Abstract

Dianchi Lake urban wetland park in Kunming is an important component of Dianchi lakeside wetlands, it is of great significance to the urban development and ecological protection of Kunming. To solve the problem of non-point source pollution of Dianchi Lake basin, the Dianchi Lake Pan-Asian International Urban Wetland Park is taken as an example, the rapid artificial infiltration treatment system and the comprehensive constructed wetland treatment system were designed for Dianchi Lake urban wetland park, and various design parameters and its influencing factors have been analyzed. After the deep treatment by the treatment system, the water quality reached the standards of landscape water. The planning of water system for Dianchi Lake urban wetland park provides a reference for designing plateau lake urban wetland parks.

Abstract

Research on the damage and seepage characteristics of unloading rock with high water pressure can help to further understand the mechanism of water inrush in deep mine and to take effective measures to prevent water inrush. In this paper, the finite element software RFPA2D-Flow was used to study the failure and seepage characteristics of unloading rock coupled with high water pressure and high stress. The effects of different water pressure on the failure of unloading rock and the law of seepage were investigated. The results show that the form of unloading rock failure without water pressure is brittle; however, the failure form of unloading rock with water pressure is obviously ductile failure, and the fracture is mainly concentrated at the bottom of the rock sample with high water pressure. During unloading, the seepage coefficient of rock increased with the increase of unloading amount until sudden jump occurs, and the failure form and permeability law of the rock with different water pressure were basically the same, but the larger the water pressure difference, the smaller the effective unloading capacity is needed when the permeability coefficient suddenly jumps, this shows that the larger the water pressure difference is, the more likely the rock mass will be damaged by water inrush under unloading condition.

19. Helicobacter pyloriwith East Asian-type cagPAI genes is more virulent than strains with Western-type in some cagPAI genes

Abstract

The severity of Helicobacter pylori-related disease is correlated with the presence and integrity of a cagpathogenicity island (cagPAI). cagPAI genotype may have a modifying effect on the pathogenic potential of the infecting strain. After analyzing the sequences of cagPAI genes, some strains with the East Asian-type cagPAI genes were selected for further analysis to examine the association between the diversity of the cagPAI genes and the virulence of H. pylori. The results showed that gastric mucosal inflammatory cell infiltration was significantly higher in patients with East Asian-type cagPAI genes H. pyloristrain compared with mosaicism cagPAI genes H. pyloristrain (p<0.05). H. pyloristrains with the East Asian-type cagPAI genes were closely associated with IL-8 secretion in vitroand in vivocompared with H. pyloristrains with the mosaicism cagPAI genes (p<0.01). H. pyloristrains with East Asian-type cagPAI genes are able to strongly translocate CagA to host cells. These results suggest that H. pyloristrains with East Asian-type cagPAI genes are more virulent than the strains of cagPAI gene/genes that are Western type.
