The Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of the T700/VE (vinyl ester) carbon fiber composite in 3.5% NaCl solution under open circuit potential (OCP) and cathodic polarization (−0.6 VSCE and −1.2 VSCE) conditions were studied, the moisture absorption was evaluated by weight gain test, and the degradation process was analyzed combined with scanning electron microscope. The T700/VE composite has very good resistance to degradation under OCP condition for long time (205 days) immersion, with about 0.38% moisture uptake and a slight decrease of low-frequency impedance (| Z|0.01 Hz). Cathodic polarization remarkably promotes the diffusion of moisture and ions in the resin matrix, the de-bonding between resin and carbon fibers, and characteristic of a porous electrode occurrence with a very quick decrease in | Z|0.01 Hz value. The variation of | Z|0.01 Hz is negatively correlated with the moisture absorption under OCP and −0.6 VSCE polarization conditions. So, | Z|0.01Hz may be used to monitor the water absorption and degradation process of the composite.

The degradation process and the electrochemical behavior of two anti-corrosion and anti-fouling coating systems (FW-1 and FW-2) in a simulated diurnal cycling immersion environment (3.5% NaCl, 35 °C 12 h + 25 °C 12 h) were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technology. Combined with the coating gloss, color difference, adhesion strength and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) tests, the micro morphologies and the variations of the performance parameters were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that in the 160 days of immersion, with the hydrolysis of the FW-1 topcoat resin and some pigments dissolved and released, the surface micro-morphology of the coating changes from rough to smooth, thereby increasing the gloss. While, for the FW-2 topcoat, the occurrence of micro pores and tiny cracks results in an increase in the roughness and a decrease in the gloss. The release of the copper ion particles in the antifouling topcoat has an influence on the color, manifesting as obvious rise in the color difference of the coating. The low-frequency impedance (|Z|0.01 Hz) values of both coating samples decreases slowly, presenting a very good shielding to the carbon steel substrate. The self-polishing of the topcoat has no big effect on the electrochemical performance of the whole anti-corrosion and anti-fouling coating system; the protective performance of the coating system mainly depends on the integrity of the primer and the intermediate paint.

The degradation processes of two self-polishing antifouling coatings containing copper-based agents (CuSCN and Cu2O) in 3.5% NaCl solution and the protection effect of the coating systems were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM/EDS) methods. The results demonstrate that after immersion for 1525 d at room temperature, the two coating systems still have very good protection property for the 5083 Al alloy substrate, manifesting by the high value of the low-frequency impedance. Alternate high and low temperature immersion test (45 °C 12 h + 25 °C 12 h) leads to serious damage to the antifouling topcoat, and the failure is mainly manifested by many micro-pores and micro-cracks. Because the CuSCN antifouling agent particle has bigger diameter and slightly higher solubility than that of Cu2O agent, the micro-pores established after the agents dissolved and released during the hydrolysis process of the antifouling coating are relatively larger, which results in more decrease in the impedance and a worse protective property of the coating system for the substrate.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to study the variations of composition and properties of the passive film on 316 L stainless steel surface in 80°C, 0.5 mol L-1 H2SO4 + 2 mg L-1 NaF solution, is helpful to understand the mechanisms of corrosion resistancethe of plated Pd on 316 L ss. Design/methodology/approach The variations of composition and properties of the passive film on 316 L stainless steel surface in 80°C, 0.5 mol L-1 H2SO4 + 2 mg L-1 NaF solution after connected to Pd electrode were studied with methods of potential monitor, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) measurement. Findings By connecting to a Pd electrode, the potential of the SS sample increased from the active region to the passive region. By connecting to the Pd electrode, the contents of Cr, Cr(OH)3 and Fe3O4 in passive film increased obviously. With increased Pd/SS area ratio, the Cr(OH)3 content in passive film increased but the Fe3O4 content changed little. The results show that after connecting to Pd the corrosion resistance of the passive film on 316 L stainless steel increases obviously, which may be attributed to the more compact passive film because of higher Cr, Cr(OH)3 and Fe3O4 contents and less point defects in the film. Originality/value The effects and mechanism of Pd on passivation of SS was studied.

