Objective To evaluate the mind-mapping combined with scenario simulation method in clinical teaching and training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills of nursing students. Methods A total of 24 nursing students who participated in the internship in the Emergency Medicine Department were randomly divided into the control group and study group, with 12 students in each group. Routine teaching methods by using multimedia courseware were adopted in the control group, while the mind-mapping combined with scenario simulation method was used in the study group. Nursing students’ theoretical knowledge, pracitical skills and ciritcal thinking ability were measured. Results Nursing students in the study group achieved higher scores of theoretical knowledge (theory paper) and practical skills compared to those in the control group (P<0. 01). There were remarkable increase in the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version Scales in both two groups after training, and scores of each subscale in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion Adopting the mind-mapping combined with scenario simulation method in clinical teaching and training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is effective in improving nursing students’ interest in learning and critical thinking ability. (目的 探讨思维导图联合情景模拟的教学方式在实习护生心肺复苏急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法 选取 2022年7月—2023年4月在北京中医药大学第三附属医院急诊科实习的护士24例作为研究对象, 随机分为对照组和演技组, 各12例。对照组采用传统培训模式, 以多媒体、PPT课件为主要方式对护士进行培训; 研究组采用思维导图联合情景模拟对护生急救技能进行培训。对两组护生心肺复苏理论、实践操作及批判性思维进行综合评价。结果 研究组护生理论成绩、实践操作考核成绩得分均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01); 培训结束后, 两组CTDI-CV量表各项能力均较培训前提升, 且研究组CTDI-CV量表各项能力评分优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 将思维导图与情景模拟相结合应用于实习护生心肺复苏急救技能培训中, 能激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性, 促进批判性思维能力的发展。)
