At present, in the industrial production process of corn starch sugar, there are some problems in the saccharification reaction stage, such as low initial starch milk concentration, long reaction time, poor enzymatic hydrolysis effect, low yield of final product, and more miscellaneous sugar components. Aiming at the above phenomena, the optimal saccharification conditions were obtained by orthogonal design with the parameters of the saccharification reaction stage, such as temperature, pH value, and the amount of enzyme added by using starch milk with 40% concentration as raw material. At the same time, the effect of DE value of glycosylated substrate on the glycosylation reaction and the composition of glycosylated products was analyzed. The results showed that the main factors affecting the glycosylation reaction were pH > enzyme amount > substrate DE value. The optimum conditions for the reaction of glycosylase were temperature 60 ℃, pH 4.5, enzyme dosage 200 U/g and substrate DE 15. Under this condition, the viscosity of the saccharification solution was moderate, which was more conducive to the enzymolysis reaction. The DE value of the final product could reach 95% and the glucose content (DX value) could reach 96.86%. Meanwhile, the content of other components was only 1.30%. The conclusion of this study can provide theoretical reference for the industrial production of corn starch sugar to improve product yield and reduce cost.

When analyzing various data in a given task,most of current researches only analyze single-source data and lack me-thods applied to multi-source data.But now data are becoming more abundant,therefore,this paper proposes a multi-source data fusion framework for fusing data from multiple network platforms.The data of the same platform contains text and various attri-butes,and there are also great differences in content and form among data of different platforms.Most existing network information mining methods only use part of the data in the same platform for analysis,and even ignore the interaction between the data of different platforms.Therefore,this paper proposes a data fusion framework,which can not only use more features of the same platform to improve the performance of a single platform,but also fuse the data features of different platforms to complement each other,thereby improving the performance of multiple platforms.This paper uses the task of event classification,and the abundant features effectively improve the F1 value,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed multi-source data framework.

Objective To assess nutritional status and define gender- and age-specific handgrip strength (HGS) cut-point values for malnutrition or nutritional risk in elderly inpatients. Methods A cross-sectional study of 1,343 elderly inpatients was conducted in the Chinese PLA General Hospital. Nutrition Risk Screening (NRS 2002) and Subjective Global Assessment (SGA) were administered. Anthropometric measurements and blood biochemical indicators were obtained using standard techniques. The gender- and age-specific receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were constructed to evaluate the HGS for nutritional status by SGA and NRS 2002. Sensitivity, specificity, and areas under the curves (AUCs) were calculated. Results According to NRS 2002 and SGA, 63.81% of elderly inpatients were at nutritional risk and 28.22% were malnourished. Patients with higher HGS had an independently decreased risk of malnutrition and nutritional risk. The AUCs varied between 0.670 and 0.761. According to NRS 2002, the optimal HGS cut-points were 27.5 kg (65-74 years) and 21.0 kg (75-90 years) for men and 17.0 kg (65-74 years) and 14.6 kg (75-90 years) for women. According to SGA, the optimal HGS cut-points were 24.9 kg (65-74 years) and 20.8 kg (75-90 years) for men and 15.2 kg (65-74 years) and 13.5 kg (75-90 years) for women. Conclusion Elderly inpatients had increased incidence of malnutrition or nutritional risk.
