Extracting uranium from seawater is an effective strategy for sustainable nuclear fuel supplementation. Uranium in seawater mainly exists in the form of hexavalent uranyl(U(Ⅵ)), although the total amount is large, the mass fraction of U(Ⅵ) is only 3.3×10−9, and many metal ions coexist with uranium. Extracting uranium from seawater is extremely challenging. Electrochemical seawater uranium extraction has become an emerging method for seawater uranium extraction due to its advantages over physical and chemical adsorption processes, such as fast reaction rate, strong anti-interference ability, and simple desorption. However, due to the lack of research on the structure-activity relationship between catalysts and uranium extraction performance, the rational design of highly active electrocatalysts remains a challenge. In this work, we proposed an interface bonding strategy by using a simple hydrothermal method to bond the {2 2 2} fact of octahedral Fe3O4 to the {0 0 2} fact of MoS2. This significantly improves the electron transfer rate at the interface and the cycling stability of Fe3O4, verifying the feasibility of interface bonding for the electrochemical extraction of uranium from seawater. After 7 hours of electrochemical extraction in a simulated solution, the extraction efficiency of uranium can reach 96%. Meanwhile, the experimental results of coexisting ion extraction of uranium indicated that MoS2/Fe3O4 has good selectivity for uranium and anti-interference ability against coexisting ions. Electrochemical extraction is also performed in 10 L natural seawater with a yield of 27.2 μg. The extraction amount of uranium is 5.44 mg/g. A series of characterizations such as XPS and HRTEM, show that Fe3O4 is dispersed on the surface of MoS2 and effectively bound through interfacial interactions. This dispersion effectively solves the aggregation problem of Fe3O4, and the stability of MoS2 structure ensures the cycling stability of Fe3O4. By combining the MoS2 and Fe3O4 at the interface, an efficient electron transfer channel can be constructed, accelerating electron transfer and achieving the goal of simultaneously improving the selectivity, stability, and electron transfer rate of the catalyst. Therefore, the interfacial regulation strategy proposed in this work utilizes the synergistic effects of different components in the composite material to achieve stability and the cyclicity of the catalyst in seawater uranium extraction. At the same time, the interface control strategy will also provide a feasible solution for achieving efficient reduction and extraction of uranyl in a series of complex environments such as seawater. And the electron transfer path and the species change of uranium during catalytic reduction need to be further explored in the mechanism analysis in this work.

The effect of co-fermentation with yeast and lactic acid bacteria on the physicochemical properties of cornmeal batter and the quality of steamed sponge cake was investigated using a rapid viscosity analyzer, a rheometer, a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and a texture analyzer in this study. The results showed that as fermentation proceeded, the co-fermented batter had higher gas-producing and gas-holding capacity than the single-culture fermentations. The peak viscosity of the co-fermented batter showed a decreasing trend, decreasing by 11.66% after 90 min of fermentation, the gelatinization enthalpy and the degree of short-range ordering of starch molecules tended to increase, and the viscoelasticity and the content of strongly bound water showed a tendency to first increase and then decrease. The greatest viscoelasticity, the smallest tan δ, and the most stable structure were observed after 50 min of co-fermentation, and steamed sponge cake made from the fermented corn batter had the largest specific volume, the lowest hardness and gumminess, and the highest cohesiveness and resilience. The results of this study provide a reliable technical basis for the corn-based staple food industry.

