Big data is valuable, but to mining the value of big data is similar to the waves in panning. This value not once discovery, it requires a continuous change process, such as video monitoring, producing 24 hours of video every day, most of the data is no value, may be a few seconds to capture shots to a certain physical characteristics of offenders, is precious to the public security sector, for those few seconds, 24 hours all data must be save. This is a typical feature of the big data, low density high value. The store-then-prcess batch processing is more in line with big data processing requirement. Big data will become part of the modern social infrastructure gradually, like roads, railways, ports, utilities and communications networks as indispensable. Big data is not only because of possession and exhausted, but also with the use and dissemination of the continuous enrichment and growth. As you can imagine, the data will be the future of DNA. But having the data volume, quality and application will form a significant segment of data resources and competitive advantage. Therefore, big data will become the countries for the next strategic frontier. With the rise of "smart economy", collecting data, master data, and use data will become the country's core competitiveness of enterprises. According to the big data storage mode, the data and information always back and forth on the layer of processing and storage converted, get the information from the data, the information can also be obtained from the new data. Pineal organ of the lamprey, Lampetra japonica, is essential to keep the circadian locomotor activity rhythm as previously reported. In this paper, we tried to show that an endogenous oscillator is located and is working in the pineal organ. When the pineal organs were excised and cultured in a plastic tube with M199 medium at 20 degrees C, melatonin secretion rhythms were clearly observed under both light-dark and continuous dark conditions. The circadian secretion of melatonin continued for more than five cycles under the continuous dark condition. This indicates that the pineal organ has an endogenous oscillator and that the melatonin secretion rhythm is controlled by this oscillator. These findings suggest the possibility that the locomotor activity rhythm of the lamprey is under the control of the oscillator in the pineal organ.

A rapid pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) and high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detection and mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-MS) method for the simultaneous determination of one flavonoid (panasenoside), nine saponins (ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rf, Rg2, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rb3 and Rd) and two polyacetylenes (panaxydol and panaxynol) in folium ginseng and radix ginseng was developed. A Prevail C(18) rocket column (33 mm x 7 mm, 3.0 microm) and gradient elution were used during the analysis. Flavonoid was quantified at 355 nm, and saponins and polyacetylenes were determined at 203 nm. The chromatographic peaks of 12 investigated compounds in samples were unambiguously identified by compared their UV spectra and/or MS data with the related reference compounds. All calibration curves showed good linearity (r>0.999) within the test ranges. The intra- and inter-day variations for 12 analytes were less than 1.17% and 2.17%, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to determine the investigated compounds in 10 samples of radix ginseng and folium ginseng, respectively. The result showed that PLE combined with rocket column HPLC analysis could provide a rapid method for analysis of compounds in traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs), which is helpful to comprehensive evaluation of quality of radix ginseng and folium ginseng.

A new multiple columns HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 16 characteristic components, 5 nucleobases and nucleosides (uracil, cytidine, uridine, guanosine and adenosine), and 11 saponins (notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, notoginsenoside R4, notoginsenoside Fa, ginsenoside Rb1, notoginsenoside R2, ginsenoside Rg2, ginsenoside Rh1, ginsenoside Rd and notoginsenoside K), in the root of Panax notoginseng, a valued traditional Chinese medicinal herb, were developed. Notoginsenoside R4, Fa and K were first quantitatively determined in P. notoginseng. The 5 nucleobases and nucleosides compounds were separated on a Zorbax SB-Aq column (150 x 4.6 mm, 5.0 microm) and 11 saponins were analyzed using a Zorbax Bonus-RP column (150 x 4.6 mm, 5.0 microm) with column switching. The column temperature was set at 30 degrees C. Mobile phase was composed of 5mM ammonium acetate aqueous (A), water (B) and acetonitrile (C) using a gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.5 mL/min and detection wavelengths were set at 260 nm for nucleobases and nucleosides, and 203 nm for saponins. The developed method had good repeatability and sensitivity for quantification of 16 analytes with overall precision (including intra- and inter-day) less than 3% (RSD), and LOD and LOQ were less than 1.33 microg/mL and 5.12 microg/mL, respectively. The method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of 16 analytes in 15 samples of P. notoginseng collected from different places of China, which indicated that multiple columns HPLC can be used for comprehensive quality control of P. notoginseng.

Multi resonance is highly possible to appear inside conductive and radiated frequency range. This paper presents simplified equivalent circuit model used to study the resonance phenomenon in switching mode power supply (SMPS). Indeed, the electromagnetic interference (EMI) caused by a resonance is a critical factor, and is a source of the high conducted EMI that physically affects the tested AC/DC converter used for telecom applications (to comply with the standard EN300 386 conducted emission requirements). The proposed equivalent circuit model contains essential couplings, parasitic elements, and sources occurred in the common mode current path. This series resonance circuit is primarily composed of input cables; equivalent voltage source and the intentional parameters of the converter are examined theoretically. Experimental results are presented to confirm the cause.

To build a simple model for conducted common mode current in switching circuit a computer software based on partial element equivalent circuit (PEEC) method is used to calculate the parasitic elements of the printed circuit board (PCB). Simulation results agree well with experimental results up to 10 MHz.

Common mode current causes EMI in switching power supply. An inductor in a switching power supply is often connected to a node with high dv/dt and its influence on overall common mode current is investigated. In the present work it is discovered that an inductor does not produce much common mode noise compared to a MOSFET terminal. This is because the inductor core attracts an electric field from the windings and its capacitance to earth is reduced compared to one without a core. Simulation and experimental results, based on the emission map of the printed circuit board (PCB), are presented to clarify the ideas.

Typical boost PFC power converters generate serious common mode interference that is the dominant radiated EMI mechanism. A novel boost converter with an auxiliary anti-phase winding of the boost inductor which exhibits an extraordinary low common mode noise level is presented in this paper. The size and cost of the common mode choke are reduced. A common mode model of the proposed circuit is developed to analyze the effect of noise attenuation, and design issues are discussed. Experimental results show this approach makes a significant contribution to reduce the common mode noise level.

Parasitic capacitance between PCB traces have a severe influence on the EMC performance of switching mode power supplies. A novel layout approach based on field mapping is proposed to reduce crosstalk problems early in the PCB design stage and emission maps offer valuable visual aids to engineers. Simulation and experiments are carried out to verify this idea and software is developed to help engineers layout noisy and victim traces.
