Decreased hippocampal tropomyosin receptor kinase B (TrkB) level is implicated in the pathophysiology of stress-induced mood disorder and cognitive decline. However, how TrkB is modified and mediates behavioral responses to chronic stress remains largely unknown. Here the effects and mechanisms of TrkB cleavage by asparagine endopeptidase (AEP) were examined on a preclinical murine model of chronic restraint stress (CRS)-induced depression. CRS activated IL-1β-C/EBPβ-AEP pathway in mice hippocampus, accompanied by elevated TrkB 1–486 fragment generated by AEP. Specifi.c overexpression or suppression of AEP-TrkB axis in hippocampal CaMKIIα-positive cells aggravated or relieved depressive-like behaviors, respectively. Mechanistically, in addition to facilitating AMPARs internalization, TrkB 1–486 interacted with peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-δ (PPAR-δ) and sequestered it in cytoplasm, repressing PPAR-δ-mediated transactivation and mitochondrial function. Moreover, co-administration of 7,8-dihydroxyflavone and a peptide disrupting the binding of TrkB 1–486 with PPAR-δ attenuated depression-like symptoms not only in CRS animals, but also in Alzheimer's disease and aged mice. Despite rapid progress and wide applications of room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) materials, it is still a great challenge to optimize the RTP activity through rational structural design at a molecular level. Herein, a successful cationic engineering strategy is demonstrated to modulate the crystal flexibility achieving controllable RTP in a new pair of metal halides [APML]ZnCl4 ([APML] = N‐(3‐Aminopropyl)morpholine) and [AEML]ZnCl4 ([AEML] = N‐(2‐Aminoethyl)morpholine). Both halides display blue fluorescence under 365 nm UV. Comparing with longer [APML]+, shorter [AEML]+ significantly enhances crystal rigidity and restrains non‐radiative scattering, boosting photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) from 18.89% to 22.41%. Synchronously, enhanced crystal rigidity significantly promotes the inter‐system crossing from singlet to triplet excited states. As a consequence, [AEML]ZnCl4 displays long‐lived green RTP property with millisecond scale lifetime in contrast to the blank RTP activity of [APML]ZnCl4. Comprehensive investigations demonstrate that the energy transfer between inorganic and organic components greatly changes the redistribution of singlet and triplet excited states, resulting in distinct phosphorescence activity. The different short‐lived blue fluorescence and long‐lived green phosphorescence provide a color‐time‐dual‐resolved luminescent tag with advanced applications in anti‐counterfeiting, etc. This work highlights a new structural engineering strategy to achieve controllable RTP affording a guide to rationally design RTP materials. The use of simulations to better convey abstract scientific concepts or difficult-to-observe scientific occurrences through the manipulation of variables or virtual objects has the potential to improve student science learning. However, misconceptions or extraneous load may emerge if simulation support is insufficient. In this study, we used a self-explanation strategy via question-based prompts in an online scientific simulation learning environment to improve the comprehension of junior high school students in physics concepts, engagement and motivation toward science learning, and task load. Thirty-seven seventh grade students from two junior high school classrooms in northeastern China were allocated into experimental and control groups using a quasi-experimental approach. Students in the experimental group utilized a simulation-based learning environment that incorporated self-explanation, while students in the control group used the same environment but without self-explanation integration. Additionally, sequential analytic approaches were used to examine the behavioral patterns of both groups of students throughout simulation operations and the learning process. The results showed that the students in the experimental group demonstrated significantly better learning achievement than those in the control group; furthermore, we discovered that the students in the experimental group displayed more inquiry behaviors regarding prediction, simulation operation, and explanation than did those in the control group. Protein–protein interactions (PPIs) involve the physical or functional contact between two or more proteins. Generally, proteins that can interact with each other always have special relationships. Some previous studies have reported that gene ontology (GO) terms are related to the determination of PPIs, suggesting the special patterns on the GO terms of proteins in PPIs. In this study, we explored the special GO term patterns on human PPIs, trying to uncover the underlying functional mechanism of PPIs. The experimental validated human PPIs were retrieved from STRING database, which were termed as positive samples. Additionally, we randomly paired proteins occurring in positive samples, yielding lots of negative samples. A simple calculation was conducted to count the number of positive samples for each GO term pair, where proteins in samples were annotated by GO terms in the pair individually. The similar number for negative samples was also counted and further adjusted due to the great gap between the numbers of positive and negative samples. The difference of the above two numbers and the relative ratio compared with the number on positive samples were calculated. This ratio provided a precise evaluation of the occurrence of GO term pairs for positive samples and negative samples, indicating the latent GO term patterns for PPIs. Our analysis unveiled several nuclear biological processes, including gene transcription, cell proliferation, and nutrient metabolism, as key biological functions. Highlights Three‐dimensional graphene architecture (3DGA) as reinforcement with successive reinforcement effect has attracted intense attention in the field of polymer composites, while 3DGA also faces the disadvantages of weak interfacial adhesion with matrices. The surface decoration of 3DGA with molybdenum disulfide (3DGA@MoS2) further promoted the diffusion and penetration of epoxy molecular for 3DGA network with the aid of resin transfer molding (RTM) technic. The MoS2 transition nanolayer not only forms covalent bonding with 3DGA but mechanical interlocks with epoxy, which effectively improved the interface combination in composite. Compared with neat epoxy, the glass transition temperature (Tg) and tensile strength increased by 18°C and 58.6%, as well as the average friction coefficient and wear rate decreased by 84% and 89%, respectively, by low loading of only 2 wt% 3DGA@MoS2. Hence, the 3D graphene modified strategy by surface decoration provides a new insight for manufacturing high‐performance epoxy‐graphene composites with excellent