Abstract Objective To analyze the coupling and coordination level of medical education and health resource allocation in China, and to provide scientific basis for promoting the high-quality development of medical education and the efficient allocation of health resources. Methods Based on the panel data from 2011 to 2021, the coupling coordination degree model was used to measure the coupling coordination index of medical education and health resources in China. The spatial auto-correlation model was used to analyze the development status and distribution characteristics of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems. The kernel density estimation method was used to analyze the dynamic evolution trend of the coupling coordination of the two systems. The QR quantile regression model was used to explore the key factors affecting the coupling coordination degree of the two systems. Results During the observation period, the coupling coordination degree of the two systems increased from 0.393 to 0.465, with a growth rate of 18.3%. The coupling coordination degree between regions gradually decreased in the eastern-central and eastern-western regions, and there were still large differences between the central and western regions. The coupling coordination degree of the two systems in the region was significantly different in the eastern and western regions, and the central region was relatively similar. There is a positive spatial correlation between the provinces, and 25.81% of the provinces have transitions. Finally, the number of points in the first and third quadrants is higher than that in the second and fourth quadrants. In the process of dynamic distribution, the degree of polarization of the coupling coordination degree curve of the two systems is gradually weakened. Per capita GDP, residents ' income difference and population size are the positive and significant factors driving the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems. Conclusion The coupling and coordination degree of the two systems of medical education and health resource allocation showed a stable upward trend during the observation period, and the global spatial positive correlation also gradually increased, showing the spatial agglomeration characteristics of ' high-high agglomeration ' and ' low-low agglomeration '. The spatial difference of coupling coordination degree shows a shrinking trend and develops towards equalization. The coupling coordination degree of the two systems is affected by social, economic and demographic factors to varying degrees. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the coordinated development mechanism of the two systems, promote the two-way flow of medical education and health resource allocation in talents, technology and other elements, and then promote the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems.

Intestinal stem cells are an important part of maintaining the stability of intestinal barrier function, which is closely related to intestinal homeostasis, intestinal epithelial renewal, and repair of intestinal damage. Normal physiological activities of the human body cannot be separated from energy intake and metabolism, and the differentiation fate of stem cells is affected by energy metabolism, and impaired intestinal barrier is associated with the development of many intestinal diseases. Therefore, this paper focuses on intestinal stem cells, takes energy metabolism and metabolites as the background to investigate how energy metabolism and metabolites regulate the function and activity of stem cells, thus regulating the function of intestinal barrier and providing ideas for the treatment of various intestinal diseases; in addition, with the in-depth research of modern medical science in protecting intestinal barrier, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that cares for spleen and stomach is gradually showing its scientific validity, with the hope of providing ideas for the subsequent research.

Osteosarcoma is a common primary malignant bone tumor in adolescents and children, characterized by a high recurrence rate and metastasis, making its treatment extremely challenging. Traditional treatment modalities, including surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy, can alleviate symptoms to some extent, but improving long-term survival rates remains a pressing issue. With the continuous development of immunotherapy, breakthroughs have been made in the research of tumor immune microenvironment and the application of immunotherapy in recent years, providing new perspectives and strategies for osteosarcoma treatment. Currently, immunotherapy strategies include tumor vaccines, targeted cytokines, immune checkpoint inhibition, adoptive cell therapy, combination therapy, etc., significantly enhancing patient immune responses from the aspects of boosting immunity, overcoming immune tolerance, and preventing immune evasion, thereby effectively improving the patients′ survival rates and prognosis. This review aims to systematically introduce the immune microenvironment of osteosarcoma and discuss the latest advances in immunotherapy in clinical translational research of osteosarcoma. By deeply understanding the immune characteristics of osteosarcoma and corresponding treatment methods, it is hopeful to provide more effective strategies for personalized treatment, contributing to the improvement of the patients′ survival rates and prognosis.

This study aimed to elucidate the influence of various culture medium components, including carbon sources, nitrogen sources, inorganic salts, suspension agents, and temperature, on the mycelial growth characteristics of Phallus dongsun. Employing single-factor experiments and response surface methodology within glass Petri dishes, the research identified that carrot powder, soybean powder, and ZnSO4 notably enhanced the proliferation of aerial mycelium, significantly augmenting the growth rate of P. dongsun mycelium. The resultant mycelium was observed to be dense, robust, and fluffy in texture. In particular, ZnSO4 markedly accelerated the mycelium growth rate. Furthermore, xanthan gum was found to effectively modulate the medium’s viscosity, ensuring a stable suspension and facilitating nutrient equilibrium. The optimal cultivation temperature was determined to be 25°C, with mycelial growth ceasing below 5°C and mycelium perishing at temperatures exceeding 35°C. The optimal medium composition was established as follows: wheat starch 5 g/l, carrot powder 5 g/l, soybean powder 7.50 g/l, glucose 10 g/l, ZnSO4 0.71 g/l, NH4Cl 0.68 g/l, xanthan gum 0.5 g/l, and agar 20 g/l. Under these optimized conditions, the mycelium of P. dongsun exhibited a rapid growth rate (1.04 ± 0.14 mm/day), characterized by a thick, dense, and well-developed structure. This investigation provides a theoretical foundation for the conservation, strain selection, and breeding of P. dongsun.

