Abstract Background The utilization of short videos by individuals often leads to the emergence of information exchange behavior. Previous studies have shown that certain students with psychological disorders exhibit addictive tendencies towards short video-related software. Therefore, it is essential to address the psychology and behavior of college students with psychological disorders while engaging with short videos. This study aims to explore the mechanism of short video information interaction behavior among college students with psychological disorders. Methods We conducted semi-structured interviews with 30 college students afflicted by psychological disorders in a prefecture-level city in Henan Province, China from September to December 2022. Based on the Grounded theory, we encoded 30 text materials across three levels to explore the mechanism of short video information interaction behavior among college students with psychological disorders, and subsequently build a model framework. Results The findings of this study suggest that college students with psychological disorders exhibit negative cognition tendencies that can lead to strongly negative emotions, excacerbated by a lack of social support. These adverse factors collectively drive the consumption of short video content in this demographic, providing a virtual environment where they can fulfill their unmet social needs. Therefore, the mechanism governing short video messages interaction among college students with psychological disorders encompasses negative cognitive tendencies, negative emotions, lack of social support, post-video-watching behaviors, and the gratification of social needs within the confines of a virtual environment. Conclusions This study comprehensively analyzes the motivation and complexity of college students with psychological disorders in short video interaction. Although short videos provide this group with some ways of self-expression and emotional support, they still have a negative impact on their physical and mental health. The short video interaction of college students with psychological disorders is affected by many factors, including their negative cognitive tendencies, negative emotions, lack of social support, post-video-watching behaviors, and the gratification of social needs within the confines of a virtual environment. These findings deepened our understanding to the mechanism of short video information interaction behavior among college students with psychological disorders, also provided us with guidance on facilitating the proper use of short video and maintaining the mental health. In future researches, researchers can discuss more about intervention measures to help this demographic cope with the challenges from short video interaction.

CD19-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T lymphocytes (CAR-T) has demonstrated a high proportion of complete remission in the treatment of relapsed refractory acute B cell lymphoblastic leukemia (r/r B-ALL). It is of great clinical significance to explore which factors will impact long-term disease-free survival of patients with r/r B-ALL after CAR-T therapy without bridging bone marrow transplantation. Our study found that, in patients with r/r B-ALL without bridging transplantation, the patients’ age; infusion dosage; whether they had undergone allo-stem cell transplantation before CAR-T therapy, using CD-19-targeted or CD19/CD22-dual-targeted CAR-T; whether there is fusion gene; tumor burden before therapy; and comorbidity had no significant relationship with their long-term disease-free survival. We found only that CAR-T persistence was highly correlated with patients’ long-term disease-free survival. So, we further profiled CAR-T cells using single-cell sequencing and found that there is a specific T cell subset that may be associated with the long-term persistence of CAR-T. Finally, according to the single-cell sequencing results, we established cell production process named PrimeCAR, which shared common signaling pathways with the T cell subset identified. In the preliminary clinical study, prime CAR-Ts yield good persistence in peripheral blood of patients with B-ALL and lymphoma, without observing grade 2 or higher cytokine release syndrome.

ObjectiveTo study the relationship and molecular characteristics of a non-toxic ogawa serotype Vibrio cholerae food isolate with food and clinical isolates at home and abroad.MethodsQuantitative polymerase chain reaction （qPCR） and high-throughput sequencing was applied to obtain virulent genes distribution and genome sequence. Bioinformatic methods were used to identify their multi-locus sequencing typing （MLST） types. One hundred and one isolates genomes were mapped to reference genome Vibrio cholerae N16961 to obtain the single nucletiode variant （SNV）. All alignment was applied to construct the evolutionary tree after removing recombination. Comparative genome analysis was applied to the genes presence and absence in food isolates and close strains.ResultsThe food isolate was a cholera toxin negative and toxin-coregulated pilus positive （CNTP） strain of Vibrio cholerae. The MLST type was ST1480 which belonged to the same clonal complex of the ST75 CNTP strain prevalent in Hangzhou. It was in the branch of L3b.1 in the phylogenic tree， and highly homologous to clinical isolates in 2011 （HZ11-1， HZ11-2）. After removing the recombination， there were only 26 different SNVs.ConclusionThe food isolate was highly close to the clones of the CNTP Vibrio cholerae L3b.1 branch in Hangzhou. The source of infection in the sporadic cases in Hangzhou may be related to the contamination of reptile so that the disinfection of its breeding sites and sales sites should be strengthen.

