With the widespread application of ceramic matrix composites in hot end components of advanced aeroengines，it becomes particularly important to conduct efficient and accurate nondestructive characterization of defects/ damages formed during the whole life cycle. Due to the complex preparation and forming process of ceramic matrix composites and the high heterogeneity and anisotropy caused by multiphase composite，the traditional nondestructive testing technology based on the assumption of global homogenization faces many challenges. Based on the application of ceramic matrix composites in aeroengine field，the typical defect/damage types and characteristics in the whole life cycle of ceramic matrix composites are analyzed. The research progress and application of nondestructive characterization techniques of ceramic matrix composites in recent years are reviewed，the main challenges faced by existing nondestructive characterization techniques are summarized，and the future development trend is prospected.

The efficient removal of low concentration, recalcitrant, and highly toxic organic heavy metal complexes in industrial wastewater is a hot issue in the field of heavy metal pollution control. Adsorption method has received considerable attention in the treatment of organic heavy metal complexes pollution due to its advantages of low cost, high efficiency and easy operation. This paper elaborated on the development situation and research progress of mainstream adsorbents in recent years in the field of removing typical EDTA-complexed heavy metals in water, commented on the advantages and disadvantages of different types of adsorbents and corresponding performance optimization methods, and summarized the reaction mechanisms of relevant adsorbents. The advantages and limitations of traditional organic heavy metal complexes pollution treatment technology and current new adsorption technology were compared, which provided a beneficial reference for reasonable selection of the best type of adsorbent in complex environments. The application performance and development potential of new adsorbents in the field of actual wastewater treatment contaminated with organic heavy metal complexes were listed. The priorities of future research and development directions of new adsorbents were envisioned to provide reference for the treatment of wastewater containing organic heavy metal complexes by adsorption.

AIM:To compare the corneal refractive power and visual quality after three kinds of corneal refractive surgery: laser subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK), transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy(TransPRK)and femtosecond laser assisted in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK).METHODS: Retrospective study. A total of 232 patients(464 eyes)who underwent elective corneal refractive surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the LASEK group of 70 cases(140 eyes), TransPRK group of 76 cases(152 eyes), and FS-LASIK group of 86 cases(172 eyes)according to the different surgical choices made by the patients. Uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA), visual quality, biomechanical stability, tear film break-up time(BUT), Schirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠt)and quality of life were compared among the three groups at 1 and 3 mo postoperatively.RESULTS: The UCVA of the three groups significantly improved at 1 and 3 mo postoperatively, the total high-order aberrations, spherical aberration, horizontal coma, and vertical coma of the entire cornea were significantly increased, while the biomechanical stability in all three groups were significantly reduced(all P0.05).CONCLUSION:In the treatment of ametropia, LASEK, TransPRK and FS-LASIK all have certain effects, and have similar results in improving UCVA and increasing visual quality. However, TransPRK and LASEK have more stable biomechanical properties than FS-LASIK, and have better efficacy in improving patients' quality of life.

The combination method of numerical simulation and experimental verification was used to optimize the current evaluation method of tear strength of rubber unnicked angle test piece. Firstly, the tear energy at angle position of rubber test piece with different clamp distances was simulated by the simulation software, and then advanced video extensometer-digital image correlation analysis software was used to obtain the strain distribution cloud nephograms and the multi-location strain curves of the test piece with time. A new method was proposed to evaluate comprehensively the unnicked angle tear property by combining strain distribution cloud nephogram and corrected tear strength, and the method applicability was verified by the tear strength test of pure natural rubber and natural rubber/synthetic rubber blends. The results showed that the tensile degree of the non-effective test region and the tear energy at angle position were all different with the different clamp distances, when the other para-meters of the test piece were the same, which increased the volatility of the test results. Compared with the standard currently in effect, the variation coefficient of parallel test results could be reduced by using the corrected tear strength, and the test results was positively correlated with the carbon black dispersion in the vulcanizates.

Objective·To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and malignant tumors based on the Shanghai community elderly cohort.Methods·The study subjects were selected from the Shanghai community elderly cohort established from February to August 2019, with a total of 17 948 people. The study subjects were divided into 4 groups according to self-reported presence or absence of tumors and/or cardiovascular diseases during the baseline survey: tumor-free and non-cardiovascular disease group, single cardiovascular disease group, single tumor group and tumor cardiovascular disease co-occurrence group. The differences among the four groups of subjects were collected and compared in terms of demographic characteristics and physiological indicators, daily living habits (smoking, drinking tea, drinking coffee, drinking carbonated drink, drinking alcohol, sedentary time, physical activity level and sleep quality), past medical history, psychological status (depression and anxiety) and dietary compliance.Results·Among the study subjects, 60.1% of tumor patients were complicated with cardiovascular diseases. Objective To report and analyze the clinical features of the first documented case in China of anti-neurofilament heavy chain (NfH) antibody-associated encephalitis. Methods and Results A 63-year-old female presented with cognitive impairment, recurrent epileptic episodes, and aphasia. Head MRI showed multiple abnormal signals in bilateral frontal and parietal lobes, and slight swelling in some gyri, dilatation of the supratentorial ventricular system and brain atrophy, especially in bilateral temporal lobes and hippocampus. 18F-DPA714 PET/MRI showed abnormal uptake in multiple brain regions in the frontal, temporal, parietal and occipital lobes, suggesting neuroinflammation in the brain. EEG showed frequent epileptiform discharges. Cerebrospinal fluid white cell count and glucose were elevated. Serum and cerebrospinal fluid antibodies related to autoimmune encephalitis were negative. Serum tissue-based indirect immunofluorescence assay showed cerebellar neurofilament-like fluorescence surrounding Purkinje cells, further detection of neurofilament protein-related antibodies, it suggested high titer of serum NfH-IgG (1∶1000). The patient was diagnosed with anti-NfH antibody-associated encephalitis. After treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone, the prognosis was improved. Conclusions Anti-NfH antibody - associated encephalitis is a rare and clinically complex condition. The myriad of symptoms complicates early diagnosis and differential identification. Early initiation of immunomodulatory therapy may offer prognostic advantages.

To address the challenge of solving the zero-pole of transcendental equation for distributed power station with simultaneous consideration of two factors， i.e.， dq-axis coupling and line distribution parameter， an impedance model for distributed power station considering the two factors is established. This paper proposes a matrix-determinant zero-pole solution method for transcendental equation using Padé approximation and provides detailed steps for calculating the zero-pole distribution of the transfer function. Furthermore，it analyzes the impact of the two factors on harmonic instability analysis in the system under different scenarios. The research demonstrates that the proposed method can accurately analyze harmonic instability issues when these two factors are considered simultaneously. And ignoring one of the two factors may result in the misjudgment of stability， and considering the line distribution parameter is a necessary prerequisite for solving the amplification point of high-frequency harmonics. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation.

