As doctoral education evolves globally, the focus intensifies on doctoral candidates' academic performance and psychological well-being. Previous research has studied the effects of individual, societal, and environmental factors on students' academic achievements. However, there is still a lack of investigation into how these factors interact, especially in the domains of arts. This study surveyed 213 Chinese musicology doctoral students and adopted Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate how various factors affect academic and mental health outcomes. The analysis shows that factors including teacher support, student engagement, and well-being positively influence academic performance, while academic anxiety negatively impacts academic performance. Moreover, variables help diminish academic anxiety, encompassing self-efficacy, parental support, time management skills, and student engagement. Meanwhile, enhanced doctoral students' well-being is related to robust teacher support, facilitating conditions, and active student engagement. Notably, students who experience academic anxiety about their studies generally have lower well-being. These findings indicate that alleviating academic anxiety, refining academic resources, and reinforcing mental health supports can foster academic and psychological outcomes for doctoral students. A four-quadrant wind imaging interferometer is a new generation of wind imaging interferometer with the valuable features of being monolithic, compact, light, and insensitive to temporal variations in the source. Its applications include remote sensing of the wind field of the upper atmosphere and observing important dynamical processes in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere. In this paper, we describe a new phase step determination approach based on the Lissajous figure, which provides an efficient, accurate, and visual method for the characterization and calibration of this type of instrument. Using the data from wavelength or thermal fringe scanning, the phase steps, relative intensities, and instrument visibilities of four quadrants can be retrieved simultaneously. A general model for the four-quadrant wind imaging interferometer is described and the noise sensitivity of this method is analyzed. A dual-wavelength spaceborne Martian polarized wind imaging Michelson interferometer based on liquid crystal tunable filters (LCTF-MPWIMI) has been proposed for the remote sensing detection of dynamic parameters such as wind speed and temperature in the middle and upper atmosphere of Mars. Using the detected Martian oxygen atom emission lines at 557.7 nm and 630.0 nm as observation spectral lines, this technology extends the detection altitude range for Martian atmospheric wind speed and temperature to 60–180 km. By leveraging the different spectral line visibility of the interferograms at the two wavelengths, a novel method for measuring Martian atmospheric temperature is proposed: the dual-wavelength spectral line visibility product method. This new approach reduces the uncertainty of temperature detection compared to traditional single spectral line visibility methods, while maintaining the precision of wind speed measurements. The feasibility of the LCTF-MPWIMI for measuring wind and temperature fields in the Martian middle and upper atmosphere has been validated through theoretical modeling and computer simulations. The interferometer, as a key component of the system, has been designed and analyzed. The proposed LCTF-MPWIMI instrument is free of mechanical moving parts, offering flexible wavelength selection and facilitating miniaturization. The dual-wavelength temperature measurement method introduced in this work provides superior temperature measurement precision compared to any single spectral line when the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the interferograms is comparable. Moreover, this method does not impose specific requirements on the atomic state of the spectral lines, making it broadly applicable to similar interferometric wind measurement instruments. Stannosilicates with hierarchical pores are greatly desirable for the liquid-phase conversion of ketones into esters or lactones, in particular, requiring open porous spaces. The nanoporous zeolite UTL with a framework Sn-(IV) species was constructed successfully using a fluorine-assisted hydrothermal synthesis strategy. The obtained [Sn, Ge]-UTL in calcined form experienced severe structural collapse during an ultrasonic process under a pure water medium due to the easily hydrolytic Ge–O linkages in double four-ring units. The ultrasonic treatment also caused the irregular arrangement of nanosized Si-rich cfi (mono- and/or multi-) layers, inducing the stacking faults and generating abundant intracrystal mesopores after calcination. In addition, the neutral environment had little adverse influence on the content of the tetrahedrally coordinated Sn ions, irrespective of the extensive removal of Ge species. The resultant Sn-Meso-UTL catalyst favored the diffusion of bulky substrates and oxidants, improving the accessibility of Sn active sites and performing efficient catalytic activity in the Baeyer–Villiger oxidation of ketones with an inorganic hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or organic tert-butyl hydroperoxide oxidant. Furthermore, high selectivity (95.4%) of the target ε-caprolactone product was obtained through optimizing the H2O2/cyclohexanone molar ratio (0.2) and reaction time (40 min), which was excellent in comparison with the representative Sn-β-F catalyst. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has become a worldwide public health problem. Epimedin C is considered one of the most important flavonoids in Epimedium, a famous edible herb in China and Southeast Asia that is traditionally used in herbal medicine to treat diabetes. In the present study, the therapeutic potential of epimedin C against T2DM was ascertained using a mouse model, and the mechanism underlying the hypoglycemic activity of epimedin C was explored using a label-free proteomic technique for the first time. Levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), and oral glucose tolerance, as well as contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the 30 mg·kg−1 epimedin C group (EC30 group), were significantly lower than those in the model control group (MC group) (p < 0.05), while the contents of hepatic glycogen, insulin, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), as well as activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the EC30 group were notably higher than those in the MC group (p < 0.05). The structures of liver cells and tissues were greatly destroyed in the MC group, whereas the structures of cells and tissues were basically complete in the EC30 group, which were similar to those in the normal control group (NC group). A total of 92 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were enriched in the gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways. In the EC30 vs. MC groups, the expression level of cytosolic phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (Pck1) was down-regulated, while the expression levels of group XIIB secretory phospholipase A2-like protein (Pla2g12b), apolipoprotein B-100 (Apob), and cytochrome P450 4A14 (Cyp4a14) were up-regulated. According to the KEGG pathway assay, Pck1 participated in the gluconeogenesis and insulin signaling pathways, and Pla2g12b, Apob, and Cyp4a14 were the key proteins in the fat digestion and fatty acid degradation pathways. Pck1, Pla2g12b, Apob, and Cyp4a14 seemed to play important roles in the prevention and treatment of T2DM. In summary, epimedin C inhibited Pck1 expression to maintain FBG at a relatively stable level, promoted Pla2g12b, Apob, and Cyp4a14 expressions to alleviate liver lipotoxicity, and protected liver tissues and cells from oxidant stress possibly by its phenolic hydroxyl groups. The Mars Atmospheric Wind Imaging Interferometer offers several advantages, notably its high throughput, enabling the acquisition of precise and high vertical resolution data on the temperature and wind fields in the Martian atmosphere. Considering the current absence of such an Interferometer, this paper introduces a novel Mars wind field imaging interferometer. In analyzing the photochemical model of O2 (a1Δg) 1.27 μm molecular airglow radiation in the Martian atmosphere and considering the impact of instrument signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), we have chosen an optical path difference (OPD) of 8.6 cm for the interferometer. The all-solid-state polarized wind imaging interferometer is miniaturized by incorporating two arm glasses as the compensation medium in its construction, achieving the effects of field-widening and temperature compensation. Additionally, an F-P Etalon is designed to selectively filter the desired three spectral lines of O2 dayglow, and its effect is evaluated through simulations. The accuracy of the proposed compact Mars polarized wind imaging interferometer for detecting Mars' wind field and temperature field has been validated through rigorous theoretical derivation and comprehensive computer simulations. The interferometer boasts several advantages, including its compact and small size, static stability, minimal stray light, and absence of moving parts. It establishes the theoretical, technological, and instrumental engineering foundations for future simultaneous static measurement of Martian global atmospheric wind fields, temperature fields, and ozone concentrations from spacecraft, thereby significantly contributing to the dataset for investigating Martian atmospheric dynamics.
