Directional liquid transport has been widely observed in various species including cacti, spiders, lizards, the pitcher plant Nepenthes alata, and Araucaria leaves. However, in all these examples the liquid transport for a specific liquid is completely restricted in a fixed direction. We demonstrate that Crassula muscosa shoot surfaces have the ability to transport a specific liquid unidirectionally in either direction. This is accomplished through the presence of asymmetric reentrant leaves with varying reentrant angles, which yields the variation in liquid meniscus heterogeneity. These findings enable engineered biomimetic structures capable of selective directional liquid transport, with functions such as intelligent flow direction switching, liquid distribution, and mixing. Elevated levels of heat shock protein (HSP) 90 in the β but not α subtype were positively associated with disease status in UC patients. This study validated the possibility that pharmacological inhibition or reduction of HSP90β would alleviate colitis, induced by dextran sulfate sodium, in mice and elucidated its mechanisms.Histopathological and biochemical analysis assessed disease severity, and bioinformatics and correlation analysis explained the association between the many immune cells and HSP90β. Flow cytometry was used to analyse the homeostasis and transdifferentiation of Th17 and Treg cells. In vitro inhibition and adoptive transfer assays were used to investigate functions of the phenotypically transformed Th17 cells. Metabolomic analysis, DNA methylation detection and chromatin immunoprecipitation were used to explore these mechanisms.The selective pharmacological inhibitor (HSP90βi) and shHSP90β significantly mitigated UC in mice and promoted transformation of Th17 to Treg cell phenotype, via Foxp3 transcription. The phenotypically‐transformed Th17 cells by HSP90βi or shHSP90β were able to inhibit lymphocyte proliferation and colitis in mice. HSP90βi and shHSP90β selectively weakened glycolysis by stopping the direct association of HSP90β and GLUT1, the key glucose transporter, to accelerate ubiquitination degradation of GLUT1, and enhance the methylation of Foxp3 CNS2 region. Then, the mediator path was identified as the “lactate‐STAT5‐TET2” cascade.HSP90β shapes the fate of Th17 cells via glycolysis‐controlled methylation modification to affect UC progression, which provides a new therapeutic target for UC. Background: Rose myrtle (Rhodomyrtus tomentosa (Ait.) Hassk), is an evergreen shrub species belonging to the family Myrtaceae, which is enriched with bioactive volatiles (α-pinene and β-caryophyllene) with medicinal and industrial applications. However, the mechanism underlying the volatile accumulation in the rose myrtle is still unclear. Results: Here, we present a chromosome-level genomic assembly of rose myrtle (genome size = 466 Mb, scaffold N50 = 43.7 Mb) with 35,554 protein-coding genes predicted. Through comparative genomic analysis, we found that gene expansion and duplication had a potential contribution to the accumulation of volatile substances. We proposed that the action of positive selection was significantly involved in volatile accumulation. We identified 43 TPS genes in R. tomentosa. Further transcriptomic and TPS gene family analyses demonstrated that the distinct gene subgroups of TPS may contribute greatly to the biosynthesis and accumulation of different volatiles in the Myrtle family of shrubs and trees. The results suggested that the diversity of TPS-a subgroups led to the accumulation of special sesquiterpenes in different plants of the Myrtaceae family. Conclusions: The high quality chromosome-level rose myrtle genome and the comparative analysis of TPS gene family open new avenues for obtaining a higher commercial value of essential oils in medical plants. Objectives: To explore the association between drinking water sources and cognitive functioning among older adults residing in rural China. Methods: Data were extracted from the 2008–2018 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey. Drinking water sources were categorized according to whether purification measures were employed. The Chinese version of the Mini‐Mental State Examination was used for cognitive functioning assessment, and the score of <24 was considered as having cognitive dysfunction. Cox regression analyses were conducted to derive hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for the effects of various drinking water sources, changes in such sources, and its interaction with exercise on cognition dysfunction. Results: We included 2304 respondents aged 79.67 ± 10.02 years; of them, 1084 (44.49%) were men. Our adjusted model revealed that respondents consistently drinking tap water were 21% less likely to experience cognitive dysfunction compared with those drinking untreated water (HR = 0.79, 95% CI: 0.70–0.90). Respondents transitioning from natural to tap water showed were 33% less likely to experience cognitive dysfunction (HR = 0.67, 95% CI: 0.58–0.78). Moreover, the HR (95% CI) for the interaction between drinking tap water and exercising was 0.86 (0.75–1.00) when compared with that between drinking untreated water and not exercising. All results adjusted for age, occupation, exercise, and body mass index. Conclusions: Prolonged tap water consumption and switching from untreated water to tap water were associated with a decreased risk of cognitive dysfunction in older individuals. Additionally, exercising and drinking tap water was synergistically associated with the low incidence of cognitive dysfunction. These findings demonstrate the importance of prioritizing drinking water health in rural areas, indicating that purified tap water can enhance cognitive function among older adults. The longer the baseline length of an airborne array synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is, the richer the ground object information can be resolved. The airborne array flexible SAR can overcome the limitation that the baseline length is limited by the belly length by attaching the antenna to the wing. However, fusing the airborne array flexible SAR distributed position and orientation system (POS) data under the wing and the belly is a major difficulty. To address this issue, the paper analyzes the inconsistency of airborne array flexible SAR data with a distributed POS and proposes a three-dimensional imaging method of airborne array flexible SAR based on distributed POS by fusing the Doppler centre, yaw angle and time of the observation data. By using distributed POS data, flexible data can obtain higher resolution than single-POS processing. The experiment of airborne array flexible SAR data proves the superiority of the proposed method. The issue of outliers has been a research focus in the field of geodesy. Based on a statistical testing method known as the w-test, data snooping along with its iterative form, iterative data snooping (IDS), is commonly used to diagnose outliers in linear models. However, in the case of multiple outliers, it may suffer from the masking and swamping effects, thereby limiting the detection and identification capabilities. This contribution is to investigate the cause of masking and swamping effects and propose a new method to mitigate these phenomena. First, based on the data division, an extended form of the w-test with its reliability measure is presented, and a theoretical reinterpretation of data snooping and IDS is provided. Then, to alleviate the effects of masking and swamping, a new outlier diagnostic method and its iterative form are proposed, namely data refining and iterative data refining (IDR). In general, if the total observations are initially divided into an inlying set and an outlying set, data snooping can be considered a process of selecting outliers from the inlying set to the outlying set. Conversely, data refining is then a reverse process to transfer inliers from the outlying set to the inlying one. Both theoretical analysis and practical examples show that IDR would keep stronger robustness than IDS due to the alleviation of masking and swamping effect, although it may pose a higher risk of precision loss when dealing with insufficient data. In this work, analytic solutions of initial value problems for fractional Langevin equations involving Hilfer