Flavor compounds are important indicators of edible quality and nutritional value of corn. The quality deterioration of corn during storage is closely related to its flavor compounds. Corn samples harvested in four years from 2019 to 2022 were detected by solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS/MS), and multivariate statistical analysis of flavor compounds relative content was carried out by principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis. The results showed that 129 volatile flavor compounds were detected in corn, including alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, benzenes, heterocycles, acids, ethers, hydrocarbons and phenols. The multivariate statistical analysis showed that volatile flavor compounds and storage years of corn were correlated. According to the importance of variable projection, 47 compounds had significant diversity between corn samples with various storage years. Among them, the relative contents of 1-octen-3-ol, neryl butyrate and 2-pentylfuran increased with the extension of corn storage years, while the relative content of pantolactone, methyl octanoate and 2-acetylfuran decreased with the extension of corn storage years. These 6 compounds were identified as characteristic differential compounds. The partial least squares discriminant analysis classification model was constructed, and had good discrimination for corn storage years (R2=0.99, Q2=0.97, prediction accuracy was 1). The model will provide technical means for dynamic monitoring of corn storage quality, which is of great significance for ensurance national food security and reduce grain loss.

Research in intelligent drug delivery systems within the field of biomedicine promises to enhance drug efficacy at disease sites and reduce associated side effects. Mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs), characterized by their large specific surface area, appropriate pore size, and excellent biocompatibility, have garnered significant attention as one of the most effective carriers for drug delivery. The hydroxyl groups on their surface are active functional groups, facilitating easy functionalization. The installation of controllable molecular machines on the surface of mesoporous silica to construct nanovalves represents a crucial advancement in developing intelligent drug delivery systems (DDSs) and addressing the issue of premature drug release. In this review, we compile several notable and illustrative examples of MSNs and discuss their varied applications in DDSs. These applications span regulated and progressive drug release mechanisms. MSNs hold the potential to enhance drug solubility, improve drug stability, and mitigate drug toxicity, attributable to their ease of functionalization. Furthermore, intelligent hybrid nanomaterials are being developed, featuring programmable properties that react to a broad spectrum of stimuli, including light, pH, enzymes, and redox triggers, through the use of molecular and supramolecular switches.

As the lightest metal structural materials, magnesium (Mg) alloys offer extensive application potential. Gadolinium (Gd), as the primary alloying element in Mg alloys and recognized for its notable thermal neutron capture cross-section, is considered one of the most efficient neutron absorbers. Thus, the Mg–Gd alloy is highly expected to emerge as a material with remarkable neutron absorption capacity. Hence, in this study, the thermal neutron-shielding capabilities of Mg–Gd alloys were comprehensively examined by fabricating four as-cast Mg–xGd alloys with varying compositions (x = 0, 5, 10, and 15 wt%). The obtained results were further corroborated by sophisticated modeling and calculations using SuperMC. The results revealed a direct correlation between the thermal neutron absorption capacity of the Mg–Gd alloys and the increase in Gd content, with a noteworthy neutron attenuation factor of 22.33. Moreover, in an Au ion irradiation experiment conducted at 200°C, the Mg–15Gd alloy exhibited exceptional radiation resistance, with a displacement per atom (dpa) of 10. The matrix and second-phase regions were devoid of any cavity formation. Instead, a finite number of dislocation rings were observed, forming both leaf-like and granular Gd-rich nanoscale precipitates. This study underscores the versatility of Mg–Gd alloys as efficient neutron shielding materials and structural materials tailored for applications demanding radiation resistance in diverse environments.

Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of serum 8 ‑ hydroxy deoxyguanosine (8 ‑ OHdG) and malondialdehyde (MDA) and cognitive dysfunction in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods From February 2021 to February 2022, 126 patients with PD in The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were divided into normal cognitive function group (PDN group, n = 41), mild cognitive impairment group (PD‑MCI group, n = 47) and Parkinson's disease dementia group (PDD group, n = 38), and 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group. Hoehn‑Yahr staging was used to evaluate the severity of patients with PD during the "close" period of anti‑PD drugs, and the motor function of patients with PD was evaluated by the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale Ⅲ (UPDRS Ⅲ). Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) was used to evaluate the severity of cognitive dysfunction at rest and in the "on" period of anti‑ PD drugs, and the serum 8 ‑ OHdG and MDA of PD patients and controls were collected. Pearson and partial correlation analyses were used to analyze the correlation between the levels of serum 8‑OHdG and MDA and MoCA score in PD patients. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to analyze the influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in PD patients. The efficacy analysis of serum 8‑OHdG and MDA levels in predicting the risk of cognitive dysfunction in PD patients was carried out by using receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve). Results The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the MoCA score and the duration (r = ‑ 0.241, P = 0.007), Hoehn‑Yahr staging (r = ‑ 0.333, P = 0.007), 8‑OHdG (r = ‑ 0.310, P = 0.000) and MDA (r = ‑ 0.291, P = 0.004) in PD patients. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the elevated levels of 8‑OHdG (OR = 1.335, 95%CI: 1.137-1.568; P = 0.000) and MDA (OR = 2.928, 95%CI: 1.676-5.115; P = 0.000) were risk factors for cognitive dysfunction in PD patients. The results of ROC curve showed the areas under the curve of 8‑OHdG, MDA and their combination in predicting cognitive dysfunction in PD patients were 0.831 (95%CI: 0.761-0.902, P = 0.000), 0.846 (95%CI: 0.775-0.916, P = 0.000) and 0.922 (95%CI: 0.878-0.966, P = 0.000), respectively. Conclusions The detection of 8‑OHdG and MDA in peripheral blood is expected to be a serum marker to evaluate the severity of cognitive dysfunction in patients with PD, and to predict cognitive dysfunction in patients with PD.

In the process of aircraft structure X-ray images evaluation，there are some problems such as inaccurate crack segmentation and difficult crack detection under complex background. An intelligent evaluation model （ELAN-Seg） for X-ray crack images of aircraft structures is proposed based on efficient layer aggregation network. The ELAN-Seg model is compared with the DeepLabv3+ model in the crack segmentation ability of the Xray images. Combined with image processing technology，the crack length of model segmentation is evaluated，and the model is verified by X-ray images acquired during aircraft strength test and field maintenance. The results show that the segmented minimum crack length is about 3 mm，the ELAN-Seg model is more accurate in crack segmentation of complex background X-ray images，and the crack detection rate is less than 3.8%. The proposed model has engineering applicability.

Structured light projection provides a promising approach to achieving fast and non-contact three-dimensional (3D) imaging. The resolution is a crucial index that represents security and accuracy in applications such as face recognition and robot vision. It depends on the density of dots in the projection. However, further improving the density of dots in the current system must be at the cost of speed or volume. Here, an all-dielectric ultra-thin metasurface is designed and fabricated to project a multi-wavelength dot array. The density of dots is improved because projected dots with different wavelengths fill the gaps with each other. The experimental results demonstrate that the multi-wavelength projection improves the resolution of 3D imaging. Furthermore, the multi-wavelength system is beneficial to measuring a surface with varying colors. The approach has the potential to achieve a new generation of high-resolution systems for tiny fluctuations and colorful 3D imaging in dark environments.

