A Cu/CPA co-catalytic system has been developed for achieving the direct hydrophosphinylation of alkynes with phosphine oxides in delivering novel axially chiral phosphorus-containing alkenes in high yields and excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% yield and 99% ee). DFT calculations were performed to elucidate the reaction pathway and the origin of enantiocontrol. This streamlined and modular methodology establishes a new platform for the design and application of new axially chiral styrene-phosphine ligands.

The application of Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction to forge the atropisomeric biaryls has seen remarkable progress but exploration of this chemistry to directly forge chiral C(aryl)-C(alkene) axis is underdeveloped. The replacement of arene substrates by alkenes intensifies the challenges in terms of reactivity, configurational atropostability of product and selectivity control. By meticulous ligand design and fine-tuning of reaction parameters, we identified a highly active 3,3'-triphenylsilyl-substituted phosphite ligand to realize arene-alkene Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of hindered aryl halides and vinyl boronates under very mild conditions. The axially chiral acyclic aryl-alkenes were generated in commendable efficiency, enantioselectivity and E/Z selectivity.

Over the past three decades, organocatalysis has emerged as a powerful catalysis platform and has gradually been incorporated into the routine synthetic toolbox to obtain chiral molecules. However, its application in the site- and enantioselective functionalization of inactive aryl C–H bonds remains in its infancy. Here, we present an organocatalyst-controlled para-selective arene C–H functionalization strategy that addresses this issue, which remains an enduring challenge in arene functionalization chemistry. By emulating enzyme catalysis, the chiral phosphoric acid catalyst offers an ideal chiral environment for stereoinduction, and the projecting substituents give control of chemo- and site-selectivity. Various types of nucleophile are compatible with this method, affording more than 100 para-selective adducts with stereodefined carbon centres or axes in viable molecular contexts. This protocol is expected to provide a general strategy for para-selective functionalization of arene C–H bonds in a controlled manner. Although organocatalysis has emerged as a powerful catalysis platform, its application for the selective transformation of inactive arenes remains challenging. Now, an organocatalyst-controlled site-selective C–H functionalization of arenes has been developed, with wide substrate generality and applicability, offering a general strategy for arene transformation.

To analyze the prevalence of diabetes mellitus among middle-aged and older rural adults of Xinxiang county, Henan Province and its correlation with dietary patterns.The study was done based on the data collected from a cross-sectional survey of Xinxiang County, which was part of the Prospective Cohort Study on the Common Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases in Rural areas of Henan Province. Randomized cluster sampling was used to select adult respondents (≥18 years old) from among the residents of 17 villages in Xinxiang county. The respondents completed questionnaires, and underwent physical examinations and laboratory tests between April, 2017 and June, 2017. A total of 7604 individuals aged between 45 and 79 were included in our study. Dietary patterns were established through factor analysis and the dietary pattern factor scores were divided into quartiles (Q1-Q4). The relationship between dietary patterns and diabetes mellitus was analyzed with multivariate logistic regression model.Out of the total of 7604 middle-aged and older rural adults in Xinxiang County, Henan Province, 1604 had diabetes mellitus, suggesting a 21.1% prevalence of diabetes mellitus. Factor analysis was used to establish four dietary patterns, namely animal-based diet, vegetable-egg diet, mixed diet and traditional diet. Subjects of these four dietary patterns displayed different demographic characteristics. There were no statistical difference in anthropometricor clinical indicators between the quartile with the lowest dietary pattern factor score (Q1) and the quartile with the highest dietary pattern factor score (Q4) for subjects with animal-based diet (The prevalence of diabetes in middle-aged and older rural residents is relatively high in Xinxiang County, Henan Province, and there may be a protective relationship between traditional diet and diabetes mellitus.

Axially chiral 2-arylpyrrole frameworks are efficiently accessed through a direct chirality transfer strategy by rapid cyclization of enantioenriched atropisomeric alkenes, which are generated by organocatalytic asymmetric N-alkylation reactions. This approach accommodates a broad scope of substrates with remarkably high chirality transfer efficiency, affording novel atropisomers with a fully substituted pyrrole moiety and high enantiopurities. Given the enantioenriched atropisomeric alkenes, novel heterocyclic 2-arylazepine atropisomers were realized through a rationally designed ene reaction.