fractional derivatives and variable coefficients are studied. Firstly, the equivalence of an initial value problem to an integral equation is proved. Secondly, the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the above initial value problem are obtained without a contractive assumption. Finally, a formula of explicit solutions for the proposed problem is derived. By using similar arguments, corresponding conclusions for the case involving Riemann–Liouville fractional derivatives and variable coefficients are obtained. Earthworms, long utilized in traditional medicine, serve as a source of inspiration for modern therapeutics. Lysenin, a defensive factor in the coelom fluid of the earthworm Eisenia fetida, has multiple bioactivities. However, the inherent toxicity of Lysenin as a pore‐forming protein (PFP) restricts its application in therapy. Here, a gene therapy strategy based on Lysenin for cancer treatment is presented. The formulation consists of polymeric nanoparticles complexed with the plasmid encoding Lysenin. After transfection in vitro, melanoma cells can express Lysenin, resulting in necrosis, autophagy, and immunogenic cell death. The secretory signal peptide alters the intracellular distribution of the expressed product of Lysenin, thereby potentiating its anticancer efficacy. The intratumor injection of Lysenin gene formulation can efficiently kill the transfected melanoma cells and activate the antitumor immune response. Notably, no obvious systemic toxicity is observed during the treatment. High-precision and high-efficiency Semantic segmentation of high-resolution remote sensing images is a challenge. Existing models typically require a significant amount of training data to achieve good classification results and have numerous training parameters. A novel model called MST-DeepLabv3+ was suggested in this paper for remote sensing image classification. It’s based on the DeepLabv3+ and can produce better results with fewer train parameters. MST-DeepLabv3+ made three improvements: (1) Reducing the number of model parameters by substituting MobileNetV2 for the Xception in the DeepLabv3+’s backbone network. (2) Adding the attention mechanism module SENet to increase the precision of semantic segmentation. (3) Increasing Transfer Learning to enhance the model's capacity to recognize features, and raise the segmentation accuracy. MST-DeepLabv3+ was tested on international society for photogrammetry and remote sensing (ISPRS) dataset, Gaofen image dataset (GID), and practically applied to the Taikang cultivated land dataset. On the ISPRS dataset, the mean intersection over union (MIoU), overall accuracy (OA), Precision, Recall, and F1-score are 82.47%, 92.13%, 90.34%, 90.12%, and 90.23%, respectively. On the GID dataset, these values are 73.44%, 85.58%, 84.10%, 84.86%, and 84.48%, respectively. The results were as high as 90.77%, 95.47%, 95.28%, 95.02%, and 95.15% on the Taikang cultivated land dataset. The experimental results indicate that MST-DeepLabv3+ effectively improves the accuracy of semantic segmentation of remote sensing images, recognizes the edge information with more completeness, and significantly reduces the parameter size. Trillions of intestinal bacteria in the human body undergo dynamic transformations in response to physiological and pathological changes. Alterations in their composition and metabolites collectively contribute to the progression of Alzheimer's disease. The role of gut microbiota in Alzheimer's disease is diverse and complex, evidence suggests lipid metabolism may be one of the potential pathways. However, the mechanisms that gut microbiota mediate lipid metabolism in Alzheimer's disease pathology remain unclear, necessitating further investigation for clarification. This review highlights the current understanding of how gut microbiota disrupts lipid metabolism and discusses the implications of these discoveries in guiding strategies for the prevention or treatment of Alzheimer's disease based on existing data. In order to establish a set of perfect heterojunction designs and characterization schemes, step‐scheme (S‐scheme) BiOBr@Bi2S3 nanoheterojunctions that enable the charge separation and expand the scope of catalytic reactions, aiming to promote the development and improvement of heterojunction engineering is developed. In this kind of heterojunction system, the Fermi levels mediate the formation of the internal electric field at the interface and guide the recombination of the weak redox carriers, while the strong redox carriers are retained. Thus, these high‐energy electrons and holes are able to catalyze a variety of substrates in the tumor microenvironment, such as the reduction of oxygen and carbon dioxide to superoxide radicals and carbon monoxide (CO), and the oxidation of H2O to hydroxyl radicals, thus achieving sonodynamic therapy and CO combined therapy. Mechanistically, the generated reactive oxygen species and CO damage DNA and inhibit cancer cell energy levels, respectively, to synergistically induce tumor cell apoptosis. This study provides new insights into the realization of high efficiency and low toxicity in catalytic therapy from a unique perspective of materials design. The ionosphere crucially impacts on Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning accuracy and integrity. Recently some network-based methods have shown the potential to construct a regional/global vertical total electron content (VTEC) or grid ionospheric vertical delay (GIVD) map for accuracy augmentation purposes. However, how to use these advanced methods for integrity augmentation has not been adequately investigated. The authors have investigated a regional ionospheric integrity monitoring strategy based on the radial basis function neural network (RBF-NN), using GNSS TEC observations. Similar to the SBAS approach, the GIVD map is constructed so as to enhance positioning accuracy, and the corresponding grid ionospheric vertical error (GIVE) map is constructed for protection level calculation to enhance positioning integrity. To reduce the GIVD residuals and the GIVE values, the local ionospheric spatial activity index (LISAI) is proposed as an indicator of local ionospheric spatial activity level. The RBF-NN structure parameters are able to be adaptively determined via hierarchical clustering. Modeling results in the China region have verified that the proposed GIVD modeling method is slightly better than the classical WAAS-Kriging method. The proposed GIVE modeling method significantly outperforms WAAS-Kriging, achieving an improvement of around 46% and 25% during the ionospheric calm and active periods, respectively. Fluoroacetamide (FAM) has been employed as a rodenticide for an extended duration, leading to a multitude of incidents involving human ingestion poisoning. Currently, FAMs have been prohibited by nations globally; however, there are still instances of their illegal usage. Conventional instrument methods are characterized by their time-consuming nature and complex operational procedures, rendering them inadequate for meeting urgent diagnostic needs in patients with acute FAM poisoning. Therefore, there is an immediate need to develop a prompt, user-friendly, and precise immunoassay method for the diagnosis of acute poisoning induced by FAM. A lateral flow immunochromatography assay (LFIA) was developed in this study for the visual detection of FAMs in blood samples, representing the first report of such an approach. The method exhibited a cut-off value of 0.5 mg/mL under the optimized conditions, enabling the entire FAM detection process in blood samples to be completed within a mere 8 min without any pretreatment requirements. Notably, the results were easily discernible by visual inspection alone. These results indicate that the developed LFIA holds great promise as a convenient and rapid diagnostic tool for FAM poisoning diagnosis, thereby offering valuable support for subsequent treatment strategies. Background: Numerous studies have highlighted the pivotal role of alterations in the monetary reward system in the development and maintenance of substance use disorder (SUD). Although these alterations have been well documented in various forms of SUD, the electrophysiological mechanisms specific to opioid use disorder (OUD) remain underexplored. Understanding