Ecological restoration zoning is the concept of carrying out ecological restoration scientifically. In existing zoning studies, an effective technical solution is to use ecosystem service supply and ecological security pattern analysis as starting points. These studies have mostly focused on the negative ecological effects of high-intensity human activities and are still essentially focused on at-risk areas. Zoning is used for identification, the potential for effective regional ecological restoration is not considered systematically, and there is insufficient support for the theory and practice of ecological restoration. However, ecological restoration is a product of human society and economic processes of input and output. In addition to accurately identifying ecological risk areas, research on restoration zones should also consider regional ecological protection policies and economic differences to increase investment in environmental protection and improve the effectiveness of ecological protection in a targeted manner. Based on the current paradigm, the spatio-temporal matching of social economy and natural resources is taken into consideration, to realize the optimization of an ecological restoration zoning technical scheme. Taking the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as an example, a regional framework for the ecological restoration of land space based on ecological background pattern and potential was constructed. The results show that ecosystem services have declined significantly in the past ten years, and there are areas with good natural resilience and strong support from protection policies. Township as the unit of ecological restoration zoning. 1) The ecological maintenance area accounts for 7.7% of the total area, and focus should be on comprehensive improvement to promote economic and ecological sustainability. 2) The ecological protection area accounts for 44.5%, and focus should be on protection and stronger policy control. 3) The ecological improvement area account for 11.9%, and diversified and continuous maintenance measures should be adopted to strengthen the redundancy of regional ecological network. 4) The ecological restoration area accounts for 35.9%, and the priority for restoration should be areas with high natural resilience and policy support, and should mainly comprise long-term restoration projects. The coordinated restoration area has a high natural restoration; however, the policy support is insufficient. Cooperation with higher-level governments or with regional joint governance should be initiated to improve efficiency of the overall restoration in the region.

Purpose This study investigates whether virtual distant viewing technology can prevent nearwork-induced ocular parameter changes. Methods Twenty-six volunteers read a textbook on one day and the same content on a virtual distant viewing display on another day based on a randomization sequence, with both reading sessions at 33 cm for 4 hours. Visual acuity, diopter, ocular biology, visual fatigue, and accommodative function before and after the nearwork, as well as the number of pages read, were recorded. Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease that leads to the formation of atherosclerotic plaques in arterial walls, which can eventually result in cardiovascular diseases. It has been confirmed that the imbalance in the polarization of M1-type pro-inflammatory and M2-type anti-inflammatory macrophages in AS plaques is closely related to plaque instability and the development of cardiovascular diseases like AS-related heart and cerebrovascular diseases. Triptolide (TP) is a promising drug for the treatment of AS due to its anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative effects. However, its poor solubility and lack of specificity limit its clinical application. We developed a targeted delivery system for TP to M1-type macrophages using mesoporous polydopamine (MPDA) nanospheres modified with the LyP-1 peptide. We then observed the performance of this targeted delivery system and explored its regulatory effects on macrophage polarization in AS. The results showed that the LYP-1-modified MPDA-TP delivery system had an average encapsulation rate of 66.5%, a drug loading capacity of 4.5%, and an average diameter of 250 nm. It exhibited excellent targeting ability and drug release rate towards target cells. LYP-MPDA-TP was capable of inhibiting the proportion of M1 macrophages induced by oxidized low-density lipoprotein stimulation in mouse macrophages, promoting apoptosis in M1-type macrophages significantly, and demonstrating a significant inhibitory effect on AS in experimental animals. The LYP-1 peptide-modified MPDA delivery system provides a new approach for TP treatment of AS and an important theoretical basis and methodological reference for the design of targeted delivery systems for anti-AS nanoparticles.

Background/Aim. Stroke-associated infection is the most common and most serious complication of ischemic stroke (IS), which is the most important cause of death and disability in humans. The aim of the study was to determine the predictive value of nutrition risk score – Controlling Nutritional Status (CONUT) combined with Age, Atrial Fibrillation, Dysphagia, Sex, Stroke Severity (A2DS2) scale for post-IS infection (PISI) in IS patients. Methods. This retrospective study analyzed the clinical data of 333 IS patients admitted to the Emergency Department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from December 2017 to April 2019. Patients were divided into the NoPISI group (244 cases) and the PISI group (89 cases) based on whether they had a PISI. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify independent risk factors for PISI. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to evaluate the accuracy of different variables in predicting the outcome. Results. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the CONUT score [odds ratio (OR) = 1.321, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.040–1.677, p < 0.05] and age (OR = 1.026, 95%CI: 1.004–1.048, p < 0.05) were independent influencing factors for PISI. With the increase of the CONUT score, the proportion of PISI increased. Area under the ROC curve for predicting PISI was 0.651, 0.696, and 0.725 for CONUT, A2DS2, and CONUT plus A2DS2, respectively. Conclusion. Combining the CONUT score and A2DS2 scale enhances their predictability of PISI, thereby serving as a valuable tool for early risk assessment and clinical intervention.

This study aimed to clarify the role of la-related protein 1 (LARP1) in cell cycle progression and metastatic behavior of cultured gastric carcinoma (GC) cells. To do that, LARP1 expression was detected in clinical GC tissues and cell lines using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and western blotting. The cell viability, apoptosis, cell cycle, migration, invasion, and cell growth were examined using a Cell Counting Kit-8, Annexin V-FITC staining, propidium iodide staining, Transwell migration and invasion assays, and colony formation assays after LARP1 knockdown. Phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase (PI3K) and AKT1 mRNA and protein expression levels of PI3K, p-AKT1, AKT1, p-BAD, p-mTOR, and p21 in si-LARP1 transfected GC cells were determined using qRT-PCR and western blotting. Here, we've shown that LARP1 expression was upregulated in human GC tissues and KATO III cells. LARP1 knockdown inhibited GC cell proliferation, cell cycle progression, migration, invasion, and colony formation and promoted apoptosis. In si-LARP1-transfected KATO III cells, the mRNA expression levels of PI3K and AKT1, PI3K protein expression, and the p-AKT1/AKT1 ratio were significantly suppressed. p-mTOR and p-BAD were significantly decreased, whereas p21 was significantly increased in si-LARP1-transfected KATO III cells. In conclusion LARP1 knockdown induces apoptosis and inhibits cell cycle progression and metastatic behavior via PI3K/AKT1 signaling in GC cells.

