In the exchanges between different countries, apart from enhancing political mutual trust and strengthening pragmatic cooperation, it is of great importance to forging humanistic exchange. With a long history of exchanges between China and all the countries in South-east Asia, the humanistic exchange between China and South-east Asia has been continuing since the founding of the People's Republic of China. After the establishment of China-ASEAN dialogue relations, the strategic position of humanistic exchange has been rapidly improved. By means of the case study of Confucius Institute, sister cities, and tourism cooperation, the author has found that humanistic exchange between China and South-east Asia has enjoyed a long history and embodied profound and extensive meaning. It is the ancient Maritime Silk Road that helped to form the exchanges between China and South-east Asia. In the meantime, it is the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road that has deepened this friendship. The successful experience of humanistic exchange and cooperation between China and South-east Asia has not only consolidated the China-ASEAN strategic partnership but also provided a conducive reference for people-to-people ties in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative. In addition, it has added dynamics and confidence to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind which is propelled by China's humanistic diplomacy.

The objective of this research was to develop and validate an ultrasound-based radiomics nomogram for the pre-operative assessment of Ki-67 in breast cancer (BC).From December 2016 to December 2018, 515 patients with invasive ductal breast cancer who received two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound and Ki-67 examination were studied and analyzed retrospectively. The dataset was distributed at random into a training cohort (n = 360) and a test cohort (n = 155) in the ratio of 7:3. Each tumor region of interest was defined based on 2D ultrasound images and radiomics features were extracted. ANOVA, maximum correlation minimum redundancy (mRMR) algorithm, and minimum absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) were performed to pick features, and independent clinical predictors were integrated with radscore to construct the nomogram for predicting Ki-67 index by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. The performance and utility of the models were evaluated by plotting receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, decision curve analysis (DCA), and calibration curves.In the testing cohort, the area under the receiver characteristic curve (AUC) of the nomogram was 0.770 (95% confidence interval, 0.690-0.860). In both cohorts, the nomogram outperformed both the clinical model and the radiomics model (P .05 according to the DeLong test). The analysis of DCA proved that the model has clinical utility.The nomogram based on 2D ultrasound images offered an approach for predicting Ki-67 in BC.

For the first time, B2O3–SiO2 (BS) glass-doped Ba5Nb4O15 (BN) ceramics for low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) applications were facilely synthesized by the conventional solid-phase synthesis strategy. The influences of glass additive content on phase evolution, microstructure, and sintering activation energy were systematically deciphered associated with the microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics. While remaining original phase of Ba5Nb4O15, trace BS additive doping will effectively lessen the sintering temperature from 1350 to 925 °C excluding sacrificing microwave dielectric properties significantly. Optimized dielectric property is achieved via further time modulation: with 0.6 wt.% doping BS glass, Ba5Nb4O15 ceramics sintered at 925 °C for 4 h exhibits best characteristics of er = 41.2, Q × f = 22,238 GHz, τf = 53.1 ppm/°C. Therefore, Ba5Nb4O15 ceramics doped with BS glass are potential candidates for LTCC.

The existing literature has not fully explored the spatial heterogeneity and dynamics of spillover effects of tourism-flow patterns, and this article makes contributions to addressing this issue. Using spatial autoregressive models and comparing the results for the non-high-speed train (HST) era (2002–2006) and those for the HST era (2011–2015) of China, this article finds that in the HST era, the spillover effect of tourism flows from neighboring regions has changed from positive to negative. Moreover, in the HST era, the cities with HST services have significantly positive effects on for a particular city, while those cities without HST have negative effects. These results reveal the spatial heterogeneity and dynamics of the tourism-flow spillover. After evaluating the variation of other factors which potentially contribute to the change of spillover patterns, this study identifies that the HST service plays an important role in such changes. Finally, this article uses geographically weighted regressions to explore the spatial heterogeneity in an elaborative way.

