The specific root exudate, tripropylene glycol monomethyl ether (TPM), was significantly increased under the maize and peanut intercropping system. Exploring its effects on the growth and metabolic physiology of peanut plants could provide reference for exploring effective substances regulating the growth and development of peanut and promoting the quality and yield improvement of peanut. In this study, Qinghua No.6 peanut variety was used as experimental material, and the same volume of sterile water was added as control (CK). The dry matter accumulation, maximum photochemical efficiency, carbon and nitrogen metabolism enzyme activity and antioxidant properties of peanut plants under three tripropylene glycol monomethyl ether (TPM) adding gradient (T1:10.23μL/pot, T2:20.46μL/pot, T3: 40.92 μL/pot) were studied. The results showed that, compared with CK, T1 and T3 significantly reduced the above-ground dry matter weight of peanut plants. All TPM treatments significantly reduced the dry matter weight of underground part and maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) of PSII. TPM supplementation significantly increased the activity of carbon and nitrogen metabolizing enzymes in peanut functional leaves, for detail, the activities of nitrate reductase (NR), sucrose synthetase (SS) and phosphate sucrose synthetase (SPS) in T1 treatment were increased by 6.49%-203.24% compared with CK, and Glutamine synthetase (GS) activity in T3 treatment was significantly increased by 39.81% compared with CK. The supplementation of TPM had stress effect on peanut plants. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was significantly increased by 17.32%-34.65% compared with CK. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) under T3 treatment were decreased by 75.82% and 75.74% compared with CK, respectively. The peroxidase (POD) activity under T1 treatment was significantly decreased by 30.43% compared with CK. According to the histochemical localization, T3 treatment significantly induced the accumulation of H2O2 and O2- in peanut plant functional leaves, and the content of O2- was significantly increased by 83.39% compared with CK. In conclusion, TPM can inhibit the growth of peanut plants, especially the underground part, reduce the potential maximum photosynthetic capacity (Fv/Fm) of leaves and inhibit the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD, CAT and POD. However, peanut plants can reduce the damage caused by TPM by improving the activities of carbon and nitrogen metabolic enzymes such as NR, SS, SPS and GS. This study was designed to clarify the effects of different fertilizer types and their mutual application on improving peanut yield, to determine the appropriate type of topdressing fertilizer and mutual application, and provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for scientific fertilization of peanut. Nitrogen (N), calcium (Ca), and boron (B) fertilizer were applied at the pod-pin stage under the condition of mulching drip irrigation in the field and the effects of different types of drip irrigation top-dressing on dry matter weight, mineral nutrient absorption and yield of peanut in pod-bearing stage were analyzed. The results showed that the dry matter weight, nitrogen content and accumulation, calcium content and accumulation, and pod yield of peanut stems and leaves were significantly increased by topdressing of N, B, and Ca fertilizer in the pod-pin stage, however, the effect of topdressing of N, B, and Ca fertilizer alone was not as good as that of the combination of N, B, and Ca fertilizer, and the effect of topdressing of N, B, and Ca fertilizer on stem and leaf dry matter weight, nitrogen content and accumulation, calcium content and accumulation, and pod yield was better. Topdressing boron fertilizer could improve the boron content and its accumulation in peanut stems and leaves, while the combination of nitrogen and calcium fertilizer could promote the absorption and accumulation of boron in peanut. Peanut yield and stem (matter weight, nitrogen accumulation, calcium accumulation and leaf boron accumulation) were significantly positively related, stem (stem leaf nitrogen accumulation and leaf weight and the calcium accumulation) were significantly positive correlation, stem leaf nitrogen accumulation and stem leaf nitrogen content were significantly positive correlation, the calcium content in the stem leaf calcium accumulation and leaf were significantly positive correlation, stem leaf boron accumulation with stem and leaf boron content were significantly positive correlation. These results suggest that the application of N, B, and Ca promoted the absorption and accumulation of N, B, and Ca, increased the quality of dry matter, and consequently increased the yield of peanut. Clarifying carbon and nitrogen emissions of different peanut rotation planting system can provide an effective reference to achieve high yield, high efficiency, and low carbon and nitrogen emissions. Based on field surveys on agricultural inputs and field managements, we calculated the carbon footprint and nitrogen footprint of three planting modes (rape-peanut rotation, wheat-peanut rotation and peanut monoculture) in Huanggang, Hubei Province. The results showed that compared with wheat-peanut rotation, carbon emission per unit area of rape-peanut rotation decreased by 7.8%, carbon emission per unit net present value decreased by 36.9%, the nitrogen emission per unit area decreased by 12.5%, and nitrogen emission per unit net present value decreased by 41.9%. Compared with peanut monoculture, rape-peanut rotation reduced carbon and nitrogen emissions by 19.6% and 30.8%, respectively. The net income of rape-peanut rotation was 1.4 times as that of wheat-peanut rotation and 2.4 times as that of peanut monoculture. It is suggested that rape-peanut rotation could achieve the synergistic benefits of high yield and efficiency and low carbon and nitrogen emissions, which is conducive to the green, high quality, and high efficiency production of oil crops.

Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage has provided a new option for mitigating global anthropogenic CO2 emission with its unique advantages. However, there is a risk of the sealed CO2 leakage, bringing a serious threat to the ecology system. It is widely known that soil microorganisms are closely related to soil health, while the study on the impact of sequestered CO2 leakage on soil microorganisms is quite deficient. In this study, the leakage scenarios of sealed CO2 were constructed and the 16S rRNA genes of soil bacteria were sequenced by Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology on Miseq platform, and related biological analysis was conducted to explore the changes of soil bacterial abundance, diversity and structure. There were 486,645 reads for 43,017 OTUs of 15 soil samples and the results of biological analysis showed that there were differences in the abundance, diversity and community structure of soil bacterial community under different CO, leakage scenarios while the abundance and diversity of the bacterial community declined with the amplification of CO2 leakage quantity and leakage time, and some bacteria species became the dominant bacteria species in the bacteria community, therefore the increase of Acidobacteria species would be a biological indicator for the impact of sealed CO2 leakage on soil ecology system.
