This study aims to understand how consumers are impacted by various aspects in the context of electronic commerce (e-commerce), as well as how e-satisfaction and e-loyalty are related. As the Internet has developed into a platform for online transactions, businesses now need to understand how customers see online shopping. This study began with the integration of pertinent literature before examining the factors that influence consumers' decisions to make purchases online. This study follows a consumer's behaviour and attitude towards online shopping. This study also examines a customer’s point of view and how a customer feels towards online shopping. This study revolves around the basic idea and concept of online shopping and its impact on a consumer and how a consumer starts to differentiate between online and offline shopping.

Present estimates indicate India's bio-fuel demand as 0.5 billion gallons in 2012 which will grow to 6.8 billion gallons by 2022. While fossil fuel science and technology is well established, the scientific understanding and technological implications of biofuels are not clearly laid out. In recent years, a large number of assessments have been conducted to assess the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of biofuels. However, contradicting results were noted in the published articles. The current chapter attempts to understand the importance of triple bottom line (TBL) aspects for the life cycle sustainability analysis (LCSA) over the conventional life cycle analysis (LCA) of biofuels-based supply chain. Along with energy and environmental indicators, LCSA also evaluates the economic and social factors. Hence, a statistical assessment with multi-criterion decision-making (MCDM) analysis has been implemented to highlight and achieve coherence in conducting the sustainability analysis of biofuels supply chain.

Internet of Things (IOT) is a megatrend of the 21st century. With the onset of smart devices and dependency on renewable resources, change in energy infrastructure has taken utmost priority as energy consumption of a residential sector accounts for a significant amount of total energy consumption and also contributes to global warming, which needs to be kept in check. In this paper, the proposed system aims to achieve a cost effective energy management system by a) Real-time monitoring of the loads and achieve demand forecasting based on acquired data for a certain period. b) Source management to satisfy the variable demand by parallel operation of sources. c) Overcurrent protection mechanism and load automation using IOT.

With the progression of computer networks extending boundaries and joining distant locations, wireless sensor networks (WSN) emerge as the new frontier in developing opportunities to collect and process data from remote locations. Like IEEE 802.3 wired and IEEE 802.11 wireless networks, remote wireless sensor networks are vulnerable to malicious attacks. While wired and infrastructure-based wireless networks have mature intrusion detection systems and sophisticated firewalls to block these attacks, wireless sensor networks have only primitive defenses. WSNs rely on hardware simplicity to make sensor field deployments both affordable and long-lasting without any maintenance support. Energy-constrained sensor networks periodically place nodes to sleep in order to extend the network lifetime. Denying sleep effectively attacks each sensor node's critical energy resources and rapidly drains the network's lifetime. This paper analyzes the energy resource vulnerabilities of wireless sensor networks, models the network lifetimes of leading WSN medium access control (MAC) protocols, and proposes a new MAC protocol which mitigates many of the effects of denial of sleep attacks.