Axially chiral 1,1′-binaphthols (BINOLs) and 1,1′-spirobiindanes (SPINOLs) have achieved great success in the field of asymmetric catalysis. Although several modifications of these skeletons have been reported, new useful scaffolds are in high demand for asymmetric catalysis. Here, on the basis of our ongoing research on atropisomeric alkenes, we have rationally designed a versatile disubstituted 1,1′-(ethene-1,1-diyl)binaphthol (EBINOL) scaffold, which would be a fine complement to 1,1′-binaphthyl and 1,1′-spirobiindane skeletons for asymmetric catalysis. To construct this axially chiral motif asymmetrically, a chiral phosphoric acid-catalysed asymmetric hydroarylation of alkynes has been developed. This approach features an efficient and convergent route to the synthesis of EBINOLs with high functional group tolerance, complete E/Z-selectivity, and excellent enantioselectivities. Density function theory calculations reveal the mechanism and provide insights into the origins of the stereoselectivity and E/Z-selectivity of this chiral Bronsted acid-catalysed alkyne activation method. The potent application of this structural scaffold is demonstrated by a series of asymmetric reactions catalysed by EBINOL derivatives. Axially chiral compounds have proven to be privileged catalysts/ligands for asymmetric catalysis, with BINOL, SPNIOL and their derivatives being particularly successful. Here the authors report a family of axially chiral alkenes, and demonstrate their use in asymmetric catalysis.

A quantum protocol for millionaire problem based on commutative encryption is proposed. In our protocol, Alice and Bob don’t have to use the entangled character, joint measurement of quantum states. They encrypt their private information and privately get the result of their private information with the help of a third party (TP). Correctness analysis shows that the proposed protocol can be used to get the result of their private information correctly. The proposed protocol can also resist various attacks and overcomes the problem of information leakage with acceptable efficiency. In theory, our protocol can be used to build complex secure protocols for other multiparty computation problems and also have lots of other important applications in distributed networks.

Background: Schistosomiasis is an important zoonotic parasitic disease that is widely prevalent in tropical and subtropical countries and regions in the worldwide.Methods: We aimed to analyze the proteomic differences between adult S. japonicum worms in Weishan Lake of Shandong province and the Jiangsu Yangtse river. Isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ) assays were used to analyze the differential proteomic profiles between female and male adult worms.Results: A total of 2364 adult S. japonicum proteins were identified, and 1901 proteins were quantified by isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ) technology. Our results revealed 68 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) in female adult worms and 55 DEPs in male adult worms. LC-MS/MS and bioinformatics analysis indicated that these DEPs are enriched in cellular composition, molecular function, biological function and catabolism pathways. Gene Ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), and Domain and Clusters of Orthologous Groups (COG) analyses indicated that several groups of DEPs were involved in regulating transport, metabolism, signal transduction, energy production and conversion, defense and biosynthesis in adult S. japonicum worms. Our findings indicated that adult S. japonicum worms derived from O. hupensis that were transferred from permissive to nonpermissive areas exhibited moderate changes at the proteomic level. Moreover, snails transferred to the Weishan Lake did not change their schistosomiasis transmission ability and remained pathogenic in mice. In addition, three upregulated proteins (peptidylprolyl isomerase, heat shock protein 90α and receptor expression-enhancing protein (Q5DBJ1)) and three downregulated proteins (histone H3, histone H4 and receptor expression-enhancing protein (C1L9D7)) were found in both female and male adult worms. Conclusions: Proteomic analysis showed that differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) between adult S. japonicum worms in Weishan Lake of Shandong province and the Jiangsu Yangtse river. The results of this proteomics analysis of adult worms that hatched in two separate intermediate hosts help to improve our understanding of the growth and developmental mechanisms of S. japonicum in different environments. Under the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP) framework, long-term surveillance is needed to prevent the diffusion of O. hupensis and to reduce the risk of schistosomiasis transmission.

N-arylcarbazole structures are important because of their prevalence in natural products and functional OLED materials. C-H amination of arenes has been widely recognized as the most efficient approach to access these structures. Conventional strategies involving transition-metal catalysts suffer from confined substrate generality and the requirement of exogenous oxidants. Organocatalytic enantioselective C-N chiral axis construction remains elusive. Presented here is the first organocatalytic strategy for the synthesis of novel axially chiral N-arylcarbazole frameworks by the assembly of azonaphthalenes and carbazoles. This reaction accommodates broad substrate scope and gives atropisomeric N-arylcarbazoles in good yields with excellent enantiocontrol. This approach not only offers an alternative to metal-catalyzed C-N cross-coupling, but also brings about opportunities for the exploitation of structurally diverse N-aryl atropisomers and OLED materials.

