BACKGROUND RESULTS CONCLUSION Lack of n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acids during the period of maternity drastically lowers the docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) level in the brain of offspring and studies have demonstrated that different molecular forms of DHA are beneficial to brain development. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of short‐term supplementation with DHA‐enriched phosphatidylserine (PS) and phosphatidylcholine (PC) on DHA levels in the liver and brain of congenital n‐3‐deficient mice.Dietary supplementation with DHA significantly changed the fatty acid composition of various phospholipid molecules in the cerebral cortex and liver while DHA‐enriched phospholipid was more effective than DHA triglyceride (TG) in increasing brain and liver DHA. Both DHA‐PS and DHA‐PC could effectively increase the DHA levels, but DHA in the PS form was superior to PC in the contribution of DHA content in the brain ether‐linked PC (ePC) and liver lyso‐phosphatidylcholine molecular species. DHA‐PC showed more significant effects on the increase of DHA in liver TG, PC, ePC, phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and PE plasmalogen (pPE) molecular species and decreasing the arachidonic acid level in liver PC plasmalogen, ePC, PE and pPE molecular species compared with DHA‐PS.The effect of dietary interventions with different molecular forms of DHA for brain and liver lipid profiles is different, which may provide theoretical guidance for dietary supplementation of DHA for people. © 2024 Society of Chemical Industry. Herein, a self-powered lactate biosensor (SPLBs) was assembled to detect lactate in sweat based on flexible textile matrix enzymatic electrodes. A porous three-dimensional electrode with high flexibility and electrical conductivity was obtained by decorating composites of reduced graphene oxide and carboxylate multiwalled carbon nanotubes onto a cellulose fabric substrate. The excellent enzyme embedding method using a gel electrolyte showed a Michaelis–Menten constant of 1.46 mM, indicating the high enzymatic activity of lactate dehydrogenase. Moreover, the assembled (SPLBs) displayed a sensitivity of 3.16 µW mM−1 cm−2 with a linear range of 0–10 mM and a detection limit of 9.49 µM. Additionally, the biosensor has good tensile flexural stability, selectivity, and long-term stability. When integrated into clothing, the (SPLBs) recovered 91.5–102.3% of lactate from real sweat, with a relative standard deviation of less than 4.16%. The coordination between carrier and active metal is critical to the catalytic efficiency of ammonia borane (AB) hydrolysis reaction. In the present study, we report a new type of catalytic support based on molybdenum boride (MBene) MoAl 1-x B and demonstrate that the effective combination of MoAl 1-x B with Ru nanoparticles can realize the significantly enhanced performance for hydrogen generation. Owing to the efficient activation and dissociation of reactants, the optimal Ru/MoAl 1-x B catalyst achieves the large turnover frequency of 494 mol H2 mol Ru -1 min−1, high hydrogen generation rate of 119817 mL min−1 g Ru -1 and favorable apparent activation energy of 39.2 kJ mol−1 for the catalytic hydrolysis of AB under alkaline-free condition. The isotopic test suggests the cleavage of O H bond in H 2 O is the rate-determining step for hydrolysis reaction, while the fracture of B–H bond in AB is also well revealed by attenuated total reflectance (ATR)-Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Significantly, the flexible on-demand hydrogen generation is achieved by using chemical switches for on–off AB hydrolysis. The purpose of this study was to assess the potential effectiveness of several mainstream therapies, including phototherapy, antidepressants, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and negative ion generators, in the treatment of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). A systematic search of PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, and WOS databases was conducted from January 1975 to December 3, 2022. Randomized controlled trials meeting predefined selection criteria for the treatment of SAD using mainstream therapeutic approaches were identified. After reviewing abstracts, data were synthesized and categorized based on the type of intervention and the targeted disorder. A total of 21 randomized controlled trials, involving 1037 participants, were included. The standardized mean difference of depression scores and corresponding 95 % confidence intervals were calculated to assess the efficacy of phototherapy for Seasonal Affective Disorder. The meta-analysis revealed that phototherapy was significantly more effective than other intervention groups or control therapies, with an effect size of 4.64(2.38,7.03). Subgroup analysis demonstrated that no factors could explain the significant heterogeneity observed. Phototherapy exhibited statistically significant mild to moderate therapeutic effects in alleviating depressive symptoms and can be considered as a clinical therapy for treating Seasonal Affective Disorder. However, the quality of evidence remains low, and further well-designed, larger sample size, and high-quality studies are needed to confirm the efficacy of phototherapy in treating Seasonal Affective Disorder. In conclusion, our systematic review and meta-analysis indicate that bright light therapy is a promising