tribological properties. A highly ordered and interconnected 3DGA reinforcement was fabricated. MoS2 serves as interlayer, forming covalent bond and mechanical interlock. Incorporation of 3DGA@MoS2 enables rapid heat conduction and load transfer. Bi‐interpenetrating 3D structure/polymer network endows good wear resistance. [Display omitted] • Astrocytes participate in engulfing myelin debris after spinal cord injury in rats. • Astrocytes that engulf myelin debris tend to transform into A1 astrocytes. • A1/A2 and reactive/scar-forming astrocyte phenotypes are mutually complementary. After spinal cord injury (SCI), the accumulation of myelin debris can serve as proinflammatory agents, hindering axon regrowth and exacerbating damage. While astrocytes have been implicated in the phagocytosis of myelin debris, the impact of this process on the phenotypic transformation of astrocytes and their characteristics following SCI in rats is not well understood. Here, we demonstrated that the conditioned medium of myelin debris can trigger apoptosis in rat primary astrocytes in vitro. Using a compressional SCI model in rats, we observed that astrocytes can engulf myelin debris through ATP-binding cassette transporter sub-family A member 1 (ABCA1), and these engulfed cells tend to transform into A1 astrocytes, as indicated by C3 expression. At 4 days post-injury (dpi), astrocytes rapidly transitioned into A1 astrocytes and maintained this phenotype from 4 to 28 dpi, while A2 astrocytes, characterized by S100, were only detected at 14 and 28 dpi. Reactive astrocytes, identified by Nestin, emerged at 4 and 7 dpi, whereas scar-forming astrocytes, marked by N-cadherin, were evident at 14 and 28 dpi. This study illustrates the distribution patterns of astrocyte subtypes and the potential interplay between astrocytes and myelin debris after SCI in rats. We emphasize that myelin debris can induce astrocyte apoptosis in vitro and promote the transformation of astrocytes into A1 astrocytes in vivo. In this paper, we consider the problem of asynchronous estimation in the presence of packet losses for the randomly sampling nonlinear system. Packet losses occur at the control input and at the measurement side. Firstly, the synchronization of the asynchronous sampling system is realized by weighting the state of the adjacent state update points. Secondly, the projection theorem is used to estimate the system state at the sampling time. Due to modeling errors and unmodeled dynamics, obtaining an accurate dynamic model is challenging. Therefore, observation inference based on interpolation techniques is proposed to solve the asynchronous estimation problem. Furthermore, the algorithm is extended to multi-sensor systems to obtain a distributed fusion estimator. Finally, simulation experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm. Herein, nitrogen–doped titanium dioxide/schwertmannite nanocomposites (N–TiO 2 /SCH) have been successfully developed as heterogeneous catalysts for the degradation of typical EEDs via photo–Fenton processes. Due to the sustainable Fe(III)/Fe(II) conversion induced by photoelectrons, as–prepared N–TiO 2 /SCH nanocomposites exhibit much enhanced efficiency for the degradation of bisphenol A (BPA; ca. 100% within 60 min under visible irradiation) in a wide pH range of 3.0-7.8, which is significantly higher than that of the pristine schwertmannite (ca. 74.5%) or N–TiO 2 (ca. 10.8%). In this photo–Fenton system, the efficient degradation of BPA is mainly attributed to the oxidation by hydroxyl radical (•OH) and singlet oxygen (1O 2). Moreover, the possible catalytic mechanisms and reaction pathway of BPA degradation are systematically investigated based on analytical and photoelectrochemical analyses. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease. Topical medicines are the preferred treatment for mild to moderate psoriasis, but the effect of excipients used in semi‐solid preparations on psoriasis‐like skin inflammation is not fully understood. In the present study, we investigated the effect of stearyl alcohol, a commonly used excipient, on imiquimod (IMQ)‐induced psoriasis‐like skin inflammation in mice. Psoriasis‐like skin inflammation was induced by topical IMQ treatment on the back of mice. Skin lesion severity was evaluated by using psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) scores. The skin sections were stained by haematoxylin–eosin and immunohistochemistry. Stearyl alcohol (20% in vaseline) treatment significantly reduced the IMQ‐induced increase of PASI scores and epidermal thickness in mice. IMQ treatment increased the number of Ki67‐ and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)‐positive cells in the skin, and the increases were inhibited by stearyl alcohol (20% in vaseline) treatment. Stearyl alcohol treatment (1%, 5%, 10% in vaseline) dose‐dependently ameliorated IMQ‐induced increase of PASI scores and epidermal thickness in mice. Hexadecanol (20% in vaseline), stearic acid (20% in vaseline) and vaseline treatment had no significant effect on IMQ‐induced psoriasis‐like skin inflammation in mice. Panonychus citri McGregor (Acari: Tetranychidae), a destructive citrus pest, causes considerable annual economic losses due to its short lifespan and rapid resistance development. MicroRNA (miRNA)‐induced RNA interference is a promising approach for pest control because of endogenous regulation of pest growth and development. To search for miRNAs with potential insecticidal activity in P. citri, genome‐wide analysis of miRNAs at different developmental stages was conducted, resulting in the identification of 136 miRNAs, including 73 known and 63 novel miRNAs. A total of 17 isomiRNAs and 12 duplicated miRNAs were characterized. MiR‐1 and miR‐252‐5p were identified as reference miRNAs for P. citri and Tetranychus urticae. Based on differential expression analysis, treatments with miR‐let‐7a and miR‐315 mimics and the miR‐let‐7a antagomir significantly reduced the egg hatch rate and resulted in abnormal egg development. Overexpression or downregulation of miR‐34‐5p and miR‐305‐5p through feeding significantly decreased the adult eclosion rate and caused molting defects. The 4 miRNAs, miR‐let‐7a, miR‐315, miR‐34‐5p, and miR‐305‐5p, had important regulatory functions and insecticidal properties in egg hatching and adult eclosion. As a new type of proton conductor, metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have attracted much attention because of their superior properties over conventional materials, such as the modifiability of framework, reversibility of coordination bond, high specific surface area, and porosity. It is predicted that the proton conductivities of MOFs can be improved by hole expansion and ionic liquid introduction. In this work, HKUST‐1 and LP‐HKUST‐1 were prepared, which were filled with different proportions of N‐methylimidazole triflate (MIM‐CF3SO3) to