The large-scale space structure during on-orbit assembly is a time-varying system. The dynamic modeling problem of such incrementally increasing space structure is investigated, and a modular dynamic modeling approach is proposed in this paper. The dynamic model of each substructure is first established, and then, a database is designed to store substructure models, which is used for subsequent dynamic modeling in the assembly process. The fixed connection relationship between adjacent substructures is described by constraint conditions, which lead to the coefficient matrices of adjacent substructures being decoupled. The substructures are assembled in a given sequence, and then, the dynamic modeling, to describe the large-scale space structure on-orbit assembly, is gradually completed via using the proposed modeling approach. The numerical simulation is finally presented. The results demonstrate that the extra calculation resulting from the coefficient matrices coupling of adjacent substructures is avoided. To scientifically measure the water environment carrying capacity of Harbin City and its change trend, based on analysis of the implications of the sustainability of the urban water environment's carrying capacity, an evaluation index system for the sustainability of the water environment carrying capacity of Harbin City was constructed. Most existing evaluation methods rely on static data to construct correlation functions between research objects and rank criteria, while the dynamic nature of the information is not considered enough. In this paper, we use hierarchical analysis (analytic hierarchy process, AHP) to determine the weights of each index of the system and then apply the projection tracing method (projection pursuit, PP) to optimize the determined weights. Combining the set pair analysis posture evaluation method and bias coefficients method to explore the dynamic balance mechanism between different index factor levels, a sustainability evaluation model for water environment carrying capacity integrating informational evolution is constructed. Finally, the applicability of the optimization model is tested by comparing the confidence criterion judging method. The model realizes quantitative evaluation of the carrying capacity of the urban water environment. It provides a new and effective means for accurate and reasonable determination of the coefficient of variance and the number of links and dynamic analysis of the water environment carrying capacity system and judgment of its sustainable development trend. The results show that the weight for water resource quality is 0.55, which is the subsystem with the greatest overall impact on the carrying capacity of the water environment in Harbin. The evaluation level of the set-to-potential eigenvalue for 2010–2017 is biased positive 2, and the rest of the years are quasi 2. The reduced value of the coefficient of oppositeness corresponding to the years 2010–2017 is more significant. The maximum value of the dynamic evolution of the load-carrying capacity level is nearly −0.35. From the vertical comparison of different levels, it is found that the water environment carrying capacity of Harbin City gradually recovered to the normal loadable level over time. In order to determine whether the mechanical performance after the fires of high voltage transmission lines meets the requirements of normal use, this article simulates the wildfire, and does the mechanical performance experiment of high voltage transmission lines(HVT lines) after the simulated wildfires. The experiment studied the breaking force and elongation of each layer of 500kv HVT lines after the simulated wildfire. Experimental results show that, after fires, each layer of single aluminum wires of 500kv HVT lines have low breaking force which can be decreased obviously to half of that of new lines. For the steel core, decrease of breaking force is not obvious than aluminum wires, and with the increasing degree of wildfires, it increases gradually to a maximum of 35% of new steel lines’ breaking force. After wildfires, aluminum lines’ resistance ability of deformation decreases significantly, and its plastic deformation increases obviously during uniaxial tension. The steel core has little plastic deformation, and layers of aluminum become fluffy after fires. Therefore, the steel core main bearing load after wildfires.

Twelve Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: Citrus suavissima Hort. ex Tanaka group and control group (n = 6). The rats in Citrus suavissima Hort. ex Tanaka group were given Citrus suavissima Hort. ex Tanaka juices (1 mL/100 g) by oral administration each day, continued for 14 days; the rats in control group were given Stroke-physiological saline solution (1 mL/100 g) by oral administration each day, continued for 14 days. The rats of these two groups were given a single oral administration of erlotinib (20 mg/kg) on the 15th day. After blood sampling at different time points and processing, the concentrations of erlotinib in rat plasma were determined by the established ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method. Chromatographic separation was achieved using a UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm × 50 mm, 1.7 μm) with erlotinib-d6 as an internal standard (IS). The initial mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (containing 0.1% formic acid) with gradient elution. Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) modes were utilized to conduct quantitative analysis. The sensitive, rapid and selective UPLC-MS/MS method was successfully applied to analyse the effect of Citrus suavissima Hort. ex Tanaka on pharmacokinetics of erlotinib in rat plasma. There were no significant differences in AUC(0−t), t1/2, Tmax, CL, Cmax between the two groups (P > 0.05). While MRT(0−t) was decreased (P < 0.05) in Citrus suavissima Hort. ex Tanaka group, compared to the control group. It showed that Citrus suavissima Hort. ex Tanaka could not affect the metabolism of erlotinib. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