Objective To investigate the association between N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels and the incidence of new-onset atrial fibrillation (AF) in patients with ischemic heart failure. Methods This study involved 120 patients with ischemic heart failure, characterized by sinus rhythm and a reduced ejection fraction (EF < 40%). NT-proBNP levels were measured at baseline, 6 months, and 12 months. At the 12-month follow-up, patients underwent 12-lead electrocardiography (EKG) or Holter monitoring to identify new-onset AF. Patients were classified into an AF group (n=44) and a non-AF group (n=76). Clinical characteristics and echocardiographic data were reviewed. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were employed to ascertain the optimal NT-proBNP threshold for predicting new-onset AF, and logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the prognostic impact of NT-proBNP levels. Results New-onset AF was detected in 36.7% of the cohort. To study the intelligent decision making methods under limited decision samples, aiming at the problems that operational decision-making experience is difficult to express and the training samples for intelligent decision learning are limited, based on the joint operational simulation and drill environment, a decision-making method based on generative adversarial imitation learning is proposed. This method integrates the operational decision-making experience representation and learning process. On the basis of high-level decision-making and low-level action, rule definitions are used to specify the logic of task execution, and generative adversarial imitation learning algorithms are utilized to improve the generalization ability of intelligent agents in scenarios. This method achieved expected results in the constructed typical adversarial scenarios. The algorithm training converged and the decisions output by the intelligent agent are reasonable. Preliminary experimental results indicate that generative adversarial imitation learning, as an intelligent operational decision-making method, has value for further research.

Background There is a high prevalence of polypharmacy among elderly patients with severe situation. There is an urgent need for more comprehensive and objective tools to assess the benefits and risks of medication use in patients to ensure maximum length of life and quality of life for patients. Objective To translate the Patient-reported Outcomes Measure of Pharmaceutical Therapy for Quality of Life (PROMPT-QoL) Scale into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity among elderly patients with polypharmacy. Methods With the authorization of the original author, Brislin's translation model of forward-back translation, cultural adaptation, and cognitive interviews were used to develop a test draft of the Chinese version of the PROMPT-QoL. Elderly patients with polypharmacy who visited outpatient clinics, received health checkups and took medicine at community health centers of Gongyuan street, Beishan street and Henan street, Yanji Hospital and Yanbian University Hospital from June to August in 2022 were selected as the survey respondents. Item analysis was conducted using the item-dimension correlation analysis and the critical ratio (CR). The content validity of the scale was evaluated using the item-level content validity index (I-CVI), universal agreement scale-level CVI (S-CVI/UA) and average scale-level CVI (S-CVI/AVE). Structural validity was evaluated using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Internal consistency tests (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) and the split-half coefficient were used to assess reliability. Results A total of 590 patients were investigated and 564 valid data were recovered, with a recovery rate of 95.8%. Among them, 234 data were applied to the item analysis and EFA in the first stage, and 330 data were applied to the CFA in the second stage. The correlation coefficients between the scores of each item and the scores of each dimension ranged from 0.504~0.915 (P3.0 (P0.80, and the S-CVI/Ave was 0.99>0.90. Background The effects of childhood experiences on the health of middle-aged and older adults has become a research hotspot. However, the effects and pathways of childhood experiences on cognitive function in middle-aged and older adults still remain unclear. Objective To analyze the effect of childhood socioeconomic status on cognitive function in middle-aged and older adults from a whole life cycle perspective, and explore promotion strategies for cognitive function in middle-aged and older adults. Methods The China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) for 2010, 2012, and 2020 was used to construct a multiple mediated-effects model to investigate the mediating pathways of the effect of childhood socioeconomic status on cognitive function in middle-aged and older adults. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between various indicators. Results A total of 1 034 middle-aged and older adults with an average age of (62.33±9.89) years were included in this study. The childhood socioeconomic status score was (0.000±0.797), education level score was (1.970±1.111), social participation score was (1.150±0.967), depression status score was (5.960±4.681), and cognitive score was (0.000±1.000). Abstract Previous studies on putative neural mechanisms of negative symptoms in schizophrenia mainly used single modal imaging data, and seldom utilized schizophrenia patients with prominent negative symptoms (PNS).This study adopted the multimodal fusion method and recruited a homogeneous sample with PNS. We aimed to identify negative symptoms-related structural and functional neural correlates of schizophrenia. Structural magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI) and resting-state functional MRI (rs-fMRI) were performed in 31 schizophrenia patients with PNS and 33 demographically matched healthy controls.Compared to healthy controls, schizophrenia patients with PNS exhibited significantly altered functional activations in the default mode network (DMN) and had structural gray matter volume (GMV) alterations in the cerebello-thalamo-cortical network. Correlational analyses showed that negative symptoms severity was significantly correlated with the cerebello-thalamo-cortical structural network, but not with the DMN network in schizophrenia patients with PNS.Our findings highlight the important role of the cerebello-thalamo-cortical structural network underpinning the neuropathology of negative symptoms in schizophrenia. Future research should recruit a large sample and schizophrenia patients without PNS, and apply adjustments for multiple comparison, to verify our preliminary findings.