prepare composite materials MIM‐CF3SO3@HKUST‐1‐100% and MIM‐CF3SO3@LP‐HKUST‐1‐x (x = 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%). A total of seven kinds of materials were synthesized. The proton conductivities of all the materials at 75% RH were tested from 303 to 353 K. In this environment, MIM‐CF3SO3@LP‐HKUST‐1‐100% shows excellent proton conductivity (σ = 0.341 S·cm−1 at 353 K, 75% relatively humidity [RH]), being 7060 times that of HKUST‐1, and reaches the peak value of MOF family in recent years. Then, the conductivities of parts of the materials were tested in extreme environments, such as in high‐humidity environment (303–353 K, 100% RH), high‐temperature environment (373–423 K, N2 atmosphere), and low‐temperature environment (253–283 K, 75% RH). The results show that under all conditions above, the proton conductivity of MIM‐CF3SO3@LP‐HKUST‐1‐100% is the best, up to 0.341 S·cm−1 at 353 K and 75% RH, 0.179 S·cm−1 at 353 K and 100% RH, 1.31 × 10−3 S·cm−1 at 283 K and 75% RH, and 2.31 × 10−4 S·cm−1 at 423 K and N2 atmosphere, indicating that proton conductivity of HKUST‐1 is improved by hole expansion and ionic liquid introduction. Finally, the stability test showed that MIM‐CF3SO3@LP‐HKUST‐1‐100% was stable in all environments above. Moreover, the conductive mechanism of HKUST‐1 before and after introduction of ionic liquids was also discussed, providing a theoretical basis for the enhancement of proton conductivities of MOFs using ionic liquid introduction and hole expansion. Eriocitrin is a flavonoid glycoside with strong antioxidant capacity that has a variety of pharmacological activities, such as hypolipidemic, anticancer and anti-inflammatory effects. We found that the gut microbiota could rapidly metabolize eriocitrin. By using LC/MSn-IT-TOF, we identified three metabolites of eriocitrin metabolized in the intestinal microbiota: eriodictyol-7-O-glucoside, eriodictyol, and dihydrocaffeic acid. By comparing these two metabolic pathways of eriocitrin (the gut microbiota and liver microsomes), the intestinal microbiota may be the primary metabolic site of eriocitrin metabolism. The 6-Degree-of-Freedom (6-DoF) robotic grasping is a fundamental task in robot manipulation, aimed at detecting graspable points and corresponding parameters in a 3D space, i.e affordance learning, and then a robot executes grasp actions with the detected affordances. Existing research works on affordance learning predominantly focus on learning local features directly for each grid in a voxel scene or each point in a point cloud scene, subsequently filtering the most promising candidate for execution. Contrarily, cognitive models of grasping highlight the significance of global descriptors, such as size, shape, and orientation, in grasping. These global descriptors indicate a grasp path closely tied to actions. Inspired by this, we propose a novel bio-inspired neural network that explicitly incorporates global feature encoding. In particular, our method utilizes a Truncated Signed Distance Function (TSDF) as input, and employs the recently proposed Transformer model to encode the global features of a scene directly. With the effective global representation, we then use deconvolution modules to decode multiple local features to generate graspable candidates. In addition, to integrate global and local features, we propose using a skip-connection module to merge lower-layer global features with higher-layer local features. Our approach, when tested on a recently proposed pile and packed grasping dataset for a decluttering task, surpassed state-of-the-art local feature learning methods by approximately 5% in terms of success and declutter rates. We also evaluated its running time and generalization ability, further demonstrating its superiority. We deployed our model on a Franka Panda robot arm, with real-world results aligning well with simulation data. The objective of this study was to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of three different types of bariatric surgeries, namely, sleeve gastrectomy (SG), one-anastomotic gastric bypass (OAGB), and single anastomosis sleeve ileal (SASI) bypass, in the treatment of metabolic syndrome (MS). The optimal approach for managing MS remains uncertain, and thus this study aimed to provide a recent analysis of the efficacy of these surgical procedures. This retrospective study evaluated data of individuals who underwent SG, OAGB, and SASI bypass. The primary outcome measures included weight, body mass index (BMI), glucolipid metabolic index, and the occurrence of treatment-related complications within 6 to 12 months post-surgery. A total of 324 patients were included in this study. Of these, 264 patients underwent SG, 30 underwent OAGB, and 30 underwent SASI bypass. A significant decrease in weight was observed at the 6-month and 12-month marks following all three surgical procedures. Of these, patients who underwent SASI bypass exhibited the greatest reduction in weight and BMI post-surgery. Furthermore, the SASI bypass was associated with a significantly higher percentage of total weight loss (%TWL) and excess body mass index loss (%EBMIL) compared to SG and OAGB. Patients who underwent OAGB and SASI bypass demonstrated notable improvements in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Patients who underwent SASI bypass and OAGB experienced greater postoperative comfort and reported fewer complaints of discomfort compared to the other procedure. Based on the retrospective analysis of the data, SASI bypass was associated with greater reductions in weight and BMI, higher percentages of %TWL and %EBMIL, and better improvement in T2DM compared to SG and OAGB. Arsenic (As) speciation transformation in acid mine drainage (AMD) is comprehensively affected by biological and abiotic factors, such as microbially mediated Fe/S redox reactions and changes in environmental conditions (pH and oxidation-reduction potential). However, their combined impacts on arsenic speciation transformation remain poorly studied. Therefore, we explored arsenic transformation and immobilization during pyrite dissolution mediated by AMD enrichment culture under different acidic pH conditions. The results for incubation and mineralogical transformation of solid residues show that in the presence of AMD enrichment culture, pH 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 are more conducive to the formation of jarosites and ferric arsenate, which could immobilize high quantities of dissolved arsenic by adsorption and coprecipitation. The pH conditions significantly affect the initial adsorption of microbial cells to the minerals and the evolution of microbial community structure, further influencing the biodissolution of pyrite and the release and oxidation process of Fe/S. The results of Fe/S/As speciation transformation of the solid residues show that the transformation of Fe, S, and As in