these mechanisms is critical for developing targeted interventions and advancing theories of addiction specific to opioid use. Objectives: To explore abnormalities in monetary reward outcome processing in males with OUD. We hypothesized that control individuals would show higher feedback-related negativity (FRN) to losses, unlike those in the OUD group, where FRN to losses and gains would not differ significantly. Methods: Fifty-seven participants (29 male individuals with OUD [heroin] and 28 male controls) were evaluated. A combination of the monetary incentive delay task (MIDT) and event-related potential (ERP) technology was used to investigate electrophysiological differences in monetary reward feedback processing between the OUD and healthy control groups. Results: We observed a significant interaction between group (control vs. OUD) and monetary outcome (loss vs. gain), indicated by p <.05 and η2p = 0.116. Specifically, control participants showed stronger negative FRN to losses than gains (p <.05), unlike the OUD group (p >.05). Conclusion: This study's FRN data indicate that males with OUD show altered processing of monetary rewards, marked by reduced sensitivity to loss. In recent years, sparse arrays based on the fourth‐order difference coarray (FODCA) have received increased research attention due to their small number of array elements and large consecutive virtual arrays. The expanding and shift structure based on the nested array (NA) and coprime array (CPA) (EAS‐NA‐CPA) is the representative one. The EAS‐NA‐CPA comprises two sparse subarrays, wherein the NA is expanded and shifted according to the second‐order difference coarray of the CPA. Although the number of consecutive elements is large, there are many redundant elements in the FODCA of the EAS‐NA‐CPA. To decrease the number of redundant elements and increase the number of consecutive elements in the FODCA, the authors proposed the enhanced EAS‐NA‐CPA (EEAS‐NA‐CPA). Compared with the original EAS‐NA‐CPA, the EEAS‐NA‐CPA increases the adjacent physical sensor spacing further by using more fourth‐order cross‐correlation coarrays in the FODCA, which are not considered in the original EAS‐NA‐CPA. By performing a theoretical analysis of the FODCA provided by the proposed EEAS‐NA‐CPA, the sensor spacing in the expanded NA was further increased to obtain a larger number of consecutive elements compared with the original EAS‐NA‐CPA. Furthermore, the relationship between the number of physical sensors and corresponding number of consecutive elements provided by the FODCA was explicitly expressed. AbstractTrace elements in tree nut oils may be toxic for humans and catalyze the auto-oxidation of the oils, affecting their stability. These elements have not been comprehensively characterized. In this study, we prepared tree nut oils from tree nuts (camellia, acer truncatum, shiny leaf yellow horn, and pecan seeds, as well as walnuts and Brazil nuts) by cold-pressing and determined As, Cd, Cu, Fe, Mn, Pb, Se, and Zn in these seeds and their oils and residues. Moreover, we investigated the elemental migration from seed to oil. The migration of all measured elements from seed to oil was <2%, where Cu exhibited the lowest migration from 0.09 to 0.31%. Moreover, we studied the effect of preheating (25–150 °C) the seeds upon their elemental migration. The Cu, Fe, Mn, and Zn contents increased with the temperature in all tree nut oils. The migration of toxic As, Cd, and Pb did not significantly differ with temperature, suggesting that temperature does not affect the release of these elements from nuts to oil. Understanding the 3D spatial structure of a city is increasingly essential for addressing various environmental and management issues, surpassing the importance of traditional 2D analysis. However, existing studies neglect the diversity of building height and still lack a clear description of 3D urban structure. This article proposes a new framework to uncover the 3D urban structure. Firstly, kernel density is employed to reveal the hierarchical spatial structure of buildings and the contour tree method is improved to quantitatively measure the spatial diversity and complexity. Then, the 3D urban structure is abstracted by spatial interpolation after feature filtration. Finally, this framework is applied to the central area of Chengdu City, revealing that: (1) Spatial structures of buildings with different heights exhibit significant diversity, location preference, and complexity; and (2) A globally "depression" 3D urban structure with low center—high periphery is obviously identified. This framework provides an effective way to reveal the 3D urban structure in a more intuitive and clearer way from various disordered urban buildings, which can be transferable to other cities and further facilitate sustainable planning and development of cities. Acoustic emissions have been monitored during rock compression under both quasi-static and dynamic conditions. A new method is proposed in this study to study the damage evolution of rocks during dynamic compression by continuous wavelet analysis of acoustic emission signals. Wavelet analysis is first validated against conventional method using the acoustic emission data from a quasi-static compression test. The wavelet analysis is then carried out on acoustic emission signals from rock dynamic compression to obtain the time–frequency spectrum. Based on the characteristics of the time–frequency spectrums, the rock exhibits a mixed damage mode shifting from tensile to shear damage. The increase in the loading rate leads to an increase in the amount of tensile damage. The proposed method provides an effective way to analyze the dynamic damage evolution of rocks. In this paper, the ohmic contact mechanism and gate electrostatic control of a deep-recessed ohmic contact structure for multi-channel Al0.3Ga0.7N/GaN high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) is investigated. A transmission electron microscope and an energy dispersive spectrum are utilized to investigate the ohmic contact interface mechanism. Due to a reduction of source/drain parasitic resistances and simultaneous connection of five channels by using deep-recessed ohmic contact, a large maximum drain current density and a distinct five hump feature of ultra-wider trans-conductance are achieved. More importantly, it is revealed that the downward expansion of the gate potential for the deep-recessed ohmic contact structure is much deeper than that for conventional devices. This characteristic leads to a remarkable reduction in subthreshold swing (SS) and off-state leakage, indicating an ultra-wide and high trans-conductance profile. The fabricated devices show a lower off-state drain leakage, a lower SS, and a wider gate voltage swing (40 V). Due to an enhancement of gate electrostatic control, the current collapse and electrical reliability characteristics of multi-channel Al0.3Ga0.7N/GaN HEMTs with deep-recessed ohmic contact also improve. Dynamic 3D covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have shown concerted structural transformation and adaptive gas adsorption due to the conformational diversity of organic linkers. However, the isolation and observation of COF rotamers constitute undergoing challenges due to their comparable free energy and subtle rotational energy barrier. Here, we report the atomic-level observation and structural evolution of COF rotamers by cryo-3D electron diffraction and synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction. Specifically, we optimize the crystallinity and morphology of COF-320 to manifest its coherent dynamic responses upon adaptive inclusion of guest molecules. We observe a significant crystal expansion of 29 vol% upon hydration and a giant swelling with volume change up to 78 vol% upon solvation. We record the structural evolution from a non-porous contracted phase to two narrow-pore intermediate phases and the fully opened expanded phase using n-butane as a stabilizing probe at ambient conditions. We uncover the rotational freedom of biphenylene giving rise to significant conformational changes on the diimine motifs from synclinal to syn-periplanar and anticlinal rotamers. We illustrate the 10-fold increment of pore volumes and 100% enhancement of methane uptake capacity of