Patent foramen ovale (PFO) is closely related to neurological diseases such as stroke, migraine, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and decompression sickness (DCS). It has been suggested that PFO closure could be effectively prevent and treat these neurological diseases. This article focus on exploration of the pathogenesis, epidemiology and clinical characteristics of neurological diseases related to PFO, and to discuss the potential complexity and future development of PFO closure for the treatment of these diseases. The aim is to provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases related to PFO.

Grain temperature is one of the most important factors that affect the safety of grain storage. In order to reveal the distribution rule of grain storage temperature field in semi-underground double-storey squat silos(SUDSSS), the mathematical analysis models of the grain piles of the ground squat silo and the underground silo are established respectively in this paper, and the validity of the models is verified by the field test results. A numerical model of the SUDSSS was established. Through numerical analysis, the temperature field variation rule of the grain pile during the 1-year static storage of the SUDSSS after low-temperature grain storage was acquired by numerical analysis. The research demonstrates that the grain temperature within 2 m of the above-ground part of the SUDSSS close to the silo wall varies significantly because of the influence of the outside air temperature, and the temperature from 10.62 to 27.37 ℃. The grain temperature in the underground part is in a quasi-low temperature state all the year round, and the average temperature does not exceed 17 ℃ of the temperature in the underground constant temperature zone. At the beginning of the winter, a heat accumulation area will be formed in the upper storey of the ground between 1 ~ 3 m from the warehouse wall in a short period of time, leading to a large temperature difference in the grain pile near the warehouse wall, and then the temperature in the peripheral area will slowly decrease, forming a ‘hot core and cold skin’, and the thermal insulation measures of the silo wall can effectively reduce the influence of temperature on the grain temperature. The highest grain temperature in the upper storey in summer is about 3.86 ℃, lower than that of the shallow silo without thermal insulation. The research results can provide technical support for the popularization and application of the SUDSSS.

By establishing the standard rack tool profile curve equation, using the VB.NET programming language to carry out secondary development in AutoCAD environment, the dynamic simulation program of the whole process of involute gears and root cutting is developed using the generating method to further study and explore the gear root cutting process and root cutting mechanism, and the maximum root cutting radius is accurately solved. The wrong conclusion that the maximum root cutting radius is equal to the distance between the center of rotation of the gear being machined and the intersection point between the top line of the tool teeth and the line of engagement is corrected. Based on this, the limiting conditions of the root cutting to the starting point of the working section of the big and small gear tooth profile and the interference at the root of the big and small gear are redetermined in the closed diagram selected by the displacement coefficient. Then the closure line chart of the modification coefficient selection can be drawn accurately.

One potential cause of cancer is genomic instability that arises in normal cells due to years of DNA damage in the body. The clinical application of radiotherapy and cytotoxic drugs to treat cancer is based on the principle of damaging the DNA of cancer cells. However, the benefits of these treatments also have negative effects on normal tissue. While there have been notable advancements in molecular-driven therapy and immunotherapy for colorectal cancer (CRC), a considerable portion of patients with advanced CRC do not experience any benefits from these treatments, leading to a poor prognosis. In recent years, targeted therapy aimed at suppressing the DNA damage response (DDR) in cancer cells has emerged as a potential treatment option for CRC patients, offering them more choices for treatment. Currently, the integration of DDR and clinical intervention remains in the exploratory phase. This review primarily elucidates the fundamental principles of DDR inhibitors, provides an overview of their current clinical application status in CRC, and discusses the advancements as well as limitations observed in relevant studies.

Abstract Background Breast cancer (BC) patients tend to suffer from distant metastasis, especially bone metastasis. Methods All the analysis based on open-accessed data was performed in R software, dependent on multiple algorithms and packages. The RNA levels of specific genes were detected using quantitative Real-time PCR as a method of detecting the RNA levels. To assess the ability of BC cells to proliferate, we utilized the CCK8 test, colony formation, and the 5-Ethynyl-20-deoxyuridine assay. BC cells were evaluated for invasion and migration by using Transwell assays and wound healing assays. Results In our study, we identified the molecules involved in BC bone metastasis based on the data from multiple BC cohorts. Then, we comprehensively investigated the effect pattern and underlying biological role of these molecules. We found that in the identified molecules, the EMP1, ACKR3, ITGA10, MMP13, COL11A1, and THY1 were significantly correlated with patient prognosis and mainly expressed in CAFs. Therefore, we explored the CAFs in the BC microenvironment. Results showed that CAFs could activate multiple carcinogenic pathways and most of these pathways play an important role in cancer metastasis. Meanwhile, we noticed the interaction between CAFs and malignant, endothelial, and M2 macrophage cells. Moreover, we found that CAFs could induce the remodeling of the BC microenvironment and promote the malignant behavior of BC cells. Then, we identified MMP13 for further analysis. It was found that MMP13 can enhance the malignant phenotype of BC cells. Meanwhile, biological enrichment and immune infiltration analysis were conducted to present the effect pattern of MMP13 in BC. Conclusions Our result can improve the understanding of researchers on the underlying mechanisms of BC bone metastasis.

The modular multilevel converter (MMC) suffers from low output level and high harmonic distortion in medium-/low-voltage applications such as direct current (DC) distribution networks. In addition, the capacitor voltage of MMC is coupled with DC bus voltage in the traditional modulation method, leading to large fluctuations of capacitor voltages and deviation from the rated value under DC bus voltage margin. In order to solve the problems above, this paper proposes an improved nearest level control method, which can increase the output level of medium-/low-voltage MMCs by introducing a step wave correction. Based on the proposed modulation method, a capacitor voltage feedback control is thus proposed to limit the range of capacitor voltage fluctuations and improve equipment safety. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation and real-time digital simulation system hardware-in-the-loop test.

According to the parameters and geometric dimensions of the gear, the parametric equations of the transition curve and involute line of the root cutting gear are established based on the principle of machining the gear with the generating method, the tooth shape diagram of the root cutting gear is accurately drawn, and the minimum chord tooth thickness and maximum root cutting radius are accurately calculated with the Matlab software. It provides a reliable basis for establishing the finite element model of the root cutting gear, quantifying the relationship between the bending fatigue strength and the displacement coefficient of the root cutting gear, determining the best displacement coefficient of the root cutting gear, and studying the feasibility of the use of the root cutting gear in the industrial production.

