Abstract Lipid metabolism is an important part of the heart's energy supply. The expression pattern and molecular mechanism of lipid metabolism-related genes (LMRGs) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) are still unclear, and the link between lipid metabolism and immunity is far from being elucidated. In this study, 23 Common differentially expressed LMRGs were discovered in the AMI-related mRNA microarray datasets GSE61144 and GSE60993. These genes were mainly related to “leukotriene production involved in inflammatory response”, “lipoxygenase pathway”, “metabolic pathways”, and “regulation of lipolysis in adipocytes” pathways. 12 LMRGs (ACSL1, ADCY4, ALOX5, ALOX5AP, CCL5, CEBPB, CEBPD, CREB5, GAB2, PISD, RARRES3, and ZNF467) were significantly differentially expressed in the validation dataset GSE62646 with their AUC > 0.7 except for ALOX5AP (AUC = 0.699). Immune infiltration analysis and Pearson correlation analysis explored the immune characteristics of AMI, as well as the relationship between these identified LMRGs and immune response. Lastly, the up-regulation of ACSL1, ALOX5AP, CEBPB, and GAB2 was confirmed in the mouse AMI model. Taken together, LMRGs ACSL1, ALOX5AP, CEBPB, and GAB2 are significantly upregulated in AMI patients' blood, peripheral blood of AMI mice, myocardial tissue of AMI mice, and therefore might be new potential biomarkers for AMI.

Perforation technology is often used to improve the productivity of horizontal wells in oilfield exploitation. During the perforation process, the formation seepage mode and productivity will change accordingly whether the contaminated zone is shot through. If we continue to use the previous productivity formula, it will cause a large calculation error and bring economic loss to the development of oil and gas fields. Firstly, based on the principle of equivalent seepage resistance, the reservoir-hole inflow profile in these two cases is analyzed in detail, and the reservoir-hole seepage model is constructed in different regions. The perforated horizontal well section is divided into N micro-unit sections, and the pressure drop model in the wellbore is constructed using the fluid mechanics theory. A new perforated horizontal well productivity prediction model is then created by coupling the reservoir-hole seepage model with the pressure drop model in the wellbore as a whole to accurately reflect the production performance of the perforated horizontal well. Through comparison and verification, it is concluded that the calculation results of the model are more precise, which can greatly reduce the productivity error. This method is reasonable and practical. When the oilfield’s actual well data is substituted into this model, it is discussed and analyzed that the reservoir’s physical characteristics, contamination level, and perforation completion parameters all have an impact on the productivity of horizontal wells, with the original formation’s permeability and reservoir contamination thickness having the most pronounced effects. These findings may effectively direct the design of technological processes and performance impact prediction.

With increasing data availability and interpretation method development, the inter-well tracer test plays more and more important role in oilfield production and development. This paper introduces the trace substance tracer testing in CQ oilfield, and interprets the testing data by using the residence time distribution method. Through the testing results, the connection relationship between oil production and water injection wells, the preferential direction of water flooding, the speed of water line propulsion, the spread of injected water and the presence of high permeability bands between wells in the testing well group are clarified. Meanwhile, the heterogeneity of the reservoir between wells is more clearly understood, which provides a basis for the optimization of subsequent development plans. Through verification with production data, the testing results show that the application of trace substance tracer in the study area is effective, indicating that trace substance tracer can also be well applied in low permeability reservoirs.

Abstract The closure fracture phenomenon increases the complexity of well testing and reduces the accuracy of productivity forecasts when tight oil reservoirs are exploited. However, most existing productivity models tend to ignore this. Therefore, a productivity prediction model for multi-fractured horizontal wells in tight oil reservoirs considering fracture closure has been developed by considering the stress sensitivity in the formation and combining the physical parameters of actual production. The model is solved by the Laplace transform, perturbation transform, Pedrosa transform, and Stehfest numerical inversion. Drawing productivity impact curves and discussing productivity influence factors based on the model results from this study show that the model is reasonable. In the actual production process, the hydraulic fracture parameter values are not as high as possible, and they have a reasonable range of values. The fracture closure pressure has a significant impact on the production of tight oil reservoirs. The higher the fracture closure pressure is, the greater the fracture conductivity decreases sharply, and the larger the proppant elastic modulus is, the stronger the fracture conductivity. The influence of fracture conductivity on the production in tight oil reservoirs has an obvious point, and when the value is less than the point, the production effect is good. Improved production can be achieved by balancing the relationship between fracture parameters. The findings of this study can help to better understand the influence of fracture parameters on productivity and contribute to increasing well production and improved development of tight oil reservoirs.

To improve the productivity of oil wells, perforation technology is usually used to improve the productivity of horizontal wells in oilfield exploitation. After the perforation operation, the perforation channel around the wellbore will form a near-well high-permeability reservoir area with the penetration depth as the radius, that is, the formation has different permeability characteristics with the perforation depth as the dividing line. Generally, the permeability is measured by the permeability tester, but this approach has a high workload and limited application. In this paper, according to the reservoir characteristics of perforated horizontal wells, the reservoir is divided into two areas: the original reservoir area and the near-well high permeability reservoir area. Based on the theory of seepage mechanics and the formula of open hole productivity, the permeability calculation formula of near-well high permeability reservoir area with perforation parameters is deduced. According to the principle of seepage continuity, the seepage is regarded as the synthesis of two directions: the horizontal plane elliptic seepage field and the vertical plane radial seepage field, and the oil well productivity prediction model of the perforated horizontal well is established by partition. The model comparison demonstrates that the model is reasonable and feasible. To calculate and analyze the effect of oil well production and the law of influencing factors, actual production data of the oilfield are substituted into the oil well productivity formula. It can effectively guide the technical process design and effect prediction of perforated horizontal wells. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