A semiconductor nanomaterial was prepared and its degradation efficiency on zearalenone (ZEN) was investigated. The photocatalytic material, graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4), was synthesized by the conventional thermal cracking method, and its structure was analyzed by (X-ray diffraction) XRD, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The photocatalytic degradation experiments showed that g-C3N4 induced photocatalytic effects under ultraviolet light (254 nm, including 185 nm), releasing reactive oxygen radicals to degrade ZEN. The experimental conditions for the photocatalytic degradation of ZEN were explored. The results showed that the degradation rate of ZEN was 96.0% when the mass of the photocatalytic material , the wavelength of the UV lamp, the initial concentration and the irradiation time were 20 mg, 254 nm (50 W), 0.5 μg/mL and 60 min, respectively. Meanwhile, the experimental conditions for the photocatalytic degradation of ZEN powder samples were optimized. The results showed that the degradation rate of ZEN was 80.0% when the mass of the photocatalytic material, the wavelength of the UV lamp, and the irradiation time were 800 mg, 254 nm (50 W) and 50 min, respectively. The results could provide a theoretical reference and practical basis for the photocatalytic degradation of ZEN.

Objective To establish an allogeneic rat model of endometriosis and to evaluate the effects of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist GenSci006 on experimental rat endometriosis. Methods Endometrium from SPF grade donor female SD rats were transplanted onto the abdominal wall of recipient female rats to construct an allogeneic endometriosis model. The rats undergoing sham surgery were divided into the sham group. Three weeks later, the length, width and height of the ectopic endometrium were measured, and the volume of the endometrium (V1) was calculated before drug administration. The modeling rats were randomly divided into four groups: model group, triptorelin group (0.25 mg/kg), GenSci006-1 group (0.125 mg/kg) and GenSci006-2 group (0.25 mg/kg). Each group had 16 rats and received a single dose of the corresponding drug. The sham group and model group were administered an equal volume of solvent. Three weeks after administration, ectopic endometrium was measured to calculate the volume V2 and inhibition rate. The effect of GenSci006 on rat uterus and ovarian tissues was assessed by comparing organ coefficients and changes in pathological sections. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure the levels of serum estradiol (E2), progesterone (P4), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH). Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of GnRH receptor (GnRHR) mRNA in the hypothalamus and pituitary. Western blot was used to detect the expression of estradiol receptor alpha (ERα), beta (ERβ) and progesterone receptor (PR) in ectopic endometrium. Results Three weeks after administration, compared with the model group, the body weight of rats in the triptorelin and GenSci006-2 groups significantly increased (P < 0.05), while the volume of ectopic endometrium significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Compared with the sham group, the model group showed no significant changes in uterine and ovarian organ coefficients or endometrial thickness (P > 0.05). Compared with the model group, the uterine organ coefficients and endometrial thickness were significantly reduced in the triptorelin and GenSci006-2 groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the sham group, the serum levels of E2, P4, FSH and LH in the model group showed no significant changes (P > 0.05). Compared with the model group, the ovarian organ coefficient and serum P4 levels of rats in the Triptorelin, GenSci006-1, and GenSci006-2 groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), while the serum LH levels of rats in the GenSci006-1 group were significantly increased (P < 0.05). However, there were no significant changes in serum E2 and FSH levels in each group (P > 0.05). Compared with the model group, the expression levels of GnRHR mRNA in the pituitary tissue of rats in the triptorelin and GenSci006-2 groups were significantly downregulated (P < 0.05), with no significantly changes in the hypothalamus (P > 0.05). There were no significant changes in the expression level of GnRHR mRNA in the hypothalamus or the protein levels of ERα, ERβ and PR in the ectopic endometrial tissue in any group (P > 0.05). Conclusion The allogeneic endometriosis rat model is a suitable animal model for screening and evaluating drugs for treating endometriosis. The volume of ectopic endometrium, inhibition rate, uterine and ovarian organ coefficients, and serum E2 levels may serve as indicators for detecting drug efficacy.

Objective To explore the imaging features, clinical outcome, and prognosis of indeterminate pulmonary nodules (IPN) in patients with high-grade soft tissue sarcoma. Methods A retrospective study of 82 patients with high-grade soft tissue sarcoma who have IPNs. The clinical characteristics, imaging features of IPN, and survival of patients were analyzed with statistical software. Results The IPN size of 82 patients was 6.453±0.864 mm. IPN diameter, shape, density, and nodule discovery interval may be CT imaging features related to malignancy tendency. Age (HR=1.047, 95%CI: 1.007-1.088) and interval between each nodule discovery (HR=3.194, 95%CI: 1.052-9.694) are independent factors that affect the survival of patients with malignant IPN. Conclusion The imaging features of chest CT may provide important guidance for determining the nature and survival prognosis of benign and malignant nodules.

