High-speed dynamic balance is a main method to solve the problem of exceeding the aero engine vibration limit. However, with the development of techniques of high performance engine, the rotating speed of a rotor becomes more and more high, which turns into a challenge to balance it. Therefore, balancing the rotor with high speed effectively is very important. How effective the engine rotor of high speed dynamic balance is very important.

Control technology of aeroengine has made remarkable development in recent 20 years. In order to meet the needs of high performance, high precision propulsion system control, based on computer technology, microelectronic technology and control theory, the control technology is from traditional hydraulic mechanical control to digital electronic control. Digital electronic control has been a huge success from limited function to the full authority control and from the development test to practical application. In the future it will have more widely application and development in the field of military and civilian aircraft control. This paper mainly discusses the full authority digital electronic control. It shows that the digital electronic engine control has wide application prospect and high application value.

Imatinib mesylate (IM) is the first-line treatment for Philadelphia (Ph) chromosomal positive leukemia by inhibiting phosphorylation of substrates via binding to the ABL kinase domain. Because of the drug resistance, side effects and the high cost of IM, it is necessary to find anti-cancer drugs with relatively low toxicity and cost, and enhanced efficacy, such as traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). As one of TCMs, Huai Qi Huang (HQH) was chosen to treat BV173 and K562 cells. Various concentrations of HQH were added to cells for 24-72 h. Co-treatment of HQH and trametinib, an MEK inhibitor, was used to verify the synergistic effects on cell viability and apoptosis. Knockdown and overexpression of mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 4 (MEK4) were implemented to demonstrate the role of MEK in cell apoptosis. Cell viability and apoptosis were measured by cell counting kit-8 assay (CCK8) and flow cytometry, respectively. Western blotting and real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) were used to assess protein and mRNA expression levels, respectively. The results showed that HQH inhibited survival and promoted apoptosis of BV173 and K562 cells in a dose-dependent manner, accompanied with down-regulation of PRKCH mRNA as well as CRAF, MEK4, phospho-ERK (pERK) and BCL2 proteins, and up-regulation of cleaved caspase3 protein. Co-treatment of HQH and trametinib had a synergistic effect on inhibiting survival and promoting apoptosis. MEK4 knockdown increased apoptosis, and had a synergistic effect with HQH. In contrast, MEK4 overexpression decreased apoptosis, and had the opposite effect with HQH. Collectively, the results of this study may identify a therapeutic mechanism of HQH on promoting apoptosis, and provide a potential option for treatment of Ph

The scheme adopts computer testing technology, virtual instrument and virtual system technology to realize the automatic detection for heading and attitude signal conversion equipment of aircraft. It greatly improves the test efficiency. Test time was reduced from 30 minutes to 3 minutes. Based on wavelet analysis and hierarchical decision, program module of connected line identification is design and it improves the reliability of program running. Noisy signals are de-noised by automatic zoom function of wavelet transform and that solves the interference problems of AC power supply.

According to the characteristic of synchronizer signal, multi-channel synchronizer signal generator is designed based on USB and C8051F340. Software implementation is given using Aitken interpolation algorithm. It greatly reduces the cost of development and effectively improves the precision. Meanwhile, using the USBXPress development kit for PC and firmware development shortens the development cycle. Compared with the special numeric synchronizer converter, the price of designed Synchronizer signal generator cheap 100 times, the full range error less than 0.04º and the accuracy improved 25 times. At the same time, it has work stability, strong anti-interference and high practical value.

The gene of D. salina (6–4) photolyase is the first one found in unicellular organisms. CPD photolyases have been extensively studied but (6–4) photolyases are less understood. Because of the data observed in this study, D. salina (6–4) photolyase is insensitive to high salinity; whether it can tolerate a higher level of salinity than other (6–4) photolyases needs to be studied further. However, evidence is provided that (6–4) photolyases might be highly conserved among different species, not only in the sequence identity but also in the photorepair mechanism.

Purpose This study summarizes the literature concerning osteochondroma of the mandibular coronoid process and presents a case of 1-stage treatment for this condition and concomitant facial asymmetry. Materials and Methods A 20-year-old man presented with osteochondroma of the mandibular coronoid process. Radiologic images showed a mushroom-shaped coronoid growth inside the zygomatic arch with outward expansion. Coronoidectomy and reduction malarplasty were performed in 1 stage. The literature on osteochondroma of the mandibular coronoid process since 1943 was reviewed concerning etiology, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, and treatment. Results At 20-month follow-up, the patient achieved markedly improved joint function and a symmetric facial appearance after excision of the osteochondroma. Conclusion Coronoidectomy combined with simultaneous reduction malarplasty could be an alternative and promising method to treat osteochondroma of the coronoid process with secondary facial asymmetry.