The aim of this paper is to characterize the behavior of boundary limits of functions in Hardy space on angular domains. We investigate that the Cauchy integral of a function $$f\in L^{p}(\partial D_a)$$ is in $$H^{p}(D_a).$$ We also prove that the functions in $$H^{p}(D_a)$$ are the Cauchy integral of their non-tangential boundary limits. In addition, we establish the orthogonality of non-tangential boundary limits of functions in $$H^{p}(D_a)$$ and $$H^{q}(D_a)$$.

In this paper, we establish the global regularity for the two-dimensional incompressible Leray-alpha-MHD equations with only magnetic diffusion. More precisely, when the diffusive term for the magnetic field is a half Laplacian, the solution initiated from data sufficiently smooth preserves its regularity.

BACKGROUND: Flight cadets' emotion is a factor of great importance to flight training. So it is of profound significance to address how emotional factors affect flight training performance. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and simulated flight performance (SFP), and explore the mechanism of emotional state as a mediator in the effect of EI on SFP.METHODS: Ninety undergraduates took part in the study. EI (Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale), neuroticism (Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Revised), anxiety (State Anxiety Inventory), and tension (Profile of Mood States) were collected. Conducted were 9 h of simulated flight training in a simulator of the Type 6 Primary Trainer. The Delphi Experts Grading Method was used to assess students' SFP. Mediation effect of emotional state was explored using regression analysis.RESULTS: EI was significantly correlated with neuroticism (r = -0.31), tension (r = -0.31), and anxiety (r = -0.31), respectively. Multiple mediation effects showed that emotional state mediated the association between EI and SFP. Tension especially mediated the associations between the Self Emotion Appraisals and Regulation of Emotion dimensions of EI and SFP. However, the Use of Emotion dimension of EI had a direct negative effect on SFP without the mediating role of emotional state.DISCUSSION: The findings indicated that EI was significantly correlated with emotional state (neuroticism, tension, and anxiety). EI may directly or indirectly affect SFP and tension played an important mediating role. Background: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) refers to a technique that uses contrast medium to strengthen the echo of backscatter, which can significantly improve the resolution, sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound diagnosis. As a quantitative imaging examination of blood flow signals, CEUS has allowed detection of synovial microvascularization in the joints of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, the results of these studies have been contradictory. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the value of CEUS in the activity of RA disease. Methods: We will search PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and CNKI from their inception to the December 20, 2020, without restrictions of language and publication status. Two investigators will independently carry out searching literature records, scanning titles and abstracts, full texts, collecting data, and assessing risk of bias. This study will only include high quality clinical cohort or case control studies. Statistical analysis was performed by using the Review Manager version 5.3 and the STATA version 14.0 (Stata Corp, College Station, TX, USA) softwares. Results: This systematic review will determine the value of CEUS in RA activity scores. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide a useful basis for high-quality CEUS to evaluate RA activity score. Systematic review registration: INPLASY2020120125.

This study is the first to examine the efficacy of electrical bioimpedance (EBI) in detecting the onset of high-altitude hypoxia in real time. The novelty of this research includes three aspects. First, the cerebral impedance of rabbits increased immediately during the rising of altitude and decreased quickly to the initial baseline at the phase of descending altitude. Second, there was a significant correlation and high concordance between cerebral impedance and SpO2. Third, cerebral impedance could determine the change of SpO2 resulting from hypoxia.

Background A retrospective study was conducted to summarize the clinical information of childhood infections during the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2) epidemic. Methods Children with SARS‐CoV‐2 infection in 11 hospitals from three provinces of South China were included in the study. Clinical information was collected and compared with children and adults infected by SARS‐CoV‐2 in Wuhan. Results In total, 52 children were enrolled, including 28 boys. The median age was 9 years (interquartile range [IQR], 4‐12); 44.2% cases were of clustered occurrences, 40.4% patients had fever, 48.1% had cough, and 46.2% had a high lymphocyte count. No abnormalities were found in the liver and kidney function. Also, 82.7% of patients received antiviral therapy, but such therapy did not shorten the time to virus negativity or hospital stay (P = .082). The time to virus negativity was 12.0 days (IQR, 8.0‐16.8) and hospital stay was 14.5 days (IQR, 10.3‐17.9). Compared with reports in Wuhan, there were more acute upper respiratory tract infection (AURTI) and fewer pneumonia cases (P = .000). Compared with the non‐ICU adult COVID‐19 in Wuhan, these children's diseases were relatively mild, with fewer complications. Conclusions Children with SARS‐CoV‐2 infection had a mild fever, lymphocyte elevation was more common than reduction, and antiviral treatment had no obvious effect. The overall clinical manifestations were mild, and the prognosis was good.