We conducted a cross-sectional study to determine the phenotypic differences between early-onset asthma (EOA) and late-onset asthma (LOA) in elderly patients. We collected clinical and physiological data from 176 elderly patients with asthma. Participants were divided into two groups: EOA group and LOA group. Demographics, comorbidities, inflammatory parameters, lung function, severity, asthma control, and medication use among EOA and LOA elderly patients were compared. Elderly subjects with EOA had more atopic disease, a stronger positive family history of asthma, higher IgE, and exhaled nitric oxide levels as compared to those with LOA. In contrast, elderly subjects with LOA had lower lung function and more marked fixed airflow obstruction (FAO). Elderly subjects with LOA had a higher incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). No differences were observed in age, gender, BMI, history of smoking, severity, and asthma control between the two groups. Both similarities and differences exist between elderly subjects with EOA and those with LOA in China. Further work is required to determine the pathophysiological, clinical, and therapeutic implications for different asthma phenotypes in elderly subjects.

Background Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a common cardiovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality in China. The CHD risk prediction model has a great value in early prevention and diagnosis. Methods In this study, CHD risk prediction models among rural residents in Xinxiang County were constructed using Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression algorithms with identified 16 influencing factors. Results Results demonstrated that the CHD model using the RF classifier performed best both on the training set and test set, with the highest area under the curve (AUC = 1 and 0.9711), accuracy (one and 0.9389), sensitivity (one and 0.8725), specificity (one and 0.9771), precision (one and 0.9563), F1-score (one and 0.9125), and Matthews correlation coefficient (MCC = one and 0.8678), followed by the SVM (AUC = 0.9860 and 0.9589) and the LASSO classifier (AUC = 0.9733 and 0.9587). Besides, the RF model also had an increase in the net reclassification index (NRI) and integrated discrimination improvement (IDI) values, and achieved a greater net benefit in the decision curve analysis (DCA) compared with the SVM and LASSO models. Conclusion The CHD risk prediction model constructed by the RF algorithm in this study is conducive to the early diagnosis of CHD in rural residents of Xinxiang County, Henan Province.

A protocol for the quantum secure multi-party summation based on two-particle Bell states is proposed. In this protocol, two-particle Bell states are used as private information carriers. Without using the entangled character of Bell states, we also use Pauli matrices operations to encode information and Hadamard matrix to extract information. The proposed protocol can also resist various attacks and overcomes the problem of information leakage with acceptable efficiency. The axially chiral arylquinazolinone acts as a privileged structural scaffold, which is present in a large number of natural products and biologically active compounds as well as in chiral ligands. However, a direct catalytic enantioselective approach to access optically pure arylquinazolinones has been underexplored. Here we show a general and efficient approach to access enantiomerically pure arylquinazolinones in one-pot fashion catalysed by chiral phosphoric acids. A variety of axially chiral arylquinazolinones were obtained in high yields with good to excellent enantioselectivities under mild condition. Furthermore, we disclosed a method for atroposelective synthesis of alkyl-substituted arylquinazolinones involving Brønsted acid-catalysed carbon–carbon bond cleavage strategy. Finally, the asymmetric total synthesis of eupolyphagin bearing a cyclic arylquinazolinone skeleton was accomplished with an overall yield of 32% in six steps by utilizing the aforementioned methodology., Axially chiral arylquinazolinones are structural motifs in several natural products and can also act as chiral ligands. Here, the authors show a chiral phosphoric acid-catalysed strategy to access enantiomerically pure arylquinazolinones by efficient transfer of central chirality into axial chirality.