solution is mainly regulated by pH and potential values, which imposed significantly different effects on the formation of secondary minerals and thus arsenic oxidation and immobilization. The above results indicated that arsenic transformation is closely related to the Fe/S oxidation associated with pyrite bio-oxidation, and this correlation is critically regulated by the pH conditions of the system. • A photo–Fenton system was constructed with iron–doped bismuth oxybromides (Fe–BiOBr). • Fe–BiOBr displayed superior photo–Fenton activity towards atrazine degradation. • Atrazine degradation intermediates and pathways were revealed. Pesticides and its degradation products, being well–known residues in soil, have recently been detected in many water bodies as pollutants of emerging concerns, and thus there is a contemporary demand to develop viable and cost–effective techniques for the removal of related organic pollutants in aqueous phases. Herein, a visible−light−responsive Fenton system was constructed with iron–doped bismuth oxybromides (Fe–BiOBr) as the catalysts. Taking the advantage of sustainable Fe(III)/Fe(II) conversion and optimized H 2 O 2 utilization, the optimal Fe–BiOBr–2 catalyst showed an excellent atrazine removal efficiency of 97.61% in 120 min, which is superior than the traditional homogeneous Fenton and the majority of heterogeneous processes documented in the literature. In this photo–Fenton system, hydroxyl (·OH) and superoxide (·O 2 –) radicals were dominant active species contributed to the oxidative degradation of atrazine. Due to the production of various active radicals, five degradation pathways were proposed based on the identification of intermediates and degradation products. Overall, this work not only demonstrates a fundamental insight into creating highly efficient and atom economic photo−Fenton systems, but also provides a complementary strategy for the treatment of organic pollutants in water. Background: An unintended dural tear (DT) is the most common intraoperative complication of lumbar spine surgery. The unilateral biportal endoscopic technique (UBE) has become increasingly popular for treating various degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine; however, the DT incidence and risk factors specific to UBE remain undetermined. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the incidence and risk factors of DTs in UBE. Method: Data from all patients who underwent UBE for degenerative lumbar spinal diseases from November 2018 to December 2021 at our institution were used to assess the effects of demographics, diagnosis, and type of surgery on unintended DT risk. Results: Overall, 24/608 patients (3.95%) experienced DTs and were treated with primary suture repair or bed rest. Although several patients experienced mild symptoms of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks, no serious postoperative sequelae such as nerve root entrapment, meningitis, or intracranial hemorrhage occurred. Additionally, no significant correlations were identified between DT and sex (P = 0.882), body mass index (BMI) (P = 0.758), smoking status (P = 0.506), diabetes (P = 0.672), hypertension (P = 0.187), or surgeon experience (P = 0.442). However, older patients were more likely to experience DT than younger patients (P = 0.034), and patients with lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) were more likely to experience DT than patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) (P = 0.035). Additionally, DT was more common in revision versus primary surgery (P < 0.0001) and in unilateral laminotomy with bilateral decompression (ULBD) versus unilateral decompression (P = 0.031). Univariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age, LSS, ULBD, and revision surgery were significant risk factors for DT. Misinformation disseminated via online social networks can cause social confusion and result in inadequate responses during disasters and emergencies. To contribute to social media-based disaster resilience, we aim to decipher the spread of disaster misinformation and its correction through the case study of the disaster rumor during Hurricane Sandy (2012) on Twitter. We first leveraged social network analysis to identify different types of accounts that are influential in spreading and debunking disaster misinformation. Second, we examined how the spatiotemporal proximity to the rumor event influences the sharing of misinformation and the sharing of corrections on Twitter. Third, through sentiment analysis, we went further by examining how spatiotemporal and demographic similarity between social media users affect behavioral and emotional responses to misinformation. Finally, sentiment contagion across rumor and correction networks was also examined. Intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) in DNA-associated proteins are known to influence gene regulation, but their distribution and cooperative functions in genome-wide regulatory programs remain poorly understood. Here we describe DisP-seq (disordered protein precipitation followed by DNA sequencing), an antibody-independent chemical precipitation assay that can simultaneously map endogenous DNA-associated disordered proteins genome-wide through a combination of biotinylated isoxazole precipitation and next-generation sequencing. DisP-seq profiles are composed of thousands of peaks that are associated with diverse chromatin states, are enriched for disordered transcription factors (TFs) and are often arranged in large lineage-specific clusters with high local concentrations of disordered proteins and different combinations of histone modifications linked to regulatory potential. We use DisP-seq to analyze cancer cells and reveal how disordered protein-associated islands enable IDR-dependent mechanisms that control the binding and function of disordered TFs, including oncogene-dependent sequestration of TFs through long-range interactions and the reactivation of differentiation pathways upon loss of oncogenic stimuli in Ewing sarcoma. Herein, the first diversity‐oriented catalytic asymmetric dearomatization of indoles with o‐quinone diimides (o‐QDIs) is reported. The catalytic asymmetric dearomatization (CADA) of indoles is one of the research focuses in terms of the structural and biological importance of dearomatized indole derivatives. Although great achievements have been made in target‐oriented CADA reactions, diversity‐oriented CADA reactions are regarded as more challenging and remain elusive due to the lack of synthons featuring multiple reaction sites and the difficulty in precise control of chemo‐, regio‐, and enantio‐selectivity. In this work, o‐QDIs are employed as a versatile building block, enabling the chemo‐divergent dearomative arylation and [4 + 2] cycloaddition reactions of indoles. Under the catalysis of chiral phosphoric acid and mild conditions, various