A series of three-dimensional porous lead dioxide anode materials were prepared by anodizing method using oxygen bubbles as templates. The effects of additives sodium acetate, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) and polyethylene glycol(PEG) on three-dimensional porous PbO2 anode materials were studied. The morphology and phase composition of the electrode surface were characterized by SEM and XRD. The electrocatalytic activity of the electrode material in Na2SO4 solution was determined by anodic polarization curve(LSV), cyclic voltammetry curve(CV) and AC impedance spectrum(EIS).The results show that after the addition of additives, the directional arrangement on the surface of the plating bath can promote the uniform dispersion of Pb2+, when PbO2 is deposited, the surface is coated, the particle aggregation is reduced, and the coating is flatter and denser; at the same time, due to the adsorption of organic additives, the preferred orientation of grains is changed, but the crystal form is not changed, the prepared electrode materials are still β-PbO2 with complete morphology and three-dimensional porous structure. With the addition of organic additives, the pore density of the electrode material is increased, the specific surface area of the electrode material is promoted, the charge transfer resistance in the electrocatalysis process is reduced, and the electrocatalytic activity of the electrode material is improved. Among all organic additives, the porous PbO2 electrodes added with SDBS has the largest j0 (5.514×10-5 A·cm-2) and the smallest Rct (0.3395 Ω·cm2), showing good electrocatalytic performance. According to the CV data, the qi* of the PbO2 electrode with SDBS is 0.652 C·cm-2, which is 4 times higher than that of the porous PbO2 electrode without additive, The addition of organic additives effectively increases the electrochemically active surface area of the electrode material.

In the context of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the construction and maintenance of transportation infrastructure should also comply with the requirements of green and low-carbon development. There are many long-span cross-sea bridges in Zhejiang Province, which consume large amounts of electricity for lighting, dehumidification, and anticorrosion, etc., and the energy required usually relies on external energy transfer, which is costly and intermediate losses are high. Tidal current energy, which is the kinetic energy generated during ebb and flood tides, is abundant along the coast of Zhejiang Province, mainly concentrated in Hangzhou Bay and Zhoushan Islands, which is also a dense area of sea-spanning bridges, and the foundation of sea-spanning bridges often suffers from severe scouring to the strong tidal current action. This paper discusses two forms of joint development of tidal current power generators and cross-sea bridges, analyses the advantages and disadvantages as well as the feasibility of each scheme, and gives suggestions for subsequent development.

Taking Huangtukeng Coal Mine in Fujian Province as the research object, using network parallel electrical method technology, this paper expounds Levenberg Marquardt inversion principle and model construction from the perspective of three-dimensional detection data processing, and implements resistivity data inversion by introducing smooth constraint model and adaptive adjustment of damping factor, thus, the spatial distribution of apparent resistivity in different depth detection abnormal areas under the floor of the coal mining face are obtained. The results show that there are six relatively low resistivity anomaly areas in the detection area, and the water-richness is half strong and half weak, among which Dz1, Dz2 and Dz6 are weak; Dz3, Dz4 and Dz5 are strong, showing the characteristics of the water-richness of stronger in shallow than in deep, stronger in the north and weaker in the south, which is consistent with the drilling verification results and has high reliability.

Objective To summarize and analyze the common health problems and nursing of fire rescue personnel in flood disaster rescue in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, so as to providing reference for urban flood relief firefighters to carry out medical security. Methods From July 23 to July 30, 2021, visited the reinforcement of Zhengzhou flood relief and fire fighting teams from 6 provinces and cities, established health records, and according to doctors' diagnosis, the international Classification of diseases (ICD-10) was adopted to collate the data, the disease statistical analysis, ranking, cause analysis, and summarized the nursing countermeasures. Results A total of 2310 fire rescue commanders, 349 fire rescue workers with 361 people-time health problems. Primary Health problems were the skin disease, musculoskeletal diseases, respiratory diseases of the digestive system, etc. In the top eight of the diseases were colds, dermatitis, waist and leg pain, trauma, high blood pressure, joint pain, indigestion. Combined the characteristics of urban flood fighting and disaster relief with the occupational characteristics of firefighters, analyzed the causes of diseases, and given targeted nursing measures. Conclusion The distribution, causes and nursing countermeasures of common diseases in urban flood fighting and disaster relief were summarized and analyzed in time, which has reference value for future medical teams to carry out rescue and disaster fighting by fire rescue teams. (目的 总结分析消防救援人员在河南省郑州市洪涝灾害救援中常见健康问题及护理对策, 为城市抗洪救灾消防员遂行卫勤保障提供参考依据。方法 2021年7月23日-7月30日, 通过对6省增援郑州市抗洪救灾消防队伍开展巡诊、建立健康档案, 并依据医疗诊断, 采取国际疾病分类法(ICD-10)整理资料, 对疾病进行统计分析、排序、原因分析, 并总结给予的护理对策。结果 医疗队共巡诊了2310名消防救援指战员, 其中349名消防救援人员存在361人次健康问题, 健康问题主要集中于皮肤疾病、肌肉骨骼疾病、呼吸消化系统疾病等29种, 排在前8位的疾病为上感、皮疹、腰腿痛、外伤、高血压、关节痛、消化不良、足廯; 结合城市抗洪救灾特点及消防员职业特性, 分析疾病原因, 给予针对性护理措施。结论 及时总结分析城市抗洪救灾中消防救援队伍常见病种分布、原因及护理对策, 对今后医疗队遂行消防救援队伍卫勤医疗保障在疾病预测、护理对策等方面具有重要参考价值。)

