5. The Skill-Task Matching Model: Mechanism, Model Structure, and Algorithm

Abstract

We distinguished between the expected and actual profit of a firm. We proposed that, beyond maximizing profit, a firm's goal also encompasses minimizing the gap between expected and actual profit. Firms strive to enhance their capability to transform projects into reality through a process of trial and error, evident as a cyclical iterative optimization process. To characterize this iterative mechanism, we developed the Skill-Task Matching Model, extending the task approach in both multidimensional and iterative manners. We vectorized jobs and employees into task and skill vector spaces, respectively, while treating production techniques as a skill-task matching matrix and business strategy as a task value vector. In our model, the process of stabilizing production techniques and optimizing business strategies corresponds to the recalibration of parameters within the skill-task matching matrix and the task value vector. We constructed a feed-forward neural network algorithm to run this model and demonstrated how it can augment operational efficiency., Comment: 23 pages, 6 figures

6. Correlation between neonatal retinal hemorrhage and changes in umbilical artery blood gas analysis

Abstract

AIM: To explore the correlation between neonatal retinal hemorrhage(RH)and changes in umbilical artery blood gas analysis.METHODS: A total of 312 full-term neonates born in our obstetrics department from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects. According to the RetCam III fundus examination results, 245 neonates who did not experience RH were included in the control group, while 67 cases with RH were found to be included in the RH group. In addition, neonates were grouped into I degree group(n=20), II degree group(n=29), and III degree group(n=18)based on the degree of RH. General clinical data and umbilical artery blood gas analysis indicators between the RH group and the control group were compared; the levels of umbilical artery blood gas analysis indicators in neonates with different degrees of RH, the relationship between pH and RH degree, and the influencing factors of neonatal RH were analyzed.RESULTS: There was no obvious difference in maternal age, average gestational week, fetal gender, parity, gestational diabetes, fetal birth weight, and amniotic fluid between the RH group and the control group(all P>0.05), while there were obvious differences in delivery methods, gestational hypertension, forceps assisted delivery, neonatal asphyxia, and umbilical cord around the neck(all P

15. 棉籽粕脱酚效果影响因素分析Influence factors of degossypolization effect of cottonseed meal

Abstract

为了降低棉籽粕中游离棉酚含量，通过实验室及生产线跟踪研究了溶剂萃取法脱酚工艺参数、脱酚方法（膨化预处理法、溶剂萃取法）、原料产地和储存时间对棉籽粕脱酚效果的影响。结果表明：工业生产中，在棉坯粉末度25%～28%、棉坯水分含量3.5%～4.5%、甲醇体积分数85%～90%、脱酚温度55 ℃左右、逆流萃取脱酚料液比（物料质量与新鲜甲醇溶剂体积比） 1∶ （0.5~0.6）条件下，棉籽粕脱酚效果较好；溶剂萃取法脱酚效果优于膨化预处理法；对于棉籽原料产地，棉酚的脱除容易程度为北疆>南疆>河北，与棉籽的粗脂肪酸值大小正好相反；棉籽储存时间越长，棉酚越难以脱除。因此，选择新鲜、粗脂肪酸值低的棉籽原料，严格控制溶剂萃取脱酚工艺参数，可以得到更低游离棉酚含量的棉籽粕。In order to reduce the content of free gossypol in cottonseed meal, the effects of solvent extraction degossypolization parameters, degossypolization methods (extruding pretreatment method, solvent extraction method), raw material origin and storage time on the degossypolization effect of cottonseed meal were studied in laboratory and workshop. The results showed that in industrial production, the degossypolization effect of cottonseed meal was better under the conditions of 25%-28% powder and 3.5%-4.5% moisture content of cottonseed flake, 85%-90% volume fraction of methanol, 55 ℃ degossypolization temperature, and ratio of material mass to solvent volume of fresh methanol 1∶ (0.5-0.6). The degossypolization effect of solvent extraction method was better than that of extruding pretreatment method. For the origin of cottonseed, the removal degree of gossypol was decreased in the order of North Xinjiang > South Xinjiang > Hebei, which was opposite to the crude fat acid value of cottonseed. The longer the storage time of cottonseed, the more difficult it was to remove gossypol. Therefore, cottonseed meal with lower free gossypol content can be obtained by selecting fresh cottonseed raw materials with low crude fat acid value and strictly controlling the process parameters of solvent extraction degossypolization.

Abstract

At present, the effective management of the rural environment has drawn the attention of the entire global community. Heilongjiang Province majors in agriculture and animal husbandry resources. Compared with urban environmental pollution, the pollution caused by agriculture and animal husbandry has a strong impact on the use of agricultural elements and environmental constraints. At the same time, it has the characteristics of high governance cost, high governance difficulty, and difficulty in being monitored. In this study, the environmental Kuznets curve is used to verify the relationship between rural environmental pollution and economic growth in Heilongjiang Province, and a linear regression model is designed to verify time series data and indicators. The results show that the phenomenon of rural water pollution has become common in Heilongjiang Province, the discharge of rural environmental pollutants has exceeded the safe discharge limit value, and the pollution degree of the rural environment in Heilongjiang Province has exceeded the safety warning value at least, and it is very necessary for its treatment. This study enriches the research methods and content of the performance evaluation of rural environmental governance in my country helps to objectively evaluate the governance issues of the rural environment in Heilongjiang Province, and can be a functional area of grain production that is highly dependent on resources and environmental constraints of the same kind in my country. Rural environmental governance provides a universal reference.

45. Negative Refraction Does Not Make Perfect Lenses

Abstract

The widely-accepted theoretical treatment of the electromagnetic boundary problem of evanescent wave transfer at an interface between a normal medium of n=1 and an ideal negative index medium of n=-1 neglects the non-zero induced surface current and charge densities at the interface and is self-inconsistent. We re-solve the electromagnetic boundary problem by taking into account the non-zero induced surface current and charge densities that have been neglected so far by others. We give the exact induced surface current and charge distributions for this special case and solve the refracted and reflected fields analytically using Green's function method. The self-consistent solution yields a transmission coefficient of 1 and reflection coefficient of 0 for all evanescent waves. Accordingly, we found that, on the contrary to the popular belief, negative index of refraction does not make perfect lenses., Comment: submitted to PRL

Abstract

We reconsider the refraction of evanescent waves at an interface between air and negative index medium under the assumption that negative index medium is necessarily dispersive and lossy. We show that all evanescent waves in air will be refracted into decaying propagating waves inside a negative index medium, with different spatial frequency components having different propagation directions which are separated both in time and space; hence no refocus of these evanescent waves is possible.