Rhynchophylline (RP), the primary active ingredient of Uncaria rhynchophylla, has an anti-hypertensive effect and protects against ischemia-induced neuronal damage. The present study aimed to examine the roles and mechanisms of RP in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (MI/R) injury of rat cardiomyocytes. Cell viability, reactive oxygen species, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and cell apoptosis were examined by a Cell Counting Kit-8 assay and flow cytometry, respectively. An ELISA was performed to assess the expression of oxidative stress markers. Spectrophotometry was used to detect the degree of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP) openness. Western blotting and reverse transcription- quantitative polymerase chain reaction assays were used to evaluate the associated protein and mRNA expression, respectively. The present results demonstrated that RP increased the cell viability of MI/R-induced cardiomyocytes, and suppressed the MI/R-induced apoptosis of cardiomyocytes. Additionally, RP modulated the Ca2+ and MMP levels in MI/R-induced cardiomyocytes. Furthermore, RP decreased the oxidative stress and mPTP level of MI/R-induced cardiomyocytes. It was additionally observed that RP affected the apoptosis-associated protein expression and regulated the mitochondrial-associated gene expression in MI/R-induced cardiomyocytes. In conclusion, RP ameliorated MI/R injury through the modulation of mitochondrial mechanisms. The potential effects of RP on the protection of MI/R-induced apoptosis of cardiomyocytes suggest that RP may be an effective target for MI/R therapy.

A dynamic quantum private comparison protocol based on the single photons in both polarization and spatial-mode degrees of freedom is proposed. In this protocol, any two parties of n(n ≥ 4) parties can compare their private information with the help of others n − 2 parties. And any party can join in the protocol to take part in the comparison of n parties. Correctness analysis shows that the proposed protocol can be used to compare their information correctly. Security analysis shows that the proposed protocol can resist the general active attacks from an outside eavesdropper. And it can overcomes the problem of information leakage.

To investigate the mutation of genes associated with drug resistance (Pfcrt, Pfmdr1, Pfdhfr and K13） in imported Plasmodium falciparum in Shandong Province.Blood was collected from 94 falciparum malaria cases who returned from Africa in 2014. Genomic DNA for P. falciparum was extracted from the blood samples and nested PCR was performed using primers specifically designed for Pfcrt, Pfmdr1, Pfdhfr and K13. The PCR products were sequenced. Gene mutations were analyzed by sequence alignment.The 94 imported cases were from 18 African countries. Nested PCR was successful on DNA from all the blood samples except for Pfcrt amplification in one sample. Sequence analysis revealed three types of mutations Pfcrt K76T （36.6%, 34/93）, Pfmdr1 N86Y （21.3%, 20/94）, and Pfdhfr S108N （98.9%, 93/94） （χ2=127.5， P0.05）. K13 C580Y mutation was not found. Co-occurrence of K76T, N86Y, and S108N was found in 6 blood samples （6.5%）, which were imported from Liberia（2）, Angola（1）, Equatorial guinea（1）, Congo（1）, and Guinea（1）. Co-occurrence of K76T and S108N mutations was found in 28 samples（30.1%）, and that of N86Y and S108N in 14 samples （15.1%）. Forty-four samples（47.3%） harbored S108N mutation only, and one sample was null for any of the mutations.There are mutations in Pfcrt, Pfmdr1, and Pfdhfr in imported Plasmodium falciparum in Shandong Province. No mutation was found for the K13 gene.