ObjectiveTo assess the genotoxicity of Di（2-ethylhexyl） phthalate （DEHP）.MethodsA series of guideline-compliant assays were performed to evaluate mutagenicity， chromosomal or DNA damage of DEHP， including Ames test， in vitro mammalian chromosome aberration assay and micronucleus test， comet assay， in vivo mice bone marrow micronucleus assay， and spermatogonial chromosomal aberration test.ResultsAmes tests results were negative. In in vitro tests， DEHP did not increase the frequency of chromosomal aberration， micronucleus and DNA break except in the dose of 2.5 and 5.0 mg/mL， which significantly increased the frequency of micronucleus and DNA break. In Vitro mammalian cell micronucleus test was negative. The chromosomal aberration rates in mice spermatogonial cells were 1.6%， 1.4%， 1.8%， 2.4% and 3.8% in negative control， 3.75 (24 h)， 7.5 (24 h)， 15 (24 h) and 15 (48 h) mg/kg·BW of DEHP， respectively. There was an increasing trend without statistical significant between groups.ConclusionDEHP showed no obvious genotoxicity under the test conditions.

There are a large number of natural gas shows in the Upper Paleozoic of the central Hunan Basin. However, the hydrocarbon accumulation process was complicated due to the strong tectonic reformation in this area. A study of the natural gas accumulation period is of significance for determining gas accumulation models. In this research, the fluid inclusion samples were tested, the fluid inclusion occurrence characteristics, uniform temperature data, and reservoir evolution were analyzed, and four diagenetic periods and four diagenetic periods and three hydrocarbon accumulation periods were identified. (i) For the syntaxial stage, the filling is dark and nonluminous, and the fluid captured by the overgrowing cement around the particles is mainly seawater; (ii) for the (Early) Mesogenetic burial stage, the calcite cement grows around the particles or micritic calcite matrix, and the fluid captured is mainly brine; (iii) for (Late) Mesogenetic burial stage, two sets of decomposed fissures developed in massive calcite colloids with non-luminous gas-rich hydrocarbon inclusions within the crystals; and (iv) for Telogenetic burial stage, weakly fluorescent pure gaseous hydrocarbon inclusions are developed in luminescent calcite veins. The result indicates that the organic inclusions in the Lower Carboniferous of the central Hunan Basin are dominated by weakly fluorescent and nonfluorescent rich gas inclusions and pure gas-phase inclusions, with three stages of hydrocarbon filling. By integrating the average homogenization temperatures on burial curves, the three charging orders correspond to 260–250 Ma during the Late Permian, 249–245 Ma during the Early Triassic, and 208–170 Ma during the Late Triassic. Dense reservoir characteristics reveal deep basin gas reservoir in deep basin.

