A successful implementation of any secure communication protocols requires the identity authentication as a prerequisite. Quantum identity authentication (QIA) can ensure the unconditional security of identity code. In this paper, we propose a multi-party simultaneous quantum identity authentication (MSQIA) protocol based on the Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) state. In the protocol, N certified users can directly send their identity codes to the authenticator Alice simultaneously through quantum channels without classical communication, which enables Alice to authenticate their identity at the same time. Our protocol only requires Alice to perform the single-photon measurement. In theory, this protocol is unconditionally secure and one pair of (N+1)-photon GHZ state can transmit N bits of identity codes. Our MSQIA protocol has application potential in the quantum communication field in the near future.

Solitary fibrous tumor/hemangiopericytomas (SFT/HPCs) are mesenchymal tumors characterized by “staghorn” blood vessels and collagen deposition. Little is known about SFT/HPCs with papillary architecture. We summarized the clinicopathologic features of 12 patients with papillary SFT/HPCs (8 males and 4 females; median age: 59 years), including 8 previously reported cases. Tumors were present in the meninges (75%, 9/12), adrenal gland (8%, 1/12), orbit (8%, 1/12), or spinal canal (8%, 1/12). Six tumors (50%) had a true papillary architecture with fibrovascular cores and 6 tumors (50%) had a pseudopapillary architecture with vascular cores. Nuclear staining for STAT6 was present in all tested tumors (10/10). RT-PCR indicated NAB2 ex6-STAT6 ex17 fusion in 4 tumors (80%, 4/5) and NAB2 ex4-STAT6 ex2 fusion in 1 tumor (20%, 1/5). Five patients (42%, 5/12), all with tumors in the meninges, developed local recurrence at a median of 61 months after surgery (range: 56–165 months; mean: 88.6 months). These results indicated that the papillary architecture is a morphological form of SFT/HPCs. The recognition of this pattern, with appropriate immunohistochemical analysis and assessment of NAB2-STAT6 fusion, should facilitate the distinction of these rare neoplasms from morphologically similar tumors in the meninges, lung, pleura, and soft tissue.

Background: Compared with epithelial ovarian cancer, borderline ovarian tumor has earlier onset age and better prognosis. Ovarian serous surface papillary borderline tumor (SSPBT) is a special subtype of ovarian serous borderline tumor, which is rare in clinic. It is easy to be misdiagnosed as malignant before operation. SSPBT usually occurs in women of childbearing age. The operation of preserving fertility can have a higher pregnancy rate. Therefore, preoperative ultrasound for qualitative diagnosis of SSPBT is of great significance in the selection of surgical methods and treatment. There are few reports on the imaging of SSPBT, and the multimodal ultrasound features of SSPBT combined with conventional ultrasound, two-dimensional and three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound have not been reported. The purpose of this article is to explore the multimodal ultrasonic characteristics of ovarian SSPBT, combining its clinical and pathological features.Result: The conventional ultrasound of ovarian SSPBT was characterized by large patchy substantial masses wrapped around the ovary.Large flaky dense fine anechoic areas could be seen in the parenchyma,accompanied by speckle strong echo with different degrees.Peritoneal implants were observed in 3 cases(60%)and ascites were found in 4 cases(80%).On further contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,with reference to the myometrium,the tumor on 2D-CEUS showed synchronous or delayed eccentric and inhomogeneous enhancement,and subsided earlier than the uterine wall.The tortuously running tumor trophoblast vessels from the periovarian of the affected side could be further observed clearly and stereospecially on 3D-CEUS.Angiographic rising time(RT),time to peak(TTP),peak intensity(PI),area under the curve(AUC)and half time of descending peak intensity(HT)were significantly different from those of the myometrium(PConclusion: There are characteristic manifestations of ovarian SSPBT on multimodal ultrasound,which are closely related to the pathological structure.Multimodal ultrasound has important reference value in the diagnosis of ovarian SSPBT.