Background: This study aims to uncover the potential correlation between LTC4S -444 A>C polymorphism and susceptibility to asthma. Methods: Literatures reporting the correlation between LTC4S -444 A>C polymorphism and susceptibility to asthma published before 1st June, 2019 were searched in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, Wanfang and CNKI. Eligible literatures were enrolled and their data were extracted. OR and its 95% CI were calculated for assessing the correlation between LTC4S -444 A>C polymorphism and susceptibility to asthma. The included data were weighted by an inverse variance and then analyzed by a fixed or random effects model. Heterogeneity test and sensitivity analysis were performed on the enrolled reports. STATA12.1 and TSA (trial sequential analysis) were utilized for analyses. Results: Fifteen studies involving 3,791 asthma patients and 2,185 healthy controls were enrolled. No significant correlation was found between the LTC4S -444 A>C polymorphism and susceptibility to asthma according to the results of different models ((Dominant model (D): OR=1.10, 95% CI=0.98-1.23; Recessive model (R): 1.07, 0.84-1.36; Homozygous model (Homo): 1.11, 0.87-1.41; Heterozygous model (Hetero): 1.10, 0.98-1.24; Allele model (A): 1.07, 0.98-1.18). Subgroup analyses carried out in Asian and Caucasian population, as well as in population-based and hospital-based controls obtained the same conclusions. Conclusion: No significant correlation is identified between the LTC4S -444 A>C polymorphism and susceptibility to asthma. Researches with high-quality and large sample size are required for further validation in multi-center hospital.

Using polypropylene (PP) as a matrix and carbon nanotube (CNTs) as a modified material to prepare CNTs/PP composites, the effects of solid-phase drawing and CNTs on properties of PP-based composites after solid-phase drawing were analyzed. Crystallization, mechanical and electromagnetic shielding properties of the composites were studied by wide angle X-ray diffraction, 2D wide angle X-ray diffraction, small angle X-ray scattering, differential scanning calorimetry, polarizing microscope, scanning electron microscope, universal test machine, and vector analyzer. The results show that the solid-phase drawing and CNTs increase the tensile strength of the composite and reduce its elongation at break; the addition of CNTs plays a clear heterogeneous nucleation, refines the grain and improve the crystallinity, and the crystal formation of the CNTs/PP composite before and after the solid-phase drawing does not change, but the α-crystal for PP is improved significantly. The crystallinity of the composites is slightly decreased with increasing solid-phase drawing rate. The solid-phase drawing treatment and CNTs can improve the electromagnetic shielding performance, but make the electromagnetic shielding performances reduce after high drawing rate treatment.

Objective To explore the characteristics of task-state electroencephalogram (EEG) in individuals with different risky decision-making abilities in order to better understand the neural activity process and provide neurophysiological assessment metrics for the guidance of ability training. Methods Twenty male cadets from a military university were recruited to assess their risky decision-making ability and measure their event-related potential (ERP) as a neurophysiological indicator using the Iowa gambling task (IGT) with a 32-channel EEG system. The subjects were divided into high- and low-decision-making ability groups by behavioral indicators (net scores), and then their differences in ERP components were analyzed between the 2 groups. Results The behavioral performance of the IGT was increased as the number of choices increased. On the Oz channel, the participants in the high-decision-ability group produced higher amplitudes of early negative wave (ENW), P200, and feedback related negativity (FRN) in both "lose" and "win" situations than those in the low-decision-ability group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The brain's early processing of feedback on outcomes is an important factor in distinguishing high and low decision-making abilities, and can be used to assess the effectiveness of decision-making ability training.

ObjectiveRice blast is considered as the most destructive disease that threatens global rice production and causes severe economic losses worldwide. The detection of rice blast in an early manner plays an important role in resistance breeding and plant protection. At present, most studies on rice blast detection have been devoted to its symptomatic stage, while none of previous studies have used solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) to monitor rice leaf blast (RLB) at early stages. This research was conducted to investigate the early identification of RLB infected leaves based on solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence at different leaf positions.MethodsGreenhouse experiments and field trials were conducted separately in Nanjing and Nantong in July and August, 2021, in order to record SIF data of the top 1th to 4th leaves of rice plants at jointing and heading stages with an Analytical Spectral Devices (ASD) spectrometer coupled with a FluoWat leaf clip and a halogen lamp. At the same time, the disease severity levels of the measured samples were manually collected according to the GB/T 15790-2009 standard. After the continuous wavelet transform (CWT) of SIF spectra, separability assessment and feature selection were applied to SIF spectra. Wavelet features sensitive to RLB were extracted, and the sensitive features and their identification accuracy of infected leaves for different leaf positions were compared. Finally, RLB identification models were constructed based on linear discriminant analysis (LDA).Results and DiscussionThe results showed that the upward and downward SIF in the far-red region of infected leaves at each leaf position were significantly higher than those of healthy leaves. This may be due to the infection of the fungal pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae, which may have destroyed the chloroplast structure, and ultimately inhibited the primary reaction of photosynthesis. In addition, both the upward and downward SIF in the red region and the far-red region increased with the decrease of leaf position. The sensitive wavelet features varied by leaf position, while most of them were distributed in the steep slope of the SIF spectrum and wavelet scales 3, 4 and 5. The sensitive features of the top 1th leaf were mainly located at 665-680 nm, 755-790 nm and 815-830 nm. For the top 2th leaf, the sensitive features were mainly found at 665-680 nm and 815-830 nm. For the top 3th one, most of the sensitive features lay at 690 nm, 755-790 nm and 815-830 nm, and the sensitive bands around 690 nm were observed. The sensitive features of the top 4th leaf were primarily located at 665-680 nm, 725 nm and 815-830 nm, and the sensitive bands around 725 nm were observed. The wavelet features of the common sensitive region (665-680 nm), not only had physiological significance, but also coincided with the chlorophyll absorption peak that allowed for reasonable spectral interpretation. There were differences in the accuracy of RLB identification models at different leaf positions. Based on the upward and downward SIF, the overall accuracies of the top 1th leaf were separately 70% and 71%, which was higher than other leaf positions. As a result, the top 1th leaf was an ideal indicator leaf to diagnose RLB in the field. The classification accuracy of SIF wavelet features were higher than the original SIF bands. Based on CWT and feature selection, the overall accuracy of the upward and downward optimal features of the top 1th to 4th leaves reached 70.13%、63.70%、64.63%、64.53% and 70.90%、63.12%、62.00%、64.02%, respectively. All of them were higher than the canopy monitoring feature F760, whose overall accuracy was 69.79%, 61.31%, 54.41%, 61.33% and 69.99%, 58.79%, 54.62%, 60.92%, respectively. This may be caused by the differences in physiological states of the top four leaves. In addition to RLB infection, the SIF data of some top 3th and top 4th leaves may also be affected by leaf senescence, while the SIF data of top 1th leaf, the latest unfolding leaf of rice plants was less affected by other physical and chemical parameters. This may explain why the top 1th leaf responded to RLB earlier than other leaves. The results also showed that the common sensitive features of the four leaf positions were also concentrated on the steep slope of the SIF spectrum, with better classification performance around 675 and 815 nm. The classification accuracy of the optimal common features, ↑WF832,3 and ↓WF809,3, reached 69.45%, 62.19%, 60.35%, 63.00% and 69.98%, 62.78%, 60.51%, 61.30% for the top 1th to top 4th leaf positions, respectively. The optimal common features, ↑WF832,3 and ↓WF809,3, were both located in wavelet scale 3 and 800-840nm, which may be related to the destruction of the cell structure in response to Magnaporthe oryzae infection.ConclusionsIn this study, the SIF spectral response to RLB was revealed, and the identification models of the top 1th leaf were found to be most precise among the top four leaves. In addition, the common wavelet features sensitive to RLB, ↑WF832,3 and ↓WF809,3, were extracted with the identification accuracy of 70%. The results proved the potential of CWT and SIF for RLB detection, which can provide important reference and technical support for the early, rapid and non-destructive diagnosis of RLB in the field.

