Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the informatization and intelligent manufacturing level of sheet material preparation and loading in panel furniture enterprises, solve the problems of nonstandard management, chaotic scheduling, loading delay, man-machine disharmony, etc., and improve the utilization rate of sheet materials and the equipment time startup rate. Based on the above problems, the corresponding data model was established, the algorithm of the data model was optimized, and a digital platform based on MFC was established, which was then tested and verified. The results showed that the comprehensive utilization rate of plates reached 93.96%, and the time operation rate of the electronic saw reached 87.67%. The digital panel furniture material preparation and loading platform system had the advantages of fast response speed and high material loading and preparation efficiency, which could meet the material preparation scheduling requirements of large quantities of panel furniture, and provide a reference for enterprises to realize information material preparation and digital material loading. 14. A novel colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent CN− sensor based on rhodamine B hydrazone derivatives in aqueous media and its application in sprouting potatoes.

Abstract

A novel highly selective chemosensor Z based on rhodamine B hydrazone derivatives was designed and synthesized, and it showed both colorimetric and “turn-on” fluorescence responses for CN− in an aqueous solution. The results showed that after adding CN− ions in aqueous solution, the chemosensor Z showed significant color change from colorless to pale-yellow, which was visible to the naked eye, and it rapidly produced strong green fluorescence. The probe could distinguish CN− by deprotonation and intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) mechanisms, as evidenced by 1H-NMR titration and DFT calculations. In addition, the detection limit of the fluorescence response of the sensor for CN− was 5.81 × 10−8 M, which was measured by titration. The chemosensor Z has been successfully used to detect CN− in sprouting potatoes. Z-containing test strips have also been prepared, and they can be used as a colorimetric tool for CN− detection in potential applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

18. Application of quantitative precipitation forecasting and precipitation ensemble prediction for hydrological forecasting.

Abstract

The precipitation in the forecast period influences flood forecasting precision, due to the uncertainty of the input to the hydrological model. Taking the ZhangHe basin as the example, the research adopts the precipitation forecast and ensemble precipitation forecast product of the AREM model, uses the Xin Anjiang hydrological model, and tests the flood forecasts. The results show that the flood forecast result can be clearly improved when considering precipitation during the forecast period. Hydrological forecast based on Ensemble Precipitation prediction gives better hydrological forecast information, better satisfying the need for risk information for flood prevention and disaster reduction, and has broad development opportunities. 21. Case report: Ectopic corpus cavernosum presented as bladder tumor in a 3-year-old boy.

Abstract

Background: Ectopic tissue is rarely found in the bladder for adults. Currently, there have been reports of ectopic prostate and colon tissue in the bladder. These ectopic tissues are manifested as a bladder mass and cause lower urinary tract symptoms. However, the ectopic corpus cavernosum in the bladder has never been reported, and its clinical characteristics and treatment have not been explored yet., Case Summary: A 3-year-old boy was admitted to the hospital due to 1 month of urinary frequency. The physical examination was unremarkable. Urine analysis from other hospitals showed an elevated urine white blood cell count of 17.9/ul. In addition, ultrasound indicated a possible bladder mass. CT and MRI showed a well-margined lesion (1.9×1.9 cm) in the bladder trigone. Through preoperative imaging, we diagnosed a bladder tumor (inclined towards benign). The transurethral resection of the bladder tumor was performed. Unfortunately, the surgery was unsuccessful due to the difficulty in removing the excised tissue through the urethra. Subsequently, bladder incision and tumor resection were performed. The tumor was successfully removed. Surprisingly, the postoperative pathology showed that the tumor tissue was corpus cavernosum. The pathological diagnosis was ectopic corpus cavernosum in the bladder. No complications were found after the operation, and no recurrence was observed during follow-up., Conclusion: The ectopic corpus cavernosum in the bladder has never been reported for children, which is presented as a benign tumor with rapid proliferation and large size. Surgery is recommended. However, the transurethral resection of bladder tumors is difficult to perform due to narrow urethra and limited surgical instruments.
