In order to study the energy-saving effect of different exterior enclosure wall's types on the steel-concrete composite structure residence in the northwest cold and dry region, this paper takes a steel tube bundle composite structure residential building in Hongxinyuan Community of Hongguang Town, Yinchuan City, Ningxia Province as an example and uses the Series software of Swell Green Building Design to establish a thermal model, moreover, this paper selects three representative exterior enclosure wall's schemes which is suitable for the steel tube bundle composite structure residential system in the cold and arid regions of Northwest China. Under the condition that the thickness of the enclosures remain the same, three types of residential heat consumption indicators, heating coal consumption and energy conservation rate of enclosures were calculated by changing only the types of external retaining walls. Finally, the energy saving effect of the three schemes is compared and analyzed, and the optimal scheme is obtained. The results show that the LSP self-locking horizontal assembled board is superior to the aerated concrete block and polystyrene particle composite strip. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The phase change wax, n-octadecane and dodecanol were used as the core materials, and the amino resin was used as the wall material, the microcapsule phase change material suitable for building materials was prepared by in-situ polymerization method. It was characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermo-gravimetric analysis (TG). The effects of core material type, emulsifier dosage and pre-polymer droplet acceleration on the thermal properties of phase change temperature, phase change enthalpy and thermogravimetry of microcapsule phase change materials were investigated. The results show that the n-octadecane microcapsules and the dodecyl alcohol microcapsules have a smooth surface, uniform particle size distribution and high capsular ratio. When the dodecanol/amino resin microcapsule emulsifier mass fraction is 8% and the prepolymerization time is about 60 minutes, the reaction is relatively complete, the phase change temperature is 23.09 °C, the latent heat of phase change is 61.30 J/g, and the high temperature is resistant to 200 °C. Based on the principle of chemical foaming, the foamed gypsum composite material with phase-change materials was prepared by direct mixing method with the ternary inorganic cementitious material system of building gypsum, white cement and slaked lime as the substrate. The physical and thermal properties were tested, and the formulation parameters of foaming gypsum with better comprehensive performance were optimized by orthogonal analysis. The morphology of hydration products was analyzed by SEM, and the relationship between thermal conductivity and apparent density was established. The results show that the compressive strength of the foamed gypsum test block with embedded phase change energy storage materials meets the requirements of more than 0.3 MPa, and the 28 d strength has no shrinkage, within the given horizontal range, the optimal preparation parameters are 87% gypsum, 2% phase change material, 6% hydrogen peroxide, and 0.3% calcium stearate.
