In this study that lasted to 8 weeks, was conducted to determine the effects of dietary supplementation of lysine and methionine on body biochemical composition and amino acid profile of Sobaity sea bream, Sparidentex hasta. Therefore, 180 juvenile fish with an initial weight of 31.38 ±1.4 g were distributed randomly among eighteen tanks. Fish were fed to satiation three time per day (08:00, 13:00 and 18:00 hours) with formulated diets containing six different levels of dietary methionine and lysine; Diet 1: a control diet without dietary amino acid supplementation; Diet 2: 100% methionine supplementation; Diet 3: 75% methionine and 25% lysine supplementation; Diet 4: 50% methionine and 50% lysine supplementation; Diet 5: 25% methionine and 75% lysine supplementation and Diet 6: 100% lysine supplementation.The results of this study showed Carcass protein content was significantly affected by the amino acid supplements and the highest level of carcass protein observed in fish were fed by diet 3(P 0.05). In addition, essential amino acids (ΣEAA) and non-essential amino acids (ΣNEAA) and ratio ΣEAA / ΣNEAA, were affected by lysine and methionine amino acid supplementation as ΣEAA and ratio (ΣEAA) / (ΣNEAA) significantly increased with increasing levels of amino acid supplementation and the highest amount of this parameters observed in groups were fed by diet with high levels of methionine.The results showed that adding 75% dietary methionine supplementation and 25% lysine supplemtation to the diet containg 45/95% protein, have positive effects on biochemical composition and amino acid profile in rearing of Sobaity seabream juveniles.

The effects of hybridization and impurity (magnetic and nonmagnetic) potentials on the pairing symmetries and magnetic response of a two-band superconductor with an equal-time s -wave interband pairing order parameter in the framework of Green's function technique are investigated theoretically. First, the effects of spin-independent and spin-dependent hybridization on the generation of even- or odd-frequency Cooper pairs which determines the symmetry classification and the response of the superconductor are studied. Next, the impurity effect on creating different symmetry classes and the kernel response function of a two-band superconductor are discussed. By separating the contributions of even- and odd-frequency pairing to the Meissner kernel, it is shown that the competition between these two terms determines the total Meissner effect of the superconductor. For a two-band spin-singlet superconductor, nonmagnetic impurity scatterings do not change transition temperature according to Anderson's theorem, while both intra- and interband magnetic impurity scattering cause superconducting transition temperature suppression with the rate following the Abrikosov–Gor'kov theory. For spin-triplet pairing, interband magnetic scattering has no impact on pair breaking, whereas intraband magnetic scattering acts as a pair breaker and suppresses the transition temperature in the Born limit. In this case, the odd-frequency superconducting pairs can be induced in the simultaneous presence of both intra- and interband magnetic impurities. Thus, by controlling the concentration of magnetic impurities, it is possible to engineer triplet-pairing odd-frequency superconductors with a total diamagnetic Meissner response which stabilizes the superconducting state. The marine rotifer Brachionus plicatilis is extensively used as a major live food in fish larvae culture all over the world. In the present study an attempt was made to find out the optimum salinity and feeding conditions for growth of the rotifer B. plicatilis. The rotifer was cultured using Batch culture method at four salinities ranges (20, 25, 30 and 35ppt) and was fed with 3 species of microalgae including, Nannochloropsis oculata, Isochrysis galbana and Chlorella sp. The effects of impurity and Bose-Fermi interactions on the transition temperature of a dipolar Bose-Einstein condensation in trapped Bose-Fermi mixture, by using the two-fluid model, are investigated. The shift of the transition temperature consists of four contributions due to contact, Bose-Fermi, dipole-dipole, and impurity interactions. We will show that in the presence of an anisotropic trap, the Bose-Fermi correction to the shift of transition temperature due to the excitation spectra of the thermal part is independent of anisotropy factor. Applying our results to trapped Bose-Fermi mixtures shows that, by knowing the impurity effect, the shift of the transition temperature due to Bose-Fermi interaction could be measured for isotropic trap (dipole-dipole contributions is zero) and Feshbach resonance technique (contact potential contribution is negligible). The thermal conductivity of a trapped dipolar Bose condensed gas is calculated as a function of temperature in the framework of linear response theory. The contributions of the interactions between condensed and noncondensed atoms and between noncondensed atoms in the presence of both contact and dipole-dipole interactions are taken into account to the thermal relaxation time, by evaluating the self-energies of the system in the Beliaev approximation. We will show that above the Bose-Einstein condensation temperature ( T > T ) in the absence of dipole-dipole interaction, the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity reduces to that of an ideal Bose gas. In a trapped Bose-condensed gas for temperature interval k T << n g , E << k T ( n is the condensed density and g is the strength of the contact interaction), the relaxation rates due to dipolar and contact interactions between condensed and noncondensed atoms change as $$ {\tau}_{dd12}^{-1}\propto {e}^{-E/{k}_BT} $$ and τ ∝ T , respectively, and the contact interaction plays the dominant role in the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity, which leads to the T behavior of the thermal conductivity. In the low-temperature limit, k T << n g , E >> k T, since the relaxation rate $$ {\tau}_{c12}^{-1} $$ is independent of temperature and the relaxation rate due to dipolar interaction goes to zero exponentially, the T temperature behavior for the thermal conductivity comes from the thermal mean velocity of the particles. We will also show that in the high-temperature limit ( k T > n g ) and low momenta, the relaxation rates $$ {\tau}_{c12}^{-1} $$ and $$ {\tau}_{dd12}^{-1} $$ change linearly with temperature for both dipolar and contact interactions and the thermal conductivity scales linearly with temperature. Low-temperature dependence of the shear viscosity components in superconductor S r R u O is investigated within the framework of the Boltzmann equation. We will show that this dissipative viscosity has a power-law temperature dependence as T for the γ band of the Fermi surface with the isotropic gap. Lupien et al. experimentally found that the shear viscosity components of superconductor S r R u O change as T at low temperatures. This relative consistency between the temperature dependence for the isotropic gap and experimental results implies that the gap node of S r R u O may be a horizontal line node. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