From the perspective of semiotics, this paper makes a progressive interpretation of this imagery symbol from three aspects: the features of the Panopticon in the surface sense, the surveillance function and power mechanism of the Panopticon in the deeper sense, and the Panopticon as the metaphor of the British society during the First World War in the social and cultural sense, then points out that the imagery symbol of the Panopticon is the encoding and embodiment of the writer’s ideas. Through this imagery symbol, the writer criticizes the disciplinary characteristics and totalitarian tendency of the British society during the First World War and expresses her reflection on the First World War and its causes.

Abstract Background Identification of the motifs bound by a transcription factor (TF) is important to reveal the function of TF. Previously, we built a transcription factor centered yeast one hybrid (TF-Centered Y1H) that could identify the motifs bound by a target TF. However, that method was difficult to comprehensively identify all the motifs bound by a TF. Results Here, we build an improved TF-Centered Y1H to comprehensively determine the motifs bound by a target TF. Recombination-mediated cloning in yeast was performed to construct a saturated prey library that contains 7 random base insertions. After TF-Centered Y1H screening, all the positive clones were pooled together to isolate pHIS2 vector. The insertion regions of pHIS2 were PCR amplified and the PCR product was subjected to high-throughput sequencing. The insertion sequences were then retrieved and analyzed using MEME program to identify the potential motifs bound by the TF. Using this technology, we studied the motifs bound by an ethylene-responsive factor (BpERF2) from birch. In total, 22 conserved motifs were identified, and most of them are novel cis-acting elements. Both the yeast one hybrid and electrophoretic mobility shift assay verified that the obtained motifs could be bound by BpERF2. In addition, chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) study further suggested that the identified motifs can be bound by BpERF2 in cells of birch. These results together suggested that this technology is reliable and has biological significance. Conclusion This method will have wide application in DNA-protein interaction studies.

We analyze the coal mine accidents since 2008, extract 30 causes of coal mine safety accidents, and construct the coal mine safety production risk factor network by using social network analysis（ＳＮＡ）. Through the point centrality analysis of SNA network, six key risk factors of coal mine safety production, such as inadequate management system, inadequate education and training, low staff quality, inadequate safety technical measures, less safety investment and inadequate safety supervision, are identified. Through the line centrality analysis of SNA network, six key influence paths of coal mine safety production risk are identified. Finally, according to the analysis results of risk key factors and risk influence paths, we put forward targeted suggestions to deal with the risk of coal mine safety production.