Abstract Purpose Older individuals are priority coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine recipients. Our aim was to investigate the prevalence of and factors influencing vaccine hesitancy in older individuals living in nursing homes and communities. Methods A self-administered COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy survey was conducted from September 2021 to December 2021 among people aged ≥ 60 years in eight nursing homes (382 participants) and the community (112 participants) in Taizhou, China. The response rate was 72.1% (382/530) for older adults in nursing homes and 68.7% (112/163) for older adults in the community. ObjectivePrevious observational studies have reported an increased risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE) among individuals with migraine. This study aimed to investigate the causal effect of migraine on the development of VTE, as well as explore the genetic correlation between them.MethodsWe conducted a two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) study using publicly available summary statistics from large-scale genome-wide association studies for migraine and VTE. Linkage disequilibrium score regression analysis was performed to estimate the genetic correlation between migraine and VTE.ResultsThere were several shared risk variants (p-value < 5 × 10−8) between migraine and VTE. Linkage disequilibrium score regression analysis found a significant positive genetic correlation between migraine and VTE. The genetic correlations based on two migraine datasets were 0.208 (se = 0.031, p-value = 2.91 × 10−11) and 0.264 (se = 0.040, p-value = 4.82 × 10−11), respectively. Although main MR analysis showed that migraine was associated with an increased risk of VTE (odds ratio = 1.069, 95% confidence interval = 1.022–1.118, p-value = 0.004), the association attenuated to non-significance when using several other MR methods and using another set of genetic instruments. In addition, evidence of heterogeneity was found. Reverse MR analysis showed VTE was associated with increased risk of migraine with aura (odds ratio = 1.137, 95% confidence interval = 1.062–1.218, p-value = 2.47 × 10−4) with no evidence of pleiotropy and heterogeneity.ConclusionWe showed suggestive evidence indicating an association between migraine and increased risk of VTE. Additionally, we found robust evidence suggesting that VTE is associated with an increased risk of migraine. The positive genetic correlation indicates that migraine and VTE has shared genetic basis. Further investigations will be necessary to address potential sex-specific effects in the analysis.

Objective To assess the comparative efficacy of different methods for difficult biliary cannulation in endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP) through a network meta-analysis. Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that compared the efficacy of different adjunctive methods (early or late needle-knife technique, pancreatic guidewire-assisted technique, pancreatic stent-assisted technique, transpancreatic sphincterotomy, persistent standard cannulation technique) for difficult biliary cannulation with each other were identified. The success rate of biliary cannulation and the incidence of post-ERCP pancreatitis (PEP) were the outcomes of interest. Pairwise and network meta-analysis and ranking according to surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA) for all methods were performed. Results Eighteen RCTs were identified according to selection criteria, and 2 033 patients were enrolled. The use of transpancreatic sphincterotomy over persistent standard cannulation technique (RR=1.34, 95% CI: 1.02-1.77) and over pancreatic guidewire-assisted technique（RR=1.26, 95% CI: 1.00-1.60）significantly increased the success rate of biliary cannulation. Based on SUCRA ranking, transpancreatic sphincterotomy followed by early needle-knife techniques were ranked highest in terms of increasing the success rate of biliary cannulation. Only early needle-knife technique significantly decreased PEP rate when compared with persistent standard cannulation technique (RR=0.53, 95％CI: 0.30-0.94), whereas both early needle-knife techniques and transpancreatic sphincterotomy led to lower PEP rates as compared with pancreatic guidewire-assisted technique (RR=0.41， 95％CI: 0.17-0.99; RR=0.49， 95％CI: 0.25-0.96; respectively). Based on SUCRA ranking, early needle-knife technique followed by transpancreatic sphincterotomy were ranked highest for decreasing the PEP rate of biliary cannulation. Conclusions Transpancreatic sphincterotomy increases the success rate of difficult biliary cannulation in ERCP; early needle-knife technique and transpancreatic sphincterotomy are superior to other interventions in decreasing PEP rates and should be considered as a choice of difficult biliary cannulation.