Axially chiral compounds have received much attention from chemists because of their widespread appearance in natural products, biologically active compounds, and useful chiral ligands in asymmetric catalysis. Because of the importance of this structural motif, the catalytic enantioselective construction of axially chiral scaffolds has been intensively investigated, and great progress has been accomplished. However, the majority of methodologies in this field focus on the use of metal catalysis, whereas approaches involving organocatalysis have started to emerge only recently. This Account describes certain advances in the organocatalytic asymmetric synthesis of axially chiral compounds involving the following strategies: kinetic resolution, desymmetrization, cyclization/addition, direct arylation, and so on. We began our investigation by developing a highly efficient strategy for the kinetic resolution of axially chiral BINAM derivatives involving a chiral Brønsted acid-catalyzed imine formation and transfer hydrogenation cascade process, thereby providing a convenient route to generate chiral BINAM derivatives in high yields with excellent enantioselectivities. The desymmetrization of 1-aryltriazodiones (ATADs) through an organocatalyzed tyrosine clicklike reaction wherein a nucleophile was added to the ATAD afforded an interesting type of axially chiral N-arylurazole in an excellent remote enantiocontrolled manner. We then focused on a direct construction strategy involving cyclization and the addition strategy given the inherent limitations of the kinetic resolution in terms of the chemical yield and the desymmetrization in terms of the substrate scope. By utilizing the catalytic enantioselective Paal-Knorr reaction, we disclosed a general and efficient cyclization method to access enantiomerically pure arylpyrroles. The direct heterocycle formation and the stepwise method, which was executed in a one-pot fashion containing enantioselective cyclization and subsequent aromatization, were successfully applied for the construction of diverse axially chiral arylquinazolinones catalyzed by chiral Brønsted acids. We discovered the asymmetric organocatalytic approach to construct axially chiral styrenes through the 1,4-addition of arylalkynals in good chemical yields and enantioselectivities. Such structural motifs are important precursors for further transformations into biologically active compounds and useful synthetic intermediates and may have potential applications in asymmetric syntheses as olefin ligands or organocatalysts. To further tackle this challenge, we accomplished the phosphoric acid-catalyzed enantioselective direct arylative reactions of 2-naphthol and 2-naphthamine with quinone derivatives to deliver efficient access to a class of axially chiral BINOL and NOBIN derivatives in good yields with excellent enantioselectivities under mild reaction conditions. Most importantly, we discovered that the azo group can effectively perform as a directing and activating group for organocatalytic formal aryl C-H functionalization via formal nucleophilic aromatic substitution of azobenzene derivatives. Thus, a wide range of axially chiral arylindoles were synthesized in good yields with excellent enantioselectivities. We anticipate that this strategy will foster the development of many other transformations and motivate a new enthusiasm for organocatalytic enantioselective aryl functionalization. Moreover, SPINOLs are fundamental synthetic precursors in the construction of other chiral organocatalysts and ligands. We have successfully developed a phosphoric acid-catalyzed enantioselective approach for SPINOLs. This approach is highly convergent and functional-group-tolerant for the efficient generation of SPINOLs with good results, thus delivering practical access to this privileged structure.

With the increasing network traffic in football video, it is becoming a valuable question to recommend football videos which users like to users. In this paper, the multiple linear regression model is used to fit the user's preference to the video so that the user's preference can be automatically calculated by analyzing a series of user's behavior of video without the user's rating action. Then use the data obtained above to do the video recommendation based on the collaborative filtering algorithm on the Spark platform. Finally, adjust the parameters of each model by analyzing the experiments, so that the accuracy of the model can be achieved better, after which this implicit score calculation method proved to be effective and precise.

In order to enhance the operation efficiency of RSA algorithm, a new improved algorithm was suggested in this paper which made some improvements in structure and operation, and it was applied to digital signature. The experiment made comparison between a combinatorial optimization algorithm which combined SMM with index of 2k hexadecimal algorithm and the new algorithm. It shows that the new algorithm reaches a high level in operation speed.

Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM), an independent coronary heart disease that develops in diabetic individuals, is characterized by changes in the myocardial structure and function. The aim of the present study was to investigate the protective effect of rutin on DCM in a streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat model. Rutin was orally administrated at a dose of 8 mg/kg body weight. Metabolic profiles, myocardial enzymes and oxidative stress were examined by biochemical tests. The expression levels of cellular proteins associated with apoptosis were measured by western blot analysis, while the levels of inflammatory factors were assessed by immunohistochemical analyses. Rats with DCM exhibited an abnormal metabolic profile, aberrant myocardial enzymes, elevation of oxidative stress markers, increased levels of inflammatory factors and enhanced apoptotic cell death. Notably, rutin was shown to protect and improve myocardial dysfunction, oxidative stress, apoptosis and inflammation in the hearts of the diabetic rats. In conclusion, these results indicated that rutin may have great therapeutic potential in the treatment of DCM, and possibly other cardiovascular disorders, by preventing oxidative stress, inflammation and cell death. However, further detailed studies are required to reveal the exact mechanisms underlying the protective effect of rutin.

In this paper, we present a quantum private comparison(QPC) protocol for n parties. N parties can compare whether their information are equal or not in one execution of our protocol. With the help of a semi-honest third party (TP), the quantum multi-party private comparison protocol uses the d-dimensional Bell states as the information carriers and uses a special property of the d-dimensional Bell states to perform the equality comparison. Various kinds of outside attacks and participant attacks are discussed in detail. One party cannot learn any information about the others’ private information except the comparison result. The TP cannot learn any information about the private information except the comparison result.

Aiming at the difficulty in the high-precision timing synchronization of MSK signal in low frequency communication system, this paper analyzed and compared several timing synchronization methods and timing parameter estimation algorithms, and proposed an improved timing synchronization method combining ML forward estimation and feedback loop. According to the simulation result, compared with traditional feedback algorithms, the improved synchronous method has advantages in such aspects as capture time and estimation accuracy.