ObjectiveTo investigate the resistance to beta-cypermethrin in Aedes albopictus in Xuhui District， Shanghai， China， and determine the effects of insecticide components， concentration and distance on eliminating resistant population of Aedes albopictus in ultra-low volume （ULV） spray， which would provide scientific evidence for effective mosquito control strategy and rational use of beta-cypermethrin.MethodsLarval impregnation method recommended by the World Health Organization was used to determine the drug resistance in Aedes albopictus larvae to calculate the median lethal concentration （LC50） of insecticides to Aedes albopictus larvae. The resistance to insecticides in female adults of Aedes albopictus was measured by the adult mosquito contact tube method recommended by the World Health Organization， and the 24-hour mortality （%） of female mosquitoes caused by insecticides was measured. Then the 24-hour mortality （%） of resistant female adults of Aedes albopictus due to beta cypermethrin monotherapy and compound agents was calculated by ULV spray.ResultIn 2016， 2017， 2019 and 2021， the resistance ratio in Aedes albopictus larvae to beta-cypermethrin was 9.22， 68.22， 37.33 and 59.22， respectively. In 2021， the 24-hour mortality of Aedes albopictus female adults was 62.07%. ULV sprayer experiments were performed using 4.5% beta-cypermethrin （single dose） and 12.0% beta-cypermethrin-chlorpyrifos （compound dose）. The 24-hour mortality increased with the concentration of the insecticides. The overall mortality caused by compound was higher than that by single dose. The mortality were 24.24%， 31.60% and 97.83% at the concentrations of 0.045 0%， 0.067 5% and 0.090 0% for single dose， respectively， and 58.87%， 61.62% and 90.00% at the concentrations of 0.12%， 0.18% and 0.24% for compound dose， respectively. There was no significant difference in mortality when spraying distance was 10 m， 30 m and 50 m.ConclusionAedes albopictus in Xuhui District is developed varying resistance to beta-cypermethrin. It warrants to strengthen the monitoring on insecticide resistance to formulate scientific and reasonable strategy for insecticide use. and reduce the resistance level of the Aedes albopictus to beta-cypermethrin. Compound dose is recommended to improve the effect. In addition， comprehensive treatment may be adopted to reduce the resistance.

Abstract Background This study aims to explore the mechanism of interleukin-32 (IL-32) affecting atopic dermatitis (AD) through the Janus-activated kinase-1 (JAK1)/microRNA-155 (miR-155) axis. Methods In this study, skin tissue samples and blood samples from normal subjects and patients with AD, human immortalized keratinocytes (HaCaT), and PA-induced mouse models of AD were selected for expression determination of IL-32, JAK1 and miR-155. The interaction among IL-32, JAK1 and miR-155 was identified with their roles in AD analyzed through loss- and gain-of-function assays. Results Elevated IL-32 was detected in AD tissues and blood samples and promoted the occurrence of AD. IL-32 upregulated JAK1 expression and phosphorylation of its downstream genes, thus activating the JAK signaling pathway. JAK1 promoted the expression of miR-155. IL-32/JAK1/miR-155 axis promoted inflammation in the AD skin reconstruction model. In vivo experiments further confirmed that IL-32 promoted AD development by activating the JAK1/miR-155 axis. Conclusion The present study underlined that IL-32 promoted the occurrence of AD by promoting JAK1 expression to upregulate miR-155 expression.

Long-term fertilization will affect the above-ground vegetation, but we have little understanding of soil bacterial community structure and diversity so far. This study aims to study the effect of organic fertilization on the soil bacterial community structure and diversity of protected long-term continuous tomato cropping by using high-throughput sequencing technology. Results show that (1) fertilization application (chemical fertilizer [CF] and vermicompost [VM]) significantly changed the soil physico-chemistry properties, such as soil pH decreased compared with control treatment and increased the soil organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), and total potassium (TK) contents; (2) VM increased the Shannon index of soil bacteria but decreased the soil Chao1 index; and (3) soil Proteobacteria and Actinomycetes were dominant taxa and the relative abundance of Actinobacteria increased by 36.40–44.27 and 25.80–29.35%, with CF and VM, respectively, compared with the control. Pearson correlation analysis showed that soil pH, SOC, TN, TP, and TK were the main environmental factors that affected the diversity and richness of soil bacterial communities. Redundancy analysis (RDA) showed that the SOC and TN play important roles in the composition of soil bacterial communities. In summary, the effect of VM on the soil bacterial community structure of continuous tomato cropping is better than that of CF, which should be used in the sustainable production of facility tomatoes.

Considering that aeolian sand ripples are formed primarily by creeping particles caused by wind-driven saltation sand particles, we obtain a formulation for determining the height of saturated aeolian sand ripples by incorporating the reptation fluxes with previous experimental results on migration velocities of sand ripples. Based on existing observational results of terrestrial sand ripples on Earth's surface, it estimates that the wavelength of aeolian sand ripples on Mars is generally up to several meters. This implies a possibility that there is another sand ripple on Mars similar in scale to Transverse Aeolian Ridges (TARs) at some time when surface saltation was prevalent. Moreover, perhaps part of the widely observed TARs is the degradation of saltation sand ripples, whose formation is intimately related to saltation and reptation of sand particles. While the other two types of ripple-like morphologies (plain ripples and crater ripples) found by Opportunity Rover are essentially not. Further, we propose that the main factor controlling the scale feature of Martian sand ripples is the intense particle-bed collision process.