Objective·To compare the physical activities of stroke population and non-stroke population based on the baseline survey of the elderly population cohort in Shanghai communities, and explore the participation in different types of physical activities of stroke population.Methods·The subjects were screened from Shanghai Community Elderly Cohort constructed from February to August, 2019 according to the admission criteria. The subjects were divided into non-stroke group and stroke group according to whether they had reported a history of stroke by themselves, and the two groups were matched 2 to 1 by controlling age and sex with propensity score matching. The baseline characteristics of the two groups were collected, and the physical activities related to sports, transportation and housework in the last week were investigated with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the subjects. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were used to evaluate anxiety and depression of the subjects, respectively. The above characteristics were compared between the stroke group and non-stroke group, and the participation of different types of physical activities were compared between the two groups by multivariate Logistic regression model.Results·Among the 17 948 people included, there were 993 (5.5%) in the stroke group and 16 955 (94.5%) in the non-stroke group. After propensity score matching, there were 1 984 people (66.7%) in the non-stroke group and 992 people (33.3%) in the stroke group. This study aims to compare and analyze how perception of community resilience in Shanghai changed between two periods of city lockdown, one imposed from January to March 2020 and the other April to June 2022 and the key factors affecting such change. The Communities Advancing Resilience Toolkit Assessment (CART) Survey was used in the study. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that: (1) In 2022, when the pandemic impact was more severe and lockdown measures stricter compared to 2020, the perceived level of community resilience was lower. (2) During the two periods of lockdown, community engagement had a consistent impact on the perception of community resilience. In 2022, formal support provided by local organizations and institutions and residents' participation in affiliated volunteer groups had a significantly positive influence on the perception of community resilience. (3) During the wave of infection in 2022, factors such as the convenience of government-provided emergency services and the adequacy of emergency supplies had a significant positive impact on the perception of community resilience. (4) Whether an individual was COVID-19 positive or a close contact had a significant negative impact on community resilience. An individual's income level had no significant impact on the perception of community resilience.

"Red songs" record the stories of family and country in a specific time and space and are grand narratives that spread the spirit of the Chinese nation, build collective memory, and trigger emotional resonance. Based on humanistic epistemology, this study constructs a theoretical framework for the interpretation of spatio-temporal narratives of texts. The text of red songs and the network hot comments are selected as the research objects. From the narrative perspective of chronological order and spatial structure, grounded theory, natural language processing method, and the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model are adopted to explore the spatial and temporal meaning construction of the grand narrative under the scale of the family and the country. Additionally, the study investigates the internalization of the value mechanism of the emotional arousal and output of the creators of the text and the audience across the space and time is also investigated. The results reveal the following: (1) Red song lyrics can be categorized into four dimensions: time, space, memory, and spirit. The spatio-temporal performance of the red songs can be recognized as the stories of the family and the country that occurred in different spatial scales, such as body, place and region, during the periods of the New Democratic Revolution, socialist construction, reform and opening up, and the new era. This resulted in a condensing of the spatio-temporal course of revolution, resistance, liberation, struggle, and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation over the past hundred years. (2) The spatio-temporal dimension records the main vein of collective spatial practice and becomes the basic element of representation. The memory and spiritual dimensions are the core meaning of the representation, demonstrating that the spatio-temporal factor carries the national memory through the collective practice and metaphorically represents the spirit of resistance and struggle. (3) The red songs network hot comments are closely integrated with the four dimensions of the narrative text, presenting the audience's reception of the information transmitted by each dimension of the text and the internalization of values in the spiritual realm. Value internalization is manifested in a series of processes such as the reception, comparison, superposition, reconstruction, and sublimation of multidimensional information by the audience. This realizes the transmission and interaction of emotions across time and space between the text's creator and the reader, leading to construction of thoughts and consciousness aligned with the mainstream societal values. (4) The mechanism of value internalization is a chain reaction of political discourse, cultural genes, and modernity acting together in the media, education, subject, and society. Among these, political discourse is the guide, cultural genes are the driver, and modernity is the catalyst. The study of spatio-temporal interpretation of the red song lyrics is not limited to the objective existence attributes of spatio-temporal, but takes this as the starting point to explore the meaning creation of this on the grand narrative text, as well as the internalization mechanism of textual value under the spatio-temporal transformation, which is conducive to the expansion of new cultural geography's research on the interpretation of spatio-temporal narratives in texts. In addition, the study expands the research logic of spatio-temporal identification to the intrinsic connection between spatio-temporal and human subjects from the three aspects of manifestation, representation, and representation effect. This enriches the theoretical system of spatio-temporal narrative to a certain extent and provides theoretical support for the exploration of the spatio-temporal-based path of textual analysis.

Objective To summarize the clinical manifestations and histopathological characteristics of skeletal muscle in scleromyositis patients with positive anti‑Ku or anti‑PM‑Scl antibodies. Methods and Results Retrospective collection of clinical data from 70 scleromyositis patients diagnosed at Peking University First Hospital from January 2010 to March 2023, analysis showed the average onset age of patients was 36.00 (20.75, 51.25) years old. The initial symptoms of 77.14% (54/70) patients was mainly in the proximal limbs myasthenia [74.29% (52/70)], mild to moderate [77.14% (54/70)], and 52.86% (37/70) patients had systemic symptoms such as fatigue or skin involvement during the course of the disease. The serum creatine kinase (CK) level was 2775.00 (995.50, 4995.75) U/L. About 32.86% (23/70) were positive for anti‑Ku antibody, 65.71% (46/70) were positive for anti‑PM‑Scl antibody, 1.43% (1/70) were both positive, and 27.14% (19/70) could also had increased level of other myositis antibodies. The main histopathological changes were inflammatory [41.43% (29/70)] or necrotic [24.29% (17/70)] myopathic pathological changes, presenting as muscle fiber atrophy [91.43% (64/70)], necrosis [68.57% (48/70)] or regeneration [85.71% (60/70)]. Comparison of symptoms, signs and histopathological characteristics of skeletal muscle between patients with positive anti‑Ku antibody and with positive anti‑PM ‑Scl antibody, female proportion (χ2 = 4.381, P = 0.036) and C5b9 deposition damage (χ2 = 4.725, P = 0.030) were higher in the former than those in the latter. Conclusions Scleromyositis patients with positive anti‑Ku or anti‑PM‑Scl antibodies mostly started in young and middle age, mainly manifesting as mild to moderate myasthenia in the proximal limbs, and skeletal muscle inflammatory or necrotic myopathic lesions as characteristic pathological changes. Compared with positive anti ‑ PM ‑ Scl antibody patients, positive anti ‑ Ku antibody scleromyositis patients were mainly female, and skeletal muscle complement deposition was more notable.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of skeletal muscle biopsy in asymptomatic and pauci‑symptomatic hyperCKemia. Methods and Results A total of 146 patients with asymptomatic or pauci ‑ symptomatic hyperCKemia diagnosed in Peking University First Hospital from July 2020 to February 2023 were selected, and skeletal muscle biopsy was performed. About 72.60% (106/146) had histological changes, including muscular dystrophy (n = 73), inflammatory or necrotizing myopathy (n = 16), other myopathy (n = 15), and neurogenic skeletal muscle damage (n = 2). The positive rate of pathological diagnosis was 50.68% (74/146), including muscular dystrophy 82.43% (61/74), inflammatory myopathy 8.11% (6/74) and metabolic myopathy 9.46% (7/74). The positive rate of etiological diagnosis was 85.62% (125/146), including muscular dystrophy 67.20% (84/125), inflammatory myopathy 13.60% (17/125), metabolic myopathy 7.20% (9/125) and other causes 12% (15/125). Compared with different subgroups, the proportion of pathological changes (χ2 = 14.043, P = 0.000; χ2 = 12.740, P = 0.000), the positive rate of pathological diagnosis (χ2 = 10.641, P = 0.001; χ2 = 25.530, P = 0.000) and etiological diagnosis (Fisher's exact probability: P = 0.001; χ2 = 10.811, P = 0.001) in the significantly elevated creatine kinase (CK) level group and the adolescent group was significantly higher than those in the mildly elevated CK level group and the adult group. The positive rate of pathological diagnosis in the asymptomatic group was higher than the pauci‑symptomatic group (χ2 = 4.792, P = 0.029). There were significant differences in the etiological ratio between the mildly elevated CK level group and the significantly elevated CK level group (Fisher's exact probability: P = 0.000), the adolescent group and the adult group (χ2 = 86.149, P = 0.000), and the asymptomatic group and the pauci ‑ symptomatic group (χ2 = 20.608, P = 0.000). Conclusions Skeletal muscle biopsy was important in etiological diagnosis of asymptomatic and pauci‑symptomatic hyperCKemia. Muscular dystrophy is a common cause of asymptomatic and pauci‑symptomatic hyperCKemia.