COF-320 at 100 bar and 298 K. The present findings shed light on the design of smarter organic porous materials to maximize host-guest interaction and boost gas uptake capacity through progressive structural transformation. In geodesy, Tikhonov regularization and truncated singular value decomposition (TSVD) are commonly used to derive a well-defined solution for ill-conditioned observation equations. However, as single-parameter regularization methods, they may face some limitations in application due to their lack of flexibility. In this contribution, a kind of multiparameter regularization method is considered, called generalized ridge regression (GRR). Generally, GRR projects observations into several orthogonal spectral domains and then uses different regularization parameters to minimize the mean squared error of the estimated parameters in corresponding spectral domains. To find suitable regularization parameters for GRR, an iterative and shrinking generalized ridge regression (IS-GRR) is proposed. The IS-GRR procedure starts by introducing a predetermined approximation of unknown parameters. Subsequently, in each spectral domain, the signal and noise of the observations are estimated in an iterative and shrinking manner, and the regularization parameters are updated according to the estimated signal-to-noise ratio. Compared to conventional regularization schemes, IS-GRR has the following advantages: Tikhonov regularization usually oversmooths signals in the low-spectral domains and undersuppresses noise in the high-spectral domains, whereas TSVD usually undersuppresses noise in the low-spectral domains and oversmooths signals in the high-spectral domains. However, IS-GRR strikes a balance between retaining signals and suppressing noise in different spectral domains, thereby exhibiting better performance. Introduction: Diagnosis of cancer in breast cells is an important and vital issue in the field of medicine. In this context, the use of advanced methods such as deep complex neural networks and data mining can significantly improve the accuracy and speed of diagnosis. A hybrid approach that can be effective in breast cancer diagnosis is the use of deep complex neural networks and data mining. Due to their powerful nonlinear capabilities in extracting complex features from data, deep neural networks have a very good ability to detect patterns related to cancer. By analyzing millions of data related to breast cells and recognizing common and unusual patterns in them, these networks are able to diagnose cancer with high accuracy. Also, the use of data mining method plays an important role in this process. Methodology: Using data mining algorithms and techniques, useful information can be extracted from the available data and the characteristics of healthy and cancerous cells can be separated. This information can be given as input to the deep neural network to achieve more accurate diagnosis. Another method to diagnose breast cancer is the use of thermography, which we use in this research along with data mining and deep learning. Results: Thermography uses an infrared camera to record the temperature of the target area. This method of breast cancer imaging is less expensive and completely safe compared to other methods. A total of 187 volunteers including 152 healthy people and 35 cancer patients were evaluated. Each person had ten thermographic images, resulting in a total of 1870 thermographic images. Four alternative deep complex neural network models, namely ResNet18, ResNet50, VGG19, and Xception, were used to identify thermal images, including benign and malignant images. Conculsion: The evaluation results showed that the use of a combined method based on deep complex neural network and data mining in the diagnosis of cancer in breast cells can bring a significant improvement in the accuracy and speed of diagnosis of this important disease. In the identification of network text information, the existing technology is difficult to accurately extract and classify text information with high propagation speed and high update speed. In order to solve this problem, the research combines the Naive Bayes algorithm with the feature two-dimensional information gain weighting method, uses the feature weighting method to optimize the Naive Bayes algorithm, and calculates the dimension of different documents and data categories through a new feature operation method. The data gain between them can improve its classification performance, and the classification models are compared and analyzed in the actual Chinese and English databases. The research results show that the classification accuracy rates of the IGDC-DWNB model in the Sogou database, 20-newsgroup database, Fudan database and Ruster21578 database are 0.89, 0.89, 0.93, and 0.88, respectively, which are higher than other classification models in the same environment. It can be seen that the model designed in the research has higher classification accuracy, stronger overall performance, and stronger reliability and robustness in practical applications, which can provide a new development idea for big data classification technology. Objectives: The study aims to investigate the relationships among oral hygiene behavior, toothache, and depression among Chinese older adults. Methods: We used data came from the 2018 wave of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS). The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale was used to evaluate depression. Binary logistic regression was performed to analyze the relationships among oral hygiene behavior, toothache, and depression. Results: A total of 12,172 older adults were included in the study, of whom 27.2% had depression. Compared with those who did not brush their teeth daily, those who brushed their teeth at least once daily exhibited lower odds of having depressive symptoms (odds ratio [OR] = 0.86, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.77–0.97 versus OR = 0.81, 95% CI = 0.71–0.93). Compared with those who did not have toothache, those who had toothache over the past 6 months exhibited higher odds of having depression (OR = 1.49, 95% CI = 1.33–1.68). Living arrangement had a significant effect on the correlation between toothache and depression (p = 0.049), who lived alone and had toothache exhibited higher odds of having depressive symptoms. Conclusions: Oral hygiene behavior and toothache are associated with depression. Taking effective measures to maintain a daily toothbrushing pattern and reduce the occurrence of toothache may mitigate the risk of depression among older adults, especially among those living alone. Simple Summary: Odorant-binding proteins (OBPs) play a crucial role in insect olfaction perception in which OBPs are believed to discriminate, capture, and ferry odors to olfactory receptors, and thus, OBP-based behavioral interference is thought to be a potential novel pest management measure. Our previous study demonstrated that Bactrocera minax OBP3 (BminOBP3) exhibited strong binding affinity only with undecanol, which is believed to be a main B. minax sex pheromone, among 13 ligands tested. Here, homology modeling and molecular docking were carried out to explore the interaction mechanism between BminOBP3 and undecanol. The results suggested that the C-terminus (I116-P122), especially the last three amino acids of the C-terminus (V120-P122), play an essential role in the ligand binding for BminOBP3, and this was further proven by mutagenesis studies and fluorescence binding assays. These findings have provided important insights into the molecular mechanism by which BminOBP3 interacts with undecanol. Moreover, this study could serve as a significant reference for developing potentially useful technology to control pests, although disturbing their olfaction judgments. Mutant binding assays showed that the mutant T-OBP3 that lacks C-terminus (I116-P122) displayed a significant decrease in affinity to undecanol (Ki = 19.57 ± 0.45) compared with that of the wild-type protein BminOBP3 (Ki = 11.59 ± 0.51). In the mutant 3D2a that lacks F121 and P122 and the mutant V120A in which V120 was replaced by alanine, the bindings to undecanol were completely abolished. Objective To formulate a high-quality development evaluation system of public TCM hospitals. Methods According to