Abstract We investigate the thermodynamical properties of color-flavor locked (CFL) quark matter at zero temperature, finite temperature, and strong magnetic field by using quasiparticle model. We find that considering CFL quark phase can significantly change the equation of state (EOS) as well as the properties of quark matter in quark stars (QSs) at finite temperature or under magnetic field within quasiparticle model. In particular, our results have shown that we can provide the large QSs within CFL quark phase from quasiparticle model by satisfying both the upper limit of $$\Lambda _{1.4}

Rough ice can change the leading edge of airfoil and affect the aerodynamic characteristics. Studying the influence of rough ice caused by supercooled water droplets can provide reference for anti-icing design of aircrafts. A detailed experimental study was conducted to measure the flow field structure of an airfoil model with rough ice in a low-speed wind tunnel by using particle image velocimetry. The parameters include Reynolds number, roughness of rough ice, and angle of attack. The results show that with the increase of Reynolds number, the range and value of spanwise vorticity at the wake of the airfoil with ice increased, while the normalized Reynolds stress decreased slightly. The presence of rough ice reduced the airflow velocity near the airfoil, increased the vorticity of wake, and seriously affected the shear stress distribution. Compared with the clean airfoil, the rough ice caused the air flow to separate earlier and the velocity in the separation bubble fluctuated more violently.

Background The reimbursement of outpatient services is an essential part of the reform of medical insurance payment methods. With the comprehensive promotion of the reform on the medical insurance payment methods for inpatient services in China, the reform on insurance payment methods for outpatient services, such as capitation-based reimbursement and ambulatory patient groups (APG) point method, will gradually be put on the agenda. Objective To explore a capitation-based reimbursement scheme for chronic diseases applicable to Beijing based on an analysis of capitation-based reimbursement implemented in different countries and regions and the current situation of chronic disease management in Beijing, to provide a reference for implementing the capitation-based reimbursement reform for chronic diseases in Beijing. Methods This study used information related to essential medical services, reimbursement by health insurance, and essential public health service funds in Beijing's C and H districts. Then through an analysis of the information, the calculation method for capitation-based reimbursement standard for four common chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and stroke were selected in this study) applicable in the districts was designed to calculate the capitation-based reimbursement standard for major chronic diseases in primary outpatient clinics, providing a reference for promoting the capitation reform for chronic diseases in outpatient clinics. Results By analyzing the above-mentioned information in 2017—2019, the capitation-based reimbursement standard was 4 693.11 yuan/person for hypertension, 6 597.70 yuan/person for diabetes, 5 644.46 yuan/person for coronary heart disease, and 6 437.78 yuan/person for stroke in H district calculated using the bottom-up costing, and was 4 884.18 yuan/person for hypertension, 5 960.63 yuan/person for diabetes, 3 733.93 yuan/person for coronary heart disease, and 3 886.66 yuan/person for stroke in C district calculated using the top-down estimating. Conclusion In calculating the capitation-based reimbursement standard, as different chronic disease patient groups have different outpatient costs, considering the equity of medical insurance reimbursement and the rationality of capitation-based reimbursement, it is necessary to adjust the risk of the benchmark capitation, and develop personalized service packages for different types and severity of chronic diseases. In the promotion of capitation payment for chronic disease patients, it is necessary to provide personalized essential medical service and public health service packages for patients with different chronic diseases, further improve the chronic disease management capacity of community health institutions to improve the contracting rate and establish an effective incentive and assessment mechanism for general practitioners to rationally allocate capitation balance.