Objective To report the clinical and pathological features of 4 patients with oculopharyngodistal myopathy type 1 (OPDM1) caused by CGG repeat expansion in the 5'untranslated region (5'UTR) of LRP12 gene. Methods and Results This study included 4 patients with OPDM1 who were admitted to Peking University First Hospital from January 2008 to August 2023. All 4 patients presented with weakness of eyes closed, dysarthria, dysphagia, facial muscle weakness and muscle weakness mainly involving distal muscles. None of 4 patients had restricted eye movements. Two of the patients had ptosis (Case 1 and Case 2). Serum creatine kinase (CK) levels were mildly to moderately elevated (190- 1211 U/L) in 4 patients. Three patients (Case 1, Case 2 and Case 3) underwent lower extremity muscle MRI which showed varying degrees of fatty infiltration, with the soleus and tibialis anterior muscles being worst affected. Skeletal muscle biopsies in all 4 patients showed rimmed vacuoles with muscular dystrophy‑like pathological changes. Immunofluorescence staining revealed p62 ‑ positive and ubiquitin ‑ positive intranuclear inclusions in all 4 patients. Genetic testing revealed that all 4 patients carried CGG repeat expansion in the 5'UTR of the LRP12 gene. Conclusions Most OPDM1 patients start with weakness in the distal extremities of both limbs and dysarthria. The involvement of muscles in the lower extremities is asymmetrical, and the involvement of tissues and organs other than muscles is not obvious. The remaining clinical phenotype and pathological features are consistent with other subtypes of OPDM.

Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical sign and symptom, pathological and genetic characteristics of a case of hereditary myopathy with early respiratory failure (HMERF). Methods and Results A 26‑year‑old female patient presented with muscle weakness (including the proximal and distal arms and lower legs) and myalgia, typical daytime and nighttime respiratory failure symptoms. The serum creatine kinase (CK, 258 U/L) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK ‑ MB, 17.80 ng/ml) levels were increased. The EMG showed myogenic changes, and thigh muscle MRI showed selective semitendinous muscle involvement. The skeletal muscle biopsy showed the formation of cytoplasm arranged in the submuscular membrane like a "necklace". Gene test revealed a mutation of TTN gene with c.90211T > C (p. Cys30071Arg). The final diagnosis was HMERF. Conclusions The possibility of HMERF should be considered in patients with unexplained respiratory failure, especially with muscle weakness. Skeletal muscle biopsy and genetic test can make a definitive diagnosis.

Cancer and various opportunistic infections are common complications in patients with AIDS. Owing to the special immune situation of these patients, AIDS is regarded as an exclusion standard in most clinical trials for cancer immunotherapy, conferring immunotherapy difficulty in treating patients with AIDS. The popularity of effective antiretroviral drugs has prolonged the lifetime of people with AIDS. Therefore, exploiting the opportunity of using immunotherapy in AIDS with cancer is urgent.

Objective Analyze the current situation, hotspots and development trends of sarcopenia animal model to provide research direction and basic information for sarcopenia animal model research.Methods English literature of research on animal models of sarcopenia was retrieved from the Web of Science core data (WOS) set from 1900-01-01 to 2022-12-31. Chinese literature related to animal models of sarcopenia was retrieved from CNKI database between 1915 and 2022. The bibliometric analysis software VOSviewer was used to explore the countries, orgonizations, authors, hotspots and frontier directions in these studies.Results A total of 2 819 articles on animal models of sarcopenia were retrieved from WOS core database. The first paper was published in 1995. The United States has the largest number of animal model studies of sarcopenia with 1 105 articles. The institution with the most published articles is the University of Florida in the United States, with 69 articles. The University of Hong Kong has the highest number of publications in China, with 20 articles. American author Van Remmen H, with 50 publications, is the author of the most articles. The journal with the largest number of articles published on animal models of sarcopenia is the American journal called FASEB Journal, with 196 articles. In total, 423 articles on animal models of sarcopenia were retrieved from the CNKI database. Author LI Zhuyi has published 19 articles, and is the author of the most articles in China. The keyword co-occurrence clustering analysis of WOS literature search found that the research focus on animal model of sarcopenia can be summarized as the correlation between sarcopenia and metabolism, cytology and regenerative medicine of sarcopenia animal models, the study of sarcopenia animal models in bone, muscle, nerve and exercise therapy. The retrieval results of CNKI database revealed that the most extensive research was about on the model of denervated sarcopenia, and researches on the effects of Chinese medicine on sarcopenia were also widely reported. Through reading the full articles or abstracts of the literature, the animal models of sacopenia mainly include natural aging model, genetic modification model, high-fat diet induction model, disuse model, hormone induction model and complex sarcopenia models of other diseases.Conclusion In recent years, the study on animal model of sarcopenia has become a hotspot at home and abroad.The bibliometric analysis provides a basis for the research of animal models of sarcopenia in terms of research direction, hotspots, model animal selection, animal model making, and domestic and international communication and cooperation.