indolenines, furoindolines/pyrroloindolines, and six‐membered‐ring fused indolines are collectively prepared in good yields with excellent enantioselectivities. Beach evolution is one of the key issues in coastal engineering. High computational efficiency model of beach evolution is limited by strong wave nonlinearity, flow acceleration, and sediment phase lag. The XBeach model is improved to cover the three limitations in the study. First, the near-bed velocity of nonlinear wave is reconstructed by using nonlinear parameters. Second, flow acceleration and sediment phase lag are taken into account for the near-bed sediment conditions to calculate the equilibrium concentration of suspended sediment and the transport rate of bed load. The response of sediment is not necessarily instantaneous to near-bed velocity in practical problems, but separated into a phase (time) shift between sediment concentration and velocity and a phase residual denoting sediment amount in moving at flow reversal. The improved XBeach model performs better results than the original XBeach model. Numerical experiments are carried out using the improved XBeach model to investigate the effects of wave height and sediment size. The numerical experiments show that the volume and range of erosion/deposition increase with the increase of wave height and decrease of sediment size, and deposition center moves to offshore. Despite the ultra‐high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of 0D hybrid manganese halides as state‐of‐the‐art luminescent materials, intrinsic water stability remains an unsurpassable barrier due to the serious hygroscopicity of the hydrogen‐bonding structure. Herein, a synthetic strategy that realizes adjustable emission color and high water resistance in a 0D hybrid manganese chloride family based on the same cation of [H2TMDAP]2+ (TMDAP = N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethyl‐1,3‐diaminopropane) is reported. Specifically, direct solution or solid‐state reaction of precursor materials generates [H2TMDAP]3[MnCl4]2[Mn2Cl6], while additional Zn2+‐doping as a structural directing agent results in [H2TMDAP]Mn0.63Zn0.37Cl4. Functionally, the [Mn/ZnCl4]2− tetrahedron based [H2TMDAP]Mn0.63Zn0.37Cl4 displays green light emission at 521 nm with a PLQY of 63.9%. [H2TMDAP]3[MnCl4]2[Mn2Cl6] is composed of a [MnCl6]4− octahedron based [Mn2Cl6]2− chain and a discrete [MnCl4]2− tetrahedron, but it only exhibits single red emission at 628 nm with a PLQY of 48.1%. Compared with water‐instable [H2TMDAP]Mn0.63Zn0.37Cl4, [H2TMDAP]3[MnCl4]2[Mn2Cl6] represents extraordinary chemical stability in humid air and water over 1 month, manifested by an unchanged structural lattice and sufficient emission intensity. Significantly, the ultra‐high water proof performance of [H2TMDAP]3[MnCl4]2[Mn2Cl6] is nearly unmatchable among all previously reported manganese halides as far as is known. The combined merits of tunable emission wavelength, high PLQY, and stability highlight the potential applications of title materials in solid‐state lighting and display diodes. Gentiopicrin, the main component of the famous Chinese patent medicine Long Dan Xie Gan Wan, has the characteristics of fast absorption in vivo and low bioavailability. Intestinal bacteria play an important role in the absorption and pharmacokinetics of oral drugs. In this study, the metabolic transformation of gentiopicrin by intestinal bacteria was examined. High-performance liquid chromatography coupled with ion trap time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC/MSn-IT-TOF) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) were used, and six metabolites were identified, including reduction products (G-M1, G-M2, G-M4, and G-M6), a hydrolytic product (G-M3), and a dehydration product (G-M5) of gentiopicrin aglycone after hydrolysis, reduction, and dehydration reactions were performed by the intestinal flora. This is the first time that chiral metabolites of gentiopicrin (G-M1 and G-M2) were found in this study. In addition, the precursors of glucuronic acid conjugates previously reported in vivo may have come from the intestinal bacterial metabolites G-M1, G-M2, and G-M3. In addition, the metabolic transformation of gentiopicrin in liver microsomes was studied in vitro, and it was found that gentiopicrin did not undergo metabolic transformation under the action of liver microsomes. It is suggested that gentiopicroside may be metabolized in the intestine. This study provides both new insight regarding the investigation of effective substances and an exploration of the pharmacodynamic and toxicological properties of gentiopicrin. Background: The early detection of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) through the integration of multidimensional parameters presents a promising avenue for improving survival outcomes for this fatal disease. This study aimed to assess the contribution of prostate transition zone (TZ) to predictive models based on the prostate health index (PHI), with the goal of enhancing early detection of csPCa in the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) gray zone. Methods: In this observational cross-sectional study, a total of 177 PSA gray zone patients (total prostate-specific antigen [tPSA] level ranging from 4.0 to 10.0 ng/mL) were recruited and received PHI detections from August 2020 to March 2022. Prostatic morphologies especially the TZ morphological parameters were measured by transrectal ultrasound (TRUS). Results: Univariable logistic regression indicated prostatic morphological parameters including total prostate volume (PV) indexes and transitional zone volume indexes were all associated with csPCa (P <.05), while the multivariable analysis demonstrated that C-reactive protein (CRP), PHI, PHI density (PHID), and PHI transition zone density (PHI-TZD) were the 4 independent risk factors. The receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis suggested that integrated predictive models (PHID, PHI-TZD) yield area under the curves (AUCs) of 0.9135 and 0.9105 in csPCa prediction, which shows a relatively satisfactory predictive capability compared with other predictors. Moreover, the PHI-TZD outperformed PHID by avoiding 30 patients' unnecessary biopsies while maintaining 74.36% specificity at a sensitivity of 90%. Decision-curve analysis (DCA) confirmed the comparable performance of the multivariable full-risk prediction models, without the inclusion of the net benefit, thereby highlighting the superior diagnostic efficacy of PHID and PHI-TZD in comparison with other diagnostic models, in both univariable and multivariable models. Conclusion: Our data confirmed the value of prostate TZ morphological parameters and suggested a significant advantage for the TZ-adjusted PHI predictive model (PHI-TZD) compared with PHI and PHID in the early detection of gray zone csPCa under specific conditions. The heavy congestion