[Objective] The objective of this study is to investigate species diversity and floristic geographical characteristics, in order to provide a reference for the research on the diversity conservation, resource application and development, and phylogenetic evolution of lycophytes and fern in the Tingjiangyuan Nature Reserve. [Methods] On the basis of field investigation and specimen identification, combined with the literature data, the list of lycophytes and fern in the area was compiled, and the faunal composition and geographical composition were analyzed. [Results] (1) There were 129 species of lycophytes and ferns in 60 genera and 23 families, including 15 species of lycophytes in 5 genera and 2 families, and 114 species of ferns in 55 genera and 21 families. (2) The dominant families and genera were obvious, with 3 families and 1 genus of the dominant families. Monospecific families, genera, and oligogenes were the main bodies of the lycophytes and fern families and genera in the area. (3) The distribution types of families were mainly global and tropical, and the distribution types of genera and species were mainly tropical and temperate. There were 15 endemic species in China. (4) The geographical kinship between this area and the Liangye Mountain Nature Reserve was the closest. [Conclusion] The geographical composition of the lycophytes and fern plants in the Tingjiangyuan National Nature Reserve is diverse, with obvious endemic phenomena and low biodiversity. The plant flora shows a transition from tropical to temperate on a horizontal gradient.

Objective To establish and evaluate the clinical teaching and training model for refresher anesthesiologists. Methods A total of 25 refresher anesthesiologists from the Department of Anesthesiology in Peking Union Medical College Hospital during the period of March to September 2023 were enrolled. They were taught with the clinical teaching and training model, namely 'tutorial system-knowledge update-clinical practice'. The refresher anesthesiologists completed the same structured pre-designed questionnaire at the beginning and the end of training respectively. The scores were recorded and compared to evaluate the effectiveness of the clinical training model. Feedback from refresher anesthesiologists about the teaching and training model was also collected. Results Altogether 84%(21/25) and 100%(25/25) of questionnaires distributed were completed respectively, and 92% students gave positive feedback. The mean score at the end of training (10.1±1.1) was significantly higher than that at the beginning (5.6±1.8)(P < 0.01). Conclusion The 'tutorial system-knowledge update-clinical practice' clinical teaching and training model was significantly useful to elevate the effectiveness of training refresher anesthesiologists and their satisfaction.

Artificial intelligence technology has greatly changed production process equipment and technological systems. The changes in production technology systems and environments will inevitably affect people's psychological behavior, thereby affecting employee performance. This article found that artificial intelligence technology has the effects of interpersonal isolation, skill deprivation, innovation opportunity deprivation, and sense of achievement deprivation on frontline employees in manufacturing enterprises, leading to a sense of powerlessness and fatigue among frontline employees, resulting in a decrease in employee satisfaction, an increase in turnover rate, and an increase in insecurity. To address the impact of artificial intelligence technology on frontline employees, traditional human resource management models should be changed, employee care should be strengthened, team activities should be emphasized, life situations should be created, and diverse skills should be developed.

Objective o optimize the system conditions and improve the patients' perioperative surgical safety through feedback learning for adverse events. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the adverse events (AEs) and risks of patients' safety reported by the Department of Anesthesiology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2010 to December 2014. Fish bone diagram was used to analyze and summarize the root causes, timing, avoidability and injury from adverse events. Results A total of 370 cases of AEs were collected. The root causes of AEs were mainly human factors (43.08%, 224/520), followed by systemic factors (30.96%, 161/520), and patient factors were the lowest (25.96%, 135/520). Forty-four cases (11.89%, 44/370) were emergent operations; 37 cases (10.00%, 37/370) occurred at night; 243 cases (65.68%, 243/370) could be avoided. According to the different occurrence time, the top four incidence rates were intraoperative (28.11%, 104/370), before anesthesia induction (17.30%, 64/370), during anesthesia induction (13.78%, 51/370), and at the end of surgery (12.97%, 48/370). Eighty AEs (21.62%, 80/370) did not cause injury; 262 cases (70.81%, 262/370) caused temporary minor injury; 15 cases (4.05%, 15/370) caused permanent injury; 13 cases (3.51%, 13/270) caused non-anesthesia related death intraoperatively or within 24 hours after the surgery. Compared with avoidable AEs, the proportion of patient factors (60.26% vs. 11.26%, P < 0.001) and that of non-anesthesia related death intraoperatively or within 24 hours after the surgery (8.66% vs. 0.82%, P < 0.001) in the unavoidable group were higher. Conclusions The root causes of perioperative AEs are mainly human factors, most of which can be avoided and cause temporary mild injury to patients. Strengthening feedback learning of AE, improving personnel training and optimizing system conditions might reduce the incidence of AE and promote perioperative safety and quality.

The change of meshing stiffness of gears is caused by the change of meshing position and meshing number between gears when the gears are running.The change of meshing stiffness reflects the change of meshing process of gears.When pitting occurs,the meshing stiffness of gears will change,which will lead to the change of vibration law of gearbox.This change can be used to judge whether the internal fault of gearbox is serious or not.According to the actual situation of pitting,pitting pits are set as elliptical sections.The meshing stiffness under pitting failure is calculated by potential energy method,and the influence of pitting location,size and depth on meshing stiffness is analyzed.The results show that pitting has no effect on the meshing stiffness of the non-pitting area under the gear teeth during the meshing process.The closer the pitting position is to the top of the gear teeth,the greater the impact on the meshing stiffness above the pitting gear teeth.The deeper the pitting pit is,the larger the area is,the more the meshing stiffness decreases,and the more obvious the influence of the area change on the meshing stiffness changes.

In view of shortages of refuse action or delay of traditional leakage protection device under fault of power distribution network, a fault isolation device of distribution network was designed. Inductance and adjustable capacitor in parallel are used to design impeder of the device, and coupling voltage generated by additional winding of the impeder to drive control system to switch adjustable capacitance rapidly, so as to realize on-line adjustment of isolation parameters accurately in fault condition. The simulation and experimental results show that the isolation device can offer high impedance, isolate fault point effectively, and guarantee safe and reliable operation of the distribution network when the power distribution network occur single-phase fault.

In view of problem that current residual current operated protective device could easily lead to serious interphase short circuit fault after single-phase leakage, the paper analyzed operating characteristics of a novel residual current operated protective device in low-voltage grid based on low-voltage three-phase residual current protection theory, and discussed general design principles of protector in low-voltage power supply system under different wiring systems. Following the design principles can control resonance parameters within a limited range, which avoids design blindness.