Basic environment construction is a livelihood project, especially water environment management is a hot topic in current engineering construction. There are more or fewer risks in the water environment treatment construction process, especially the black and smelly water treatment during the flood season. Hidden dangers, especially this year is the resumption of work and production after the epidemic, which coincides with the flood season. This article takes the EPC project of comprehensive water environment management in the east of a city as an example, and combines the WBS-RBS method and AHP analysis to analyze the risks of the water environment management project during the flood period. Analysis enables the project risk to be predicted in advance, and the risk is quantified, so that the risk coefficient is minimized and the project construction can proceed smoothly.

Aims To evaluate the occurrence and diagnostic value of MYB-QKI rearrangement status in angiocentric glioma (AG) in Chinese patients. Materials and methods 27 cases were collected from six hospitals, followed by a retrospective analysis of clinical, radiological, and morphological data. MYB protein expression was assessed by immunohistochemical staining (IHC), and the MYB-QKI rearrangement was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Results Among the 27 cases (16 males), the median age at surgery was 17 years (range 3 - 43 years); 24 (88.9%) cases had a history of refractory epilepsy, and the mean history of pre-surgical epilepsy was 13 years (range 1.5 - 27 years); 26 (96.3%) cases had lesions located in the superficial cerebrocortical regions, and 1 (3.7%) case had a lesion in the brainstem. Except for the classic histological features, the involvement of superficial cortex extending to the leptomeninges, microcalcification, and cystic pattern with microcystic formations was observed in 11 (40.7%), 3 (11.1%), and 4 (14.8%) cases, respectively. IHC showed that all 27 cases were positive for glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and vimentin, and negative for neuronal nuclear antigen (NeuN). The positive rates of epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) and D2-40 were 81.5% (22/27) and 74.1% (20/27), respectively. A total of 14 (51.9%) cases were positive for MYB. The rate of Ki-67 proliferation was 1 - 5% in 25 cases, and in 2 cases with anaplastic features it was 10 and 20%. MYB-QKI rearrangement was revealed by FISH examination in 95.8% (23/24) of the AGs, including 3 cases with atypical histological appearance. Conclusion Compared to IHC, FISH was more appropriate for detecting MYB-QKI rearrangement. MYB-QKI rearrangement was detected in the majority of Chinese AG cases, and therefore represents a potential diagnostic biomarker for AG.

The composites composed of Al-based auxetic lattice structures and silicate rubbers were fabricated by pressure infiltration technology. The compressive behavior and deformation characteristic of the composites were investigated related with the relative densities of the auxetic lattice structures. We found that the composites exhibit a longer plateau region than the non-filled Al-based auxetic lattice structures, and the relative density of the auxetic lattice structures play an important role in the compressive mechanical properties, the higher the relative density, the higher flow stress. It is also noticing that, the composite structures show different deformation and damage mechanism due to the filled incompressible silicate rubber. It is expected that the study may provide useful information for the applications of composite structure.

Concatenated Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (C-GHZ) state, which encodes many physical qubits in a logic qubit will have important applications in both quantum communication and computation. In this paper, we will describe an entanglement concentration protocol (ECP) for electronic C-GHZ state, by exploiting the electronic polarization beam splitters (PBSs) and charge detection. This protocol has several advantages. First, the parties do not need to know the exact coefficients of the initial less-entangled C-GHZ state, which makes this protocol feasible. Second, with the help of charge detection, the distilled maximally entangled C-GHZ state can be remained for future application. Third, this protocol can be repeated to obtain a higher success probability. We hope that this protocol can be useful in future quantum computation based on electrons.

Open cell aluminum foams are a promising multi-functional material that has potential application in a variety of engineering fields, but their too low mechanical properties may restrict their applications in some load bearing conditions. To overcome this shortcoming, enhancement methods have been widely investigated in recent years including surface enhancement technologies. In the present study, an electrodeposition process was utilized to coat an amorphous Ni-P coating on the cell strut surface of open cell aluminum foams. The results show that the coated film exhibits typical amorphous feature and is thermally stable. The average nanohardness and Young’s modulus are 7.0GPa and 118.1GPa, respectively, in which the Young’s modulus is even 1.6 times higher than that of aluminum (70GPa). It is because the high strength film that leads to significantly enhancement of the foams. The compression strength of the foam was increased from about 0.2MPa to 11.9MPa when the film thickness was around 65μm. These results demonstrate that the surface coating does be an effective way to improve the mechanical properties of open cell aluminum foams.