In patients with sepsis-induced coagulopathy (SIC), the Chinese DIC scoring system (CDSS) of the Chinese Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis score, the Japanese Association for Acute Medicine (JAAM) score, the International Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis (ISTH), and the Can Rapid risk stratification of Unstable angina patients Suppress Adverse outcomes with Early implementation of the ACC/AHA Guidelines (CRUSADE) score were compared for their predictive significance (SIC). From August 2021 through August 2022, 92 SIC patients hospitalized in our hospital’s Department of Critical Care Medicine served as study participants. Groups of patients were created with a bad prognosis (n = 35) and a favorable prognosis (n = 57) 14 days following admission. Electronic medical records were used to compile patient information such as demographics (gender, age, and body mass index), medical history (hypertension, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chronic kidney disease), treatment (mechanical ventilation, APACHE II score at admission), and outcomes (results). All patients’ JAAM, CDSS, ISTH, and CRUSADE scores were recorded. The APACHE II scores of the group with a poor prognosis were noticeably (p < 0.05) higher upon admission than those of the group with a favorable prognosis. The poor prognosis group had higher JAAM, ISTH, CDSS, and CRUSADE scores than the good prognosis group (all p < 0.05). Partial coagulation indicators in fibrinogen, D-dimer, activated partial thromboplastin time, and prothrombin time were positively linked with JAAM, ISTH, CDSS, and CRUSADE (all p < 0.05). At admission, the JAAM, ISTH, CDSS, CRUSADE, and APACHE II scores were independently linked with SIC patients’ prognosis (all p < 0.05) in a multivariate logistic regression analysis. According to receiver operating characteristic analysis, the area under the curve for predicting the prognosis of SIC patients using the JAAM, ISTH, CDSS, and CRUSADE4 scores was 0.896, 0.870, 0.852, and 0.737, respectively, with 95% CI being 0.840–0.952, 0.805–0.936, 0.783–0.922 and 0.629–0.845, respectively (all p < 0.05). The prognosis of SIC patients may be predicted in part by their JAAM, ISTH, CDSS, and CRUSADE4 scores, with the CDSS score being the most accurate. This research provides important recommendations for improving the care of patients with SIC.

Based on land use classification data for the Yangtze River Delta region in 2000, 2015, and 2020, this study aims to explore the spatial and temporal evolution of ecosystem services value (ESV) in the region. By analyzing the land use structure and its dynamic changes, an ESV model is constructed. Furthermore, the study utilizes a geodetector to analyze the driving factors of ESV in the Yangtze River Delta region. The findings are as follows: (1) From 2000 to 2020, arable land was the predominant land use type in the Yangtze River Delta region. (2) The ESV in the region showed an upward trend followed by a decline from 2000 to 2020. Regulating services and supporting services have always been the core functions of ecosystem services in the region, with hydrological regulation contributing the most. (3) From a spatial perspective, there were significant differences in the spatial distribution of AESV (aggregated ecosystem services value) in the Yangtze River Delta region. The AESV changes in various cities within the region were evident, with a decreasing trend observed in most cities. (4) The sensitivity index of each land use type was less than 1, with forest land exhibiting the highest sensitivity and having the greatest impact on ESV. (5) Geodetector analysis revealed that the AESV in the Yangtze River Delta region is influenced by a combination of regional natural factors, economic factors, and social factors, and the interaction among different driving forces significantly enhances the spatial heterogeneity of AESV in the region.

To reduce investment risk in financial markets, how to select effective factors and determine factor weights to construct an effective portfolio is the focus of current research. In this paper, we build a multi-factor quantitative model and explore the long-term equilibrium relationship and short-term volatility impact relationship of investment risk in financial markets with the help of econometric models and the impulse response analysis of the dynamic correlation of risk. Johansen cointegration test and error correction model are used for the analysis to examine the long-term equilibrium relationship and short-term volatility impact of financial market risk. Secondly, the correlations and influencing factors among the risks in each market under the financial market are explored by simple correlation coefficient analysis and the Granger causality test. Finally, the dynamic correlation of risk is examined by impulse response analysis. The results of the study show that the accuracy of similarity-weighted voting portfolio forecasts are all the highest, and their accuracy rates are 93.2%, 95.7%, and 96.8% in years (t-1) to (t-3), which are above 90%, respectively. The method in this paper can better detect the risky situations that are likely to occur in the next three years for financial market investments and identify them with superior results.

With the development of the information age and the change in media technology, the education industry has also ushered in a new change, and this paper focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in blended music teaching in colleges and universities. The first part of the article utilizes artificial intelligence to appreciate music emotions, utilizing Thayer’s two-dimensional emotion model and emotion vectors to express emotions in music. Then, the short- and long-time feature extraction of music emotion is carried out separately and normalized. Then, a music emotion recognition model based on the CNN-SVM model is constructed by combining a deep learning network and a space vector machine model. The constructed music emotion recognition model and SPOC hybrid teaching are utilized to establish a blended music diversity curriculum in colleges and universities and practical exploration is conducted. The results show that the time range of the change in music emotion perception is about 2.5~3.2s, and the recognition success rate is more than 4/5 for all kinds of music emotion segments. The correlation between the effect of music teaching and music diversification practice and students’ satisfaction is less than 0.01. The diversification of music teaching in this study can effectively stimulate students’ learning interest and improve learning efficiency in the music classroom.

The shortage of water resources has become a serious constraint to the sustainable development of the country’s economy and society. The environmentally friendly field sewage purification device is one of the effective ways to reduce water pollution and solve the water shortage problem. In this paper, the RBF-purification model is used as a calculation tool to study the economic feasibility of the environmentally friendly field sewage purification machinery and its equipment maintenance. The calculation results show that the distance benefit of field sewage purification is 13%. The benefit share of comprehensive economic benefit is the highest, 41%. The share of environmental benefits is 39%. The professionalism of the equipment users has the highest percentage of the problems that need to be maintained in the field wastewater purification equipment, at 54%. The percentage of equipment operation and management was 27%. The smallest percentage is for equipment maintenance with 19%.

The special operation mode of high-speed railway will generate a large amount of harmonics. The harmonics will be transmitted to the 220kV side high-voltage cables through the traction transformer, and harmonic voltages will be generated on the cable sheath, threatening the safe operation of the cables. In this paper, on the basis of the measured harmonic data of the traction substation, a harmonic source model based on the measured data is established, which solves the complex problem of harmonic source modeling and can accurately reflect the actual operating conditions of high-speed trains. On this basis, the harmonic voltage characteristics of the cable sheath on the 220kV side of the high-speed railway under the three working conditions of traction, regenerative braking and inertia are simulated and calculated, and the effects of cable length, cable grounding method, and harmonic current parameters on the harmonic voltage are explored. Affect the law. The results show that under different operation modes of high-speed rail, the harmonic voltage of the sheath far exceeds the normal operation of the power frequency, and the maximum value of the harmonic voltage of the cable sheath can reach 454V under the traction condition; Under working conditions, the overvoltage of the metal sheath is greatly affected by the grounding method of the cable, the length of the cable and the harmonic current content. The above research results have important reference significance for the safe operation of electrified railways.

