During the study of oil and gas geochemistry, analysis of big data must be experienced, and there are some abnormal values in tremendous amount data, which will affect the analysis results of oil and gas migration. On the basis of geochemical big data of YM32 buried hill reservoirs in Tarim Basin, the mean value and standard deviation of hydrocarbon compound parameters reflecting the direction of hydrocarbon migration in the samples are analyzed, and the outliers, which less than \( {\bar{\text{X}}} \)−2D and great than \( {\bar{\text{X}}} \)+2D, are excluded. According to the content of saturated hydrocarbon and aromatics, the hydrocar bon migration factors are calculated and analyzed, and a three-step method of hydrocarbon migration tracer is formed. It is inferred that there are two oil and gas filling points of YM342-YM343 and YM50 in the YM32 buried hill reservoir, as well as four migration paths of YM342-YM343 to YM34, YM342-YM343 to YM37 to YM35, YM342-YM343 to YM33, and YM50 to YM321. The method can be used for reference in the evaluation of oil and gas reservoirs and in the search of remaining oil enrichment areas.

There is increasing evidence has indicated that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are implicated in the tumorigenesis and development of colorectal cancer (CRC). Nevertheless, the clinical significances and functions of FENDRR in CRC remain unknown. In this study, we reveal that lncRNA FENDRR is downregulated in CRC and negatively correlated with advanced stage and poor clinical outcomes of patient with CRC. Overexpression of FENDRR represses the proliferation, migrate and invasive capacities of CRC cell in vitro, and upregulation of FENDRR inhibits the growth and distant metastatic capacity of CRC cell in vivo. Mechanistically, FENDRR interacts with miRNA-18a-5p (miR-18a-5p) and subsequently regulates the expression of inhibitor of growth 4 (ING4) in CRC cell. Interestingly, ING4 repression or miR-18a-5p rescues FENDRR induced proliferation and aggressive phenotypes inhibition of CRC cell. Altogether, our findings suggest that FENDRR exerts an inhibitory role in CRC by interacting with miR-18a-5p and future increases ING4 expression.

Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), with the characteristics of high speed, non-destructiveness, high precision and reliable detection data etc., is a pollution-free, rapid, quantitative and qualitative analysis method. A new approach for the discrimination of the ingredients of corn (moisture, oil, protein, starch) by means of NIR spectroscopy (1100-2498 nm) was developed in this work. The relationship between the reflectance spectra and the ingredients of corn was established. The data were spilt into training and testing subsets by sample set partitioning based on join x-y distance (SPXY),the spectral data was compressed by orthogonal signal correction (OSC), wavelength was selected by backward interval partial least-squares (biPLS),the 60 samples to build PLS mode, the model was used to predict the varieties of 20 unknown samples. The standard error of prediction (SEP) was 0.173; the relative error of prediction (PRE) was 0.55%; the correlation coefficient (R) was 0.98. The way to detect the ingredient of food is simply, reliable.

In order to improve the sensitive to illegal manipulations of image hashing, a novel robust image hashing algorithm based on fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) for detecting and localizing image tampering is proposed in this paper. The framework of generating an image hashing includes three steps: preprocessing, feature extracting and post processing. The robust hashing sequence is obtained by FRFT coefficients of image blocks. The security of proposed algorithm is totally depended on the orders of FRFT which are saved as secret keys. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme is robust against perceptually acceptable modifications to the image such as JPEG compression, mid-filtering, and rotation, more importantly the tampered place can be identified accurately.

Based on the data of regional geologic background, core, and thin section, this paper studies the characteristics of sedimentary facies and reservoirs of the Upper Cambrian-Ordovician in Well Gucheng-4, Tarim Basin, and points out the potential and targets of petroleum exploration in the Gucheng break slope. Collapsed breccias are deposited in platform margins of the Upper Cambrian; Ordovician Penglaiba, Yingshan, and Yijianfang Formations sediments are controlled by eophyton, and lime mud mound facies of shallow glacis of platform frontal margin; Strumae limestone is deposited in the Ordovician Tumuxiuke Formation; and slope continental shelf abyssal basin facies controll the sediments in the Ordovician Queerqueke Formation. The Upper Cambrian dolomite is a better reservoir, which is controlled by deposition environment, dolomitization, and structural fractures. The Ordovician limestone reservoir is poor because of most primary pores being filled by cementation. The favorable exploration targets may lie in the north and west of the Well Gucheng-4 area. To identify non-invasive biomarkers for diagnosis and/or prognosis of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B (CHB).Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 48 patients with CHB, including 24 with mild fibrosis (stage 1, S1) and 24 with severe fibrosis (stage 4, S4), and subjected to Ficoll density gradient centrifugation in order to obtain enriched samples of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).The PBMC proteomes of the two groups were assessed by first separating the total proteins by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2DE) and then identifying the differentially expressed proteins by liquid chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry (LCMS/MS).The enriched PBMC samples from the S1 group and the S4 group had similar amounts of platelets [(19.268+/- 6.413) * 109/L and(19.480+/- 6.538) * 109/L, respectively); however, for both, the platelet amounts were 5 to 15-fold lower than that of the normal reference (100-300 *109/L). There was no significant difference found between the platelet amounts in the S1 patients and healthy controls (P=0.930). Twelve differentially expressed proteins were identified through 2DE-LC-MS/MS, including proteins such as moesin and NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur protein 3 that are involved in various biological processes like cell movement, cell adhesion, kinase signaling and transcription.s The 12 proteins with differential expression in S1 and S4 patients with CHB and liver fibrosis may represent markers related to development and/or progression of liver fibrosis.

In this exploratory lattice study, low-energy scattering of the (DD*)(+/-) meson system is analyzed using lattice QCD with N-f = 2 twisted mass fermion configurations with three pion mass values. The calculation is performed within single-channel Luscher's finite-size formalism. The threshold scattering parameters, namely the scattering length a(0) and the effective range r(0), for the s-wave scattering in J(P) = 1(+) channel are extracted. For the cases in our study, the interaction between the two charmed mesons is weakly repulsive. Our lattice results therefore do not support the possibility of a shallow bound state for the two mesons for the pion mass values we studied. This calculation provides some useful information on the nature of the newly discovered resonance-like structure Z(c)(3900) by various experimental groups.