Objective To investigate the application value of intellectualized double-check system combined with fine management in management of hazardous chemicals in the operating room. Methods The management information of 4163 products of hazardous chemicals in the operating room were analyzed. According the sequence of time, a routine management mode was adopted in the management of 2013 products of hazardous chemicals (as control group), between July and September2021 and intellectualized double-check system combined with fine management was conducted in management of 2150 products of hazardous chemicals (as study group )between September and December 2021. The rates of correct total count, accurate inbound and outbound, timely procurement and accurate registration were measured and compared between two groups. Results The rates of correct total count, accurate inbound and outbound, timely procurement and accurate registration in the study group were higher than those in the control group, respective (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The intellectualized double-check system combined with fine management is potentially effective to reduce the loss of hazardous chemicals in the operating room, ensure the accuracy of recording storage and improve the quality in management of hazardous chemicals in the operating room (目的 探讨智能化双人核对管理模式联合精细化管理在手术室危险化学物品管理中的应用效果。方法 选取医院2021年7月—2021年12月手术室危险化学物品4163件为研究对象, 按照时间分为对照组(n=2013)和研究组(n=2150)。2021年7月—9月, 采用常规模式管理手术室危险化学物品; 2021年10月—12月, 在常规管理模式的基础上, 实施智能化双人核对联合精细化管理模式。观察两组危险化学物品数目正确率、出入库准确率、采购及时率、危险化学物品登记准确率。结果 研究组危险化学物品的数目正确率、出入库准确率、采购及时率、登记准确率均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01 ) 。结论 对手术室危险化学物品实施智能化双人核对模式联合精细化管理, 能够降低物品的流失率, 准确记录危险化学物品的去向, 及时提醒采购计划, 保证了危险化学物品存放的质量, 改善管理效果。)

As a direct retaining structure in the process of foundation pit excavation, the internal force and deformation of pile under horizontal load have great influence on the safety and economy of foundation pit engineering. In order to calculate the internal force and deformation of the supporting pile more accurately, the nonlinear foundation reaction modulus is obtained according to the nonlinear soil resistance-pile lateral displacement (p−y) curve of pile-soil interaction. At the same time, the Pasternak two-parameter foundation model is introduced to fully consider the continuity of pile side soil deformation. The differential equation of retaining pile deflection considering pile-anchor deformation coordination is derived, and the internal force and deformation of the retaining pile are obtained by the transfer matrix method. Then the calculation program is compiled based on the engineering example, and the calculation results of the program are compared with the monitoring values and the calculation results of the p−y curve method based on the traditional Winkler foundation model. It is found that the traditional Winkler foundation model will overestimate the horizontal deformation and internal force of the retaining pile. The displacement and bending moment calculated by the program can better meet the actual requirements of the project. Furthermore, the finite element software is used for numerical simulation analysis of the engineering example to verify the rationality and applicability of the calculation method of foundation pit supporting piles based on the nonlinear Pasternak two-parameter foundation model.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can quantify characteristic values of tissues, serving as an important tool for scientific and clinical research. Magnetic resonance T1ρ relaxation time reflects the low-frequency motional processes between water and macromolecules. At high fields of 3 T and above, T1ρ is greatly affected by the chemical exchange between water and exchangeable protons, and T1ρ dispersion measured with varying spin-lock fields can be utilized to analyze and quantify the proton exchange process. However, it is time-consuming to obtain T1ρ-weighted images with different spin-lock fields, which limits its application. To solve this problem, a fast T1ρ dispersion imaging method based on multiple relaxation signal compensation strategy is proposed in this work, which compensates the T1ρ-weighted images at different locking frequencies to the same signal strength level, and combines the low-rank plus sparse model in the reconstruction. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves good reconstruction results even when the acceleration factor is up to 7.

Objective To evaluate the Rosenthal effect in clinical teaching and training of newly recruited surgical nurses. Methods Totally 60 newly recruited surgical nurses were divided into two groups: the control group (n = 30) and the observation group (n = 30). The members of the control group received routine clinical teaching and training. A Study of Rosenthal Effect was carried out on the group members, teachers, head nurses and full-time teachers of the observation group, aiming to increase the teachers' sense of investment and initiative, drive the newly recruited nurses' learning motivation and improving their self-confidence. In the third and sixth month, all the newly recruited nurses were tested in theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and psychology and feedback from teachers was measures. Results There were significant differences in the time effect and inter group effect of the scores of theoretical test, practice assessment, professional identity and retention intention and satisfaction with teaching between the two groups(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Rosenthal Effect is conducive to improve the professional identity and investment of newly recruited surgical nurses, and reduce their turnover intention. It is of great significance to stabilize the operating room nursing staff and promote the construction of new nurses' specialization. (目的 探讨罗森塔尔效应在手术室新入职护士带教与培训中的应用。方法 60名手术室新入职护士分为对照组和观察组, 各30名。对照组按常规带教, 观察组在对照组基础上实施罗森塔尔效应实验。评估和对比两组新入职护士带教3、6个月时的理论成绩、专科操作成绩、留职意向、职业认同以及对带教老师的评价。结果 观察组带教3、6个月时的理论成绩、专科操作成绩、留职意向、职业认同以及对临床带教老师的评价分值均高于同期对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 罗森塔尔效应的应用有利于提高手术室新入职护士的专科化认同及投入程度, 对于稳定手术室护理人员和推动新护士专科化建设具有重要意义。)

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of HBV serum markers (HBV-M) in pregnant women with HBV infection and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 302 infants delivered by HBV infected pregnant women registered and examined in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2020 were included. Serum HBV-M and HBV-DNA were detected in the 302 pregnant women during late pregnancy and in their infants aged 6~12 months (time point 1, T1) and 20~30 months (time point 2, T2). The dynamic changes and influencing factors were analyzed. Results For the infants, HBsAg was negative at both time points, and there were 301 cases of anti-HBs positive, 3 cases of HBeAg positive, 46 cases of anti-HBe positive and 207 cases of anti-HBc positive at T1, and all these indicators were decreased gradually with the age of infants. At T2, 8 cases of anti-HBs positive turned negative, while those of HBeAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc positive turned negative. The lower the titer of T1 anti-HBs was, the more likely it was to turn negative. At T2, the titer of anti-HBs was not related to feeding mode, delivery mode and mother HBV DNA level. Conclusion Serum HBeAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc are all derived from the mother and metabolized gradually. The success rate of mother-to-child prevention for HBV infected pregnant women is quite high. If the titer of the initial test is relatively low, the time of reexamination should be shortened.