the relevant national policy documents and referring to the Quality Development Evaluation Indicators of Public Hospitals (Trial) and the Quality Development Evaluation Indicators of Public Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals (Trial) attached to the High-quality Development Evaluation Indicators of Public Hospitals (Trial), the method of combining subjective and objective weights was adopted, and the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were combined. Delphi method is used to sort, summarize and screen the three-level indicators to determine the indicators. Then analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weights of each index in the overall model, and the data of public TCM hospitals in Guangdong Province from 2019 to 2021 was collected for empirical study. Results An evaluation system for the high-quality development of public TCM hospitals has been formed, including 5 first-level indicators, 25 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators, and a weight table of indicators has been formed. Background: Explicitly expressing the hidden opportunity cost in intertemporal choice significantly reduces healthy participants' delay discounting – a phenomenon named the "hidden-zero effect," which is undetermined in individuals with substance use disorder (SUD). Objectives: This study aimed to determine whether the hidden-zero effect occurs among individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD) and the degree to which this effect differs between the OUD group and healthy controls. Methods: In two different experiments, Exp#1) 29 male individuals with OUD (13.5 ± 6.0 months abstinence) and 29 male controls performed an intertemporal choice task (ICT); Exp#2) 28 male individuals with OUD (17.5 ± 5.6 months abstinence) and 27 male controls performed a delay discounting task (DDT). The OUD group was recruited from a mandatory treatment, and controls from WeChat. There were two choice conditions in both two tasks: the hidden-zero (H0) condition (standard), and the explicit-zero (E0) condition (explicitly expressing opportunity cost). Results: Compared with the H0 condition, all participants' delay discounting was significantly decreased in the E0 condition (ps <.05, ηp2 = 0.254, 0.110). There was no significant difference in the changed degree between these two groups in either experiment (ps >.05). The delay discounting of the OUD group was significantly higher than that of controls only in Experiment 2 (p <.001, ηp2 = 0.376). Conclusion: This study extended the population in which the hidden-zero effect occurs to individuals with OUD. Significant progress is made in drug delivery systems, but they still face problems such as poor stability in vivo, off‐target drugs, and difficulty in crossing biological barriers. It is urgent to realize efficient targeted delivery and precisely controlled sustained release of drugs by using the integrated nanoplatform. Theranostic nanoplatform is a new biomedical technology that combines diagnosis or monitoring of diseases with treatment. Here, an integrated strategy of diagnosis and treatment is reported for delivering NIR‐II imaged and therapeutic AgAuSe quantum dots (QDs) carried by peptidoglycan multilayer networks of bacteria to hitchhike circulating neutrophils for targeting the tumor. The assembled nanomaterials have good stability, which can not only initiate endogenous cells for drug delivery and achieve efficient targeting, but also guide drug imaging with excellent fluorescence property. Meanwhile, the elimination of established solid tumor is achieved with the administration of sonodynamic therapy without recurrence. This drug system expands the application of endogenous cell to participate in drug delivery system. AlSi10Mg has been widely used in aerospace and other fields due to its low density and high strength. By combining with selective laser melting (SLM) technology, high quality and high complexity components can be rapidly produced. The effect of printing direction and subsequent HIP treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlSi10Mg formed by SLM were studied in this paper. It is found that different printing directions leave different molten pool characteristics on the finished product, and the ductility of the test piece decreases with the increase of printing angle. Hot isostatic pressing eliminates the characteristics of the molten pool, but it also transforms the reticulated Si phase into granular precipitation phase, reduce the tensile strength and improve the plasticity, and the ductility still declines with the increase of the printing angle. The current methods for lightning risk warnings that are based on atmospheric electric field (AEF) data have a tendency to rely on single features, which results in low robustness and efficiency. Additionally, there is a lack of research on canceling warning signals, contributing to the high false alarm rate (FAR) of these methods. To overcome these limitations, this study proposes a lightning risk warning method that incorporates enhanced empirical Wavelet transform-Adaptive Savitzky–Golay filter (EEWT-ASG) and one-dimensional morphology, using time-frequency domain features obtained through the Wavelet transform (WT). The proposed method achieved a probability of detection (POD) of 77.11%, miss alarm rate (MAR) of 22.89%, FAR of 40.19%, and critical success index (CSI) of 0.51, as evaluated on 83 lightning events. Uncertainties of geotechnical parameters in landslide engineering mainly arise from their spatial variabilities, measuring error and inaccurate constitutive model. Interval limit equilibrium method (ILEM) is used to analyse the stability of landslides with uncertain geotechnical parameters. However, the method suffers from the issue of overestimation in the calculation of the safety factor (FS) interval while using the basic interval operations. To overcome the limitation, an improved ILEM based on particle swarm optimisation (ILEM-PSO) is proposed in the article. In the method, the uncertain parameters and their intervals are taken as the search variables and search space of PSO, and the FS functions are used as the fitness functions. A predefined number of iterations are executed to search the minimal and maximal FS, which are the lower and upper bound of the FS interval. The proposed method is validated with a testing function and ACADS benchmark question EX11, and then applied to the stability analysis of Dahua landslide. Comparisons with ILEM and Monte Carlo simulation are also given in the article. Background: Melatonin is considered to be a polyfunctional master regulator in animals and higher plants. Exogenous melatonin inhibits plant infection by multiple diseases; however, the role of melatonin in Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV) infection remains unknown. Results: In this study, we demonstrated that exogenous melatonin treatment can effectively control CGMMV infection. The greatest control effect was achieved by 3 days of root irrigation at a melatonin concentration of 50 μM. Exogenous melatonin showed preventive and therapeutic effects against CGMMV infection at early stage in tobacco and cucumber. We utilized RNA sequencing technology to compare the expression profiles of mock-inoculated, CGMMV-infected, and melatonin+CGMMV-infected tobacco leaves. Defense-related gene CRISP1 was specifically upregulated in response to melatonin, but not to salicylic acid (SA). Silencing CRISP1 enhanced the preventive effects of melatonin on CGMMV infection, but had no effect on CGMMV infection. We also found exogenous melatonin has preventive effects against another Tobamovirus, Pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV) infection. Conclusions: Together, these results indicate that exogenous melatonin controls two Tobamovirus infections and inhibition of CRISP1 enhanced melatonin control effects against CGMMV infection, which may lead to the development of a novel melatonin treatment for Tobamovirus control. Background: Randomized controlled trials confirm that risks of residual cholesterol and residual inflammation remains in patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD) even after lipid-lowering therapy. This study aims to investigate the association between dual residual risk of