The benefit of immunochemotherapy in treating resectable locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is not well established. Here, we report a case of resectable stage III NSCLC treated with neoadjuvant immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy before surgery. A 61 years old man was admitted to our hospital due to paroxysmal cough and was diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma T4N2M0 in the upper lobe of the right lung, which was locally advanced and resectable. He was treated with 3 courses of paclitaxel 250 mg intravenous (IV), carboplatin 0.65 g IV, and durvalumab 620 mg IV followed by thoracoscopic upper lobectomy and lymph node dissection. There was considerable regression of the tumor before surgery, and the patient achieved a complete pathological response after surgery. Our case study demonstrates the benefit of durvalumab and chemotherapy in the treatment of resectable locally advanced NSCLC.

Background: Back pain a common cause for hospital visits. Nuclear skeletal scintigraphy, at a high sensitivity, provides a functional imaging for detecting bone diseases. Sacroiliitis is an inflammation of the sacroiliac joint. Bone scan with quantitative sacroiliac scintigraphy (QSS) has been a useful inflammation indicator for sacroiliac joints. However, QSS has been ignored in the rehabilitation practice. Objective: To present the background, mechanisms, and current clinical applications of bone scan with QSS in spondyloarthropathy (SpA). Methods: The authors performed a literature review of QSS through database searching of MEDLINE, Embase, CINAHL, HaPI, Cochrane Review, and citation mining. Studies were included if they had QSS in the methodology performed in adult patients with various diseases. Any articles, including the authors’, that can be performed in a clinical setting were enrolled. Articles explicitly referencing QSS were retained for screening. Results: QSS appearance of SpA, including ankylosing spondylitis, may give rise to early detection. The specificity of sacroiliitis based on QSS increases from 73% to 97%. After investigating the relationship between serum C-reactive protein and sacroiliac joint inflammation in patients with SpA, there appeared to be a significant difference between serum C-reactive protein in serum and in sacroiliac ratio (particularly the middle part of the both joints), indicating a systemic inflammatory response to flair-up of SpA, for example, serum C-reactive protein as an indicator of inflammation. Sacroiliitis also occurs in post-streptococcal reactive arthritis. The involvement of sacroiliac joints in the development of post-streptococcal reactive arthritis had been demonstrated a significant correlation between anti-streptolysin O titres and QSS in patients with post-streptococcal reactive arthritis. Lower extremity periostitis acts as a human model in the study of bottom-up processing for periostitis-induced sacroiliac pain. The use of QSS can also monitor sacroiliac joint dysfunction before and after laser therapy. Improvements of the sacroiliac joint after convalescing of foot periostitis have been reported. Conclusions: Bone scan using QSS is a good screening measurement in scintigraphy rehabilitation for early detection of SpA and raises awareness of physicians toward the next step of diagnosis.

In this study, the γ-radiolysis of boric acid-lithium hydroxide-ammonia coolant was investigated under different conditions, including boric acid concentration, absorbed dose, and absorbed dose rate. The concentrations of H2O2, NO2-, and NO3- were determined using UV-visible spectroscopy and ion chromatography. With an increase in boric acid concentration, the concentrations of H2O2 and NO2- in the coolant system did not change significantly within a pH range commonly used in pressurized water reactor operation. Specifically, the concentration of H2O2 varied from 9.28×10-5 to 1.07×10-4 mol/L, while that of NO2- changed from 0.9×10-5 to 1.5×10-5 mol/L. In contrast, the concentration of NO3- fluctuated significantly, ranging from 4×10-5 to 8×10-5 mol/L. With an increase in the absorbed dose (1-30 kGy), the equilibrium concentration of H2O2 and NO2- in boric acid-lithium hydroxide-ammonia system increased to 1.28×10-4 mol/L and 1.30×10-5 mol/L, respectively. Meanwhile, the concentration of NO3- did not change significantly (4×10-5 to 6×10-5 mol/L). The concentrations of the three radiolytic products were not significantly affected within the given absorbed dose rate range (1.27 to 18.86 Gy/min). Overall, this work provides valuable basic data for optimizing the new boric acid-lithium hydroxide-ammonia coolant system.

