With the rise of use requirements, carrier-borne aircraft missile is facing the problem of long-term use under the blend of storage on land and on-board duty tasks. Taking the electrical assembly device of carrier-borne aircraft missile as the research object, the environmental characteristics of electrical assembly device of carrier-borne aircraft missile in the use process is analyzed, the accelerated model of assembly device under combined stress is established, the section of accelerated life test based on use process is designed, and the corresponding method of accelerated life test is proposed. Taking an inertial navigation module as an example, the use process is accelerated and verified, and the performance degradation of the equipment is successfully stimulated, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

En 2020, China eliminó la pobreza regional general y terminó la ardua tarea de resolver el problema de la pobreza absoluta. Aunque existe un problema real persistente de pobreza relativa, el riesgo objetivo de caer en una trampa de pobreza en las regiones subdesarrolladas de China razonablemente no existe. Este artículo analiza cuatro perspectivas que sustentan tal afirmación: la institucional, la histórica, la individual y la espiritual.

Combustion process of bituminous coal, steam coal, anthracite (AC) and semi-coke were investigated through thermogravimetric analysis method and influence of metamorphic grade as well as heating rate on combustion characteristics were analyzed. Results show that combustion performance could not be represented by single combustion characteristic parameter. Through analysis of comprehensive combustion characteristic indexes, with increase of metamorphic grade combustion performance of coal is lowered, and combustion performance of semi-coke and AC are close to each other. With increase of heating rate, combustion curves move into high temperature region and comprehensive combustion characteristic indexes are increased, which show that the combustion performance is improved. Random pore model (RPM), unreacted shrinking core model (URCM) and volume model were used to calculate kinetic parameters of combustion process. Results show that RPM has the best performance to represent combustion process of the four samples and through calculation by RPM kinetic energy of combustion process for all samples are between 43.08 and 99.43 kJ/mol, and there is compensation effect during combustion process.

The integrated energy system is the main physical carrier of the energy Internet. Planning is the leading link of its application, which directly affects the necessity and economy of the construction of the project. Firstly, the basic process of integrated energy planning is summarized. Then, three application challenges faced by urban integrated energy system planning are summarized from the perspective of engineering application: integrated energy system refinement modelling, multi-energy load integrated prediction, and expansion of planning boundaries. The corresponding strategies are given for the above challenges, and the development of integrated energy system planning and application is prospected, which provides reference for the staff engaged in urban integrated energy system planning and related investors.

Abstract Background Single embryo transfer (SET) remains underutilized as a strategy to reduce multiple gestation risk in IVF, and its overall lower pregnancy rate underscores the need for improved techniques to select one embryo for fresh transfer. This study explored use of comprehensive chromosomal screening by array CGH (aCGH) to provide this advantage and improve pregnancy rate from SET. Methods First-time IVF patients with a good prognosis (age Results For patients in Group A (n = 55), 425 blastocysts were biopsied and analyzed via aCGH (7.7 blastocysts/patient). Aneuploidy was detected in 191/425 (44.9%) of blastocysts in this group. For patients in Group B (n = 48), 389 blastocysts were microscopically examined (8.1 blastocysts/patient). Clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher in the morphology + aCGH group compared to the morphology-only group (70.9 and 45.8%, respectively; p = 0.017); ongoing pregnancy rate for Groups A and B were 69.1 vs. 41.7%, respectively (p = 0.009). There were no twin pregnancies. Conclusion Although aCGH followed by frozen embryo transfer has been used to screen at risk embryos (e.g., known parental chromosomal translocation or history of recurrent pregnancy loss), this is the first description of aCGH fully integrated with a clinical IVF program to select single blastocysts for fresh SET in good prognosis patients. The observed aneuploidy rate (44.9%) among biopsied blastocysts highlights the inherent imprecision of SET when conventional morphology is used alone. Embryos randomized to the aCGH group implanted with greater efficiency, resulted in clinical pregnancy more often, and yielded a lower miscarriage rate than those selected without aCGH. Additional studies are needed to verify our pilot data and confirm a role for on-site, rapid aCGH for IVF patients contemplating fresh SET.

Abstract MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNA transcripts that affect various cellular pathways by serving as regulators of gene expression at the translational and transcriptional level. Nuclear receptors (NRs) are ligand-activated transcription factors that regulate gene transcription by binding to the promoter region or by interacting with other transcription factors. NRs can regulate miRNA expression either at the transcriptional level, or through posttranscriptional maturation by interacting with miRNA processing factors. This review will summarize recent advances in knowledge of the modulation of miRNA expression by NRs. Increased understanding of the molecular basis of miRNA expression may enable new therapeutic interventions that modulate miRNA activities through NR-mediated signaling.

