Koperasi Telkomsel (Kisel) as a business of selling and distributing telecommunication products, need to adapt and formulate new strategies in changes of telecommunications sector as a result of customer behavior and the Covid-19 pandemic effects. The aims of this research are to formulate Kisel’s strategy, starting from environment analysis, formulate alternative strategy, and create strategy priority in sales and distribution of telecommunication products changes. This research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative research methods with primary data collection techniques from 31 respondents through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), as well as using secondary data from internal data and literature studies. The selection of respondents was carried out deliberately (purposive sampling) considering that the selected respondents have experience and expertise in their fields and have the authority to determine policies and operational decisions. From this research, the results of the identification and analysis of environmental factors were obtained with an Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) value of 2.74 and an External Factors Evaluation (EFE) of 3.04. These results are in the build & growth quadrant of IE Matrix with intensive strategies such as market penetration, market development, product development and integration strategies. From the SWOT analysis and QSPM decision-making technique, Kisel’s four strategic initiatives and priorities were obtained, such as maintaining and securing existing businesses, strengthening business infrastructure and digital business foundations, strengthening and developing core businesses and expanding non-captive market businesses. The purpose of this study was to analyze and design the design of the kleder work on cattle transportation in the Camara Nusantara Livestock Ship. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis method by conducting observations, documentation, literature studies, and direct interviews with the objects studied in the field. Primary data is obtained from the main actors and secondary data through observation, documentation, and literature. The work design was designed following the Mader-Clark approach and the cattle distribution chain was presented in the form of a flow chart. Based on the results of this study indicate that the kleder in the Camara Nusantara Livestock Ship does not yet have a design work and has not applied the job description and specifications of the work needed. This is indicated by the absence of work competency standards which are used as work guidelines so that the team does not carry out duties in accordance with their duties and authority on the Camara Nusantara Livestock Ship. Cow distribution chain that uses transportation The Camara Nusantara cattle ship has three distribution models. The most efficient distribution model is through breeders, cattle fattening companies, slaughterhouses, and consumers.

ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) will be implemented at the early 2016 referred to the agreement signed by all ASEAN countries' leaders. One of the agreement content is the free flow of skilled labor including Human Resources (HR) professional. Indonesia's HR practitioners are not fully ready to face this upcoming more open competition. HR professional competency in Indonesia needs to be examined deeply to find its existence to be seen from HR practitioners' point of view. This research uses descriptive statistic method to map ideas, perceptions, and opinions from HR practitioners pertaining their competencies. Respondents come from Jabodetabek area and the big cities in Java Island due to the main location of private companies. Sampling frame is purposive non random sampling to cover members of Indonesia HR Management Association via online questionnaire study. There are 250 respondents who filled the questionnaries completely. Research findings show that the educational background of Indonesia's HR practitioners is various and dominated by Management, then followed by Psychology, Technic, and Law. HR evolution in Indonesia indicates mostly being exposed in administration dan industrial relations (35%), 21% has been involved in strategic decision making process, and 20% has demonstrated as strategic partner and change agent. HR competency standard and its development and certification programs are perceived very important and urgent to be developed further, although the uqualization of development opportunity is not well distributed across Indonesia areas. Organization/company has already showed significant recognition to HR profession by giving the highest position at director level (34,8%), General Manager (14%), and Manager (32,4%). More than half respondent stated not ready to face the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), however the acceleration process of HR practitioners' competency development program needs to be done in order to enhance the competitiveness in regional and global competition.

Institut Pertanian Bogor adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Negeri terbaik di Indoneisa memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mencetak para wirausaha. Berwirausaha bukanlah perkara yang mudah oleh karena itu dibutuhkan mental yang kuat dalam menjalani wirausaha. Kecerdasan spiritual menjadi kunci dalam membentuk mental seseorang. Orang-orang yang memiliki kecerdasan spiritual yang tinggi akan mampu mengambil hikmah dalam kehidupannya. Kecerdasan spiritual menurut Bowell adalah kecerdasan yang mampu mengarahkan kehidupan menjadi lebih berharga. Orang-orang yang memiliki kecerdasan spiritual yang tinggi akan mampu menghadapi kehidupan dengan lebih tenang dalam kondisi apapun. Kecerdasan spiritual tersebut akan berdampak positif terhadap kegiatan berwirausaha seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa S1 IPB menggunakan metode regresi linear.