cholesterol and inflammation and all-cause mortality in a real-world population with CVD. Methods: Patients with a CVD history who first took statins between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2017 in the Kailuan Study were selected as study participants. According to low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels, patients were divided into those with no residual risk, residual inflammatory risk (RIR), residual cholesterol risk (RCR), and residual cholesterol and inflammatory risk (RCIR). Cox proportional hazard model was conducted to determine hazard ratio (HR) of all-cause mortality for RIR, RCR, and RCIR. Stratified analysis was conducted according to good medication adherence and 75% of the percentage LDL-C decline, high SMART 2 risk score, and blood pressure and blood glucose at standard levels. Results: After 6.10 years of follow-up, 377 all-cause deaths occurred in 3509 participants (mean age 63.69 ± 8.41 years, 86.78% men). After adjusting for related risk factors, the HR and (95% confidence interval [CI]) of all-cause mortality in the RIR, RCR, and RCIR was 1.63 (1.05, 2.52), 1.37 (0.98, 1.90), and 1.75 (1.25, 2.46), compared with no residual risk. Similar associations were observed in participants with moderate or low statin compliance, a lower percentage of LDL-C decline, high SMART 2 risk score, uncontrolled blood pressure, and uncontrolled blood glucose, in the RCIR had a 1.66-fold, 2.08-fold, 1.69-fold, 2.04-fold, and 2.05-fold higher risk of all-cause mortality, respectively, than the reference. Conclusion: Risks of residual cholesterol and residual inflammation remain in patients with CVD after receiving statins, and their combined effect significantly increases the risk of all-cause mortality. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been reported to paly roles in the progression and management of breast cancers (BC). This work aimed to detect the role and mechanism of circ_0008717 in BC tumorigenesis. Expression levels of genes and proteins were evaluated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blot. In vitro assays were conducted using cell counting kit-8, colony formation, transwell, tube formation, and flow cytometry assays, respectively. The interaction between miR-326 and circ_0008717 or GATA6 (GATA Binding Protein six) was confirmed by bioinformatics analysis, and dual-luciferase reporter assay and RNA immunoprecipitation assay. The murine xenograft models were established to perform in vivo assay. Circ_0008717 and GATA6 were highly expressed, while miR-326 was lowly expressed in BC tissues and cells. Functionally, knockdown of circ_0008717 not only suppressed breast cancer cell proliferation, angiogenesis, migration, invasion and epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) in vitro, but also hindered tumor growth and EMT process in vivo. Mechanistically, Circ_0008717 directly bound to miR-326, which targeted GATA6. Rescue experiments showed that miR-326 reversed the anticancer action of circ_0008717 knockdown on BC cells. Moreover, miR-326 restoration repressed BC cell growth and metastasis, which were attenuated by GATA6 overexpression. In addition, we also observed that circ_0008717 could regulate GATA6 expression by sponging miR-326. Background: Patients with neutrophil-mediated asthma have poor response to glucocorticoids. The roles and mechanisms of group 3 innate lymphoid cells (ILC3s) in inducing neutrophilic airway inflammation and glucocorticoid resistance in asthma have not been fully clarified. Methods: ILC3s in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry in patients with eosinophilic asthma (EA) and non-eosinophilic asthma (NEA). ILC3s were sorted and cultured in vitro for RNA sequencing. Cytokines production and signaling pathways in ILC3s after IL-1β stimulation and dexamethasone treatment were determined by real-time PCR, flow cytometry, ELISA and western blot. Results: The percentage and numbers of ILC3s in peripheral blood was higher in patients with NEA compared with EA, and negatively correlated with blood eosinophils. IL-1β stimulation significantly enhanced CXCL8 and CXCL1 production in ILC3s via activation of p65 NF-κB and p38/JNK MAPK signaling pathways. The expression of neutrophil chemoattractants from ILC3s was insensitive to dexamethasone treatment. Dexamethasone significantly increased phosphorylation of glucocorticoid receptor (GR) at Ser226 but only with a weak induction at Ser211 residues in ILC3s. Compared to human bronchial epithelial cell line (16HBE cells), the ratio of p-GR S226 to p-GR S211 (p-GR S226/S211) was significantly higher in ILC3s at baseline and after dexamethasone treatment. In addition, IL-1β could induce Ser226 phosphorylation and had a crosstalk effect to dexamethasone via NF-κB pathway. Conclusions: ILC3s were elevated in patients with NEA, and associated with neutrophil inflammation by release of neutrophil chemoattractants and were glucocorticoid (GC) resistant. Airborne array synthetic aperture radar (SAR) has made a significant breakthrough in the three-dimensional resolution of traditional SAR. In the airborne array SAR 3D imaging technology, the baseline length is the main factor restricting the resolution. Airborne array flexible SAR can increase the baseline length to improve the resolution and interference performance by mounting antennae on the wing. The existing research lacks results obtained using flexible actual data processing and specific motion compensation methods. Thus, this paper proposes a motion error estimation and compensation method for an airborne array flexible SAR based on a multi-channel interferometric phase. Firstly, a flexible channel motion compensation model is established based on the multi-channel interference phase of airborne array flexible SAR. Then, based on the rigid multi-channel data, combined with the ground control points, the least square method, and the global optimal search algorithm, the accurate rigid baseline length and the central incidence angle are obtained. Finally, according to the multi-channel interference phase inversion of the flexible motion error and combined with the motion compensation model, the flexible data are compensated in the time domain. The actual results indicate that, compared with traditional motion compensation methods, our method can obtain accurate flexible compensation data. This study improves the interference performance of multi-channel data of airborne array flexible SAR and lays a solid foundation for the high-precision 3D reconstruction of airborne array flexible SAR. Achieving broadband multitasked integration on an ultrathin interface is pivotal to increasing data capacity. However, broadband bifunctional metasurfaces exhibiting high‐efficiency and crosstalk‐free characteristics are rarely seen. Here, three broadband spin‐decoupled criteria are developed to design the meta‐atoms of high‐efficiency bifunctional metasurfaces. Specifically, six dipole‐loaded quasi‐I‐shaped meta‐atoms are proposed to satisfy the broadband spin‐decoupled criteria in radio band from 8.6 to 17.8 GHz (about 70% bandwidth) with more than 90% efficiency. The metasurface equipped with the proposed meta‐atoms can keep dispersionless phase gradients and crosstalk‐free characteristics in two orthogonal circular polarizations. This work demonstrates the broadband scheme with spin‐decoupled bifunctional metasurface, yielding two independent broadband multimode vortex beams in two completely decoupled helicities. Besides, other possible applications of the proposed meta‐atoms are illustrated from the perspective of the half‐wave plant (polarization control). Accordingly, the other multitasked‐type bifunctional metasurface is fabricated to achieve the broadband integration of two different functionalities: polarization conversion and full‐polarization anomalous refraction. The proposed schemes offer broadband, polarization‐multiplexing, and multitasked‐integration routes for complex electromagnetic wave manipulations within a subwavelength thickness, which can stimulate the development of electromagnetic/optical integration devices with broadband multiplexing techniques. Objective * To study the prevalence of mouth opening restriction in oral cancer patients by meta-analysis. Methods * China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), Wanfang