In recent years, the rapid development of electric vehicles has gained widespread attention, and has especially brought new vitality to the fast-growing logistics service industry. Electric vehicles in urban logistics are not only ideal transportation tools but also do not affect the environment. This study thus implements the economic valuation of electric vehicles in urban logistics from the viewpoints of both manufacturers and business users through the investigation of pricing mechanism and discusses the potential for improving policy-making together with the real case in China. The net present value (NPV) approach is used to quantitatively analyze the investment decisions of urban logistics electric vehicles, with government regulation, incentive policy, and carbon emission trading taken into consideration. Our findings provide insights into the decision-making mechanism for commercializing electric vehicles in urban logistics that involves optimizing the government subsidy and transaction price between the manufacturers and business users. The results imply that with rationalized government policy incentives and coordinated transaction price, both manufacturers and business users are expected to achieve their break-even in limited time periods. The carbon cap placed on business users rather than manufacturers would be relatively more conducive to the marketization process.

Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) is one of the advanced therapies for neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs), which can relieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with NENs with good tolerance to the treatment.However, since this treatment method has just started in China, how to implement standardized, efficient and high-quality nursing services for patients undergoing PRRT is still worth discussing. By referring to related international guidelines and clinical nursing standards, and combining our experience in the treatment of NENs using 177Lu-DOTATATE, we proposed the key nursing points during the treatment process, and elaborated how to prevent common adverse reactions and undergo psychological intervention, in hope of the related personnel being able to provide more safe treatment and to improve nursing security.

1,3,5-tris（3,3,3-trifluoropyl）-1,3,5-trimethylcyclotrisiloxane （D3F） and hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane were used as raw materials to synthesize fluorosilicone copolymer with high molecular weight. The effects of reaction time and reaction temperature on molecular weight of the products and monomer ratio on chain segment content of the copolymers were studied. The structure of the copolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and its molecular weight was determined by Ubbelohde viscometer. The results showed that the proportion of chain segment content in fluorosilicone rubber was closer to that of feed when D3F amount was high. With increase of reaction temperature and time, molecular weight of the fluorosilicone copolymer first increased and then decreased. Molecular weight of fluorosilicone copolymer could be effectively increased by stopping heating at an approp-riate node in the reaction process. When the reaction temperature was 90 ℃, reaction time was 10 min and mole fraction of D3F was 80%, molecular weight of fluorosilicone copolymer reached the maximum, and the viscosity average molecular weight was 8.2×105.

Airspeed is a very important flight parameter.The abnormal airspeed of large aircraft may cause serious flight accidents,and it is difficult to completely eliminate the abnormal airspeed fault through ground inspection.Aiming at the problems such as high frequency of airspeed anomalies,multiple fault types,great impact on flight safety,and heavy burden of pilots’disposal after airspeed anomalies,an auxiliary decision-making function for air-speed anomalies of large aircraft is designed in this paper.Under different flight phases and aircraft performance,the residual voting judgment,flight status conformity judgment,airspeed reconstruction algorithm based on wind speed and airspeed reconstruction algorithm based on lift equation are respectively studied and designed.Taking the DaYun large aircraft as an example,the simulation results show that the method is effective.

Cervical spine injury (CSI) accounts for significant mortality in the intensive care unit (ICU), whereas sepsis remains one of the major causes of death in patients with CSI. However, there is no effective method to diagnose sepsis timely. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) on the pathogen features and the prognostic prediction of CSI patients with sepsis. A total of 27 blood samples from 17 included patients were tested by mNGS. Data of mNGS were compared with the conventional culture method. The Kaplan–Meier plots were used to visualize survival curves. A Cox proportional hazards model was used to identify independent prognostic factors for survival. Results showed that mNGS detected a wide spectrum of pathogens in CSI patients with sepsis, including 129 bacterial species, 8 viral species, and 51 fungal species. mNGS indicated 85.2% positive results, while the conventional culture method only showed 11.1% positive results in the blood samples. Further analyses revealed that mNGS had no prognostic effect on the septic CSI patients in ICU, whereas positive results of blood culture were closely correlated with an increased hazard ratio (HR) (HR 77.7067, 95%CI 2.860–2641.4595, p = 0.0155). Our results suggested that the mNGS application may provide evidence for clinicians to use antibiotics when a CSI case is diagnosed with sepsis.