Currently, urban and rural communities have become the new focus of social governance in China; however, the existing standards for urban and rural community governance cannot meet the new demand for governance modernization, and thus a new standards system is required. This study aims to research the development strategy of an urban and rural community governance standards system. In this article, we analyze the demand for standardizing urban and rural community governance in China, summarize the development status of standards systems related to urban and rural community governance in China and abroad, and explore the problems in the standardization in China. Moreover, we propose a preliminary framework and key directions for the standards system, covering general standards, community infrastructure, community information platform, community autonomy, community management, and community service. Considering the focus and weaknesses of urban and rural community governance in the new era, we propose several suggestions from five aspects: Top-level design, pilot demonstration, multi-party participation, overall urban–rural planning, and personnel training.

As an inherent characteristic of light, polarization plays important roles in information storage, display and even encryption. Metasurfaces, composed of specifically designed subwavelength units in a two-dimensional plane, offer a great convenience for polarization manipulation, yet improving their integrability and broadband fidelity remain significant challenges. Here, based on the combination of various subwavelength cross-nanofins (CNs), a new type of metasurface for multichannel hybrid polarization distribution in near-field is proposed. Sub-wavelength CN units with various waveplate (WP) functionalities, such as frequency-division multiplexing WP, half-WP and quarter-WP are implemented with high efficiency in broadband. High-resolution grayscale image encryption, multi-image storage and rapid polarization detection are demonstrated by encoding the WP pixels into single, double and four channels, respectively. All these applications possess good fidelity in an ultrabroad wavelength band from 1.2 to 1.9 µm, and the high degree of integrability, easy fabrication and multifunction make the CN-shaped WP pixels a promising candidate in optical device miniaturization, quantum applications and imaging technologies.

The novel coronavirus pandemic in early 2020 has been profoundly transforming people's lives. In China, countermeasures such as city and community lockdowns were successful in mitigating the epidemic. Such measures predominantly take effect by limiting close contacts between humans through work and school closures, for instance. However, high concentrations of human interactions are a feature of large urban areas, and daily commuting is a major source of the interactions, determined by the job-housing spatial relationship of the city. This study aims to explore the effects of optimizing the urban job-housing spatial relationship on mitigating disease spread. Taking Shanghai as an example, a multi-agent simulation model was established using NetLogo with a spatial granularity of 523×523 m grids to simulate disease spread through the daily basic activities of individual residents, including residence, working and commuting. The data used for the simulation were based on the current job-housing spatial relationship reflected by mobile phone grid data, from which a sample of 20 000 people with home and job locations was extracted to simulate the process of disease spread from 9 designated disease source locations. The selection of the source locations considered different location types of the Shanghai region, covering the central city area, the near suburbs and the outer suburbs. The measure of job-housing spatial relationship optimization was based on excess commuting. Using a method to simulate individual exchanging residences according to the principle of Pareto Optimality, the current excess commuting of Shanghai was found to approximately reach 69%. The job-housing spatial relationship was then measured as the extent of the excess commuting reduction. Analyses on the relationships between the optimization and the disease spread in space and time were conducted based on 20 simulations under each scenario of the 9 sources. The results showed that the proportions of the infected agents develop in S-shape curves with time, and the fastest spreads occur in the commuting periods. Diseases originating from sources that are closer to the city center spread faster than those originate from farther sources. Although 75% of the optimization constitutes the turning point for the job-housing spatial relationship to significantly postpone the spread, before this point, the influence of job-housing optimization on the spread time is limited. Such optimization can steadily reduce the spatial area of the spread, limit the scope of spread, localize the spread, and change its spatial mode from the "width-first mode" to the "depth-first mode." When the disease source is in the outer suburbs, the localization effect is particularly strong. Based on these findings, methods like job-housing balance, decentralizing jobs from central urban areas, and multi-center regional structures that can reduce commuting distances may constitute appropriate long-term strategies for urban epidemic intervention. The major contributions of the study are the exploration on the spatio-temporal regularities of infectious disease spread and epidemic intervention from the perspective of urban spatial structure, and the use of mobile phone data to provide relatively realistic base environment for disease spread simulation.