The electrochemical characteristics in the degradation process of epoxy zinc-rich coating (80 wt% zinc particles) and epoxy varnish coating in 3.5% NaCl solution were studied comparatively by using open-circuit potential and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests. The coating morphology, the consumption and corrosion products of zinc particles and chemical changes in the coatings were observed and analyzed with the methods of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the zinc-rich coating provides effective cathodic protection to the carbon steel substrate at the initial stage and still provides certain cathodic protection in the period when the barrier protection by the formation of zinc corrosion products begins to dominate. Because the zinc particles are conductive and active, the values of the coating resistance and capacitance of zinc-rich coatings are lower than those of the varnish coating. When the value of |Z|0.01Hz decreases to 8 × 104 Ω cm2, the zinc-rich coatings still provide protection to the steel substrate, but when the value decreases to about 2 × 104 Ω cm2, rusted spots were observed on the coating surface. Based on the results, a reference criterion of failure for the zinc-rich epoxy coatings is suggested to be about 5 × 104 Ω cm2 (2 × 104 – 8 × 104 Ω cm2), which is different from the one (106 Ω cm2) reported in the literature for typical organic coatings without conductive particles.

The inhibition effect and mechanism of cerium tartrate (CeTar) as a pigment in epoxy coating on AA2024-T3 aluminum alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution were studied. Two kinds of coatings were applied on the substrate, including a single-layer epoxy coating with CeTar distributed uniformly and a double-layer coating composed of an inner layer doped with CeTar and an outer layer with no CeTar. The protective performances of the coatings were assessed by a Machu test and an Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of CeTar in the coating was analyzed with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and Fourier transform spectroscopy (FTIR). The results show that the addition of CeTar can evidently improve the protective performance of the epoxy coating for a long time (>520 d). This might have relationship with the modification effect on the epoxy coating by cerium salts, and also may be due to the synergistic inhibitory effect by tartrate group and cerium ions on the alloy substrate after their continuous releasing to the coating/alloy interface and forming of a protective film. The double-layer coating provides similar protective properties to the single-layer coating. This suggested that creating a protective film on the aluminum alloy substrate could result in a greater contribution to improving the protection performance of the coating.

PurposePancreatic cancer causes a malignant digestive tumour with an unfavourable prognosis and insidious onset. The regulation mechanisms of pancreatic cancer were connected to the abnormal accommodate of diverse signaling pathways. Studies had increasingly indicated that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), microRNAs (miRNAs), and messenger RNA (mRNAs) could play crucial roles during tumorigenesis. This study designs to detect functional genes and determine the potential molecular mechanisms of pancreatic cancer through bioinformatics.MethodsWe made a comprehensive comparison on the RNA-sequencing using the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and established a dysregulated lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA network. In addition, several functional analyses in the competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNA) network were conducted by Gene Ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG). In addition, survival analysis and clinical feature analysis were made by Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA) and linkedOmics. Proliferation, migration tests were selected to examine the roles of mir-130b in pancreatic cancer. Results23 lncRNAs, 40 miRNAs and 1613 mRNAs were aberrantly expressed in pancreatic cancer. We constructed a dysregulated ceRNA network with 11 lncRNAs, 19 miRNAs, and 66 mRNAs. A group of 121 interconnections was constructed in the ceRNA network. These upregulated DEmRNAs were mainly enriched in the mitotic spindle, were involved the transcription by RNA polymerase II, were related to E-box binding and participated in bacterial invasion of epithelial cells and yersinia infection etc. in contrast, the these upregulated DEmiRNAs were mainly enriched in spanning component of the plasma membrane, were involved in pyrimidine nucleobase catabolic process, were related to pyridoxal phosphate binding and participated in beta-Alanine metabolism and propanoate metabolism etc.. The survival analysis showed that 1 lncRNAs, 4 miRNAs, and 18 mRNAs might be potential factors for the prognostic prediction of pancreatic cancer. The strong positive relationships were found between candidate lncRNAs and candidate mRNAs targeted by miR-130b, CYTOR interacts with FRMD6 and TCF4, while HOXA11-AS interacts with MET regulated by miR-130b. MiR-130b was found that its overexpression could inhibit the proliferation and migration of pancreatic cancer cells, and lower expression of miR-130b was connected with longer survival of pancreatic cancer patients.ConclusionOur research provided further acknowledges the molecular mechanisms underlying pancreatic cancer and laid strong ground for improving pancreatic cancer diagnosis and prognosis by establishing the lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network via bioinformatics analysis.

