As the basic unit and micro-site of grassroots governance, rural communities are facing many cultural obstacles that restrict rural modernization. Focused on rural communities, this study sorts out the requirements of Chinese-style modernization on rural communities and the actual performance of coping with the cultural obstacles of Chinese-style modernization. It finds that the causes of these cultural dilemmas are mainly due to the disconnection of the system in the process of modernization, the deviation between concept penetration and the actual situation. On this basis, this paper proposes the corresponding cultural solution strategies. These strategies start from the top-level design of the national system, cultivate the concept of modern cultural inheritance, construct a modern cultural development system, shape a modern cultural integration mechanism, and improve modern cultural governance and service models. They are of great significance to continuously cultivating the rural cultural self-confidence of the peasant masses, meeting the spiritual needs of the peasant masses, realizing the value goals of the peasant masses, and promoting the realization of Chinese-style modernization. To better understand the evolution process of emotion in crowd situation, this paper provided a method of building the emotion model based on interpersonal relationship. It constructed interpersonal relationship on the basis of the small world network, and represented the emotional relationship among persons in the real life by parameter of mood introduced in the model. Based on the Bosses' group emotion model and the relationship network as the medium of emotion contagion, it simulated the evolution process of emotion under the different relationship situations. It studied the influence of the adjacent neighbors number K, the rewiring probability P and the affection relationship R on the result of emotion contagion. The numerical simulation results confirm that the closer the affection relationship of crowd is and the more the neighbor number of K, the stronger the emotion strength of crowd and the shorter the time is. To make the simulation of the emotional evolution in crowd situation more realistic, this paper provided a new method of building the emotion model based on opinion identity. Individual opinion value and emotional trigger threshold, which were introduced in the model, were to reflect the effect made by opinion interaction on emotional evolution of crowd. Opinion interaction was implemented using the bounded confidence Deffuant model. Through the simulation, it can be concluded that opinion interaction not only accelerates the emotion convergence process but has the determining influence on the emotional situation of crowd with many opinions as well. In the process of emotional contagion, the model reflects the unconscious and automated process of individual, and embodies the selected process for infectious object.