Gliosarcoma, a variant of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), is a highly invasive malignant tumor. Unfortunately, this disease still marked by poor prognosis regardless of modern treatments. It is of great significance to discover specific molecular probes targeting gliosarcoma for early cancer diagnosis and therapy. Herein, we have selected a group of DNA aptamers with high affinity and selectivity against gliosarcoma cells K308 using cell-SELEX. All the dissociation constants of these aptamers against gliosarcoma cells were in the nanomolar range and aptamer WQY-9 has the highest affinity and good selectivity among them. Furthermore, truncated aptamer sequence, WQY-9-B, shows similar recognition ability to aptamer WQY-9. In addition, WQY-9-B was found to be able to bind selectively and internalize into cytoplasm of target cancer cell at 37 °C. More importantly, compared to a random sequence, aptamer WQY-9-B showed excellent recognition rate (73.3%) for tissue sections of clinical gliosarcoma samples. These data suggests that aptamer WQY-9-B has excellent potential as an effective molecular probe for gliosarcoma diagnosis.

Concatenated Greenberger---Horne---Zeilinger (C-GHZ) state, which encodes physical qubits in a logic qubit, has great application in the future quantum communication. We present an efficient entanglement concentration protocol (ECP) for recovering less-entangled C-GHZ state into the maximally entangled C-GHZ state with the help of cross-Kerr nonlinearities and photon detectors. With the help of the cross-Kerr nonlinearity, the obtained maximally entangled C-GHZ state can be remained for other applications. Moreover, the ECP can be used repeatedly, which can increase the success probability largely. Based on the advantages above, our ECP may be useful in the future long-distance quantum communication.

We describe an efficient way of measuring the concurrence for the hyperentanglement. In this protocol, the hyperentangled state is encoded in both the polarization and the momentum degrees of freedom. We show that measurement of the concurrences of both polarization and momentum entanglements can be conversed into the measurement of the total probability of picking up the odd-parity state and can be measured directly. This protocol requires the weak cross-Kerr nonlinearity to construct the quantum nondemolition measurement and does not require the sophisticated controlled-not gate operation. It is feasible in future experimental technology.

Gliosarcoma cell line K308 was established from a primary tumor specimen removed from a 51-year-old male Han Chinese patient. Besides the typical characteristics of gliosarcoma cells, K308 cells express abundant glutaminase and can release large amount of glutamate. K308 exhibited cell-density-dependent expression of neuronal precursor markers, particularly nestin. At low density, the majority of K308 cells were nestin negative (approximately 70%) and nestin levels remained homogenous within each single-cell-derived colony when K308 proliferated. After reaching confluence, however, the majority of K308 cells turned nestin positive. These confluent K308 cells were also Sox2 positive and could form tumor spheres even in serum-containing media.

We describe an entanglement concentration protocol (ECP) for arbitrary four-photon less-entangled cluster state. The ECP works with the help of quantum nondemolition (QND) measurement and conventional photon detectors. In our ECP, an arbitrary less-entangled four-photon cluster state can be concentrated in two steps. Moreover, in both concentration steps, the discarded states can be reused to obtain a higher success probability. This protocol may be useful in current one-way quantum computation.

The characteristic of sunflower seeds are the kernel is smaller and the shell density is large. The shelling operation is quite difficult with the characteristic. The shelling devices for the sunflower seeds based on optimization design method and dynamics analysis is introduced in the paper. The shelling devices for the sunflower seeds can be used in the place of processing factory and individual workshop. The structure of shelling devices was designed with the 3d modeling software. In the research, the virtual prototype technology was used to simulate the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the mechanical system. The feasibility of the design scheme of mechanical system was proved with the simulation analysis results. The equipment has advantages of the structure is compact, safe and reliable, easy to use. The research of the shelling devices for sunflower seeds can be regarded as the reference of the related research.