The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and weight gain tests were performed on carbon fiber/vinyl ester and carbon fiber/bismaleimide composites in 3.5% NaCl solution to study the electrochemical and water absorption behaviors. The microstructure morphology and the flexural property of the composites in the long-term exposure process were analyzed with the scanning electron microscope and four-point bending tests. The results revealed that after long-time immersion (>200 d), the water absorption of the two composites is less than 0.5%. This has little effect on the microstructural integrity, only with slight damage on the fiber/resin interfaces, but results in a significant decrease (about 84%) in the composite flexural property. The variation of the water absorption percentage shows good consistency with that of the resin capacitance (Qc) and is negatively related to the variation of the resin resistance (Rpo) and the low-frequency impedance (|Z|0.01Hz) of the composites. A good linear relationship exists between the variations of phase angles in the middle-frequency range (0.1−10 Hz) and the |Z|0.01Hz. The phase angle at 10 Hz (θ10Hz) may be suggested as a suitable parameter to rapidly evaluate the performance of carbon fiber-reinforced polymer composites, just like for evaluating the protective performance of polymer-coated metals in the literature.

Centrally mediated abdominal pain syndrome (CAPS) is characterized by severe abdominal pain. Diagnosis of CAPS is still an exclusionary diagnosis, there remain no effective diagnostic biomarkers so far. Duloxetine is the major pharmacotherapy of CAPS, while some CAPS patients do not respond to duloxetine treatment. However, there is a lack of molecular markers to predict the efficacy of duloxetine. In our pilot study, we have found differential expression profiles of serum miRNAs between CAPS patients and healthy controls. Our study aims to explore the clinical characteristics, specific miRNAs in serum as diagnostic biomarkers of CAPS and predictive biomarkers of the efficacy of duloxetine.In this prospective cohort study, we plan to enroll 430 participants including 215 CAPS patients and 215 healthy controls. The CAPS group takes duloxetine 30 mg per day as an initial dose. Patients will have 24-week medication period and follow up at week 0, 4, 12, 24 and 36. Blood samples will be obtained from patients at every visits and health controls at the initial visit and a series of questionnaires will be completed by the participants. The primary end points are: The differential expression of miRNAs between CAPS groups and healthy control groups at baseline. The changes in abdominal pain scores before and after duloxetine treatment in patients with CAPS and their relationship with the changes in miRNAs. The secondary end point is the changes in scores of depression, anxiety, sleep quality and quality of life before and after duloxetine treatment in patients with CAPS and their relationship with changes in miRNAs.Findings of study will provide the reliable basis for diagnosis and the predictor of duloxetine efficacy of CAPS. Importantly, findings grant patients a chance to benefit from treatment.

A Zr4+-doped anatase TiO2 nanotube array electrode was prepared using a process that included Ti anodizing, chemical immersion, and heat treatment. The compositions, microstructure, and electrochemical properties of the prepared electrodes were characterized. The results show that Zr4+ was successfully introduced into the TiO2 nanotube array electrodes. Because Zr4+ was doped into the crystal structure of the TiO2and replaced a part of Ti4+ to form more oxygen vacancies and Ti3+, the electrocatalytic activity of the prepared electrodes, for the reduction of L-cystine, was significantly improved.

