Bu çalışmada, Anatolid-Torid bloğunda, Batı-Orta Toroslarda Isparta açısı doğusunda yer alan Dedegöl Dağı (Yenişarbademli, Isparta) dolayının jeolojisi ve Bozburun Şistlerinde dayk şeklinde bulunan Yaylabel Magmatiklerinin detaylı mineralojik-petrografik ve jeokimyasal özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca magmatizmanın kökeni ve oluşumunda etkili olan süreçler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. İnceleme alanının tabanında Bozburun Şistleri yer almaktadır. Bozburun şistleri içerisinde dayklar şeklinde gözlenen ve bu çalışmanın konusu olan Yaylabel Magmatikleri bulunmaktadır. Şistlerin üzerinde diskordan olarak Viziyen yaşlı Gökdağ formasyonu bulunmaktadır. Gökdağ formasyonu üzerinde Karlık formasyonu yer almaktadır. Karlık formasyonun üstünde Üst Anisiyen-Ladiniyen yaşlı Kartoz kireçtaşı diskordan olarak bulunmaktadır. Karagöl formasyonu bu birimi üzerlemiş olarak gözlenmektedir. Karagöl Formasyonun üzerinde Dipoyraz formasyonu bulunmaktadır. Kasımlar Formasyonu; altında bulunan Kartoz, Karagöl ve Dipoyraz formasyonları ile yanal yönde ve Dipoyraz formasyonu ile düşey geçişlidir. Kasımlar formasyonunun üstüne Tortoniyen Aksu Formasyonu diskordan olarak yer almaktadır. Bölgedeki en genç birim olan Kuvaterner yaşlı alüvyon, yamaç molozu ve moren tüm birimlerinin üzerinde diskordans olarak bulunmaktadır. Çalışma alanındaki en önemli kırık sistemi Kırkkavak Fayı'dır. Bu fay, kuzeyde Anamas-Akseki Otoktonu ile Beydağları Otoktonu arasında, güneyde ise Miyosen çökelleri arasında sınır oluşturan K-G uzanımlı bir faydır. Mineralojik-petrografik incelemeler sonucunda, magmatik kayaçların ana minerallerinin plajioklas, amfibol, piroksen, kuvars ve seyrek olarak mikadan oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Tali olarak apatit, rutil, ilmenit ve diğer opak mineraller bulunur. Porfirik, hipokristalen porfirik, intersertal ve glomoroporfirik dokular gözlenmektedir. Jeokimyasal incelemeler sonucunda kayaçlar kimyasal içeriklerine göre subalkali bazalt, bazaltik andezit, riyodasit/dasit ve alkali bazalt olarak tanımlanmıştır. N-Morb'a göre normalize edilmiş çoklu element diyagramlarında, Yaylabel Magmatikleri büyük iyon yarıçaplı litofil elementleri (Sr, K, Rb, Ba, Th) zenginleşme gösterirken; hafif nadir toprak elementleri (La, Ce ve Nd) nispeten daha az zenginleşme ve yüksek alan kuvvetli (Tb, Ti, Y ve Yb) elementlerde tüketilme gözlenmektedir. Magmatikler komşu LILE ve LREE'ye göre önemli ölçüde Ta ve Nb tüketilmesine sahiptir ve belirgin bir yay bileşeni içermektedir. Kondrite göre normalize edilmiş çoklu element diyagramlarında zayıf bir Eu anomalisi gözlenmekte ve plajioklas akümülasyonunun az olduğunu işaret etmektedir. Sr-Nd ve Pb izotop analizleri sonucunda, kayaçlar Kuzey Yarımküre Referans Çizgisi (NHRL) üzerinde yer alıp EM II alt rezervuarı bölgesiyle uyumludur. Tektonik ortam ayrım diyagramlarında Yaylabel Magmatikleri volkanik yay ve kıtasal yay alanlarına düşmektedir. Söz konusu olan Yaylabel Magmatiklerini oluşturan magmaların amfibol ve granat içeren metasomatize mantodan türemiş, kabuk içerisinde yükselme süreçlerinde fraksiyonel kristallenme, magma karışımı ve asimilasyon işlemlerinden etkilenmişlerdir. Yaylabel Magmatiklerine ait örneklerden 551.3±3.5, 557.9±3.7 ve 569±7.2 milyon yıl zirkon konkordiya yaşları alınmıştır. Eldeki tüm veriler Batı–Orta Toroslardaki bu magmatik etkinliğin Kadomiyen yay magmatizmasını takip eden yay-gerisi rift ortamında geliştiğini göstermektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Anatolid-Torid Bloğu, Dedegöl Dağı, Kadomiyen magmatik aktivite, dayk, yay gerisi rift., In this study, the geology of the Dedegöl Mountain (Yenişarbademli, Isparta), located east of the Isparta angle in the Anatolide-Tauride block, in the West-Central Taurides, and the detailed mineralogical-petrographic and geochemical properties of the Yaylabel Magmatics found in the form of dykes intruded in the Bozburun Schists were investigated. In addition, the processes that are effective in the origin and formation of magmatism have been tried to be revealed. The basement of the study area consists of Bozburun Schists. Dykes in the Yaylabel Magmatics, which is situated within in the Bozburun schists are the subject of this study. Visian aged Gökdağ formation is unconformably overling the schists. Karlık formation is located on the Gökdağ formation. Upper Anisian-Ladinian aged Kartoz limestone is unconformably overling the Karlık formation. This unit is overlain by the Karagöl Formation. Dipoyraz formation is located on the Karagöl Formation. The Kasımlar Formation is laterally transitional with the Kartoz, Karagöl and Dipoyraz formations underlying it and vertically with the Dipoyraz formation. Tortonian aged Aksu Formation is unconformably overlying the Kasımlar formation. Quaternary aged alluvium, slope debris and moraine, which are the youngest units in the region, are unconformably overlie all former units. The most important fracture system in the study area is the Kırkkavak Fault. This fault is a N-S trending fault forming a boundary between the Anamas-Akseki Autochthone and the Beydağları Autochthon in the north and between the Miocene sediments in the south. Mineralogical and petrographical studies show that the main mineral compositions of the Yaylabel Magmatics are represented by plagioclase, amphibole, pyroxene, quartz and rarely mica. The accessory mineral phase consists of apatite, rutile, ilmenite and opaque minerals. The rocks Show porphyric, hypocrystalline