Multiferroic BiFeO3 nanoparticles have been prepared by solgel method. The effects of single-substituted and co-substituted on the structures and magnetism of all the samples are investigated systematically. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectra results confirm that the samples simulate from a distorted rhombohedral structure to a cubic structure. Surface morphology of the samples were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The ferroelectric and magnetic hysteresis loops shows coexistence of magnetism and ferroelectricity in the room temperature. The structure transition may be the main cause for the origin of improved magnetic and ferroelectric properties.

In this paper, we put forward an effective ECP for arbitrary less-entangled N-atom GHZ state with the help of the photonic Faraday rotation. In our protocol, we only require one pair of less-entangled atom state, one auxiliary atom and one auxiliary photon, and can complete the concentration task with relatively high success probability. Moreover, our ECP can be used repeatedly to further increase the success probability. Especially, if consider the practical operation and imperfect detection, our protocol is more efficient. This ECP may be useful in current quantum information processing.

With the protection of umbrella support structure, the equipment completes combined action by dragging the manipulator; the equipment has been set up scalable obstacle negotiation mechanism so that it can adapt to the Motor-pumped well larger than 350 mm in diameter. In this paper, we propose a protocol of constructing arbitrary C-GHZ entangled state approximatively. Different from previous protocols, each logic qubit is encoded in the coherent state. This protocol is based on the linear optics, which is feasible in experimental technology. This protocol may be useful in quantum information based on the C-GHZ state.

To investigate whether mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) kinase was abnormally activated in maldeveloped balloon cells and dysmorphic neurons of focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) with refractory epilepsy.A total of 12 archival cases of FCD typeIIwith medically intractable epilepsy treated between 2008 and 2010 were retrieved. Perilesional brain tissue was used as control specimens (n = 8). The expression of phosphorylated p-AKT (Ser473), p-mTOR (Ser2448) and p-P70S6K (Thr389) was investigated by imunocytochemistry.The expression of p-AKT (Ser473), p-mTOR (Ser2448) and p-P70S6K (Thr389) was found in meldeveloped balloon cells and dysmorphic neurons of FCD. A weak stain in a small amount of pyramid neurons was also found in the control group.Abnormal activation of mTOR in maldeveloped balloon cells and dysmorphic neurons of FCD may be a key molecular mechanism underlying the histological changes and repeated seizures.

To study the clinicopathologic features of delayed radiation-induced brain injury after radiotherapy for brain tumor.The clinical, histopathologic and immunohistochemical features of 9 cases with delayed radiation-induced injury were evaluated.The disease occurred from 6 months to 12 years after radiotherapy and often presented with headache and muscle weakness. Magnetic resonance imaging showed peripheral enhancing lesions with slight mass effect and surrounding edema. Microscopically, the major changes included coagulative necrosis, fibrinoid necrosis of vessels, vascular hyalinization with luminal stenosis and peripheral reactive gliosis. Immunostaining for hypoxia-inducible factors 1α was positive in reactive astrocytes.Delayed radiation-induced brain injury is a relatively common complication of radiation therapy. The lesion was frequently misdiagnosed as brain tumor. Correct diagnosis relies on clinical, radiologic and pathologic correlation.

to investigate the expression of occludin mRNA and protein in the gastric cancer, to seek the relationship between the expression of occludin and tumor genesis and development.the expression of occludin was examined in the gastric carcinoma by immunohistochemical technique with the tissue microarray and by real time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and to study the association of occludin expression and clinicopathological features in the gastric adenocarcinomas.the expression levels of occludin protein in the paraneoplastic normal gastric mucosa is obviously higher than that in the carcinoma(96.9% vs 85.4%, 84.6%, 89.2%, 78.5%)(P0.05), the expression level in the gastric adenocarcinomas is related with the histologic differentiation and the grade of TNM (P0.05). The real time fluorescence quantitative PCR show that the expression of occludin mRNA in the gastric cancer is not obviously different from that in paracancerous tissues (P0.05).the expression levels of occludin protein in the gastric adenocarcinomas is negative correlation with tumor genesis and development.