Cyanobacteria are a large class of single-cell prokaryotes capable of oxygen-producing photosynthesis. When cyanobacteria are stimulated by nitrogen, phosphorus and other elements, it will cause eutrophication of the water body and cause the phenomenon of “bloom” in the lake, which seriously endangers the safety of humans, livestock, fish and shrimp. The monitoring and management of cyanobacteria blooms have been plagued by lake management units. At present, the product functions related to the prevention and control of cyanobacteria blooms are very single. The product functions are roughly divided into two categories, some of which focus only on the monitoring link and the other only focus on the salvage and processing link. There is no one product that can combine the two links well. In view of this situation, this article has designed and developed a set of cyanobacteria and algae prevention and control disposal management system, which effectively combines the monitoring and salvage links. The system includes four subsystems: operation report subsystem, monitoring data management system, algae mud environmental protection whole process management system and real-time cyanobacteria monitoring system. The three-dimensional interaction between the WEB terminal and the mobile terminal makes the system more efficient and convenient. The system has the following two innovations: Innovation one: Effectively integrate the control and salvage links of cyanobacteria blooms and jointly build them into a system. Innovation point 2: Apply the K-means algorithm in machine learning to image classification, and replace artificial artificial unattended with AI to improve the recognition rate and reduce the error rate.

The corrosion behaviour of 316L stainless steel (316L SS) in 10% H2SO4 solution (94°C) with various concentrations of NaCl (0–0.085 mol/L) was studied by immersion corrosion test and polarization methods, combined with SEM/EDS, XPS and XRD tests. The influence of NaCl on the corrosion of 316L SS was investigated. The results showed that at lower NaCl contents (0–0.0085 mol/L), the steel presented a general corrosion characteristic with a higher corrosion speed and the corrosion rate increased with the NaCl content. At higher NaCl contents (≥0.017 mol/L), the corrosion rate decreased remarkably due to the protective corrosion products precipitation which contained metallic sulphates and NaHSO4. However, the higher concentration of chloride ions caused micron pitting-like local dissolution on the surface. The addition of Na2SO4 effectively inhibited general corrosion of the steel because of a dense and continuous products layer enriched with more NaHSO4 and metallic sulphates formed.

By using the methods of XRD, SEM/EDS, electrochemical polarization, and a weight loss test, the effects of the rare earth salt CeCl3 on the adherence, hardness, porosity and corrosion resistance of an electroplated Pd-Ni film on 316L stainless steel were studied. The results showed that by adding 1.0 g L&minus, 1 CeCl3 in the plating bath, the obtained Pd-Ni film was obviously improved. The grain size was refined, and the microstructure was more compact and uniform. The film hardness and the adherence to the substrate increased, and the corrosion resistance in a 20 wt % H2SO4 solution (80 &deg, C) obviously increased. Ce3+ increased the throwing power of the bath, which resulted in more uniform current distribution and strengthened the cathodic polarization degree during the electroplating process.

The protection mechanism and corrosion behavior of the Pd film-plated stainless steel in a boiling H2SO4 solution were investigated in this paper. Potentiodynamic measurements, galvanic corrosion tests, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were conducted to study the electrochemical modification effect of the Pd film on the passivation of stainless steel substrate. The results showed that the Pd film mainly influenced the cathodic process of corrosion. The corrosion potential of the Pd-plated stainless steel was determined by the cathode/anode area ratio. The degradation process of Pd film-plated stainless steel included three stages: stable passivation, slow corrosion and accelerated corrosion.

The inhibition effect and mechanism of sodium oleate (SO) on pitting corrosion of carbon steel in simulated concrete pore solution were studied by using methods of potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, scanning electronic microscopy and X-rays photoelectron spectroscopy. In simulated concrete pore solution (pH 12.5), carbon steel showed pitting corrosion behavior during the early immersion period, and SO effectively increased the pitting breakdown potential. After 10 h immersion in SCP solution, passivation was achieved and the pitting potential increased obviously. The inhibition efficiency was over 98% with 0.0008 mol/L SO addition, and after 720 h immersion the corrosion current density with SO was still one order of magnitude lower than that without SO. The results confirm that SO may inhibit the corrosion process in three ways: First, SO competitively adsorbs on the surface, decreasing the adsorption of aggressive Cl−. Then, the carboxyl group in adsorbed C17H33COO− anion may promote oxidation of Fe atoms on the surface, strengthening passivation. Thirdly, the adsorbed SO forms a compact inhibition film, which would further retard diffusion and approach of water, oxygen and aggressive species to the surface.