Data (Wanfang), Chinese BioMedical Literature Database (CBM), PubMed, Ovid, EMbase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science/SciSearch, and ClinicalTrials. gov were searched for observational studies about the prevalence rate of restricted mouth opening in oral cancer patients (including prospective, retrospective, and cross-sectional studies). The time limit for retrieval was from the database establishment to April 30th, 2022. The obtained documents were independently screened and extracted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the literature quality evaluation was performed by using methodological index for non-randomized studies (MINORS). The data were combined with the mouth-opening-restricted prevalence rate as the outcome indicator, the meta-analysis was performed by using Stata 15.0 software, and the subgroup analysis was performed based on the detection time, tumor site, and tumor stage. The evidence quality of outcome indicators was evaluated by using GRADE profiler 3.6 software according to GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation) system. Results * A total of 3 719 documents were obtained during the initial examination, and 18 documents were finally included, including 2 701 objects. The meta-analysis results showed that the total prevalence rate of mouth opening restriction in oral cancer patients was 42.7% (95%CI 27.0%-59.1%). The results of subgroup analysis showed that the prevalence rates of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer before surgery, and 3 months, 6 months and 1 year or more after surgery were 29.6% (95%CI 9.0%- 55.8%), 75.2% (95%CI 68.3%-81.5%), 59.1% (95%CI 38.8%-77.9%) and 22.3% (95%CI 2.0%-54.3%), respectively. The prevalence rates of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer at T1-T2 stage and T3-T4 stage were 38.6% (95%CI 26.0%-52.0%) and 99.6% (95%CI 93.9%- 100.0%) respectively. The prevalence rates of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer in the retromolar triangle, the gingiva, the tongue, the salivary gland, the floor of mouth and the lip were 93.1% (95%CI 68.5%-100.0%), 68.1% (95%CI 52.9%-81.7%), 46.1% (95%CI 11.6%-82.7%), 26.1% (95%CI 15.9%-37.5%), 21.9% (95%CI 0.7%-54.0%), and 3.1% (95%CI 0-9.3%), respectively. The GRADE system for evidence quality grading indicated that the quality of evidence for outcome indicator was extremely low. Conclusion * The total prevalence rate of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer is high, nearly 50%; the patients at 3 months after surgery, at 6 months after surgery, at T3 - T4 stage or whose tumor located in the retromolar triangle have higher prevalence rates. Weather radars are commonly used to track the development of convective storms due to their high resolution and accuracy. However, the coverage of existing weather radar is very limited, especially in mountainous and ocean areas. Geostationary meteorological satellites can provide near global coverage and near real-time observations, which can compensate for the lack of radar observations. In this paper, a deep learning method was used to estimate the radar composite reflectivity from observations of China's new-generation geostationary meteorological satellite FY-4A and topographic data. The derived radar reflectivity products from satellite observations can be used over regions without radar coverage. In general, the deep learning model can reproduce the overall position, shape, and intensity of the radar echoes. In addition, evaluation of the reconstruction radar observations indicates that a modified model based on the attention mechanism (Attention U-Net model) has better performance than the traditional U-Net model in terms of all statistics such as the probability of detection (POD), critical success index (CSI), and root-mean-square error (RMSE), and the modified model has stronger capability on reconstructing details and strong echoes. Integrity monitoring (IM) is essential if GNSS positioning technologies are to be fully trusted by future intelligent transport systems. A tighter and conservative stochastic model can shrink protection levels in the position domain and therefore enhance the user-level integrity. In this study, the stochastic models for vehicle-based GNSS positioning are refined in three respects: (1) Gaussian bounds of precise orbit and clock error products from the International GNSS Service are used; (2) a variable standard deviation to characterize the residual tropospheric delay after model correction is adopted; and (3) an elevation-dependent model describing the receiver-related errors is adaptively refined using least-squares variance component estimation. The refined stochastic models are used for positioning and IM under the Advanced Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (ARAIM) framework, which is considered the basis for multi-constellation GNSS navigation to support air navigation in the future. These refinements are assessed via global simulations and real data experiments. Chemotaxis plays a crucial role in the realization of various functions of human life such as fertilization, immune function, inflammatory response, regeneration processes, etc. Inspired by the natural chemotaxis, colloidal motors with chemotactic ability can realize intelligent sense and targeted navigation, which bring a revolutionary method to biomedical applications like precision medicine. However, the application in the biomedical field requires the colloidal motors with submicrometer scale, strong chemotactic ability and clear chemotactic mechanism. In this Concept article, we introduce the recent progress of chemotactic colloidal motors, covering the fundamental theory behind experimental advancements. Particularly, the torque‐driven reorientation motion of the submicrometer‐sized colloidal motors during chemotaxis is discussed, and also their underlying mechanism is proposed. With the continuous research on chemotactic colloidal motors, it is believed that the emerging chemotactic colloidal motors will broaden practical applications in the biomedical field. Previous studies have explored effects of the conscious processing of emotional information on the interaction between emotion and executive control. However, the conscious processing of emotional information introduces "defensive responses," which might limit the emotional effect. To avoid the limitations, this study aimed to explore the effect of automatic emotional processing on response inhibition among heroin abstainers. Individuals experiencing heroin withdrawal symptoms are not entirely exempt from the influence of drugs, and it is challenging to find heroin addicts in practice. Therefore, similar to previous studies, we recruited heroin abstainers in this study. In Experiment 1, for the heroin abstainers group, 30 participants meeting the inclusion criteria were recruited from a compulsory isolated detoxification center, whereas 30 age‐ and education‐matched participants were recruited from the community as the control group. These participants completed the Go/No‐Go task by supraliminal emotional priming. In Experiment 2, the heroin abstainers group comprised 33 eligible participants and control group comprised 33 eligible participants. These participants completed the Go/No‐Go task by subliminal emotional priming. We compared the participants' rates of commission errors in the Go/No‐Go tasks. The rate of commission errors was lowest upon the activation of positive emotion. Moreover, under subliminal emotional priming, the rate of commission errors for the heroin abstainers group was significantly lower than that for the control group. However, regarding supraliminal emotional priming, there was no significant difference between the rates of commission errors for the two groups. These results suggest automatic positive emotional processing can enhance response inhibition among heroin abstainers. Moreover, under subliminal emotional priming, heroin abstainers had more enhanced response inhibition than the control groups. This study plays a significant role in understanding the effect of automatic emotional processing on response inhibition among drug addicts. Travel time estimation (TTE) is widely applied for ride dispatching, ride-hailing, and route