Background: 2D CT image‐guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is an exciting minimally invasive treatment that can destroy liver tumors without removing them. However, CT images can only provide limited static information, and the tumor will move with the patient's respiratory movement. Therefore, how to accurately locate tumors under free conditions is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose a respiratory correlation prediction model for mixed reality surgical assistance system, Riemannian and Multivariate Feature Enhanced Temporal Convolutional Network (R‐MFE‐TCN), and to achieve accurate respiratory correlation prediction. Methods: The model adopts a respiration‐oriented Riemannian information enhancement strategy to expand the diversity of the dataset. A new Multivariate Feature Enhancement module (MFE) is proposed to retain respiratory data information, so that the network can fully explore the correlation of internal and external data information, the dual‐channel is used to retain multivariate respiratory feature, and the Multi‐headed Self‐attention obtains respiratory peak‐to‐valley value periodic information. This information significantly improves the prediction performance of the network. At the same time, the PSO algorithm is used for hyperparameter optimization. In the experiment, a total of seven patients' internal and external respiratory motion trajectories were obtained from the dataset, and the first six patients were selected as the training set. The respiratory signal collection frequency was 21 Hz. Results: A large number of experiments on the dataset prove the good performance of this method, which improves the prediction accuracy while also having strong robustness. This method can reduce the delay deviation under long window prediction and achieve good performance. In the case of 400 ms, the average RMSE and MAE are 0.0453 and 0.0361 mm, respectively, which is better than other research methods. Conclusion: The R‐MFE‐TCN can be extended to respiratory correlation prediction in different clinical situations, meeting the accuracy requirements for respiratory delay prediction in surgical assistance. There has been substantial research in the United States, Europe, and Australia about factors influencing students' well-being. However, such research has been relatively rare in Mainland China. We administered four predictor scales (School Satisfaction, Self-Concept, Relationships, and Resilience) and three outcome scales (Flourishing, Mental Health, and Children's Well-Being) to 2,756 primary and middle school students in Mainland China. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the measured concepts were salient to the participants. Structural equation modeling using MPlus showed that Resilience was a strong predictor of all outcome measures, particularly for Mental Health and Positive Emotional State. Global Self-Concept was the most notable predictor for Positive Outlook, whereas School Satisfaction was the strongest predictor of Flourishing. The results indicate potential areas for school-based competency-building initiatives to promote Mainland Chinese students' well-being.

The paper describes an efficient method for the determination of nitrophenolate sodium in aquatic products by HPLC combined with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization with tandem mass spectrometry (LC--APCI-MS/MS). Analytes were extracted from aquatic products by acetonitrile, the extracts were degreased by alumina and concentrated, the concentrated solution was further purified by Oasis HLB cartridge. Finally, the analytes were separated and detected by LC--APCI-MS/MS in negative ion mode. Excellent linearity with correlation coefficients of more than 0.995 was observed in the concentration range of 2-200 [micro]g/L for p-nitrophenol sodium and 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenolate sodium, and 5-200 [micro]g/L for o-nitrophenol sodium. Recovery rates of nitrophenolate sodium between 86.1-94.3% were achieved. A simple, low-cost method of separation and purification for preparing (3S,3′S)-trans-astaxanthin fromHaematococcus pluvialiswas established in this study. Crude extracts were separated from dry algal cells by extraction. The extracts were then saponified at 4°C for 15 h and at 22°C for 3 h with 0.02 M NaOH in the reaction mixture with lower isomerization oftrans-astaxanthin tocisisomers. The saponified pigment extracts were mixed with distilled water and n-hexane at 1:1:1 volume ratio. Low-pressure column chromatography of silica gel (300-400 mesh) with different eluents was used to prepare high-purity (> 80%) all-trans-astaxanthin. Supersaturated solution of astaxanthin in acetone was then crystallized for 72 h at 4°C, and the purity of all-trans-astaxanthin crystalline powder was confirmed to be > 96.5% by HPLC. Abstract: A luminescent organic molecule aluminum tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) (Alq3) has been successfully introduced in the pores of amino-functionalized mesoporous SBA-15 (APS-SBA-15). An obvious blue-shifted photoluminescence (PL) of Alq3 was observed. In the pores of APS-SBA-15, the Alq3 organic molecules exhibited efficient and intense PL as monomers and the emission intensities increased with increasing Alq3 concentration. Rationale and Objectives: This study aimed to develop a deep learning (DL)-based model for detecting and diagnosing cerebral aneurysms in clinical settings, with and without human assistance., Materials and Methods: The DL model was trained using data from 3829 patients across 11 clinical centers and tested on 484 patients from three institutions. Image interpretations were conducted by 10 radiologists (four junior, six senior), the DL model alone, and a combination of radiologists with the DL model. Time spent on post-processing and reading was recorded. The analysis of the area under the curve (AUC), sensitivity, and specificity for the above-mentioned three reading modes was performed at both the lesion and patient levels., Results: Combining the DL model with radiologists reduced image interpretation time by 37.2% and post-processing time by 90.8%. With DL model assistance, the AUC increased from 0.842 to 0.881 (P = 0.008) for junior radiologists (JRs) and from 0.853 to 0.895 (P < 0.001) for senior radiologists (SRs). With DL model assistance, sensitivity significantly improved at both lesion (JR: 68.9% to 81.6%, P = 0.011; SR: 72.4% to 83.5%, P < 0.001) and patient levels (JR: 76.2% to 86.9%, P = 0.011; SR: 80.1% to 88.2%, P < 0.001). A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the determination of azaspiracid-1 (AZA1) in shellfishes was described. After being extracted using methanol and water (80:20, v/v), the extract was cleaned-up by solid phase extraction (SPE) of MAX column, then determined by using a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) isocratic program coupled with tandem mass spectrometry in selected reaction monitoring mode (SRM). And the extract was eluted with acetonitrile-water (80:20, v/v) on an Atlantis dC18 column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5.0 microm) with mobile phase containing 50 mmol/L formic acid and 2 mmol/L ammonium formate. The detection limit was 11.00 pg/g. The calibration curve was linear (R2 = 0.998 1) in the range of 48.85-2 442 ng/L. The average recoveries of the shellfish tissue extract at three spiked levels (36.64, 73.27, 146.54 pg/g) were from 75.8% to 82.5% (n = 6). The relative standard derivations (RSDs) were less than 10%. The 112 shellfish samples from the local markets of Dalian, Qingdao, Guangzhou were detected by the method, and AZA1 was detected in some samples from Dalian and Guangzhou. The results showed that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and suitable for the detection of AZA1 in shellfishes.
