BackgroundChina is currently piloting a “Sharing Nurse” program that aims to increase the accessibility of nursing services to at-home patients by enabling patients to order nursing services using mobile apps or online platforms. ObjectiveThis study aims to assess nurses’ perceptions of the Sharing Nurse program, including their acceptance, concerns, needs, and willingness to take part in the program. MethodsA total of 694 nurses participated in the questionnaire survey. The survey collected their sociodemographic and work-related information and their perceptions of the Sharing Nurse program using a self-developed questionnaire. ResultsThe 694 respondents agreed that the Sharing Nurse program could provide patients with better access to nursing care (n=483, 69.6%). Their main concerns about the program were unclear liability division when medical disputes occur (n=637, 90.3%) and potential personal safety issues (n=604, 87%). They reported that insurance (n=611, 88%), permits from their affiliated hospital (n=562, 81.0%), clear instructions concerning rights and duties (n=580, 83.6%), real time positioning while delivering the service (n=567, 81.7%), and one-key alarm equipment (n=590, 85.0%) were necessary for better implementation of the program. More than half of the respondents (n=416, 60%) had an optimistic attitude toward the development of the Sharing Nurse program in China. Composite coating technology was used to prepare a modified polyamide 6 (PA6) polymer material masterbatch with low mutual interference and good spinnability using molybdenum oxide, tungsten trioxide, graphene oxide, etc., as modifiers. Experiment shows that using nanoscale composite-coated modified masterbatches capable of spectral heating and heat storage in the preparation of nylon 6 fiber, adding modified masterbatches with a mass ratio of 6% online, and controlling various process parameters can result in good functionality and usability as well as enable consistent production. Optimal production conditions are achieved by utilizing pre-dried PA6 chips with a moisture content of 420 ppm. The master batch is subjected to drying at a temperature of 95°C for 12 h. During this process, the master batch is introduced at an addition ratio of 6%. Subsequent spinning is conducted at a speed of 4,300 m·min−1 and a temperature of 255°C. Cooling is facilitated by air set at a temperature of 17°C, flowing at a speed of 0.45 m·min−1. In the production line, one roller operates without heating, while the second roller is maintained at a temperature range of 160°C. The stretching process is performed at a ratio of 1.3. To ensure proper lubrication, an oil rate of 1.3% is applied. These meticulously controlled process parameters collectively contribute to the most favorable production status.

In this study, we realized a highly luminescent polyester fiber using a special spinneret orifice comprised of eight C-shaped pores and specific process parameters. A moderate amount of reversible photochromism materials was added along with the specific color masterbatch of suitable materials. With its high light transmittance and reflectance, the fabric has high glossiness and excellent transparency and exhibits dazzling color effects with changes in ambient light intensity. The raw materials used are polyethylene terephthalate (PET) chips with a low melting point of 110–150°C, 0.3–0.5% (active ingredient 30%) masterbatch, and 40–50% (active ingredient 50%) reversible photochromism masterbatch. The following process parameters were also chosen: for the PET chips, the drying temperature was 80–90°C, the drying time was 12–14 h, the masterbatch drying temperature was 70–80°C, the drying time was 8–10 h, the spinning temperature was 220–230°C, the cooling air temperature was 15–17°C, the cooling air speed was 0.45–0.50 m·min−1, the first hot roller temperature was 75–80°C, and the secondary hot roller had the heater turned off.

Abstract With the development of the electric vehicle industry, the number of power batteries has increased dramatically. Establishing a recycling EOL (end-of-life) battery network for secondary use is an effective way to solve resource shortage and environmental pollution. However, existing networks are challenging due to the high uncertainty of EOL batteries, e.g., quantity and quality, resulting in a low recycling rate of the recovery network. To fill this gap, this paper proposes a stochastic programming approach for recovery network design under uncertain conditions of EOL batteries. Firstly, a multi-objective model for battery recovery network is established, considering carbon emissions and economic benefits. Secondly, a stochastic programming approach is proposed to clarify the model. Subsequently, the genetic algorithm is employed to solve the proposed model. Finally, a recovery network case of Region T is given to verify the credibility and superiority of the proposed method. The results demonstrate that the proposed model reduces carbon emissions by 20 metric tons and increases overall economic benefits by 10 million yuan in Region T compared to the deterministic model. Furthermore, the two portions affecting the optimization results are also discussed to provide a reference for reducing carbon emissions and improving economic efficiency in recycling networks.

Abstract In recent years, the two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor α-In2Se3 has great potential for applications in the fields of electronics and optoelectronics due to its spontaneous iron electrolysis properties. Through ab initio electronic structure calculations and quantum transport simulations, the interface properties and transport properties of α-In2Se3/Au contacts with different polarization directions are studied, and a two-dimensional α-In2Se3 asymmetric metal contact design is proposed. When α-In2Se3 is polarized upward, it forms an n-type Schottky contact with Au. While when α-In2Se3 is polarized downward, it forms a p-type Schottky contact with Au. More importantly, significant rectification effect is found in the asymmetric Au/α-In2Se3/Au field-effect transistor. The carrier transports under positive and negative bias voltages are found to be dominated by thermionic excitation and tunneling, respectively. These findings provide guidance for the further design of 2D α-In2Se3-based transistors.

Abstract The emergence of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has heralded a transformative era in the therapeutic landscape of non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). While ICIs have demonstrated clinical efficacy in a portion of patients with NSCLC, these treatments concurrently precipitate a spectrum of immune‐related adverse events (irAEs), encompassing mild to severe manifestations, collectively posing a risk of significant organ damage. Consequently, there exists an imperative to augment our comprehension of the pathophysiological underpinnings of irAEs and to formulate more efficacious preventive and ameliorative strategies. In this comprehensive review, we delineate the clinical presentation of organ‐specific irAEs in patients with NSCLC and provide an in‐depth analysis of recent advancements in understanding the mechanisms driving ICI‐induced toxicity. Furthermore, we discuss potential strategies and targets for ameliorating these irAEs. Ultimately, this review aims to furnish valuable insights to guide further research endeavours in the context of irAEs in NSCLC patients.

This paper observes the relationship between variables that cannot be explained through the structure of variable explanatory variance-covariance and explores the method of applying the theoretical model of principal component analysis and factor analysis by using the method of hypothesis. After studying the scope of application of the principal component analysis method and factor analysis method, both of which can be used in the general model of comprehensive evaluation of variables, the scientific management approach of planned behavior for student management in the classroom of college and university civic education is proposed. By empirically analyzing the Civics learning management and education evaluation of students and teachers in L colleges and universities, the experimental results show that the cumulative contribution rate of the three principal components, namely, high moral character, perfect personality and good communication, is 87.4% as the main observed variables. In the cluster analysis of the Civics performance, the best Civics performance was found in the category 2 and category 1 students in college L, with a total of 9 students conforming to it. The four principal component factors of the first-ranked teachers did not differ much, respectively 1.6485, 0.4653, 1.7463, −0.645, except for the teacher numbered 1, who had a big difference in the ranking place under the two evaluation methods, and the rest of the teachers did not have any difference, and on the whole, the quality of Civic and Political education in College L was better, and the harmonization with the student management was good.