Abstract Recurrent heat stress and pathogen invasion seriously threaten crop production, and abiotic stress often antagonizes biotic stress response against pathogens. However, the molecular mechanisms of trade-offs between thermotolerance and defense remain obscure. Here, we identify a rice thermo-sensitive mutant that displays a defect in floret development under high temperature with a mutation in SUPPRESSOR OF GENE SILENCING 3a (OsSGS3a). OsSGS3a interacts with its homolog OsSGS3b and modulates the biogenesis of trans-acting small interfering RNA (tasiRNA) targeting AUXIN RESPONSE FACTORS (ARFs). We find that OsSGS3a/b positively, while OsARF3a/b and OsARF3la/lb negatively modulate thermotolerance. Moreover, OsSGS3a negatively, while OsARF3a/b and OsARF3la/lb positively regulate disease resistance to the bacterial pathogen Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) and the fungal pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae (M. oryzae). Taken together, our study uncovers a previously unknown trade-off mechanism that regulates distinct immunity and thermotolerance through the OsSGS3-tasiRNA-OsARF3 module, highlighting the regulation of abiotic-biotic stress response trade-off in plants.

Summary: Background: The synergistic effect of locoregional therapy in combination with systemic therapy as a conversion therapy for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC) is unclear. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolisation (TACE) combined with lenvatinib and camrelizumab (TACE + LEN + CAM) as conversion therapy for uHCC. Methods: This single-arm, multicentre, prospective study was conducted at nine hospitals in China. Objective To evaluate the expression of nucleolar protein 9 （NOL9） in hepatocellular carcinoma and the effect of NOL9 on the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells， aiming to elucidate the molecular mechanism of NOL9 overexpression in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Surgical specimens （cancerous and para-cancerous tissues） were obtained from 7 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression levels of NOL9 in the cancerous and para-cancerous tissues were determined by Western blot and RT-qPCR. Huh7 and HCCLM3 cell were transferred with NOL9 si-RNA. The differences between two groups were analyzed by RT-qPCR， Western blot， colony formation assay and CCK-8 assay. Hepatocellular carcinoma data from TCGA database were used to evaluate the expression level of NOL9 mRNA and promoter methylation level. The correlation between NOL9 and transcription levels of Ten-eleven-translocation enzymes （TET1， TET2 and TET3） was analyzed. After administration of 5-Aza-Dc， the expression level of NOL9 in Huh7 and HCCLM3 cells was detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot. The cells were pretreated with 5-Aza-Dc and transfected with si-RNA， and then colony formation assay and CCK-8 assay were used to analyze the difference of cell proliferation. Results The expression of NOL9 was up-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues compared with para-cancerous tissues. Knockdown of NOL9 could significantly inhibit cell proliferation and cell colony formation in Huh7 and HCCLM3 cells （all P < 0.01）. The methylation level of NOL9 promoter was negatively correlated with its mRNA level in hepatocellular carcinoma. NOL9 mRNA level was negatively correlated with one CpG region （cg07997941）. In hepatocellular carcinoma， NOL9 was positively correlated with the transcription levels of TET1， TET2 and TET3. After administration of 5-Aza-Dc， the expression level of NOL9 was up-regulated. Treatment with 5-Aza-Dc could reverse the inhibitory effect of NOL9 knockdown on cell proliferation and colony formation. Conclusion NOL9 is highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues. Knockdown of NOL9 suppresses the proliferation and colony formation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The mechanism underlying NOL9 up-regulation may be related to promoter hypomethylation.

Aiming at the problem of corrosion detection of buried gathering and transportation pipeline under trenchless conditions，a selfleakage magnetic field model for corrosion defects of buried gathering and transportation pipeline was established based on the magnetic dipole model and considering the magnetic charge distribution of corrosion defects.The waveform characteristics of magnetic induction intensity of corrosion defects and the effects of different height off the ground and size of corrosion defects on the magnetic induction intensity were studied by numerical simulation.Results showed that at the corrosion defect，Bx and Bz presented extreme value characteristics and the direction was opposite，By had the feature of passing zero and the peak value changed the direction；the height off the ground was inversely proportional to the extreme values of Bx and Bz and the peak values of By；the size of corrosion defect was proportional to the extreme values of Bx and Bz and the peak value of By.According to the oilfield field testing data，14 excavation points were selected to verify the distribution characteristics of magnetic induction intensity of corrosion defects，and 3 excavation points were selected to verify the relationship between the height off ground and the size of corrosion defects and magnetic induction intensity.