The concentrations of 7 heavy metals (Ni, Cu, Cr, Pb, Cd, As, Hg) and organic matters in the surface sediments of Liao River were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS), and sediments pollution assessment was carried out using geoaccumulation index. Moreover, the sources of heavy metal contamination were estimated with the principal component analysis (PCA). The results demonstrate that the heavy metal concentrations of Liao River are markedly higher than that of Liao River in 1998 and lay at medium level compared with other rivers in China. The average concentrations (mg/kg) obtained were: Ni 26.5 mg x kg(-1), Cu 37.9 mg x kg(-1), Cr 90.3 mg x kg(-1), Pb 32.9 mg x kg(-1), Cd 0.49 mg x kg(-1), As 12.3 mg x kg(-1), Hg 0.14 mg x kg(-1). The results of geoaccumulation index reveal that sediments of Liao River are uncontaminated with Ni, As, lightly contaminated with Cu, Cr, Pb and moderately contaminated with Cd, Hg. The order of the analyzed heavy metals, arranged from the highest to lowest pollution degree, is as follows CdHgCuCrPbAsNi. By estimating the sources of heavy metal contamination with the Principal component analysis (PCA), it was found that the first two components account for 58.74% and 17.18% of the total variance, respectively. The industrial and living wastewater, degradation of organic matter atmospheric precipitation and geochemical changes are the main sources of heavy metal contamination.

Hybrid entangled state (HES) is a new type of entanglement, which combines the advantages of an entangled polarization state and an entangled coherent state. HES is widely discussed in the applications of quantum communication and computation. In this paper, we propose three entanglement concentration protocols (ECPs) for Bell-type HES, W-type HES, and cluster-type HES, respectively. After performing these ECPs, we can obtain the maximally entangled HES with some success probability. All the ECPs exploit the single coherent state to complete the concentration. These protocols are based on the linear optics, which are feasible in future experiments.

DNA molecular constitution is damaged to result in the inductive variation of base structure in female breast tissue under the influence of physical factors and chemical factors. The present research indicated that the FTIR spectra can reflect sensitively the change in the constitution. Our findings indicated that normal, benign and cancerous breast tissues are different in constitution and content of protein, nucleic acid and sugar, comparing the FTIR spectra, deconvolution spectra and date analysis. The result indicated that the content of collagen protein and nucleic acid increased obviously in cancerous tissue, while the content of glycoprotein increased gradually except mucinous carcinoma. After extracting nucleic acid of breast tissue, we further investigated the difference of constitution and content of base and phosphate by comparing normal, benign and cancerous breast tissues. The spectra and spectral data showed that the degree of hydrogen-bonding of base ring guanine (Gue) increased in cancerous tissue, base ring adenine (Ade) presented mostly in oxydic 8-OH-Ade via the attack of the *OH in cancerous breast, the peak position shifted to higher wave number with enhancing of C=N vibration, and the content of phosphate increased. After deconvolution, the ratio A1080/A1050 showed that the amount of PO2- relative to C-O increased from normal to cancerous breast tissues. It provided a important basis to study the mechanism of cancerization from molecular biology and molecular medicine.

The cluster state is of fundamental importance in one-way quantum computation, but it is fragile in practical noisy environments. In this paper, we describe a method for distilling the maximally entangled atomic cluster state from the arbitrary less-entangled atomic cluster state. During the entire protocol, we only require one pair of less-entangled atomic cluster state and some auxiliary single atoms. Interestingly, the less-entangled atomic cluster state and the auxiliary single atoms do not interact with each other directly. By setting the robust coherent state as the input–output of the low-Q cavities, the concentration task can be achieved. Moreover, the total success probability can be increased by repeating the whole process. This entanglement concentration protocol may have practical applications in one-way quantum computation.
