Construction activity is continually rising, and the strong performance of construction equipment ensures rapid expansion in the earth moving machine sectors. This study focuses on the method for calculating the digging forces needed to dig the terrene for minor building work. This approach calculates the force and is also used to perform a fatigue analysis to determine the bucket's fatigue life and failure rate. Because the current excavator arm mechanism is subjected to deformation and bending forces during lifting and digging operations, failure at the bucket end of the arm happens frequently. The excavator arm is analysed using ANSYS workbench software at current digging force and lifting capacity. An analytical approach has also been provided for static force analysis of excavator bucket.

This Paper outlined a design of a system using LabVIEW, MyRIO, Bio-Medical Sensors and IoT platform which measure the pre-diagnosis test that can help in Teleconsultation and Telediagnosis for patient by expert doctor, over long distance. This system can transmit a data to worldwide by using the IoT platform and we can establish real- time communication between patient and doctor. The scope for implementation at Ambulance, Hospital and especially useful in rural area.

This paper proposed a new way to control home or industrial electrical appliances by using missed call based GSM technology. This system is very useful in home and industry automation. The main controlling unit is microcontroller, GSM SIM 900 (for communication purpose) and the relay circuits that is used for switching (ON/OFF) the electrical appliances. In this system communication part is done by using GSM SIM 900, which gives signal to the microcontroller. Controlling system is reach by using ATMEGA 328 P PU Microcontroller, which works on the how many rings received by the controller and accordingly switching operation is done by using relay circuitry. This system works on missed call based approach and gives free of cost communication, which is the best part of this system. This system can also give a feedback as per the user requirement towards the controlling or switching (ON/OFF) the electrical appliances.

Providing better travel services for tourists is one of the important applications in urban computing. The worlds is of commerce, travel, entertainment, and Internet technology are linked, different types of business data is accessible for innovative use and regular analysis. Here it provides a study of utilizing online travel information for the personalized travel package recommendation. Though many recommender systems have been developed for enhancing the quality of travel service, most of them lack a systematic and open framework to dynamically incorporate multiple types of additional context information existing in the tourism domain, such as the travel area, season, and price of the travel packages. First analyze the properties of the old travel packages and develop a tourist-area-season topic (TAST) model. This TAST model represents different travel packages and different topic distributions of tourist, the topic extraction is stated on both the tourists and the natural characteristics of the landscapes. According to the topic model representation, a cocktail approach is generated so that to form lists for personalized travel package recommendation. The TAST model is extended to the tourist-relation-area-season topic (TRAST) model for collecting the relationships among the tourists for all travel groups. Then analyze TAST model, TRAST model, and cocktail recommendation approach on the current travel package data. The TAST model can effectively grabs the individual characteristics of travel data and cocktail approach, so it is more efficient than old recommendation techniques for travel package recommendation by including tourist relationships, TRAST model is used as an effective evaluation for travel group formation.

Pseudomonas putida CBB5 was isolated from soil by enrichment on caffeine. This strain used not only caffeine, theobromine, paraxanthine, and 7-methylxanthine as sole carbon and nitrogen sources but also theophylline and 3-methylxanthine. Analyses of metabolites in spent media and resting cell suspensions confirmed that CBB5 initially N demethylated theophylline via a hitherto unreported pathway to 1- and 3-methylxanthines. NAD(P)H-dependent conversion of theophylline to 1- and 3-methylxanthines was also detected in the crude cell extracts of theophylline-grown CBB5. 1-Methylxanthine and 3-methylxanthine were subsequently N demethylated to xanthine. CBB5 also oxidized theophylline and 1- and 3-methylxanthines to 1,3-dimethyluric acid and 1- and 3-methyluric acids, respectively. However, these methyluric acids were not metabolized further. A broad-substrate-range xanthine-oxidizing enzyme was responsible for the formation of these methyluric acids. In contrast, CBB5 metabolized caffeine to theobromine (major metabolite) and paraxanthine (minor metabolite). These dimethylxanthines were further N demethylated to xanthine via 7-methylxanthine. Theobromine-, paraxanthine-, and 7-methylxanthine-grown cells also metabolized all of the methylxanthines mentioned above via the same pathway. Thus, the theophylline and caffeine N-demethylation pathways converged at xanthine via different methylxanthine intermediates. Xanthine was eventually oxidized to uric acid. Enzymes involved in theophylline and caffeine degradation were coexpressed when CBB5 was grown on theophylline or on caffeine or its metabolites. However, 3-methylxanthine-grown CBB5 cells did not metabolize caffeine, whereas theophylline was metabolized at much reduced levels to only methyluric acids. To our knowledge, this is the first report of theophylline N demethylation and coexpression of distinct pathways for caffeine and theophylline degradation in bacteria.

A unique heterotrimeric caffeine dehydrogenase was purified from Pseudomonas sp. strain CBB1. This enzyme oxidized caffeine to trimethyluric acid stoichiometrically and hydrolytically, without producing hydrogen peroxide. The enzyme was not NAD(P) + dependent; coenzyme Q 0 was the preferred electron acceptor. The enzyme was specific for caffeine and theobromine and showed no activity with xanthine.

Ceramic veneer fracture has occurred mainly at the incisal edge of the veneer because of greater stress. This study compares and evaluates the fracture resistance ceramic veneers with three different incisal preparations.15 human permanent maxillary central incisor extracted were selected which were divided into three groups of 5 each having a different Incial design Preparation. Group 1: No Incisal reduction with facio- incisal bevel, Group 2 : 1 mm incisal reduction with butt joint, Group 3 : 1 mm incisal reduction with 1 mm height of Palatal chamfer. It was found that Group III had greater fracture resistance as compared to Group I and Group II. Group I had least fracture resistance as compared to Group II and III. Group II had greater fracture resistance as compared to Group I but less than Group III.Ceramic veneer with 1mm incisal reduction with 1mm height of palatal chamfer showed highest fracture resistance as compared to 1mm incisal reduction with butt joint and no incisal reduction with facial-incisal bevel, in order to achieve better esthetic and functional results.The palatal chamfer margin results in preservation of some peripheral enamel layer, which eliminates the micro leakage at the palatal margin-restoration interface and also effectively counteracting shear stress.
