This paper summarized the nursing of a patient with cancer-related insomnia of deficiency of both heart and spleen treated by Yin-Yang balance five-element cupping therapy. After a comprehensive nursing risk assessment, the Yin-Yang balance five-element cupping therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation was carried out to relieve the fatigue and insomnia, and improve the patient’s quality of life during treatment. (本文总结阴平阳秘五行罐疗法治疗1例心脾两虚型肿瘤相关性失眠患者的护理体会。患者入院后完善护理评估, 基于中医辨证分型, 实施阴平阳秘五行罐疗法干预, 有效减轻患者疲乏程度, 改善失眠症状, 提高患者生活质量。)

To explore effect of scraping and moxibustion therapy for a breast cancer patient with COVID-19 in convalescence. On the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the Du meridian (Dazhui) and the bladder meridian (Feishu, Pishu) of the patient were treated with scraping and moxibustion once a day. The comprehensive nursing interventions including daily care, nutrition guidance, symptomatic care and emotion care were carried out during the treatment. Scraping and moxibustion therapy can effectively alleviate cough, fatigue and other symptoms of COVID-19 in convalescence. (本文总结1例乳腺癌患者新型冠状病毒感染恢复期应用刮灸疗法的效果和护理经验。基于患者辨证分型, 选取督脉(大椎)和膀胱经(肺俞、脾俞)进行刮灸, 同时配合生活起居管理、饮食指导、症状护理、情志护理等常规护理, 有效缓解患者咳嗽、咳痰、乏力、腹胀等多种症状。)

This paper summarized the holographic meridian scraping therapy and nursing interventions for a patient with cancer-related insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency type. Based on the acupoint selection by Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the holographic meridian scraping therapy and comprehensive nursing interventions including nutrition support, exercise training and psychological care were carried out to relieve insomnia symptoms and improve patient’s quality of life. This paper reviewed the clinical effect of five-element energy cupping therapy in the treatment of heart-spleen deficiency type insomnia in a lung cancer patient, and summarized related nursing measures. Based on the conventional nursing interventions on daily life support, dietary, exercise and mental health, the five-element energy cupping therapy by Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation was carried out to relieve the insomnia and improve the sleep quality of the patient. Taking the mode of Green treatment of tumor as the starting point, under the guidance of the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment of internal diseases, the tumor-green nursing clinic mainly applies the tumor-green nursing technology to carry out symptom nursing and physical conditioning for tumor patients, extends the tumor-green nursing to the chronic disease management, carries out the whole process nursing of tumor patients, and makes the transformation of diagnosis and treatment service to mode of "prevention of disease". In the construction of tumor-green Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing clinic, a series of standards, scientific management modes and modified outpatient operation quality control system have been formulated. At the same time, tumor-green nursing technical specifications and standards have been formulated, and a Chinese version of pan-Canadian Oncology Symptom Triage and Remote Support (COSTaRS) Scale has been introduced for the overall, dynamic and comprehensive evaluation of tumor patients. The establishment of tumor-green TCM nursing clinic is conducive to improve TCM nursing service ability, meet the individual health needs of patients, and promote the construction and development of TCM nursing clinic standardization. (肿瘤中医绿色护理门诊以肿瘤绿色治疗模式为出发点, 在辨证论治、内病外治理念的指导下, 主要应用肿瘤绿色调护技术, 对肿瘤患者进行症状护理和体质调理, 把肿瘤绿色调护延伸至肿瘤门诊慢病管理中, 实现了肿瘤患者全程护理, 实现了诊疗服务向“治未病”预防模式转换。在肿瘤中医绿色护理门诊建设上制订了一系列规范、科学的工作与管理模式及完善的门诊运行质量控制体系, 同时也制定肿瘤绿色调护技术规范和标准, 且引入CosTaRs本土化症状评估量表, 用于对肿瘤患者进行整体、动态、全面的评估。通过肿瘤中医绿色护理门诊的建立有利于提升中医护理服务能力, 满足患者个体化健康需求, 推进中医护理门诊标准化的建设与发展。)