Solar insecticidal lamps (SILs) are widely used in agriculture for the purpose of effectively controlling pests and reducing pesticide dosage. With the increasing deployment of SILs, there are more and more reports about theft and destruction of SILs, seriously affecting the pest control effect and leading to great economic losses. Unfortunately, many efforts remain unsuccessful, since people can destruct the components of SIL in part but not steal the whole SIL, which cannot be detected by GPRS module or can only be labeled as a fault of component. To realize the broader effect of anti-theft and anti-destruction in the scenario of Solar Insecticidal Lamps Internet of Things (SIL-IoTs), there were two types of designs which would enable substantial improvements. On one hand, SIL was reformed and designed to obtain more information from different kinds of sensors and increase the difficulty of theft and destruction of SILs. Four modules were equipped including gated switch, voltage and current module, emergency power module, acceleration sensor module. Gated switch was used to judge whether the gate of power was open or closed. Voltage and current module of battery, solar panel, lamp, and metal mesh were used to judge whether the components were stolen or destructed. Emergency power module was used for communication module after the battery being stolen. Acceleration sensor module was used to judge whether the SIL was shaking by stealer. On the other hand, the auxiliary equipment of SIL, i.e., unmanned aerial vehicle insecticidal lamp (UAV-IL), was put forward for emergency applications after theft and destruction of SIL, e.g., deployment, tracking, patrol inspection, and so on. Through the above-mentioned hardware design and application of UAV-IL, more information from different kinds of sensors could be obtained to make judgements about the situation of theft and destruction. However, considering the short occurrence time of theft and destruction, the design was not enough to realize fast and accurate judgments. Therefore, six key research issues in the design of internal hardware, software algorithm and appearance structure design level were discussed, including 1) optimal design of anti-theft and anti-destruction of SILs; 2) establishment of anti-theft and anti-destruction judgment rules of SILs; 3) fast and accurate judgments of theft and destruction of SILs; 4) emergency measures after theft and destruction of SILs; and 5) prediction and prevention of theft and destruction of SILs; 6) optimal calculation to reduce the load of network data transmission. The anti-theft and anti-destruction have crucial roles in equipment safety, which can be extended to various agricultural applications.

Objective To summarize the mid- and long-term curative efficacy of surgical valve surgery intervention for the patients with end-stage atrial fibrillation by analyzing the main points of clinical and ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods Clinical data of 693 patients with atrial fibrillation diagnosed by echocardiography admitted to our General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from January 2012 to June 2019 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. According to the regurgitation of atrioventricular valve, they were divided into Group A (slight or mild mitral and/or tricuspid insufficiency), Group B (moderate or above tricuspid insufficiency), Group C (moderate or above mitral insufficiency), and Group D (moderate or above mitral and tricuspid insufficiency). There were total 505 patients in the latter 3 groups, among which 124 underwent heart valve surgery. Results The severiry of atrioventricular valve regurgitation was constantly changing in the 693 patients. There were 65 patients with reduced reflux after medical treatment, and 23 of them underwent radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation. Atrioventricular regurgitation was aggravated in 505 patients. Among the patients with moderate severe regurgitation, the non-operation patients had significantly longer history of atrial fibrillation, larger left ventricular diameter, and lower left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions than the operation patietns (P < 0.05). The 124 patients underwent surgical treatment, but 1 patient died during perioperative period, and the others were followed up from 6 months to 94 months (averagely 63.03 months, 54.61 to 71.44 months). Paired analysis showed that suegical treatment resulted in significantly decreased diameter of each atrium (P < 0.001), improved cardiac function classification (P < 0.001), and reduced score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS, P < 0.001). Although some patients (24 cases) had lower LVEF after operation, there was no significant difference (P=0.067). The sinus rhythm was restored and maintained in 14 (87.5%) of 16 patients who underwent valve surgery at the same time, and 18 (16.8%) of 107 patients underwent valve surgery alone. Conclusion Surgical valve surgery should be carried out actively for the patients with end-stage atrial fibrillation with massive atrioventricular valve regurgitation, with the advantages of low risk and good quality of life.

Backgound:Angelicae pubescentis is the root of Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. biserrata Shan et Yuan. The main active ingredients are coumarin and volatile oil, and it has a variety of pharmacological activities such as antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. In this paper, the active components of the CO2 supercritical extract of Angelicae pubescentis were studied. The results of this study will provide a scientific basis for the study of the chemical composition of Angelicae pubescentis. Purpose: To study the chemical constituents of supercritical extract of Radix Angelicae pubescentis. Method: The supercritical extract of Radix Angelicae pubescentis was separated by silica gel column chromatography to obtain monomers. The structures were identified based on physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Result: Eight compounds were separated from the supercritical extract of Radix Angelicae pubescentis, six of which were identified.They are Osthol, Columbianedin, Columbianetin, Columbianetin Acetate, Xanthotoxin and Bergapten. Conclusion: Xanthotoxin and Bergapten were isolated, which structure were similar. The standard substance of Osthol and Columbianedin were producted in order to offer the good material base for quality evaluation and pharmacodynamic study of Radix Angelicae pubescentis. Their purification were more than 99%. The results of this study are of great significance for exploring the effective material basis and medicinal value of the supercritical extract of Radix Angelicae pubescentis.

In this research, we attempted to explain the effect and the related molecular mechanisms of ABIN1 in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced septic mice or RAW264.7 macrophages. LPS was adopted to treat RAW264.7 macrophages for 4 h, and the levels of inflammatory factors were assessed by ELISA. Besides, ABIN1 expression was measured by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Apparently, LPS enhanced immunoreaction, suggested by increased expression of IL-1β, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, and IL-6. ABIN1 levels were obviously reduced compared to the control. Furthermore, we evaluated the roles of ABIN1-plasmid in immunoreaction and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) pathway. We found that ABIN1-plasmid significantly reduced the expression of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 in LPS-treated cells and inhibited NF-κB pathway activation. Meanwhile, a septic mouse mode was conducted to validate the role of ABIN1 in inflammatory response and organ damage in vivo. These data suggested that ABIN1-plasmid significantly inhibited the secretion of inflammatory cytokines and Cr, BUN, AST, and ALT levels in the serum of LPS-stimulated mice compared to LPS + control-plasmid group, reflecting the relieved inflammation and organ injury. In summary, the present findings indicated that ABIN1 alleviated sepsis by repressing inflammatory response through NF-κB signaling pathway, emphasizing the potential value of ABIN1 as therapeutic strategy for sepsis.