Following the paradigm of New Economic Geography, this study examines the impact of high-speed train (HST) services on the spatial structure of regional tourism economies in China. We collect panel data of 286 Chinese cities from 2007 to 2016 and adopt tourism-revenue location quotients to measure the relative agglomeration level of tourism economies for a city. According to the estimation results, tourism economies tend to agglomerate from the cities outside the HST network to those inside the network. Also, tourism economies start to disperse among cities within the network as more HST services become available. Furthermore, the results unveil the spatial heterogeneity of HST impacts. The moderating effects exerted by other transport modes are examined as well. Lastly, implications are provided for policy-makers and stakeholders on how to internalize the benefits from HST networks on tourism development.

Liver is an important parenchyma organ, and its tissue viability plays an important role in liver transplantation and liver ischemic injury assessment. Dielectric property is a useful biophysical feature that provides insights into the structure and composition of biological tissues. This work aims to establish the relationship between the dielectric properties and viability of human normal hepatic tissues and explore the possibility of evaluating tissue viability by using dielectric properties. First, data on dielectric properties and tissue viability (including cell morphology and enzyme indicators) were collected from human liver tissues at 0.25–24 h after isolation. Grey relational analysis was conducted to select dielectric property and tissue viability indices that were highly correlated with prolonged ex vivo time as the inputs and outputs, respectively, of back-propagation (BP) neural network analysis. Finally, a BP neural network was developed with the Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm to explore the possibility of using dielectric properties as the basis for tissue viability evaluation. Results showed that the mean relative error for prediction was 2.40%, indicating that the model showed potential in forecasting liver tissue viability by applying dielectric properties.

This paper deals with two topics mentioned in the title. First, it is proved that function f in L p (∂D a ) can be decomposed into a sum g + h, where D a is an angular domain in the complex plane, g and h are the non-tangential limits of functions in H p (D a ) and $${H^p}\left( {\overline D _a^c} \right)$$ in the sense of L p (D a ), respectively. Second, the sufficient and necessary conditions between boundary values of holomorphic functions and distributions in n-dimensional complex space are obtained.

Both personality and work engagement are related to well-being. The current study examined the role of work engagement in the associations between personality (core self-evaluations (CSE), proactive personality) and well-being. Participants who are all nurses completed measures of CSE, proactive personality, work engagement and job satisfaction as an indicator of well-being. Higher levels of CSE and proactive personality were related to greater work engagement and job satisfaction. Higher level of work engagement was associated with more job satisfaction. Work engagement fully mediated the relationship CSE and job satisfaction and partially mediated the association between proactive personality and job satisfaction. Theoretical and future research of these findings are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of emotional intelligence in relation to core self-evaluations (CSE) and work-related well-being. A sample of 356 employees who are all females completed measures of CSE, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and work engagement. Results revealed that higher levels of CSE were correlated with higher levels of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and work engagement. Higher levels of emotional intelligence were associated with greater job satisfaction and work engagement. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) indicated that emotional intelligence partially mediated the association between CSE and work-related well-being. The results revealed the importance of emotional intelligence in order to improve occupational well-being of employees. This research makes a contribution to the potential mechanism of the relationship between CSE and work-related well-being.

