeking efficiency, which is to reduce the north-seeking time from 4.5 min to 3.5 min on the base of ensuring the north-seeking precision(less than 30″).

Because the air compressor has too many fault types, so it is often difficult to make the fault diagnosis of air compressor. For example, the detected variables are too many then it is difficult to take fault classification. The method of making use of RBF neural networks to achieve the fault diagnosis of air compressor is proposed in the paper. For the sample data is used to train RBF neural networks, thus the process of handling a large number of data detected is predigested. The RBF neural network is used to automatically identify the running states of air compressors. Simulation results show that the method that using RBF neural networks to achieve the fault diagnosis of air compressor is a feasible and very effective, and can achieve a higher diagnostic efficiency.

The distortion made by optical lens largely affect the measurement accuracy of the large field of view photoelectricity measurement system, according to the theory of aberration in the photoelectricity system, this paper design a series of distortion measurement devices, in connection with the process of distortion correction in photoelectricity system, establish the related mathmatics model, make the real time distortion correction by the method of software compensation. The experimental results demonstrate the method decrease the measurement error made by the photoelectricity system distortion, after the compensation, in tatal field of view, the systematic measurement error is less than 0.5 picture element.

Fuzzy controller was used to resolve the problem of fast tracking and overshoot in electric-driven simulation turntable, for its essence belongs to PD control. In this system, the control rules of fuzzy controller were established according to the step dynamic response process, for the speed loop of this system was predigested to be second-orders system. The describing function method was adopted to analyze the stability of the fuzzy control system. It gave the information of stability of system intuitively. The fuzzy controller had been applied in this system successfully. The simulation turntable had no overshooting nearly when its step input signal was close to 90deg. Experimental results show the implementation method of fuzzy controller is not only simple but also effectual in engineering practice. It also provides an approach of design of fuzzy controller for motion control system.
