日本学術振興会「ひらめき☆ときめきサイエンス」助成によるストレスマネジメントの体験型学習の効果を明らかにする目的で、同意が得られた 18 名の参加高校生を対象に実施終了後の質問紙調査と郵送法で回収した対象者11名のリラクゼーション前後で測定した血圧値、脈拍値、経皮的酸素飽和度、唾液アミラーゼ値、マインドバランス計器から測定した実測値と変化率を調べた。その結果、本体験型学習プログラムへの興味や関心ならびに満足感は 9 割以上と高く、自由記述内容は、《ストレス緩和の重要性》、《体験による学びの満足感》、《他者と交流できた満足感》、《看護職への志向性》の 4 つに集約された。また、リラクゼーション後の血圧値、脈拍値は低下したが唾液アミラーゼ値は若干の上昇が認められた。一方、経皮的酸素飽和度およびマインドバランス総合評価、リラックス度は上昇が認められ、簡便かつ客観的にリラクゼーション効果を実体験できたことにより、ストレスマネジメントの重要性や体験型学習の満足感に繋がったと考える。

A病院手術室では、疑いを含むラテックスアレルギー（以下、LA とする）患者への対応マニュアルがないため、手術時の対応は手術室看護師個々の経験に任せられている現状があった。そこでLA患者に対する取り組みとして、手術室対応マニュアルの作成および手術室看護師を対象とした学習会の開催を行い、看護師の知識向上とLA患者への対応の統一化を図った。取り組みの結果から、マニュアルの作成・活用と学習会の開催により、LAへの対応方法が具体化さ れ、指針を提示できたと考える。また学習会の開催により看護師が専門知識を得た上でLA患者への対応ができ、根拠に基づいた統一した対応につながったと考えられる。今後の課題として、術前・術中・術後と統一した対応を行うために、手術室だけでなく各病棟や外来部門を含む病院全体においてLAに対する知識を普及させるとともに、病院全体でLA患者に対応できるマニュアルを作成することが課題と考える。

本研究は国内における術後疼痛に関する看護研究の動向と課題を明らかにするため、医学中央雑誌を用いて文献検討を行った。2003年から2013年に発表された原著論文のうち、術式別では開胸・開腹・整形外科に関連する45文献を対象とした。研究デザインは介入研究と実態調査が大多数を占めた。研究目的・結果からみると看護介入の効果判定に関する研究が最も多く、介入方法は多様であり効果も一定ではなかった。対象者数や介入方法の信頼性を検討した上でエビデンスに基づいた研究を積み重ねていく必要がある。鎮痛薬管理の評価では研究により疼痛の評価指標と評価時期が異なるため、多角的な評価指標を用いた疼痛評価および包括的アセスメントに取り組む必要がある。看護師の疼痛管理の評価では、痛みの軽視や疼痛アセスメントの困難等の認識が明らかにされたが、看護実践の客観的評価への課題がある。疼痛管理体制を組織的に評価した研究は少なく、研究を積み重ねていく必要がある。

本研究の目的は、Ａ大学とＢ病院の『包括連携協定』の重点項目①共同研究の推進と看護研究学術集会②人材交流・人事交流③実習指導体制の強化の3項目について現状・課題を明らかにし、これを踏まえ④連携のための方策を検討することである。教員、看護師74人にアンケート調査を実施、43人から回答を得た。内容分析法により分析を行った結果、①双方が共同研究と看護研究学術集会の着実な成果を高く評価し、今後継続・推進のための“システム化”が急務であること②双方の強みを活かした人材交流とその活性化、限りあるマンパワーの中での体制作り③臨床教授等制度のさらなる周知と役割・機能の明確化、管理者に留まらず顔の見える関係作り等が課題となった。これらを踏まえ、④双方の関係作り、人事交流の制度化、学生の就職・定着化を意識した取り組み、臨床教授等制度のさらなる充実が必要であり、『包括連携協定』の一層の推進が求められている。

本研究は、高校生16名を対象に行った日本学術振興会「ひらめき☆ときめきサイエンス」助成による『ハンドパワーの極意伝授 ! ～見て、聴いて、触れて体験しよう 癒しの科学と実践～』の教育実践の成果を明らかにすることを目的に、プログラム終了後のアンケート調査とハンドマッサージ実施前後の温度変化を赤外線サーモグラフィーにより調査した。結果、対象者の満足感や興味ならびに関心は約9割以上であり、体験学習を通して《プログラム内容への満足感》以外に、《ハンドパワーの実感とケアの大切さ》、《マッサージ効果の実感と他者への活用期待》、《アロマ作成の楽しさと活用期待》を得ていた。また、マッサージの実施前後の手掌温度は、12名に約2℃の変化が認められ、体験を可視化したこともマッサージ効果の実感や満足感を高め教育実践の成果に繋がっていたと考えられた。今後は、さらに体験学習の効果を高められるプログラム内容や方法を検討する必要がある。