at the global ports and the impact of the pandemic spread make the automated container terminal competitive. With the operations of more and more automated container terminals, the optimization of yard space allocation becomes one of the most urgent issues for improving the handling efficiency for the automated container terminal. To figure out the optimal clustering strategy to allocate the containers in the automated container terminal, this study investigates the stacks allocation with different scenarios. A novel stack-based allocation model is built to balance both the transportation distance and the allocation dispersion among blocks. Based on the model we built, we talked about the impact of efficiency of automated rail-mounted gantry crane and the berthing time for each vessel on the stacks allocation. The results show that the stack-based allocation with multi-batches in the same bay is suitable for the automated container terminal, while both the efficiency of the automated rail-mounted gantry crane and the berthing time will directly affect the total transportation distance for allocating the containers. Cranioplasty (CP) after decompressive craniectomy (DC) is routinely performed for reconstructive purposes and improves rehabilitation. However, the optimal timing of CP remains controversial. This study aimed to assess differences in clinical outcomes following different timings of CP in patients with traumatic brain injury. Patients with traumatic brain injury who underwent CP after DC in Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from 1 January 2010 to 1 May 2017, and in Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from 1 January 2015, to 1 May 2017, were retrospectively reviewed. According to the timing of CP, patients were divided into an 'early group' (3–6 months) and a 'late group' (6–12 months). The clinical characteristics of patients and postoperative complications occurred within 1-year follow-up were analysed. The neurological function was assessed with Barthel Index (BI). A total of 100 patients (58 cases in early group and 42 cases in late group) were included. The median interval between DC and CP was 135 days and 225 days in the early and late CP groups, respectively. The overall complication rate after CP was 16%, and no significant difference in complication rate was observed between the early and late CP groups (17.2% vs.14.3%, p = 0.69). The neurological function was improved in early CP group (pre-CP 85.77 ± 11.61 vs. post-CP 95.34 ± 9.02, p < 0.001, but not in late CP group (pre-CP 82.74 ± 22.82 vs. post-CP 88.93 ± 22.86, p = 0.22). In addition, a significantly higher proportion of patients in the early CP group showed neurological functional improvement in comparison with the late CP group (early vs. late: 74.1% vs. 57.1%, p = 0.04). Multivariate analysis further demonstrated that the timing of CP is an independent predictor for neurological outcomes (OR = 0.32, 95% CI 0.13–0.82, p = 0.02). Sulfate-coupled anaerobic oxidation of methane (AOM) is performed by multicellular consortia of anaerobic methanotrophic (ANME) archaea in obligate syntrophic partnership with sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB). Diverse ANME and SRB clades co-associate but the physiological basis for their adaptation and diversification is not well understood. In this work, we used comparative metagenomics and phylogenetics to investigate the metabolic adaptation among the 4 main syntrophic SRB clades (HotSeep-1, Seep-SRB2, Seep-SRB1a, and Seep-SRB1g) and identified features associated with their syntrophic lifestyle that distinguish them from their non-syntrophic evolutionary neighbors in the phylum Desulfobacterota. We show that the protein complexes involved in direct interspecies electron transfer (DIET) from ANME to the SRB outer membrane are conserved between the syntrophic lineages. In contrast, the proteins involved in electron transfer within the SRB inner membrane differ between clades, indicative of convergent evolution in the adaptation to a syntrophic lifestyle. Our analysis suggests that in most cases, this adaptation likely occurred after the acquisition of the DIET complexes in an ancestral clade and involve horizontal gene transfers within pathways for electron transfer (CbcBA) and biofilm formation (Pel). We also provide evidence for unique adaptations within syntrophic SRB clades, which vary depending on the archaeal partner. Among the most widespread syntrophic SRB, Seep-SRB1a, subclades that specifically partner ANME-2a are missing the cobalamin synthesis pathway, suggestive of nutritional dependency on its partner, while closely related Seep-SRB1a partners of ANME-2c lack nutritional auxotrophies. Our work provides insight into the features associated with DIET-based syntrophy and the adaptation of SRB towards it. A unique syntrophic partnership between anaerobic methanotrophic archaea and sulfate-reducing bacteria exists in deep-sea ecosystems, where they live in multicellular consortia. This paper considers the problem of multiple missiles to attack a maneuvering target simultaneously. Based on a fixed-time fast nonsingular terminal sliding mode surface (FNTSMS), fixed-time distributed cooperative guidance laws are developed. By designing guidance laws along and perpendicular to line of sight (LOS) direction, both relative velocity and range-to-go are consistent. In addition, a saturation function is introduced to avoid the chattering problem caused by the commonly used sign function. Furthermore, a distributed cooperative guidance law with communication failure is considered and proved theoretically, which shows that the proposed guidance law has excellent performance. Understanding deformation mechanisms in semi-crystalline polymers during stretching is useful for guiding the processing of high-performance polymer products. In the current work, molecular dynamics simulations were performed to investigate the crystal changes in crystallized polyethylene/carbon nanotube nanocomposites during uniaxial stretching. Both crystal fragmentation and melting occur at low strains. Crystals with small sizes are easier to melt, while those with large sizes would break into smaller crystals. In addition, crystals in interfacial regions are more likely to melt or break due to the orientation motion of carbon nanotubes. It was also found that the recrystallization process is closely related to the stretch-induced orientation of chain segments. After orientation of chain segments along stretching direction is saturated, the recrystallization of highly oriented segments dominates. Aiming at the problem of distributed state estimation in sensor networks, a novel optimal distributed finite-time fusion filtering method based on dynamic communication weights has been developed. To tackle the fusion errors caused by incomplete node information in distributed sensor networks, the