Integrating in situ deformation and electron tomography (ET) techniques allows us to visualize the materials’ response to an applied stress with nanometer spatial resolution. The capability of structural, chemical, and morphological characterization in three-dimension real time and at sub-microscopic levels alleviates several persistent problems of two-dimensional imaging such as the projection effect and postmortem appearance. On the other hand, implementing deformation mechanism introduces additional experimental constraints that could influence the accuracy of the reconstructed volumes in a different way. To materialize quantitative and statistically relevant microstructure interpretation by time-resolved ET, we evaluated several key parameters such as angular tilt range, tilt increment, and reconstruction algorithms to characterize their influences on the accuracy of size and morphology reproducibility.

In this paper the cluster structures of [Zn-(CH3CH2OH)n]2+ have been investigated with spectroscopic experiment and theoretical calculation. According to the fluorescence spectroscopy experiments, the fluorescence peak of ethanol molecules was found between 275~330 nm. A new peak appeared between 350~380 nm after the metal ions (Zn2+) was added into ethanol solution due to the generation of new clusters of molecules, and the original fluorescence peak of ethanol molecules became weak owing to the destroyed structure of ethanol molecules induced by Zn2+. The cluster structures of Zn2+ in water solution were investigated by using different methods. By comparing the results, a more accurate and fast B3LYP method of DFT was found and applied to optimize the possible structures of [Zn-(CH3CH2OH)n]2+. The results suggested that the first solvation shell of the system is up to six ethanol molecules, and thermodynamic parameters also shows the six kinds of molecular clusters which are likely in the solution. Moreover compared the theoretical fluorescence spectroscopy with experimental fluorescence spectroscopy, new clusters [Zn-(CH3CH2OH)n]2+ have been generated, with [Zn-(CH3CH2OH)n]2+(n=1~3) as main constructions.

ABC triblock copolymers bearing adenine- and thymine-functionalized external blocks self-assembled into long-range, ordered lamellar microphase-separated morphologies on non-patterned substrates. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding formed thymine–adenine triplets and promoted self-assembly into well-defined lamellae consisting of poly(n-butyl acrylate) soft domains and complementary nucleobase hard domains, while thymine–adenine duplets contributed to superior mechanical properties.

In the existing target tracking of robot integrated machine, adds panorama synthesis function and the suspicious target selection function, the target tracking runs only on selected target, make the tracking more targeted. In the Panorama synthesis module of the present system, there are two ways to obtain video stream that is real-time image stream from Cameras and the local AVI video file. Through the algorithm to judge the position relationship between two adjacent frames, finishes the image stitching, and displays panorama of the in the user interface in real time. By a particular target selection from users, complete moving object detection and tracking in motion camera environment. After the test, the system can meet the general needs of application oriented robot visual.
