ObjectiveTo establish a diatom database by analyzing the quatity, species distribution and differences of diatom in water samples of the whole navigable sections of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal， to provide a reference for the inference of the drowning site.MethodsWater samples were collected at 22 sites in the navigable sections of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal （Jining section to Yangzhou Section）， and the diatoms at each site were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by using graphite digestion-scanning electron microscopy.ResultsSampling site T （Laohuaijiang River Line, Gaoyou City, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province） had the highest number of diatoms, while sampling site O （Siyang County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province） had the lowest number of diatoms, with a large gap of 68 times. At sampling site Q （Jiangpu District, Huaian city, Jiangsu Province）, there were 19 species of diatoms. The sampling site O had the least diatoms, with 7 species. There were no significant differences in species evenness and species diversity at each sampling site （P>0.05）. Some sampling sites have characterized diatoms, such as Caloneis at station A （Taibai Lake, Weishan County, Shandong Province）, Rhoicosphenia at station B （Nanyang Town, Weishan County, Shandong Province）, Amphora at station I （Taierzhuang District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province） and Epithemia at station J （Pizhou 310 national highway, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province）.ConclusionThe species richness of diatoms gradually increased from north to south. Diatom species richness and species diversity might be higher in areas with complex environments and large population flow. Climate type has a certain influence on the distribution of diatoms.

Lanthanide ions doped in perovskite (LIDP) nanocrystals (NCs) provide an effective way to utilize the emission of lanthanide metals in a solution‐processable way, combining the theoretical photoluminance quantum yield (PLQY) of ≈200%. To utilize advantages, LIDP‐NCs have inspired studies exploring the fundamental physics of energy transfer, including the up‐conversion or down‐conversion process, and the optoelectronic applications of solar cells and white light‐emitting didoes. This review broadens the scope of LIDP nanocrystal matrix semiconductors in electroluminescence devices in the near‐infrared (NIR) range (>900 nm). A research is summarized on the synergistic effect of lanthanide ions and perovskite matrix in the near‐infrared region, and discuss from the perspective of fabrication of lanthanide‐based electroluminescent devices using perovskite materials as the matrix. The multiple optical transitions, bandgap tunability, and quantum‐cutting effect to provide a tutorial on understanding LIDP‐NCs are started. The details of synthesizing LIDP materials and aim to lay the foundation for preparing NIR electroluminescent devices with high efficiency and application value are then illustrated. The scientific issues that limit the performance of LIDP NCs‐based electroluminescent devices and discuss the potential strategies for the future development of LIDP material are focused on. Bulk gallium nitride (GaN) has shown great success in light‐emitting diodes (LEDs), but the use of its counterpart GaN quantum dots (QDs) to obtain electroluminescence has not yet been reported. In this work, the first GaN‐based QLED is demonstrated using Zn‐doped GaN (GaN: Zn) QDs, which is achieved through the combination of trap passivation, energy level adjustment, and morphology engineering. Pure GaN QDs and GaN: Zn QDs are synthesized, and it is found that Zn doping shifts the GaN QD emission from 321 to 377 nm and tunes the highest occupied molecular orbital energy level from 8.6 eV (of original GaN QDs) to 6.9 eV. Multiple washing posttreatment is further developed to improve QD film morphology and size distribution. The optimized GaN: Zn QDs are employed to fabricate solution‐processed LEDs, and the first GaN‐based QLEDs are reported with a maximum quantum efficiency of 0.004%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Lanthanide ions (Yb3+ or Er3+) alloying of CsPb(Cl1‐xBrx)3 quantum dots (QDs) to emit approaching 1000 nm show promise in near‐infrared light‐emitting diodes (NIR‐LEDs). High Yb3+ alloying ratio increases the electroluminance efficiency of emission at 990 nm and enables high external quantum efficiency (EQE) of NIR‐LEDs, however, the high alloying ratio also results in inferior material stability and PLQY drop because of Yb3+‐induced nanocrystal precipitation. This study finds that the heavy alloying of Yb3+ ions causes lattice distortion and coherent energy reduction of Yb3+: CsPb(Cl1‐xBrx)3 QDs, induced by two Yb3+ ions replacing three Pb2+, which leads to the collapse of the octahedral structure in ambient conditions. It posits that spontaneous monovalent ion (Na+) alloying can address the trade‐off between material stability and emission intensity. The Na+ occupies the vacancy of Pb2+ ions, relaxing the distortion in the lattice and improving the phase stability of octahedral structure, and this optimized structure in turn allows a higher Yb3+ alloying ratio. Stability measurements show that the Na+/Yb3+ co‐alloyed films show ten‐fold higher material stability and 2.0‐fold emission efficiency related to controls. It reports that as a result Na+/Yb3+ co‐alloyed NIR‐LEDs have an EQE of 6.4% at 990 nm, which is among the highest perovskite NIR‐LEDs beyond 950 nm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The substrates of conventional flexible perovskite solar cells (FPSCs) are thermoplastic polymer material polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), which will deform during high temperature annealing process. In addition, lead iodide (PbI2) permanently formed and the substrate undergoes reversible deformation from 20 °C to 200 °C and back to 20 °C. Therefore, to balance the substrate supporting capacity and the crystalline quality of narrow band gap α‐phase formamidinium lead iodide (α‐FAPbI3), an annealing process of 120 °C for 30 minutes is determined. Additionally, there will also be a large number of gaps and lattice strain at the perovskite grain boundaries during the annealing process as the FAPbI3 phase transition is accompanied by much lattice shrinkage. As a result, 1,6‐hexanediammonium diiodide (HADI) is chosen to passivate the defects and release the stress of perovskite film. Therefore, a recorded 1.4% extended stretch rate of the flexible film is attained. Finally, the champion PCE of 21.14% under AM 1.5G and 31.52% under 1062 lux is achieved after HADI treatment, accompanied by a better long‐term and mechanical stability. At low or zero speed,sensorless control of interior permanent magnet synchronous machines ( IPMSM) can be achieved using the difference between d-and q-axis inductances based on high frequency voltage injection. The d-and q-axis inductances are changed caused by the stator currents variation, and then the accuracy of the rotor position estimation is affected by the changing inductances. A rotor position estimation method based on PWM carrier frequency component was presented. Taking the 12-slot- 10-pole IPMSM prototype as an example,the influence of the saturation saliency and cross coupling saliency on inductance parameters and the position estimation were investigated. The IPMSM model was established considering magnetic saturation and cross coupling saliency,and then the system simulation model and experimental platform were built. The author found a novel yellow-white flower color mutation in the male sterile progenies derived from a commercial Brassica.napus hybrid C022, which was produced by a male sterility line 9012A, whose sterility was controlled by interaction between two pairs recessive genes and a pair of epitatic genes. The mutant was named 991S. 991S had three morphologic characters:(1) The color in the middle of every petal was yellow, yet the both sides were white.(2)Every calyx might become striped albino (3) Only male sterile plants in different populations had mutative character. Except flower color, they had similar morphologic characters to the normal male sterile sib-plants. The plants were slender and little with little flowers that had flat petals, bended stigmas, degenerative stamen, and dry anthers. Primary analysis of its origin and inheritance showed that this mutative character was controlled by recessive partial albino gene.