This study refines the formation of key indicators of science and technology reward evaluation, determines the key evaluation indicators affecting the development of electric power science and technology innovation and the key contents of electric power science and technology development according to the characteristics and features of the electric power industry and the energy Internet enterprises; taking the key indicators as a breakthrough, this study constructs the role transfer model between the influence of the evaluation indicators of scientific and technological rewards on the development of science and technology innovation in the electric power industry and carries out empirical analyses to verify and optimize the influence transfer model.

Plasmonic Fano resonance (FR) that contributes to multitudinous potential applications in subwavelength nanostructures can facilitate the realization of tunable wavelength selectivity for controlling light–matter interactions in metasurfaces. However, the plasmonic FR can be generated in metasurfaces with simple or complex geometries, and few of them can support flexible amplitude modulation and multiwavelength information transfer and processing. Here, we study the near-infrared plasmonic FR in a hybrid metasurface composed of concentrically hybridized parabolic-hole and circular-ring-aperture unit cells, which can induce polarization-dependent dual-wavelength passive plasmonic switching (PPS) and digital metasurface (DM). It is shown that the designable plasmonic FR can be realized by changing the geometric configurations of the unit cells. In particular, owing to the polarization-dependent characteristic of FR, it is possible to fulfill a compact dual-wavelength PPS with high ON/OFF ratios in the related optical communication bands. Moreover, such PPS that manipulates the amplitude response of the transmitted spectrum is an efficient way to reveal a 1-bit DM, which can also be rationally extended to a 2-bit DM or more. Our results suggest a pathway for studying polarization-dependent PPS and programmable metasurface devices, yielding possibilities for subwavelength nanostructures in optical communication and information processing.

The bioactive coatings were prepared on the surface of Ti6Al4V by micro-arc oxidation in the electrolyte system consist of CaSiO3, Na2SiO3·9H2O, EDTA-2Na, K2HPO4·3H2O and the electrical parameters were fixed at 400 V, 600 Hz, 15%, 10 min with constant voltage mode. The value of concentration of CaSiO3 and Na2SiO3·9H2O were changed, and the range of change was 0.0835-0.15 mol/L and 0-0.06 mol/L respectively. Structural properties and microstructure of bioactive coating fabricated by micro-arc oxidation were detected by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), electrochemical workstation, eddy current thickness profiler, scratch tester and Image-Pro Plus 6.0. The effects of CaSiO3 and Na2SiO3·9H2O concentrations on the bioactive coating were studied. The results show that thickness, roughness, micropore diameter and porosity, calcium phosphate ratio gradually increase and corrosion resistance, bond strength gradually deteriorate with the increase of CaSiO3 concentration. Micropore diameter and porosity first grow larger and then become smaller, thickness,roughness,calcium phosphate ratio and bond strength gradually increase and corrosion resistance becomes better first and then deteriorates with the increase of Na2SiO3·9H2O concentration. The performance of the coating is the best when the concentrations of calcium silicate and sodium silicate are 0.15 mol/L and 0.015 mol/L, respectively.

Seed priming is an effective method for imparting stress tolerance to plants. This study aimed to analyze the effects of solid matrix priming (SMP) on cauliflower and broccoli seed germination and early seedling growth under suboptimal temperature conditions. The SMP method used in this study included the following steps: (1) mixing seeds with vermiculite and water at a ratio of 2:3:2.5 (w/w/v) and incubating for 2 days in the dark at 20°C; (2) drying the SM-primed seed; (3) germinating the SM-primed and the nonprimed seeds at 10, 15, 20, and 25°C; (4) analyzing the antioxidant enzyme activities of SM-primed and nonprimed germinating broccoli and cauliflower seeds in the early germination stage at 10, 15, 20, and 25°C; and (5) testing the emergence of SM-primed and nonprimed control seeds in the early spring glasshouse. The results showed that the SMP improved seed germination vigor and early seedling growth and increased the activities of peroxidase and ascorbate peroxidase in the germinating cauliflower and broccoli seeds under the suboptimal temperature conditions in the early germination stage compared with nonprimed seeds. It was observed that the suboptimal temperature conditions (i.e., 10 and 15°C) suppressed SM-primed and nonprimed seed germination and early seedling growth of cauliflower and broccoli. Inside a greenhouse, the SMP improved the emergence of cauliflower and broccoli seeds during the early spring season. SMP is an effective method for improving seed germination and the emergence of cauliflower and broccoli under suboptimal temperature conditions.