Objective To evaluate the safety of immediate breast reconstruction using deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flaps in the patients after neoadjuvant treatment. Methods From January 2019 to February 2021, the data of patients with breast cancer undergoing total mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction using DIEP flap in Comprehensive Breast Health Center, Department of General Surgery, Ruijin Hospital were collected. Comparison of clinicopathological features was done between neoadjuvant treatment group and control group. Univariate analysis was used to compare the rate of surgical complications between two groups. Background Effective and rapid healthcare-seeking and referral are prerequisites that ensure the life safety of patients with type A aortic dissection (TAAD) , one of the most critical cardiovascular diseases. Existing studies on healthcare-seeking and referral experiences of patients with TAAD and their families are mostly quantitative, while the real experiences and needs of these patients and their families deserve attention. Objective To explore the real experiences, feelings and needs of patients with TAAD and their families during healthcare-seeking and referral process, providing references for improving the treatment system of aortic dissection in China. Methods Purposive sampling was used to recruit TAAD patients (n=15) and their families from Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, Shanxi Bethune Hospital from September to December 2021. Their experiences, feelings and needs during healthcare-seeking and referrals were collected using a semi-structured interview, and analyzed using the Colaizzi's method to identify themes. Results Three themes were identified: Inner experiences at different stages (confusion at the time of onset, complex inner activities during healthcare-seeking and referral process, preoperative inner conflicts) , problems with the aortic dissection diagnosis and treatment system (unsatisfactory quality of diagnosis and treatment, weaknesses in healthcare-seeking process) , real demands of patients and their families (demands for TAAD-related knowledge and access to the disease, economic-related demands) . Conclusion Patients with TAAD and their families had complex inner experiences and multiple needs as well as multiple difficulties during the healthcare-seeking and referral process, suggesting that the diagnosis, treatment and referral system of aortic dissection in China needs to be improved. To improve the quality level of first aid, diagnosis and treatment for aortic dissection, actions need to be taken to conduct standardized diagnosis and treatment aortic dissection training, form a fast channel for aortic dissection diagnosis and treatment, strengthen the popularization of aortic dissection-related knowledge, and improve the funding system of aortic dissection.

We investigated the changes of gel characteristics and structure of ultrasonically treated corn starch during freeze-thaw cycles, with a view to providing theoretical guidance for improving the quality of quick-frozen starch-based foods. The effects of the number of freeze-thaw cycles on the dynamic rheological and textural properties of ultrasonically modified corn starch gels were analyzed and their structures were characterized by using a rheometer, a texture analyzer, a low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer, a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer and an X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results showed that compared with native corn starch, the water separation rate of ultrasonically modified corn starch gels significantly decreased by 5.19% (P < 0.05) at the 4th freeze-thaw cycle, indicating improved freeze-thaw stability; the storage modulus and loss modulus of ultrasonically modified corn starch gels decreased, and the gel strength was weaker; the hardness significantly decreased by 10.83% (P < 0.05), and the amylose content decreased 0.15%. Moreover, the iodine binding force was weakened, the transverse relaxation time distribution curve was shifted to the left, the short-range ordered structure was weakened, and the relative crystallinity was reduced. The gel properties and the structural characterization results indicate that ultrasonic treatment can inhibit water migration and double helix structure formation in the corn starch gel system during freeze-thaw cycles and consequently improve its freeze-thaw stability.

