Introduction: Seeking effective multimodal analgesia and anesthetic regimen is the basis for the success of ERAS. Opioid-free anesthesia (OFA) is a multimodal anesthesia associating hypnotics, N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) antagonists, local anesthetics, anti-inflammatory drugs and α-2 agonists. Although previous studies have confirmed that OFA is safe and feasible for VATS surgery, there is great heterogeneity in how to select and combine anti-harm drugs to replace opioids. We hypothesized that the reduced opioid use during and after surgery allowed by OFA compared with standard of care will be associated with a reduction of postoperative opioid-related adverse events and an improvement in the quality of rehabilitation of patients after partial VATS lung resection. Methods/Analysis: The TEDOFA Study is a prospective double-blind, randomized, controlled clinical trial with a concealed allocation of patients scheduled to undergo elective partial VATS pneumonectomy 1:1 to receive either a standard anesthesia protocol or an OFA. A total of 146 patients were recruited in the study. Primary endpoint was the 15-item recovery quality scale (QoR-15) at 24 hours after surgery. This article studies the bade properties of the takings of a certain gold mine. The rheological parameters of the paste flurry were measured dung the Bowled RSR-SST rheological tester, to obtain the rheological curve and analyze its change process. Dung the principle of BP neural network, a rheological mode was established with dory mass concentration, cement sand radio X2, unit Wight X3, and extend-ability X4 as influencing factors, and yield stress Y-I and phasic viscosity Y2 as two rheological parameter. The results show that the mass concentration of the dory is the man factor affecting the rheological properties, the expand on of dory takes the second place, and the ratio of cement to sand and the volume Wight of dory have the least influence. When the mass concentration is between 72% and 74%,the influence of ash sand ratio, slurry bulk dendty,and expand on degree on rheological parameters is relatively small. The rheological parameters of the full tailings paste Increase linearity with the mass concentration of the dory and the time sand ratio. The established rheological function mode has a controllable error and high accuracy in predicting the rheological characteristics parameters of the gold mine ailing slurry, which can provide a beds for calculating the red stance along the pile transportation and arranging the underground ailing pile network. Taper angle is an important factor for characterizing a hyrocyclone's separation performance. Appropriate setting of the taper angle can contribute to particle grading and separation performance of the hydrocyclone. Through numerical analysis, this study investigated the flow fields and separation performances of the hydrocyclones with different taper angles in depth. Moreover, the numerical simulation results were compared with experimental data of the conventional hydrocyclone for accuracy validation. The results showed that the tangential velocity, axial velocity, and the diameter of air core increased with the increasing taper angle. At a too large or a too small taper angle, the inner flow field would become unstable, thereby leading to the increasing number of dislocated particles and reducing the particle separation precision. For the hydrocyclone with a diameter of 75 mm, the separation precision of fine particles can be remarkably enhanced by setting the taper angle of 15°, accompanied with the improvement of product quality. The present data can provide the related enterprises with favorable guidance and a theoretical foundation for further designing the taper angle of novel hydrocyclones. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Tailings gradation is one of the main factors affecting the strength and mechanical properties of the paste filling body. Eight groups of tailings with different particle size distribution were prepared, and the compressive strength test of filling body under standard curing conditions and underground curing conditions was conducted, and the influence of tailings gradation on the strength of filling body was compared and analyzed. The test results indicated that the strength of the filling body firstly increased and then decreased with the +150 µm content increasing. The strength of filling body formed by the optimized graded tailings was the highest under the same conditions.