porphyric, intersertal and glomeroporphyritic textures. With the result of geochemical investigations, rocks were defined as subalkaline basalt, basaltic andesite, rhyodacite/dacite and alkaline basalt according to their chemical contents. N-MORB normalized multi-element patterns for Yaylabel Magmatics show enrichment in large ion lithophile elemts (Sr, K, Rb, Ba, Th) and relatively less enrichment in light rare earth elements (La, Ce and Nd) and high depletion in field strength elements (Tb, Ti, Y and Yb). Magmatics have significant depletions of Ta and Nb relative to neighbouring LILE and LREE and show a important subduction component. A weak Eu anomaly is observed on the chondrite normalized multi-element diagrams, indicating that plagioclase accumulation is low. As a result of Sr-Nd and Pb isotope analyzes, the rocks are located on the Northern Hemisphere Reference Line (NHRL) and are compatible with the EM II area. In tectonic environment discrimination diagrams, Yaylabel Magmatic falls into volcanic arc and continental arc areas. The primary magmas of the Yaylabel Magmatics were derived from amphibole and garnet bearing mantle, and were affected by fractional crystallization, mixing and assimilation processes during ascent through the upper crust. From the samples of Yaylabel Magmatics, zircon U-Pb concordia ages 551.3 ± 3.5, 557.9 ± 3.7 and 569 ± 7.2 million years were obtained. All available data show that this magmatic activity in the West-Central Taurides developed in the back-arc rift environment following the Cadomian arc magmatism. PMID: 35110115 Objective: Although many pediatric studies on children infected with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been published, the diagnosis, clinical symptoms, laboratory findings, and treatment of COVID-19 in children are still unclear. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted with an aim to examine the hematological findings of symptomatic pediatric patients diagnosed with COVID-19 in May 2020 at the Pandemic Hospital in Dicle University. Patient records were evaluated retrospectively. This study involved 59 symptomatic pediatric patients with a definite diagnosis of COVID-19 who had positive SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test results on nasopharyngeal swab between March 15, 2020 and May 31, 2020. Results: The records of a total of 10 (16.9%) patients under the age of 1; 21 (35.6%) patients aged 1-10 years, and, 28 (47.5%) patients aged 10-18 years, who had been diagnosed with COVID-19 were evaluated. Based on severity, 35 (59.3%) patients were in the mild group (group 1) and 24 (40.7%) patients were in the moderate-severe group (group 2). The blood parameters of WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, and thrombocyte counts, the hemoglobin (Hgb) level, and NLR, PLR, MPV, fibrinogen, ferritin, and D-dimer levels were compared between groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P > .05). LDH was higher in group 2 (P = .014). Conclusion: Since children infected with COVID-19 show mild clinical symptoms or are asymptomatic, fewer pediatric patients may be detected than adults. Therefore, it should be known that the laboratory findings typical for adults may not accompany the disease in pediatric cases. More studies are needed to determine the most appropriate COVID-19 treatment approach for children, as hospitalization history and testing rates are less reported among children.

Since the global financial crisis, major central banks gradually switched to unconventional monetary policies (UMPs) as part of their efforts to directly influence the long-term interest rates. This study analyzes the impact of conventional/unconventional monetary policies on sovereign bond return spillovers across countries and maturities since February 2007. Following the Taper Tantrum of mid-2013 and the ECB's policy convergence to other major central banks in 2015, the long-term return connectedness across countries increased, overtaking the short-term connectedness and lowering the dispersion of connectedness measures across maturities. Over the same period, net connectedness from short- to long-term maturities weakens, while net connectedness from medium- to long-term maturities stays strong. Finally, panel regression results show that UMPs in the form of higher central bank asset ratios led to higher pairwise long-term return connectedness even when the control variables such as trade and portfolio investment flows and the distance between pairs of countries are included in regression analysis.

We analyze the behavior of plant-level real wages and productivity in Turkish manufacturing after the transition to democracy in 1987 and test whether wages under democracy causes productivity. The Turkish experience provides almost an experimental case: real wages in manufacturing increased by 120% in the 1987-93 period due to (exogenous) political changes, together with unprecedented total factor productivity and labor productivity growth. While these observations provide support for the "democracies pay higher wages" hypothesis, they also stimulate further evaluation of the consequences of such politically-motivated 'exogenous' wage hikes on economic performance. Our analysis shows that real wage hikes during the democratic transition forced firms to increase productivity to stay competitive. The findings also help explain why countries that undergo an orderly transition from autocracy to democracy may achieve rapid productivity gains.