A zinc-cobalt–nickel (ZCN) heterostructure was directly synthesized on nickel foam using a smart ultrasonic pulse electrodeposition method. The electrochemical results showed that the ZCN heterostructure, in which Zn-doped Co(OH)2 served as the inner layer and Zn-doped Ni(OH)2 served as the outer layer, exhibited a high specific capacitance of 1774F g−1 at a current density of 1 A g−1. It also showed excellent rate capability (91% of capacity retention at 10 A g−1) and good cycling stability (75.21% capacity retention after 1,000 cycles at a high current density of 20 A g−1). Moreover, an asymmetric supercapacitor was designed based on a ZCN cathode and an active carbon anode. The supercapacitor possessed high energy densities (39.6 Wh kg−1 at 400 W kg−1 and 20.3 Wh kg−1 at 6347 W kg−1) and extraordinary cycling stability (85.5% of initial capacity after 1000 cycles at a high current density of 6 A g−1). This ZCN heterostructure therefore has potential applications as a cathode material for supercapacitors.

In this work, we prepared Fe-TiO2-NTs/SnO2-Sb-Ce electrode by pulse electrodeposition. The surface structure and morphology of the prepared electrode coatings was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). And we use linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), cyclic voltammetry (CV), AC impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and other electrochemical analysis methods to study the electrochemical performance of the electrodes. Additionally, accelerated life tests were performed for different electrodes. The Fe-TiO2-NTs/SnO2-Sb-Ce electrode has fewer cracks and smaller crystallite particles than conventional TiO2-NTs/SnO2-Sb electrodes as obtained from the analysis of XRD and SEM. Moreover, compared with TiO2-NTs/SnO2-Sb electrodes, the Fe-TiO2-NTs/SnO2-Sb-Ce electrode has a higher oxygen evolution potential of 2.17 V (vs. SCE) and lower charge transfer resistance which decreased by 73.6%. At the same time, capacity for electro-catalytic oxidation degradation of aniline is greatly improved, with the highest removal rate being as high as 90% after electrochemical treatment for 120 min. In addition, the cell voltage remains unchanged during the degradation process within 2 h which indicates that the electrode has good stability. The service life of the Fe-TiO2-NTs/SnO2-Sb-Ce electrode is 2.2 times longer than that of the TiO2-NTs/SnO2-Sb electrode according to accelerated life tests. Therefore, the Fe-TiO2-NTs/SnO2-Sb-Ce electrode has a wide range of application prospects in the field of wastewater treatment.

Endoscopic ultrasound-guided celiac plexus neurolysis (EUS-CPN) by bilateral or unilateral approach is widely used in palliative abdominal pain management in pancreatic cancer patients, but the analgesic effect and relative risks of the two different puncture routes remain controversial. The aim of this systematic review was to evaluate the analgesic efficacy and safety of bilateral EUS-CPN compared with unilateral EUS-CPN. An electronic database search was performed for randomized controlled trials comparing bilateral and unilateral approaches of EUS-CPN using the Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and CNKI databases. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 after screening and methodological evaluation of the selected studies. Outcomes included pain relief, treatment response, analgesic reduction, complications, and quality of life (QOL). Six eligible studies involving 437 patients were included. No significant difference was found in short-term pain relief [SMD = 0.31, 95% CI (− 0.20, 0.81), P = 0.23] and response to treatment [RR = 0.99, 95% CI (0.77, 1.41), P = 0.97] between the bilateral and unilateral neurolysis groups. However, only the bilateral approach was associated with a statistically significant reduction in the postoperative use of analgesics [RR = 0.66, 95% CI (0.47, 0.94), P = 0.02] compared to the unilateral approach. A descriptive analysis was performed for complications and QOL. The short-term analgesic effect and general risk of bilateral EUS-CPN are comparable with those of unilateral EUS-CPN, but our evidence supports the conclusion that the bilateral approach significantly reduces postoperative analgesic use.