To investigate the effects of ligustrazine (LTZ) on airway inflammation in a mouse model of neutrophilic asthma (NA). Forty healthy C57BL/6 female mice were randomly divided into 4 groups using a random number table, including the normal control, NA, LTZ and dexamethasone (DXM) groups, with 10 rats in each group. The NA mice model was established by the method of ovalbumin combined with lipopolysaccharide sensitization. At 0.5 h before each challenge, LTZ and DXM groups were intraperitoneally injected with LTZ (80 mg/kg) or DXM (0.5 mg/kg) for 14 d, respectively, while the other two groups were given the equal volume of normal saline. After last challenge for 24 h, the aerosol inhalation of methacholine was performed and the airway reactivity was measured. The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected. The Wright-Giemsa staining was used for total white blood cells and differential counts. The levels of cytokines interleukin (IL)-17 and IL-10 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Meanwhile, aiming at the codes mixed problem to permissions analysis logic and business logic, combined with the Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP) design method, the realization of normal privilege management framework is given so as to achieve the decoupling of certification authority with business logic and improving the framework reusability.

On the basis of summarizing the concept filtering methods in the current Ontology learning, a method of domain concept filtering in the semantic level based on combination of word embedding and conventional statistics was presented, which can identify low-frequency words well, and as far as possible to ensure universality. Through experimental contrast, the proposed approach was proved to have a higher accuracy rate than the ways based on statistics.

Characterization of foraging-site preferences of threatened and endangered species is a key component of effective habitat conservation. We studied foraging-site selection by the brown eared pheasant (Crossoptilon mantchuricum) in the Huanglongshan Nature Reserve, Yanan City, Shaanxi Province, China, from early February to end of May 2011. We identified feeding sites by locating tracks and scratches characteristic of the birds, and compared habitat characteristics at these sites to those at randomly selected sites across the study area. During the pre-breeding season, the birds tended to be found in the areas characterized by gullies within mixed forests with intermediate sun exposure on gentle slopes (< 10°), and close to water and footpaths. The sites utilized by the birds also featured greater tree diameter, lower shrub density, lower grass cover, and lower altitude than random sites. During the breeding season, the birds tended to be found in the areas of slightly higher altitude, more shrubs, moderately steep slopes (10°–20°), and farther from water and paths. These patterns were consistent with seasonal changes in vegetation and food-resource availability in the study area. Management of brown eared pheasants' populations for conservation must account for these seasonal shifts in habitat requirements.

Dynamic evolving characteristic is the key of modeling internetware architecture. However, it is lack of formal description and theoretical analysis for model dynamic evolution for the moment, a new kind of internetware dynamic evolving modeling method based on Seal-Calculus of process algebra is presented and formalized analysis is conducted for evolving process in practical applications, which is convenient to express obviously and strictly the dynamic process of the system, providing a new means and theoretical basis.

As the cloud computing is becoming increasingly popular, more enterprise and individuals tend to use cloud to store data. As a convenient way of data storage, however, the network security became the greatest concern to all kinds of users. In terms of the security problem, three different approaches are introduced to deal with this problem in this paper. And the performance, load and security of these data access control methods will be discussed in detailed.

Ontology matching is the task of finding alignments between two different ontologies. It has become the key point of building knowledge base and integrating heterogeneous data. In this paper, a novel ontology matching approach that is based on continual word embedding is proposed. We describe in details how is skip-gram model adapted to capture the semantic of words to learn the word embedding. After computing the name similarity of concepts, similarity flooding algorithm is used to fix the initial similarity. Experiments on Ontology Alignment Evaluation Initiative (OAEI) benchmark without instances show that the proposed method significantly improves the quality of mappings.

Based on the characteristics of rendering phase, a performance-based policy for job assignment under Distributed Rendering Environments (DREs) is proposed. Firstly, a method of evaluating rendering nodes is designed by taking CPU ratio, RAM size, CPU occupation, RAM usage into account. Furthermore, the corresponding algorithm of job assignment for dividing rendering tasks into sub-tasks on available rendering nodes is presented. Whats more, this algorithms correctness is validated by three groups of experiments thereby which offers quantitative guide for optimal job assignment of rendering.