Since the glass is matastable from the viewpoint of thermodynamics, the highlevel liquid waste glass may crystallize during the process of production, storage, and disposal. Borosilicate glass is used as the matrix for immobilization of highlevel liquid waste in China. It is worth noting that pyroxene phase is easy to crystallize in borosilicate waste glass. In order to suppress the crystallization of pyroxene phase, it was proposed that MgO and CaO in the borosilicate glass formula were partially replaced by P2O5 in this study. The effect of P2O5 content (mass fraction of 08%) on the crystallization characteristics and leaching resistance of borosilicate waste glass was mainly investigated. The results show that the waste glass possesses amorphous phase when the content of P2O5 is 03%. For the samples after heating at 850 ℃ for 6 h, the main crystalline phases are pyroxene when P2O5 content is 02%. In addition, a small amount of calcium silicate phase appears for the heat treated samples with 3% P2O5 content, and pyroxene phase almost disappears. When the content of P2O5 is higher than 3%, spherical Na3Ca6(PO4)5 crystals precipitate in the glass, and the crystallinity increases with P2O5 content. The analyses of 29Si and 11B MAS NMR show that with the increase of P2O5 content from 0 to 6%, the total content of Q3 and Q4 structural units in the glass network gradually increase from 5304% to 8356%, and the content of BO3 structural units increases from 2943% to 3822%. The increase of P2O5 content improves the densification of the overall network structure of the waste glass. The results of the static leaching method (MCC1) show that the normalized leaching rates LRSi, LRB, LRNa and LRCs of the waste glasses gradually decrease with the increase of P2O5 content. In this study, network pharmacology and molecular docking methods were used to explore the mechanism of components in walnut kernels in preventing atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). Thirty-four main active components of walnut kernels were screened by TCMSP and their potential targets were predicted using the SwissTargetPrediction database. ASCVD-related targets were screened by the Genecards, OMIM and DRUGBANK databases. The STRING database and Cytoscape software were used to build a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network map to extract core targets. GO enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis of potential targets were performed using Metascape database. The enrichment analysis found that walnut kernel could play a role in regulating PPAR signaling pathway, adhesion junction, platelet activation, regulation of lipolysis in adipocytes and other signaling pathways. Molecular docking technology verified that the key components (quercetin, myricetin, ellagic acid, kaempferol) had good binding activity to core targets (AKT1, EGFR, SRC, CCND1, ERBB2). This study showed that walnut kernel might play a role in delaying ASCVD by regulating cell proliferation and inflammatory response.

Incremental learning has achieved good results in image classification,but it is challenging to apply incremental learning to multi-class object detection.Object detection is more complex than image classification,which combines classification and border regression.At present,the most advanced incremental object detectors adopt the external fixed region suggestion method based on knowledge distillation,which consumes a lot of time and cost.For single-stage detectors,due to the lack of annotation and region advice information for the old class,old objects are usually identified by the detector as the background,resulting in catastrophic forgetting.In this paper,a label selection algorithm based on border distance metric is proposed.It uses the detection results of the old model and the existing dataset labels to select and merge by measuring the coincidence of the bounding boxes,making up for the lack of annotations of the old objects in the new dataset and alleviating catastrophic forgetting.In addition,a module that combines the attention module with the residual module is designed to extract discriminative features at different depths in feature extraction network,to further improve the detection accuracy of model.The proposed method is implemented in the single-stage detection framework,and the effectiveness of the method is verified on PASCAL VOC dataset.Compared with the best model at present,the average accuracy value of the old object and all objects improves by 2.8% and 2.1%,respectively.The pseudo-labels obtained by the proposed method greatly alleviate the forgetting problem,and the attention residual module improves the detection accuracy of the model.

Background: Wilms' tumor, also called nephroblastoma, is an extremely uncommon kidney tumor of adulthood. We reported a adult man with a left kidney mass diagnosed as Wilms' tumor.Case presentation: A 25-year-old man was hospitalized due to injury of the anterior cruciate ligament of the right knee. Preoperative imaging accidentally revealed a mass measuring 53 × 46 mm involving the middle and lower segments of the left kidney without evidence supporting the invasion of the surrounding structures or metastasis. The patient didn't show any symptom commonly occurred in Wilms' tumor, such as flank pain or hematuria. After nephrectomy, the diagnosis of adult Wilms' tumor was confirmed based on the tumor morphology and immunohistochemical findings.Conclusion: In adult patients without any clinical manifestations or favorable imaging findings for low-stage renal cell carcinoma, the diagnosis of Wilms' tumor should be taken into consideration.

