It is indicated that russia’s aggression against Ukraine, which began in 2014 with the annexation of Crimea by the russian federation, has since intensified significantly, especially after the large-scale invasion of russia in February 2022. This armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine led to a serious humanitarian crisis, serious violations of international humanitarian law (IHL), international criminal law (ICC) and international human rights law (IHRC). The article explores the international legal responses to russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine, beginning with the annexation of Crimea in 2014 and intensifying with the full-scale invasion in February 2022. This war has led to severe humanitarian crises and widespread violations of international humanitarian law, international criminal law, and international human rights law. The paper focuses on war crimes, including targeting civilians, the use of prohibited weapons, and the unlawful deportation of children to russia. This article addresses the scientific literature on the war crimes committed by russia against Ukraine and IHL implementation, noting the lack of research on forensic methodologies for war crime investigations in Ukraine. While Ukrainian scholars emphasize integrating international law into national legislation, foreign experts provide more detailed forensic approaches. The study evaluates the actions of international bodies like the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the United Nations, alongside efforts by the European Union and others, to ensure accountability and reparations, with particular focus on the various mechanisms established to address war crimes, human rights abuses, and the path toward reparations and justice for Ukraine. Special attention is given to international initiatives, such as the Atrocity Crime Advisor Group (ACA) and the International Centre for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression (ICPA), which are crucial in enhancing Ukraine’s ability to prosecute atrocity crimes. The article underscores the need for coordinated international legal and financial support to achieve justice for the victims and rebuild Ukraine.

The article considers the technology of maturing preserves from the meat of the Black Sea gastropod mollusc Rapana thomasiana using irradiation technologies. The methods of improving the technology of processing rapana meat have been studied in order to ensure long-term storage of the finished product without using artificial preservatives. The technology is based on the preliminary preparation of the semi-finished product, which includes defrosting, sorting, cutting, washing, inspection, portioning, blanching, and cooling. It has been studied how different methods of preprocessing the raw material affect the mechanostructural properties of rapana preserves. Blanching the meat of rapana has proved practical. Acetic acid has been shown to increase the sensitivity of rapana muscle tissue to picowaves. It has been found effective to soften rapana muscle tissue by marinating with acetic acid and by using picowave irradiation in various doses (2 to 10 kGy) for 60 s. The choice of the recommended dose of 2 kGy has been substantiated. It has been established that after picowave processing, the sensory properties of the finished product do not change. The system of picowave processing of preserved meat to soften its inhomogeneous structure has been described. The shift of kinetic energy in the electronic field using thin targets to form the required radiation field of different sizes has been used. This has allowed influencing the inhomogeneous structure of the raw material. It has been proved that after picowave irradiation with the dose 2 kGy, the preserved rapana meat is microbiologically safe and can be stored for 90 days at 4±2°С. The technological scheme of making preserves from rapana meat using PWP has been provided. The studies indicate that using the irradiation technology is practical, as it ensures the maturation of low-maturing aquatic organisms, extends the shelf life of food, guarantees safety and high quality

Relevance. At present, three infections – HIV infection, tuberculosis, and COVID-19 - are spreading simultaneously in the world. Of great practical importance is the assessment of clinical and epidemiological features of COVID-19 in HIV-infected patients with tuberculosis, COVID-19. Aim. To study the risk of COVID-19 disease and identify clinical and epidemiological features in and population of patients with HIV infection complicated by tuberculosis in comparison with patients with HIV infection and the population without these diseases.Materials and methods. Since 13.03.2020 by 31.12.2021 in the Kemerovo Region-Kuzbass, a continuous prospective analytical epidemiological study of the case-control type was performed. Of those with COVID-19, two observation groups were formed: group I (HIV +), group II (HIV/TB) and comparison group III (persons without either HIV or tuberculosis). All patients underwent: determination of SARS-CoV-2 RNA, standard examination methods in accordance with the temporary methodological recommendations «Prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)», relevant at the time of treatment.Results. The incidence of COVID-19 among patients with HIV infection complicated by tuberculosis exceeded the incidence of COVID-19 among HIV-infected by 14%. There were no gender differences between patients I (HIV +) and II (HIV/TB) groups. In the comparison group, the incidence of COVID-19 was 1.26 times higher in women compared to men. COVID-19 disease in patients with co-infection (HIV/TB) was predominantly mild. Viral pneumonia developed 1.86 times less often, oxygenotherapy was required only in 18.75% of cases, which is 2.5 times lower than in group I (HIV +) and 2.47 times less than in the comparison group (III). In labeled pairs, clinical symptoms of COVID-19 in all groups occurred with the same frequency. Metabolic disorders were evident in all groups. Co-infected patients (HIV/TB) had higher levels of D-dimer, ESR, total bilirubin.Conclusion. Active tuberculosis in HIV-infected people is a factor that increases the risk of COVID-19 disease without affecting the severity of the infectious process.

Застосований диференційований підхід до ендопротезування кульшового суглоба (КС) у 29 хворих з приводу посттравматичного коксартрозу. Тривалість спостереження 3,5 року. Функціональний стан КС за шкалою Harris збільшився у середньому з 35 до 87 балів. Рентгенологічні ознаки нестабільності компонентів ендопротеза не виявлені. Отримані результати свідчать, що відновлення центру ротації КС після реконструкції стінок кульшової западини з огляду на тип дефекту та встановлення чашки ендопротеза на місце анатомічної кульшової западини, використання чашок "press–fit" фіксації, головок великого діаметра дозволило мінімізувати частоту ускладнень, досягти позитивних результатів ендопротезування.