navigation. There are many factors affecting the travel time of a driver on a given trajectory, including the distance, road type, driving habits, traffic congestion, etc. Existing works fail to model the complex relationships of these factors for TTE. To fill this gap, in this paper, we first analyze how these factors work together in determining the travel time. In particular, the travel time depends on the distance and driving speed on each road segment of the trajectory, where the driving speed depends on the driving habits and the environment, including the static factors like the road type (highway or byway) and speed limit and the dynamic factor like the time of the day and congestion. Among these factors, driving habits and traffic conditions (e.g., jam) are the most difficult ones to model. Second, we propose to learn the driving habits of each driver via meta-learning and estimate the conditions based on the current and historical traffic conditions (via recurrent neural networks) of this road and its connected road segments (via graph convolutional neural network). Mitochondrial metabolism disorders play an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors, and iron–sulfur protein is an important molecule for maintaining the normal function of mitochondria. However, the relationship between the expression, prognostic value, and immune infiltration of MMDS-related iron–sulfur protein genes in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC) remains unclear. Based on online databases bioinformatics analysis was performed to evaluate the expression differences, survival impacts, immune infiltration, and prognostic significance of multiple mitochondrial dysfunction syndrome (MMDS)-related iron–sulfur protein genes in KIRC patients. For example, the protein–protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed using STRING and GEPIA database; Survival impacts were constructed by TCGA database; Immune infiltration was analyzed using TIMER database. There were significant differences in the mRNA expression levels of ISCA1, ISCA2, C1ORF69 and NFU1 in KIRC among different tumor grades and individual cancer stages. Furthermore, KIRC with high transcription levels of ISCA1, ISCA2, C1ORF69 and NFU1 (p < 0.01) was significantly associated with long overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS). In addition, overexpression of four genes, NFU1, ISCA1, ISCA2, and C1ORF69 in KIRC indicated a better prognosis. Further studies showed that immune cells had a significantly positive correlation with iron–sulfur protein family genes, including CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells and B cells. More importantly, the results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of NFU1, ISCA1, ISCA2 and C1ORF69 in normal tissues was higher than that in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues. In this study, we systematically analyzed the expression and prognostic value of iron–sulfur protein family genes in KIRC. More importantly, NFU1, ISCA1, ISCA2, and C1ORF69 are expected to become potential therapeutic targets for KIRC, as well as potential prognostic markers for improving the survival rate and prognostic accuracy of KIRC. As a highly variable space plasma, the sophisticated monitoring and expression of the ionosphere are critically important for the performance of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). To satisfy the requirement of more precise positioning and navigation, it is necessary to model and predict the ionosphere in a more accurate way. In this paper, the potential advantages of neural networks in ionosphere modeling and predicting are explored. Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBF-NN) is used for modeling and the Long- and Short-Term Memory Neural Network (LSTM-NN) is used for predicting. Results validate that performance of the RBF-NN is superior to the traditional spherical harmonic and polynomial model. The average root mean square error of one-day modeling residuals by RBF-NN is 1.2951 Total Electron Content Unit (TECU, 1 TECU = 1016 electron/m2), which is reduced by 0.4172 and 0.2710 TECU respectively, compared with the traditional spherical harmonic and polynomial model. The predicting results show that the LSTM-NN has better short-time performance, compared with the finite Fourier series model and the autoregressive integrated moving average model. Finally, one-day predicted products are used as priori constraints for single-frequency static and dynamic precise point positioning (PPP). Positioning results show that constraint effect of the predicted products is equivalent to that of the International GNSS Services (IGS) final products. Compared with the results without ionospheric constraint, the PPP convergence time is obviously reduced, and the positioning performance in the horizontal direction is significantly improved. Objective: Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) contribute to the recovery of neurological function after ischemic stroke. Indirect revascularization has exhibited promising effects in the treatment of cerebral ischemia related to moyamoya disease and intracranial atherosclerotic disease. The role of EPCs in augmenting the revascularization effect is not clear. In this study, we investigated the therapeutic effects of indirect revascularization combined with EPC transplantation in rats with chronic cerebral ischemia. Methods: Chronic cerebral ischemia was induced by bilateral internal carotid artery ligation (BICAL) in rats, and indirect revascularization by encephalo-myo-synangiosis (EMS) was performed 1 week later. During the EMS procedure, intramuscular injection of EPCs and the addition of stromal cell-derived factor 1 (SDF-1), and AMD3100, an SDF-1 inhibitor, were undertaken, respectively, to investigate their effects on indirect revascularization. Two weeks later, the cortical microcirculation, neuronal damage, and functional outcome were evaluated according to the microvasculature density and partial pressure of brain tissue oxygen (PbtO2), regional blood flow, expression of phosphorylated Tau (pTau), TUNEL staining and the rotarod performance test, respectively. Results: The cortical microcirculation, according to PbtO2 and regional blood flow, was impaired 3 weeks after BICAL. These impairments were improved by the EMS procedure. The regional blood flow was further increased by the addition of SDF-1 and decreased by the addition of AMD3100. Intramuscular injection of EPCs further increased the regional blood flow as compared with the EMS group. The rotarod test results showed that the functional outcome was best in the EMS combined with EPC injection group. Western blot analysis showed that the EMS combined with EPC treatment group had significantly decreased expressions of phosphorylated Tau and phosphorylated glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta (Y216 of GSK-3β). pTau and TUNEL-positive cells were markedly increased at 3 weeks after BICAL induction. Furthermore, the groups treated with EMS combined with SDF-1 or EPCs exhibited marked decreases in the pTau expression and TUNEL-positive cells, whereas AMD3100 treatment increased TUNEL-positive cells. Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that indirect revascularization ameliorated the cerebral ischemic changes. Here, we report for the first time, a novel CrB/Cu(Al) composite is successfully fabricated by hot-pressed sintering of Cu and MAB phase Cr2AlB2 powders, which was prepared by a two-step molten salt method. The microstructure, mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the composites were also investigated. Results show that homogeneous and compact composites composed of CrB and Cu (Al) solid solution are obtained, and the grain size of Cu matrix dramatically decreases from 56.41 to ~ 3 μm when Cr2AlB2 was added into Cu matrix. In addition, an alternate structure and good interfacial bonding between ceramic and Cu matrix are observed, which are beneficial for ceramic particles to bear loads and result in high mechanical strength. The Vickers hardness of Cu–20Cr2AlB2 composite is around 140 HV1.0 with electrical conductivity of 20.69% IACS. The tensile and yield strength of the composite are as high as 393.56–289.65 MPa, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