Primary secondary tumor increased recently with the use of immunomodulatory drugs in patients with multiple myeloma (MM). However, MM with prior diagnosis of primary secondary tumor is relatively rare. In this study, we reported an MM patient with prior diagnosis of rectal cancer. In brief, an 85-year-old man was first diagnosed with rectal cancer. Given the age, heart failure and small-cell hypochromic anemia (hemoglobin level: 54 g/L), rectal cancer resection was not advised and symptomatic treatments were performed (including sufficient iron supplementation). Eight months later, the patient was diagnosed with MM due to worsening anemia. Anemia and heart failure were corrected after three cycles of treatment with thalidomide, dexamethasone and capecitabine. Radical resection of rectal carcinoma (Hartmann) was finally performed due to acute abdominal distension. Meanwhile, RR interval prolongation (longest interval >5.0 s) and atrial fibrillation occurred in the fifth cycle treatment. One month after discontinuation of thalidomide, RR interval returned to normal range, while atrial fibrillation developed into persistent atrial fibrillation.

Abstract The skin, which serves as the first barrier of the human body, is particularly susceptible to exogenous injuries. Skin wounds, including acute burns and chronic non-healing ulcers, are commonly observed in clinics. Healing of skin wounds is a complex process, consisting of infiltration of inflammatory cells, cellular proliferation, and tissue remodeling phases, which restore the integrity and functions of the skin. Epithelialization is involved in wound healing through re-establishing an intact keratinocyte layer. Epidermal stem cells are indispensable for epithelialization, and they are regulated by multiple proinflammatory cytokines or growth factors. In this review, we summarize recent advances in the effect of these cytokines on migration, proliferation, and differentiation processes of epidermal stem cells. We also introduce promising therapeutic strategies targeting epidermal stem cells or related proinflammatory cytokines for patients with skin wounds.

Plant phenomics is under rapid development in recent years, a research field that is progressing towards integration, scalability, multi-perspectivity and high-throughput analysis. Through combining remote sensing, Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, computer vision, and artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning and deep learning, relevant research methodologies, biological applications and theoretical foundation of this research domain have been advancing speedily in recent years. This article first introduces the current trends of plant phenomics and its related progress in China and worldwide. Then, it focuses on discussing the characteristics of indoor phenotyping and phenotypic traits that are suitable for indoor experiments, including yield, quality, and stress related traits such as drought, cold and heat resistance, salt stress, heavy metals, and pests. By connecting key phenotypic traits with important biological questions in yield production, crop quality and Stress-related tolerance, we associated indoor phenotyping hardware with relevant biological applications and their plant model systems, for which a range of indoor phenotyping devices and platforms are listed and categorized according to their throughput, sensor integration, platform size, and applications. Additionally, this article introduces existing data management solutions and analysis software packages that are representative for phenotypic analysis. For example, ISA-Tab and MIAPPE ontology standards for capturing metadata in plant phenotyping experiments, PHIS and CropSight for managing complicated datasets, and Python or MATLAB programming languages for automated image analysis based on libraries such as OpenCV, Scikit-Image, MATLAB Image Processing Toolbox. Finally, due to the importance of extracting meaningful information from big phenotyping datasets, this article pays extra attention to the future development of plant phenomics in China, with suggestions and recommendations for the integration of multi-scale phenotyping data to increase confidence in research outcomes, the cultivation of cross-disciplinary researchers to lead the next-generation plant research, as well as the collaboration between academia and industry to enable world-leading research activities in the near future.

The aim of this article is to investigate how the stress triaxiality affects the plastic deformation behavior of high-density polyethylene using an approach combining experiments and micromechanics-based modeling. The stress-strain behavior along with the cavitation damage accumulation are experimentally quantified under well-controlled transversal response of hourglass-shaped tensile specimens with different curvature radii in order to set different triaxial stress states in the median cross-section. A constitutive elastic-plastic-damage representation is then presented within a continuum-based micromechanical framework. The model, constrained by the same boundary conditions as the experimental tests, is used to examine the stress triaxiality effects on the separate and synergistic effects of plasticity and cavitation damage micromechanisms that govern the macro-response.

The increasing functionality and complexity of electronic systems places higher demands on the efficiency of system verification tests. The traditional satellite test platform is customized according to the specific model task. Its design and development cycle is long, and the comprehensive cost is difficult to adapt to the current task requirements. To this end, this paper proposes a general simulation test platform architecture for on-board solid-state storage controller based on System Verilog. It uses a hierarchical model internally, and the signal interface uses APB bus standard uniformly. It can be configured by testing the platform data source and format to adapt to onboard solid-state storage controllers of different capacities, different rates and different configurations. Experiments show that the test platform designed in this paper has certain versatility, which can effectively save test time and improve test coverage compared with traditional test platform.