The cable partial discharge vibration signal is often polluted by noise. It is necessary to denoise the signal, improve the signal-to-noise ratio, and then realize the feature extraction of the vibration signal. Therefore, this paper builds a cable partial discharge test platform, collects the time-domain waveform of vibration signals under different working conditions, analyzes the noise reduction effect of ensemble empirical mode decomposition clearing repetition interval threshold noise reduction method under different threshold functions, and analyzes the difference and approximation degree between the simulated signal and the real signal after noise reduction by using signal-to-noise ratio and correlation, By comparing the difference of statistical characteristics in different defects before and after noise reduction, the wavelet threshold denoising method is established synchronously and compared with the proposed method. The results show that the high-frequency part of the vibration signal has obvious random noise components, and the effective frequency is mainly concentrated in the low-frequency band; The smoothing shear absolute deviation penalty threshold function has the smoothest curve after noise reduction and the highest approximation to the real signal. The high-frequency noise component is eliminated, and the low-frequency band frequency component is effectively retained. The method proposed in this paper can be extended to the noise reduction of vibration signals of other industrial equipment and provide technical support for the signal noise reduction of various industrial equipment.

Magnesium alloys show great superiority for modern applications due to their good biocompatibility, degradability, and excellent mechanical properties. In this paper, the strengthening effects and mechanisms of composite precipitation phases, microalloying regulated recrystallization behavior, composite grain organization, and new strain aging methods in magnesium alloys are investigated in terms of five stages of work hardening, heat treatment, and strengthening properties. The use of rare earth elements can effectively enhance the aging strengthening properties of magnesium alloy through the use of gadolinium (Gd) and yttrium (Y) in rare earth elements for the development of high-strength magnesium alloy. The results show that the solubility of aluminum in magnesium reaches the maximum of 12.6mmass.% at the eutectic temperature of 436℃and then gradually decreases with the decrease of temperature, and when the temperature decreases to room temperature, the solubility decreases to 2mass.%. The elongation of alloy 0.5Al alloy 0.5Zr alloy on the basis of the aging state was 6.7% and 4.8%, respectively. This paper provides theoretical and experimental guidance for the development of high-strength magnesium alloys through an in-depth study of strengthening mechanisms such as composite precipitation strengthening, crystal strengthening and strain aging strengthening.

Subject-specific education and quality management in higher education institutions are crucial to the cultivation of innovative talents. This paper constructs a GCEF talent cultivation model consisting of government, school, enterprise, and family to improve the quality of cultivation. It evaluates the teaching management system, promotes the construction and development of faculties, determines the weights with an index system and hierarchical analysis, and adds special quantitative items to make the evaluation more relevant. The study shows that the school plays the biggest role in talent cultivation, reaching 50%. The new model of teaching management in colleges and universities is able to develop sustainably and give full play to its service and professionalism.

In order to build a low-carbon and environmentally friendly cultural tourism business, this research analyzes data on user characteristics, tourist attractions, and functional qualities. The clustering technique is used to examine the clustering features of the industry development, and the spatial variation characteristics of the industry development are developed with the aid of the closest neighbor index, standard ellipse, and kernel density estimation methods. In order to analyze the degree of development of this industry, the integration degree model was constructed by the entropy weighting method. The analysis shows that the growth rate of the central and western regions is 32.2% and 28.8%, respectively, while the growth rate of the eastern region is 22.7%. The integration degree of the eastern region ranges from 0.12 to 0.85, the integration degree of the western region ranges from 0.18 to 0.9, and the integration degree of the central region ranges from 0.2 to 0.8. Based on this study, the integration development of the low-carbon environmental protection concept and the cultural tourism industry is thriving.

This paper first considers the seismic parameter model of rail vehicles with rail constraints and investigates the mechanism of beam-rail interaction under earthquake action. The computational parameters of rails, main girders, and piers are optimized using analytical and finite element methods during earthquake action. Finally, the NSGA-II genetic algorithm is improved and applied to optimize the seismic parameters of rail vehicles, and seismic damage indexes evaluate the damage to rails and vehicles. The results show that by optimizing the seismic parameters of rail vehicles, the track damage is lower than the median value of μ [μ1 = 1.03404, μ2= 1.2013] under the same earthquake intensity, and the probability of lateral damage to vehicles is reduced by 0.15. Applying the improved genetic algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively improve the seismic performance of rail vehicles and provide some theoretical support for the design and safety of rail vehicles.

This paper first analyzes the differentiating factors of piano music education in colleges and universities and constructs a cognitive mapping framework using a fusion graph convolutional network. Secondly, the cognitive mapping of the fusion graph convolutional network was used to extract the cognitive elements of aesthetic value, and then the aesthetic value analysis framework of piano education was constructed. Finally, an empirical analysis was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the aesthetic value analysis framework for piano education. The results showed that the average percentages of A-grade evaluation of the beauty of understanding life, training thinking, exercising ability, and practicing art felt from piano music were 0.494, 0.473, 0.456, and 0.419, respectively, indicating that cognitive mapping can effectively analyze the aesthetic value of college piano in music education.

In this paper, for the common live streaming with cargo dispute cases in the context of the information technology era, the live streaming with cargo industry dispute case retrieval algorithm based on case-based reasoning calculates the attribute similarity measure and weights of the dispute cases in order to realize the live streaming with cargo industry dispute case retrieval. Three thousand judicial documents with live streaming with cargo disputes as the cause of the case were crawled from the China Judicial Documents Network as the initial data for the study and the method of BIOES was used to annotate the initial data and formulate eight basic legal elements of live streaming with cargo dispute cases. The form of extracting legal elements of live streaming with goods industry is transformed into a multi-label text classification task, and the neural network modeling method combined with the attention mechanism is used to design the extraction model of legal elements of the live streaming with goods dispute cases, and then the live streaming with goods dispute cases on the Internet are analyzed by examples. The results show that the Acc value of this paper’s model is 0.973, the Loss value is 0.051, and the F1 value is 0.981, and on the whole, this paper’s model performs better compared with the other five models, i.e., it shows that this paper’s model can be more intelligent and accurate to collect the case element information under the field of live streaming with goods disputes. This study aims to contribute to the development of a new sales model of live streaming with goods benignly.

Using political and ideological education as a starting point, this paper creates a knowledge map of political and ideological education by gathering data, extracting knowledge, fusing knowledge, and using knowledge reasoning. It uses kernel problems as hints to accurately represent the primary competencies of the field of political and ideological education through task completion or problem-solving. Three data analysis perspectives are used to validate the validity of the knowledge map: the knowledge map algorithm, the ideological and political education visualization, and the possibilities and problems associated with ideological and political education. The findings indicate that the average profile value S is 0.8348, which is larger than 0.7, and the Q value of the keyword grouping network knowledge map is 0.5268, which is greater than 0.3, based on the examination of high-frequency keyword clustering in ideological and political education. According to the data, the keyword clustering findings we were able to generate are realistic and can more accurately depict the link and connection between various terms. Furthermore, it demonstrates the effectiveness of the knowledge map for political and ideological education created for this research in assessing the state of political and ideological education today.