Two kinds of simulated concrete pore solutions (SPSs) were treated with different amounts of synthetic calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H). The variation of the [Cl-]/[OH-] ratio in SPS was measured and the corrosion susceptibility of carbon steel in the SPS was investigated with potentiodynamic polarization, EIS and weight lose tests. The experimental results showed that for the SPS at pH 12.5, as the amount of C-S-H increases, the [Cl-]/[OH-] ratio increases thereby causing an increase in the corrosion susceptibility of the steel. While for the SPS at pH 9.7, with increasing C-S-H amount, the drop amplitudes of both [Cl-]/[OH-] ratio and steel corrosion rate first decrease and then increase, and a 3% C-S-H addition shows the best inhibition effect. XPS results demonstrate that after C-S-H treating in pH 12.5 SPS the [Fe3+]/[Fe2+] ratio in the film on steel surface is reduced while in pH 9.7 SPS the [Fe3+]/[Fe2+] ratio is increased. The different effects of the C-S-H amount on the two SPSs and the steel corrosion behavior result from the influences of C-S-H on the SPS pH, which is related to the composition of the SPS.

Doubanjiang-meju, a major ingredient of Chinese fermented food for several centuries, is produced using broad bean, wheat flour and salt. In this study, we investigated prokaryotic community succession and metabolite changes using high-throughput sequencing and 1H-NMR methods. After 35 days, bacterial communities, except Lactobacillus and Acinetobacter, were relatively stable until the end of fermentation, and consisted predominantly of the genera Tetragenococcus, Lactobacillus, Staphylococcus, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas and Streptococcus. Glucose, arabinose, fructose and mannitol were identified as major sugars, lactate and acetate as major organic acids, and amino acids as the major nitrogen compounds present in doubanjiang-meju. Correlation analysis revealed important links between bacterial populations and metabolites, e.g., Pseudomonas was significantly correlated with 10 nitrogenous metabolites, while Streptococcus was significantly correlated with six carbonic metabolite and eight nitrogenous metabolites. These results not only revealed bacterial succession and dynamic changes in metabolites as well as pH and color, but also elucidated their relationships during the doubanjiang-meju fermentation.

A nosocomial cluster induced by co-infections with avian influenza A(H7N9) and A(H1N1)pdm09 (pH1N1) viruses occurred in 2 patients at a hospital in Zhejiang Province, China, in January 2014. The index case-patient was a 57-year-old man with chronic lymphocytic leukemia who had been occupationally exposed to poultry. He had co-infection with H7N9 and pH1N1 viruses. A 71-year-old man with polycythemia vera who was in the same ward as the index case-patient for 6 days acquired infection with H7N9 and pH1N1 viruses. Based on the current state’s emphasis on environmental governance, combined with a series of pollution problems faced by Dianchi Lake, traditional environmental governance methods do not have real-time effective information analysis and processing capabilities. Therefore, the construction of an information visualization system that meets Dianchi wastewater treatment is currently the general trend of environmental construction.In this paper, the (B/S) model system architecture is used to establish a WebGIS-based Dianchi basin wastewater treatment visualization system, which greatly improves the system’s interaction and development costs.The system database adopts the spatial database model of GeoDatabase, which well solves the correlation between spatial data and attribute data, and can display and analyze corresponding data according to the data format and attributes.It provides an accurate and efficient visualization platform system for Dianchi pollution treatment. The commissioning of this system has greatly improved the governance efficiency of the relevant management departments of Dianchi Lake, and provided reliable data support for the dynamic adjustment of the department’s governance strategy.

The correlation between the microhardness and microstructure features of anodic films on 2024 aluminum alloy formed in the mixed sulfuric acid/oxalic acid electrolyte was studied using micro-hardness tester and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the microhardness of the anodic film is influenced by the microstructure of the anodic film such as the film porosity, and the order and continuity of the hexagon columnar cells. The film microhardness increases as the porosity of the anodic film decreases and the order and continuity of the film cells increase. With the same current density, as the anodic film thickens with anodizing time, the film microhardness increases because the film porosity decreases and the order and continuity of the cells are also improved. Under the condition of the same anodizing time, as the current density increases, the film microhardness decreases due to the higher film porosity and the poorer order and continuity of the film cells. The film porosity increases because the increased current density can accelerate the oxidation reaction, strengthen the filed-assisted dissolution and the heating effect in the anodic film, resulting in decreased film order and continuity.