本研究は、外科病棟看護師に術後疼痛管理の教育研修を実施し、実施前後の術後疼痛管理への認識と看護実践の変化について、外科病棟看護師の主観的評価から検討し、介入の効果を明らかにすることを目的とした。教育研修は、術後疼痛管理に必要な基礎知識の要点についてテキストを用いて講義形式で実施した。教育研修の開催は病棟看護師が全員参加できるよう複数回実施した。教育研修の前後においてアンケート調査を実施した結果、患者主体の周術期疼痛管理の推進に関する認識が有意に上昇した。さらに看護実践では半数以上の項目の実施率が上昇し、特に患者教育の充実や非薬物的な疼痛緩和ケアの実践等に効果的である可能性が示唆された。今後は教育研修の効果について看護師の主観的評価だけでなく、参加観察や患者による評価など客観的指標から分析することや、教育研修後一定期間を経た後の看護実践の評価について検討を重ねていくことが課題である。

本研究は、Y県術後疼痛管理研究会が継続して活動を行う上での取り組むべき課題を明らかにすることを目的に、研究会メンバー10名から得た記載内容を質的統合法(KJ 法)で分析した。結果、活動が継続できるのは、【活動推進の源泉:仲間の存在と形ある成果】であるとしていた一方、【活動推進のネック:不十分な事務局体制】と捉えていた。また、【課題の震源:看護師の知識不足による不全感とジレンマ】がある故に、研究会が【これまでの活動の成果:学ぶ機会の提供】に繋がっていると捉えていた。それ故、【課題の震源:看護師の知識不足による不全感とジレンマ】を解決し、【これまでの活動の成果:学ぶ機会の提供】を推進する上でも、【学習活動発展の課題:継続したレベルアップ機会の提供】と【研究活動発展の課題:教育ツールの開発とエビデンスの確立】の両面から取り組むことで、【実践活動発展の課題:他職種とのチームアプローチの充実】になると捉えていたことが明らかになった。

Smittia nudipennis (Goetghebuer, 1913) (Fig. 6) Smittia nudipennis (Goetghebuer, 1913: 166) (Camptocladius). Bryophaenocladius togatenuis Sasa et Okazawa, 1992: 136. syn. n. Specimen examined: Japan: Toyama Pref., Toga Village, holotype ♂ of Bryophaenocladius togatenuis, 31. v. 1990, T. Okazawa & M. Sasa [specimen No. 180:61 (NSMT-I-Dip 4702)]. Pubescent eyes, a terminal seta on last antennal flagellomere, no acrostichal setae, a moderately extended costa and a strongly sinuous Cu 2 are observed in the holotype of Bryophaenocladius togatenuis. These features indicate that the species belongs to the genus Smittia Holmgren. Specimen examined: Japan: Tokyo Metropolitan, Bonin Isles, Chichijima Isl., holotype ♂ of Paratrissocladius ogasaduodecimus, 14. viii. 1996, H. Suzuki [specimen No. 307:37 (NSMT-I-Dip 5038)]. Sasa and Suzuki (l997) describe that the wing of Paratrissocladius ogasaduodecimus is bare. However, we found the holotype as having the wings covered with macrotrichia on their entire surfaces. The costa is ending proximal of M 3+4. Suzuki [specimen No. 308: 02]; Kochi Pref., Nakamura, Shimanto River (near mouth), holotype ♂ of Chironomus simantobeceus, 25. v. 1998, M. Sasa [specimen No. 360:01 (NSMT-I-Dip-5222)]. Chironomus claggi superficially resembles C. flaviplumus Tokunaga and C. yoshimatusi Martin et Sublette, but is well-separable from both these species in having much slender superior volsellae. Although the species also resembles C. cirucumdatus in the shape of the superior volsella, and the uniformly coloured scutal vittae in the former. The morphological features of C. simantobeceus are quite identical with those of C. claggi described by Tokunaga (1964). Furthermore, we observed many pseudospurs on mid and hind tarsomeres in specimen named C. simantobeceus in Sasa, Suzuki and Sakai (1998). Ishigaki Is., Kuira River, holotype ♂ of Microtendipes iriocedeus, 2. vii. 1999, H. Suzuki [specimen No. 385:34 (NSMT-I-Dip 5293)]. The following features are recognized in the holotype of Microtendipes iriocedeus: superior volsella robust, basal 1/2 sparsely covered with microtrichia, apical portion abruptly narrowed and hooked inwardly and anteriorly, basal portion with 2 inner setae and a dorsolateral seta inserted at about basal 1/3; anal point long and parallelsided, with pointed apex.