Abstract Background There is debate as to whether the association between C-reactive protein (CRP) and insulin resistance is independent of body fatness, particularly central obesity. Therefore, the association among CRP, insulin resistance and obesity was analyzed in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The study included 520 Chinese patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with CRP levels not exceeding 10 mg/L. The degree of insulin resistance was determined with the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR). The CRP levels were categorized into quartiles from the lowest to the highest concentrations (Q1-Q4). Results Body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC) were both higher in Q4, Q3 and Q2 than those in Q1. HOMA-IR was higher in Q2, Q3 and Q4 than that in Q1 (Q1 vs Q4, P < 0.001; Q1 vs Q3, P < 0.001; Q1 vs Q2, P = 0.028). Log CRP was significantly correlated with log HOMA-IR (correlation coefficient: 0.230, P < 0.001) and BMI (correlation coefficient: 0.305, P < 0.001) and WC (correlation coefficient: 0.240, P < 0.001) by Spearman correlation analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis adjusting for age, gender and components of metabolic syndrome, log CRP was also independently associated with log HOMA-IR (β coefficient, 0.168; P < 0.001) and WC (β coefficient, 0.131; P = 0.006). Conclusion These findings showed that insulin resistance was associated with CRP levels independent of abdominal obesity in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes, suggesting that abdominal obesity could only partly explain the link between subclinical inflammation and insulin resistance.

Abstract Background Pharmacological inhibition of endothelial arginase-II has been shown to improve endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) function and reduce atherogenesis in animal models. We investigated whether the endothelial arginase II is involved in inflammatory responses in endothelial cells. Methods Human endothelial cells were isolated from umbilical veins and stimulated with TNFα (10 ng/ml) for 4 hours. Endothelial expression of the inflammatory molecules i.e. vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), and E-selectin were assessed by immunoblotting. Results The induction of the expression of endothelial VCAM-1, ICAM-1 and E-selectin by TNFα was concentration-dependently reduced by incubation of the endothelial cells with the arginase inhibitor L-norvaline. However, inhibition of arginase by another arginase inhibitor S-(2-boronoethyl)-L-cysteine (BEC) had no effects. To confirm the role of arginase-II (the prominent isoform expressed in HUVECs) in the inflammatory responses, adenoviral mediated siRNA silencing of arginase-II knocked down the arginase II protein level, but did not inhibit the up-regulation of the adhesion molecules. Moreover, the inhibitory effect of L-norvaline was not reversed by the NOS inhibitor L-NAME and L-norvaline did not interfere with TNFα-induced activation of NF-κB, JNK, p38mapk, while it inhibited p70s6k (S6K1) activity. Silencing S6K1 prevented up-regulation of E-selectin, but not that of VCAM-1 or ICAM-1 induced by TNFα. Conclusion The arginase inhibitor L-norvaline exhibits anti-inflammatory effects independently of inhibition of arginase in human endothelial cells. The anti-inflammatory properties of L-norvaline are partially attributable to its ability to inhibit S6K1.

Abstract Background Sirolimus-eluting stents (CYPHER stents) demonstrated remarkable efficacy in reducing restenosis rates in patients with coronary artery disease. There is a concern of sub-acute and late stent thrombosis. Tissue factor (TF) is critical in thrombosis. This study investigated the effect of sirolimus on TF expression and activity in cultured human vascular smooth muscle cells (SMCs). Methods SMCs were cultured from human saphenous veins and aortas. Quiescent cells were stimulated with sirolimus (0.1 – 20 ng/ml) over 24 hours. Cellular TF expression and activity released into culture medium were measured. The effect of sirolimus on activation of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) was measured by phosphorylation of the substrate p70s6k at T389, and activation of RhoA was measured by pull-down assay. Results Sirolimus increased TF protein level in cultured human SMCs in a concentration and time-dependent manner (about 2-fold, p < 0.01) reaching maximal effect at 5 ng/ml. The stimulation of TF expression by sirolimus was associated with inhibition of basal activity of mTOR. No effects of sirolimus on RhoA or p38mapk activation that are positive regulators of TF in vascular wall cells were observed. The stimulation of TF expression by sirolimus (20 ng/ml) was prevented by the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor fluvastatin (1 μmol/L). However, no increase in TF activity released from SMC into culture medium was observed after sirolimus treatment. Conclusion Although sirolimus stimulates TF protein expression in human SMC associated with inhibition of mTOR, it does not enhance TF activity released from the cells, suggesting a relatively safe profile of CYPHER stents. The inhibition of TF expression by fluvastatin favors clinical use of statins in patients undergoing coronary stenting.