concept of limited iterations of global information aggregation was introduced, namely, fast finite-time convergence techniques. Firstly, a local filtering algorithm architecture was constructed to achieve fusion error convergence within a limited number of iterations. The maximum number of iterations was derived to be the diameter of the communication topology graph in the sensor network. Based on this, the matrix weight fusion was used to combine the local filtering results, thereby achieving optimal estimation in terms of minimum variance. Next, by introducing the generalized information quality (GIQ) calculation method and associating it with the local fusion result bias, the relative communication weights were obtained and embedded in the fusion algorithm. Acute lung injury (ALI) can be induced by various injury factors, which is closely related to the inflammatory reaction and cellular ferroptosis reported recently. Glutathione peroxidase (GPX4) palys an important role in the inflammatory reaction, which also is the core regulatory protein of ferroptosis. Up-regulation of GPX4 can be helpful to inhibit the cellular ferroptosis and inflammatory reaction to treat ALI. mPEI/pGPX4 gene therapeutic system based on mannitol-modified polyethyleneimine (mPEI) was constructed. Compared with PEI/pGPX4 nanoparticles using commoditized gene vector PEI 25k, mPEI/pGPX4 nanoparticles achieved caveolae-mediated endocytosis and improved the gene therapeutic effect. mPEI/pGPX4 nanoparticles could up-regulate the gene expression of GPX4, inhibit inflammatory reaction and the cellular ferroptosis, thereby alleviating the ALI in vitro and in vivo. Abstract The extensive utilization of pesticides in agriculture has resulted in the presence of pesticide residues in food and feed, which poses a significant threat to human health. Various physical and chemical methods have been proposed to remove pesticides, but most of these methods are either costly or susceptible to secondary contamination. Consequently, the utilization of microorganisms, such as probiotics, for eliminating pesticides, has emerged as a promising alternative. Probiotics, including lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, and fungi, have demonstrated remarkable efficiency and convenience in eliminating pesticide residues from food or feed. To promote the application of probiotic decontamination, this review examines the current research status on the utilization of probiotics for pesticide reduction. The mechanisms involved in microbial decontamination are discussed, along with the toxicity and potential health risks of degradation products. Liver tumor semantic segmentation is a crucial task in medical image analysis that requires multiple MRI modalities. This paper proposes a novel coarse-to-fine fusion segmentation approach to detect and segment small liver tumors of various sizes. To enhance the segmentation accuracy of small liver tumors, the method incorporates a detection module and a CSR (convolution-SE-residual) module, which includes a convolution block, an SE (squeeze and excitation) module, and a residual module for fine segmentation. The proposed method demonstrates superior performance compared to conventional single-stage end-to-end networks. A private liver MRI dataset comprising 218 patients with a total of 3605 tumors, including 3273 tumors smaller than 3.0 cm, were collected for the proposed method. There are five types of liver tumors identified in this dataset: hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); metastases of the liver; cholangiocarcinoma (ICC); hepatic cyst; and liver hemangioma. The results indicate that the proposed method outperforms the single segmentation networks 3D UNet and nnU-Net as well as the fusion networks of 3D UNet and nnU-Net with nnDetection. The proposed architecture was evaluated on a test set of 44 images, with an average Dice similarity coefficient (DSC) and recall of 86.9% and 86.7%, respectively, which is a 1% improvement compared to the comparison method. More importantly, compared to existing methods, our proposed approach demonstrates state-of-the-art performance in segmenting small objects with sizes smaller than 10 mm, achieving a Dice score of 85.3% and a malignancy detection rate of 87.5%. Silver (Ag) is one of the important targets in the studies of high harmonic generation (HHG) in the laser-induced plasma due to the relatively high conversion generation efficiencies and cut-off energy. In this work, we study the dependence of HHG in plasma plumes of Ag as a function of various laser parameters, including intensity of ablation pulse, intensity and ellipticity of driving pulse, and the delay between the two pulses. We identify the type of ion that dominates the measured HHG spectra by comparing the experimental data with strong-field approximation simulations and classical calculations for Ag atoms, Ag+, and Ag2+ ions. We also perform a comparative HHG study between the plasmas of bulk Ag target and the plasmas of a nano-powders target. It is found that the harmonic yields in the latter case are higher over a wide range of the aforementioned laser parameters. The results also indicate that the number of nanoparticles in the plasma generated from a nano-powder sample is indeed significantly greater than that in the plasma from the bulk sample. Poly(phenyl‐1,3,5‐yl)‐benzene/g‐C3N4 (PPB/g‐C3N4) catalysts were prepared by in situ for the removal of Rhodamine B from polluted water under visible light irradiation. In addition, the catalytic behavior of PPB/g‐C3N4 composites has been studied by using XRD, TEM, UV‐vis DRS and PL. The results show that PPB has been successfully loaded on g‐C3N4, PPB/g‐C3N4‐0.4 composite have good photo‐Fenton‐like catalytic performance. In the case of PPB/g‐C3N4+H2O2 composite, the RhB photo‐ removal efficiency was ∼96 % in 50 min. The removal rate of PPB/g‐C3N4+H2O2 composite is 9.4 times higher than that of pure g‐C3N4. Owing to the higher surface area and polymer heterojunction (PHJ), PPB/g‐C3N4‐0.4 composite have the superior photo‐Fenton‐like catalytic activity. Moreover, PPB/g‐C3N4 composite rendered excellent stability. Therefore, S‐scheme polymer heterojunction PPB/g‐C3N4 composite was synthesised without metal in situ, which are potential photo‐Fenton‐like catalyst for wastewater treatment under visible‐light irradiation, in which provided a new integration strategy. The metabolism of glucose and lipids is essential for energy production in the body, and dysregulation of the metabolic pathways of these molecules is implicated in various acute and chronic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, atherosclerosis (AS), obesity, tumor, and sepsis. Post-translational modifications (PTMs) of proteins, which involve the addition or removal of covalent functional groups, play a crucial role in regulating protein structure, localization function, and