The interactions of photonic spin angular momentum and orbital angular momentum, i.e., the spin-orbit coupling in focused beams, evanescent waves or artificial photonic structures, have attracted intensive investigations for the unusual fundamental phenomena in physics and potential applications in optical and quantum systems. It is of fundamental importance to enhance performance of spin-orbit coupling in optics. Here, we demonstrate a titanium dioxide (TiO2)–based all-dielectric metasurface exhibiting a high efficient control of photonic spin Hall effect (PSHE) in a transmissive configuration. This metasurface can achieve high-efficiency symmetric spin-dependent trajectory propagation due to the spin-dependent Pancharatnam-Berry phase. The as-formed metadevices with high-aspect-ratio TiO2 nanofins are able to realize (86%, measured at 514 nm) and broadband PSHEs in visible regime. Our results provide useful insights on high-efficiency metasurfaces with versatile functionalities in visible regime.

The relationship between electrocardiographic evaluation and circadian blood pressure (BP) variation in young and middle-aged hypertensive patients remains unknown.

In order to solve problems of high development cost, large maintenance and difficult cross-platform transplantation of existing coal mine roadheader control system taking ordinary PLCs and dedicated controllers as cores, a roadheader control system based on embedded soft PLC technology was designed. The functional requirements and implementation principles of the system were analyzed. The control system architecture taking embedded soft PLC as the core was put forward. The system realizes basic logic control, full-function remote control and automatic cutting function of the roadheader through the customization of real-time operating system, transplantation of the soft PLC runtime system and the development of the drive components. The system also can real-time monitor status of the roadheader, and can realize full-function remote control through the remote control, automatic cutting and shaping of the roadway section by setting parameters such as section shape, path type, roadway height, roadway width and cutting interval. Compared with the control system with PLC and dedicated controller as the core, the roadheader control system based on embedded soft PLC can better realize unified standard and system's configuration and development of roadheader equipment, which has good cross-platform portability.The test results show that basic control function and remote control operation of the system are good, and the maximum error of automatic cutting surface boundary is less than 10 cm.

BackgroundTime series usually have the characteristics of linear and nonlinear. Single model has certain limitations, which proposes mixed models for time series prediction.PurposeThis study aims to explore the application of the combination of Mann-Kendall test, differential autoregressive mobile average model (ARIMA) and long and short-term memory (LSTM) used in the prediction of the number of operational events of nuclear power plants (NPP) collected in Nuclear Safety of China and Annual Report of Nuclear Safety.MethodsFirstly, the R software was used to build ARIMA (2,1,2) model to obtain the linear part of operation events with the number of nuclear power plant operation events from 1991 to 2018, and LSTM model was developed to predict the deviation sequences, hence the nonlinear part of the number of operation events was derived from those deviation sequences. Then, combined model of ARIMA and LSTM was established to predict the number of operational events. Finally, the predicted values based on measured data were verified by actual measured data.ResultsThe verification results show that the ARIMA and LSTM combination model can be employed to improve the prediction accuracy effectively by 3%, and the predicted values of operation events in nuclear power plants from 2019 to 2020 are similar to the data collected in Annual Report of Nuclear Safety.ConclusionsThe combined model can better fit the time series of the number of operating events of NPP and correct the error of the single model.

Among many factors that affect postmortem interval （PMI）, temperature is undoubtedly the most important factor, but simply considering temperature in estimation of PMI has limitations. Accumulated degree days （ADD） is an important indicator related to biological growth and development, which considers two major variables, environmental temperature and elapsed time. Therefore, the establishment of mathematical model of ADD and some evaluation indicators to estimate PMI, is obviously better than single temperature variable. This article briefly describes the research history of ADD, its application in PMI estimation, and the problems it faces, to provide reference for the further development of ADD to improve the accuracy of PMI estimation.

[Objectives] This paper studies the influence of wind direction on the stability,evenness and loss of flow resistance of the side intake flow of a gas turbine.[Methods] CFX is applied to make numerical simulation of the intake flow of the gas turbine. Through setting of the intake angle and comparison of the flow line distribution of the intake system under different intake status,the total pressure distribution of the fore intake louver,the side intake louver and the outlet of the intake system,and the cross-sectional velocity distribution of the fore and side intake filters,the intake evenness of the gas turbine with intake flow in different directions is studied.[Results] It is shown that,the mixing intensity of fore and side intake air varies with the intake angle. Thanks to the intake system,the unevenness of air flow due to difference between fore and side intake angles is greatly improved after the air flows through the intake pressure stabilizing chamber,making the downstream airflow more even.[Conclusions] The findings are meaningful for guiding the design of the side intake system of the gas turbine.