As the oil and gas pipelines are mostly laid underground, the pipeline metals are easy to be corroded due to its contact with the soil. For solving this problem, the cellular automata method was applied to construct a dynamic model of metallic soil corrosion, which took into account the key influencing factors such as soil water content, oxygen content and resistivity. With the help of this model, the soil corrosion behavior was simulated for the conditions with different water contents (C), corrosion dissolution probabilities (Pw) and diffusion probabilities (Pd). Results showed that with the increase of soil moisture, the metallic soil corrosion rate increased first and then decreased. With the increase of diffusion probability (Pd), the critical water content corresponding to the highest corrosion rate (Ct) decreased, indicating that the diffusion of water and oxygen dominated the corrosion rate. This was consistent with the actual process of soil corrosion, so it proved that the proposed model could provide a relatively accurate simulation of the soil corrosion behavior.

High-molecular-weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GSs) play a critical role in determining the viscoelastic properties of wheat. As the organelle where proteins are stored, the development of protein bodies (PBs) reflects the status of protein synthesis and also affects grain quality to a great extent. In this study, with special materials of four near-isogenic lines in a Yangmai 18 background we created, the effects of Glu-A1 and Glu-D1 loci deletions on the development and morphological properties of the protein body, protein components and dough properties were investigated. The results showed that the deletion of the HMW-GS subunit delayed the development process of the PBs, and slowed the increases of volume and area of PBs from 10 days after anthesis (DAA) onwards. In contrast, the areas of PBs at 25 DAA, the middle or late stage of endosperm development, showed no distinguishable differences among the four lines. Compared to the wild type and single null type in Glu-A1, the ratios of HMW-GSs to low-molecular-weight glutenin subunits (LMW-GSs), glutenin macropolymer (GMP) content, mixograph parameters as well as extension parameters decreased in the single null type in Glu-D1 and double null type in Glu-A1 and Glu-D1, while the ratios of gliadins (Gli)/glutenins (Glu) in those types increased. The absence of Glu-D1 subunits decreased both dough strength and extensibility significantly compared to the Glu-A1 deletion type. These results provide a detailed description of the effect of HMW-GS deletion on PBs, protein traits and dough properties, and contribute to the utilization of Glu-D1 deletion germplasm in weak gluten wheat improvement for use in cookies, cakes and southern steamed bread in China and liquor processing.

Our previous study demonstrated that phosphodiesterase 8 (PDE8) could work as a potential target for vascular dementia (VaD) using a chemical probe 3a. However, compound 3a is a chiral compound which was obtained by chiral resolution on HPLC, restricting its usage in clinic. Herein, a series of non-chiral 9-benzyl-2-chloro-adenine derivatives were discovered as novel PDE8 inhibitors. Lead 15 exhibited potent inhibitory activity against PDE8A (IC50 = 11 nmol/L), high selectivity over other PDEs, and remarkable drug-like properties (worthy to mention is that its bioavailability was up to 100%). Oral administration of 15 significantly improved the cAMP level of the right brain and exhibited dose-dependent effects on cognitive improvement in a VaD mouse model. Notably, the X-ray crystal structure of the PDE8A–15 complex showed that the potent affinity and high selectivity of 15 might come from the distinctive interactions with H-pocket including T-shaped π–π interactions with Phe785 as well as a unique H-bond network, which have never been observed in other PDE−inhibitor complex before, providing new strategies for the further rational design of novel selective inhibitors against PDE8.

Objective: To investigate the effects of warfarin anticoagulant therapy on vitamin K dependent clotting factors and down-regulation of protein C and protein S activities in anticoagulant system, as well as the effects of changes in above indic on anticoagulant balance. Methods: A total of 57 patients with pulmonary embolism or deep venous thrombosis treated with warfarin anticoagulant therapy in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were enrolled, and activities of coagulation factors FⅡ, FⅦ, FⅨ, FⅩ, PC and PS were detected. International standardized ratio(INR) wasgrouped by quartile and the differences in the activity levels of coagulant and anticoagulant factors, protein C and protein S activities between 4 groups were compared. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the activity levels of each factor between different INR quartile groups (FⅡ, FⅦ, FⅩ: P
