The Plant Computer Information and Control System (PCICS) is the main digital means for operators to monitor and control the Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), providing operators with centralized operation control, information display, comprehensive processing and data storage functions. The PCICS plays an important role in the operation of NPP. The objective of PCICS life monitoring is to make sure that in case of failure of PCICS, a hardware alarm can be triggered so that the operators will be informed and perform the appropriate actions. Basing on the equipment classification and function analysis, this paper analyses the equipment and functions that should be included in PCICS life monitoring scope, formulates effective countermeasures. The paper finally completes the implementation scheme of PCICS life monitoring with many innovations and advances at the same time. It is very meaningful for the PCICS system because it comes up with clear logic and safe structure for the availability surveillance of the main control and monitoring mean of NPP.

To investigate the effects of quercetin on the apoptosis of platelets and to analyze the intrinsic mechanism.Firstly, the effects of quecetin on the apoptosis of platelets was detected by flow cytometry. Secondly, Western blot was used to detect the expression of apoptosis-related proteins in the platelets treated with quercetin for 2 and 4 day.By flow cytometry, it was found that the apoptosis of platelets in the quercetin-treated group (2, 4 and 8 μmol/L) was inhibited, the apoptosis rate of platelets in 2, 4 and 8 μmol/L quercetin group was 3.12%±0.32%, 2.89%±0.15% and 2.31%±0.28%, respectively, which were signigicantly lover than that in control group (P＜0.01). With the increase of quecetin concentration, the proportion ratio of platelets significantly decreased in a concentration-dependent manner（r=-0.9985）. Similar results were observed on the 4th day. Western blot showed that the treatment with quercetin (2, 4 and 8 μmol/L) promoted the expression of anti-apoptotic protein BCL-2, inhibited the expression of pro-apoptotic protein BAX, resulting in a significant increase in the ratio of BCL-2/BAX (P＜0.01), thereby inhibiting the apoptosis of platelets. Similar results were observed on the 4th day.Quercetin can inhibit platelet apoptosis by increasing the ratio of apoptosis-related protein BCL-2/BAX in a concentration-dependent manner.槲皮素对血小板凋亡的影响及其机制.探讨槲皮素对储存损伤期间血小板凋亡的影响及其可能的内在机制.通过流式细胞术检测并分析经不同浓度的槲皮素处理2和4 d的血小板的凋亡情况。通过Western blot 方法检测槲皮素处理2和4 d的血小板相关凋亡蛋白表达的变化.2、4和8 μmol/L槲皮素处理血小板d 2时的凋亡率分别为3.12%±0.32%、2.89%±0.15%、2.31%±0.28%，与对照组相比有显著性差异（P＜0.01），且随着槲皮素浓度的增高，血小板的凋亡比率逐渐降低，即槲皮素对其凋亡的抑制有一定的浓度依赖性（r=-0.9985）；d 4时亦观察到了类似的结果。2、4和8 μmol/L槲皮素处理2 d可促进抗凋亡蛋白 BCL-2表达，抑制促凋亡蛋白 BAX表达，导致BCL-2/BAX蛋白的比例显著升高（P＜0.01），进而抑制血小板的凋亡；d 4时亦观察到了类似的结果.槲皮素可通过上调凋亡相关蛋白BCL-2/BAX比例来抑制血小板凋亡，且对血小板凋亡的抑制有一定的浓度依赖性.

Al-containing amorphous carbon (a-C:Al) films were fabricated under different working pressures by high-power impulse magnetron sputtering. Morphologies, microstructure and chemical composition of a-C:Al films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. Mechanical properties and tribological behavior of a-C:Al films were investigated by film stress tester, nano-indentation, scratch tester, ball-on-disk tribometer and 3D surface profiler. Results showed that atomic composition of Al in a-C:Al films was about 5%, independent of working pressure. The prepared films have smooth surfaces with Ra of 2.22 nm–5.89 nm. Typical amorphous structures could be observed in a-C:Al films and sp3 content could be governed by changing working pressures. Al existed as an oxide of aluminum in carbon matrix. There was a notable negative correlation between internal stress and sp3-C content. All samples manifested good adhesion strength to substrates with critical loads beyond 70 N. Wear rates were in 10−8 mm3 N−1 m−1 order of magnitude and had the same changing trend with H/E as working pressure rose from 0.3 Pa to 0.6 Pa. a-C:Al film prepared at 0.4 Pa has the best wear resistance with a wear rate of 4.38 × 10−8 mm3 N−1 m−1.

It hoped that the achievement can provide beneficial reference for handling the problem that foundation subsidence in collapsible loess areas.

Tree shrew is a kind of excellent experimental animal resource in medical science and biology. In this paper, 35 Tupaia blangeri chinensises (TBCs) captured from Kunming,Yunnan province were investigated. We analyzed hereditary conditionality index about some morphological characters. According to Rife-Buranamanas law, we analyzed the appearance characteristics with hereditary conditionality including color of fur, orbit etc. The results showed the following: wild fur with seasonal red spot, white fur of abdomen, non-white orbit, flesh-color palm, non-cocked ear, round tip tail, and the line between the breasts of both sides in a vertical position with axis line.
