9. Synthesis and characterizations of Li-doped (Ba0.85Ca0.15) (Ti0.9Zr0.1)O3 piezoelectric ceramics.

Abstract

Li-doped (Ba0.85Ca0.15) (Ti0.9Zr0.1) O3 (BCTZL-x) lead-free piezoceramics have been prepared by the conventional ceramic process. The influence of a Li+-containing additive on the crystal phase, microstructure and electric properties of (Ba0.85Ca0.15) (Ti0.9Zr0.1) O3 ceramics were systematically investigated through all kinds of measurement, such as X-ray diffraction(XRD) and SEM. The X-ray results show that the BCTZL-x ceramics sintered at 1 400 °C/2 h had pure ABO3 perovskite structure. The BCTZL-x ceramics went through the phase transition from O phase to T phase with Li+ doping increasing. The ceramics became dense when x≥0.3. Additionally, BCTZL-0.3 ceramics showed an excellent performance: d33 = 456 pC/N, kp = 0.49, εr = 4 864, tanδ = 0.018, Qm = 130. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

A tiered pricing meter based on ZigBee is designed in order to carry out the policy of saving energy and cutting emissions in China, and to realize wireless meter reading and intelligent electricity supervision. The energy meter uses MSP430FE427, a low-power micro-controller, to implement tiered and time-of-use pricing and uses CC2430, a low-power chip, to realize wireless meter reading. The anti-electricity-larceny function is realized by using ESP430CE1, the energy metering module, which is embedded in MSP430FE427. After the architecture of ZigBee protocol stack and the work flow of operating system abstraction layer are analyzed, the program of electricity metering is presented. As the terminal nodes of wireless meter reading system, the multi-function meters can easily implement wireless transmission of data, and can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the meter reading.

Abstract

A ladder-type and multi-rate pricing meter based on ZigBee is designed in order to carry out the policy of saving energy and cutting emissions and to take into account a power company's measure of the peak-valley time-of-use tariff. This design can achieve the purpose of improving energy efficiency and intelligentizing electricity supervision. The energy meter uses low-power micro-controller MSP430FE427 to implement ladder-type and time-of-use pricing and to realize wireless meter reading through low-power chip CC2430 in 2.4GHz radio frequency system. The anti-electricity-stolen function is realized by using the energy metering module ESP430CE1 which is embedded in MSP430FE427. After the architecture of ZigBee protocol stack and the work flow of operating system abstraction layer (OSAL) are analyzed, the program design of electricity metering is presented. As the terminal nodes of wireless meter reading system, the multi-function meter can easily implement wireless transmission of data, and can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the meter reading.