activity. Common PTMs include phosphorylation, acetylation, ubiquitination, methylation, and glycosylation. Emerging evidence indicates that PTMs are significant in modulating glucose and lipid metabolism by modifying key enzymes or proteins. In this review, we summarize the current understanding of the role and regulatory mechanisms of PTMs in glucose and lipid metabolism, with a focus on their involvement in disease progression associated with aberrant metabolism. One important subject in the field of all-polymer solar cells (all-PSCs) is the exploration of electron-deficient building blocks with optimized physicochemical properties to promote the performance of polymer acceptors. Here, two ladder-type heteroheptacene-containing small-molecule acceptors with branched 2-octyldodecyl or 2-hexyldecyl side-chains are synthesized and polymerized with the thiophene co-monomer to afford polymer acceptors (PW-OD and PW-HD) with strong near-infrared absorption. Experimental results reveal that the alkyl chain length has a large impact on the molecular packing behavior of the resulting polymers, which in turn affects their light-absorbing and charge transport properties, and thus the photovoltaic performance of the final devices. When blended with the polymer donor PM6, PW-HD-based all-PSCs deliver a higher power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.12% compared to the PCE of 6.47% for the PW-OD-based all-PSCs, mainly due to its more ordered inter-chain packing and more favorable blend morphology. This work provides a promising building block for the development of high-performance narrow-bandgap polymer acceptors and highlights the importance of side-chain substitution in optimizing the photovoltaic performance of polymer acceptors. Production of metallo-β-lactamases (MBLs) is a common mechanism of resistance to carbapenems and most other β-lactam antibiotics in various Gram-negative bacteria of clinical significance, posing a serious challenge to antimicrobial therapy and leading to poor outcomes for affected patients. In silico analysis have predicted >2000 types of MBL, and 94 types have been identified so far and were divided into three major groups (subclasses B1, B2, B3) with New Delhi metallo-β-lactamases (NDMs), imipenemases (IMPs), and Verona integron-encoded metallo-β-lactamases (VIMs) (all of B1) being the most common seen in human infections. Cefiderocol and aztreonam in combination of ceftazidime-avibactam are the two recommended options against MBL-producing bacteria but are associated with relatively high failure rates and emerging resistance, suggesting an unmet clinical need for targeting MBL-mediated antimicrobial resistance. The challenges in developing broad-spectrum inhibitors targeting multiple structurally different MBLs can be moderated by understanding the common MBL catalytical and structural features, for example, the anchoring residue that is conserved across almost all B1 MBLs, and the flexible L3/L10 loops that affect binding of different substrates and inhibitors. The MBL inhibition principles and inhibitor classification scheme (types I–V MBL inhibitors) according to the proposed mechanisms of MBL-catalysed hydrolysis offer relatively clear guidelines for developing clinically useful MBL inhibitors/probes. Resistance to β-lactam antibiotics is rapidly growing, substantially due to the spread of serine-β-lactamases (SBLs) and metallo-β-lactamases (MBLs), which efficiently catalyse β-lactam hydrolysis. Combinations of a β-lactam antibiotic with an SBL inhibitor have been clinically successful; however, no MBL inhibitors have been developed for clinical use. MBLs are a worrying resistance vector because they catalyse hydrolysis of all β-lactam antibiotic classes, except the monobactams, and they are being disseminated across many bacterial species worldwide. Here we review the classification, structures, substrate profiles, and inhibition mechanisms of MBLs, highlighting current clinical problems due to MBL-mediated resistance and progress in understanding and combating MBL-mediated resistance. This paper is concerned with the estimation of correlated noise and packet dropout for information fusion in distributed sensing networks. By studying the problem of the correlation of correlated noise in sensor network information fusion, a matrix weight fusion method with a feedback structure is proposed to deal with the interrelationship between multi-sensor measurement noise and estimation noise, and the method can achieve optimal estimation in the sense of linear minimum variance. Based on this, a method is proposed using a predictor with a feedback structure to compensate for the current state quantity to deal with packet dropout that occurs during multi-sensor information fusion, which can reduce the covariance of the fusion results. Simulation results show that the algorithm can solve the problem of information fusion noise correlation and packet dropout in sensor networks, and effectively reduce the fusion covariance with feedback. The current study describes the mechanical properties and translucency of 5 mol% yttria-partially stabilized zirconia (5Y-PSZ) prepared via stereolithography (SLA). A stable 5Y-PSZ ceramic paste with a maximum solid loading of 52 vol% is prepared for the SLA process, and the corresponding rheological model between viscosity and shear rate is analyzed. After sintering, all samples exhibited the same hardness and fracture toughness, approaching 12.65 GPa and 3.20 MPa m1/2, respectively. Also, the density and flexural strength reached their maximum values at 1550 °C, which were 5.95 g/cm3 and 685.6 MPa, respectively, while the contrast ratio (CR) reached its minimum value of 0.43 at 1500 °C. Moreover, failure origin and Weibull analysis are performed to evaluate the structural reliability of the ceramic components. It is observed that the yttrium content in large grains was higher than the small grains, indicating large grains consisted of the cubic phase. Herein, the stronger grain boundaries are caused by the higher segregation of yttrium at grain boundaries, altering fracture mode from the intergranular fracture to the mixed mode of trans - and intergranular fracture at 1550 °C. The leading shock in a steady shock train takes one of two forms: oblique or normal. However, the phenomenon and mechanism of the normal-to-oblique transition of the leading shock in a forced shock train have not been widely reported. In this study, leading normal and oblique shocks are experimentally observed at the same position and similar velocities in a forced oscillation shock train with an incoming Mach number of 1.83. The normal-to-oblique transition is found to be closely related to the self-excited oscillation of the shock train. In addition, we find that the direct use of free-interaction theory cannot accurately predict the leading shock angle in a moving shock train.