During liver surgery, hepatic blood flow needs to be blocked in order to reduce bleeding, which inevitably results in hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury (HI/R). Paeoniflorin (PF) is the main active ingredient of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine peony, which has been shown to exert anti-oxidative and anti-apoptotic properties. In the present study, a mouse model of HI/R was generated by clamping the hepatoportal vein, hepatic artery, and hepatic duct of BALB/c mice with a vascular clamp for 30 min, followed by reperfusion for 6 h under anesthesia. Six mice in the three PF treatment groups (5, 10 and 20 mg/kg) were then injected with PF, via the tail vein. A sham group, consisting of six mice that did not undergo the procedure, and a vehicle group, consisting of 6 mice that underwent the procedure but subsequently received injections of physiological saline only, were used as controls. Liver injury was indicated by serum levels of the enzymes alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST). The activities of oxidative stress biomarkers, including superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and malondialdehyde (MDA), were also measured. Furthermore, the activity of caspase-3 was analyzed in hepatic tissue using a commercial kit. Treatment with PF significantly attenuated HI/R injury histologically, as compared with the vehicle group. In addition, significant reductions in the serum levels of ALT and AST were observed in the PF-treated ischemic mice. Furthermore, treatment with PF enhanced the activities of hepatic tissue SOD, GSH and GSH-PX, but decreased the MDA content. Treatment of ischemic mice with PF markedly reduced the expression levels of inflammatory mediators, including nuclear factor-κB, tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin (IL)-6, and IL-1β, and decreased the HI/R injury-induced expression of caspase-3. The results of the present study suggest that PF attenuates the HI/R injury of mice via anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic activities.

Background: We established a rabbit VX2 cell liver carcinoma model to evaluate effects of ischemia reperfusion (IR) on reactive oxygen species (ROS) development and liver cell apoptosis rates. Methods: Thirty-six rabbits were divided into a control (n=6) and a VX2 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) model group (n=30), which received VX2 cell suspension injections into their livers. From the 30 HCC rabbits, 6 rabbits served as control without hepatic ischemia and the rest were treated with hepatic artery and portal vein clamps for 60 minutes. At 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days and 7 days of reperfusion, 6 rabbits were sacrificed and changes of catalase (CAT) and super-oxide dismutase (SOD) activities as well as apoptosis rates, measured by TUNEL assays, were compared between tumor tissues, normal tumor surrounding hepatic tissues and controls. Results: All treated animals developed liver tumors. The CAT activity increased in both tissues 1 hour after reperfusion (P < 0.05) and dropped to low levels in the hepatocarcinoma cells at day 1 after reperfusion (P < 0.01), but increased to higher levels than the control on day 3 (P < 0.05). SOD activity decreased significantly in both tissues until day 1 after reperfusion and kept low in the hepatocarcinoma cells until day 7 (P < 0.05). The apoptosis rates after IR increased more in cancer than in normal hepatic tissues (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Injection of VX2 tumor cell suspension into rabbit liver parenchyma achieved good results for creating a liver tumor model. IR induced apoptosis of tumor tissue and normal hepatic tissues via ROS development.

Objective The aim of the study was to discuss the X-ray and CT manifestations and characteristics of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumors.

Les caracteristiques qui influencent l'interception de la lumiere ont ete etudiees chez 20 clones de peuplier (Populus deltoides Basts. CV. 'Lux' x Populus deltoides Basts. CV. 'Harvard') dans une plantation situee a Nanjing. Les principaux facteurs qui affectent l'efficacite d'interception de la lumiere par les arbres individuels ou les populations d'arbres sont l'indice de surface foliaire, le coefficient d'extinction de la lumiere, la capacite d'interception de la lumiere et l'angle de la lamina. L'analyse de la correlation genetique et de l'heritabilite montre que ces facteurs sont importants pour la croissance des arbres et l'amelioration genetique. Differentes parties de la cime ont differents effets sur la croissance d'un arbre et l'effet de la partie mediane de la cime est le plus important. La structure ideale de la cime de P. deltoides dans cette population est une cime avec un indice de surface foliaire plus eleve dans le haut de la cime et plus faible, avec une position plus horizontale de la lamina dans le milieu et le bas de la cime.