first-line non-pharmacological treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), showing significant improvement in mood symptoms compared to placebo. The findings support the use of bright light therapy as an effective and well-tolerated intervention for SAD. With the continual expansion of urban road networks and global commitments to net zero, electric vehicles (EVs) have been considered to be the most viable solution to decarbonize the transportation sector. In recent years, the electric road system (ERS) has been introduced and piloted in a few countries and regions to decarbonize heavy-duty vehicles. However, little research has been carried out on its reliability. This paper fills the gap and investigates the reliability of electric truck power supply systems for electric road (ETPSS–ER), which considers both the power system and truck traffic networks. First, a brief introduction of electric roads illustrates the working principle of EV charging on roads. Then, an optimized electric truck (ET) travel pattern model is built, based on which the corresponding ET charging load demand, including both static charging and dynamic charging, is conducted. Then, based on the new ET travel pattern model, a daily travel-pattern-driven Monte Carlo simulation-based reliability assessment method for ETPSS–ER system is presented. Case studies based on the IEEE RBTS system shows that ETs driving on ERS systems can meet the daily travel demands. The case studies also examine the impacts of increasing number of ETs, extra wind power, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) on the reliability of ERS power systems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is a critical anodic reaction of electrochemical water splitting, developing a high‐efficiency electrocatalyst is essential. Transition metal‐based catalysts are much more cost‐effective if comparable activities can be achieved. Among them, fluorides are rarely reported due to their low aqueous stability of coordination and low electric conductivity. Herein, a NiCo bimetallic fluoride with good crystallinity is designed and constructed, and significantly enhanced catalytic activity and conductivity are observed. The inevitable oxidation of transition metal ions at high potential and the dissociation of F− are attributed to the low aqueous stability of coordination. The theoretical researches predicte that transition metal fluorides should have a strong tendency to electrochemical reconstruction. Therefore, based on the observations on their electrochemical behavior, high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and bode plots, it is further demonstrated that surface reconstruction occurred during the electrochemical process, meanwhile a significant increase of electrochemically active area, which is created by F migration, are also directly observed. Additionally, DFT calculation results show that the electronic structure of the catalysts is modulated by the bimetallic centers, and this reconstruction helps optimizing the adsorption energy of oxygen‐containing species and improves OER activity. Here we present a [3+2] cycloaddition of rationally designed trisubstituted cyclic α‐chloroamides, primarily those incorporating pharmacological pyrazolone cores, as potent synthons for synthesizing valuable spirocyclic γ‐lactam architectures. This protocol exhibits 52–96% yields, impressive substrate compatibility, and scale‐up capacity. Importantly, this study also represents one of the rare examples that harness enaminone C−N bond cleavage to engineer relevant spirocyclic γ‐lactam skeletons of biological interest. Moreover, we propose a plausible mechanistic explanation to elucidate the outstanding chemical outcomes observed, thereby enriching the synthetic toolbox for pyrazolone chemistry and α‐haloamide‐mediated reactions. As the operation temperature of surface type permanent magnet synchronous motor (STPMSM) is very high, it is crucial to design a reasonable and efficient motor cooling system. In this work, a grooved spiral round channel (GSRC) is designed based on the ordinary spiral round channel (OSRC) and applied to the cooling system of the STPMSM. The heat transfer coefficients and pressure losses of the OSRC and the GSRC under different conditions are compared and analyzed. It is found that compared with the OSRC, the pressure loss and heat transfer coefficient of the GSRC are reduced and increased, respectively. Furthermore, performance evaluation criterion (PEC) is used to evaluate the thermal–hydraulic performance of the two spiral cooling channels. The results demonstrate that the thermal–hydraulic performance of the GSRC is significantly superior to the OSRC. The thermal–hydraulic performance of the GSRC is better with the increase of the groove width. When the coolant, mass flow rate, spiral pitch and groove width are water, 10 g/s, 40 mm and 3 mm, respectively, the pressure loss and heat transfer coefficient of the GSRC are decreased and increased by 58.13% and 39.12%, respectively. The PEC reaches 1.27 compared to the OSRC. This work indicates that the GSRC is more appropriate for applying in the cooling system of the surface type permanent magnet synchronous motor. [Display omitted] • Gut microbiota's coevolution with hosts significantly impacts the regulation of human diseases. • Medicine food homology species are rich in bio-active substances, which have good medical and nutritional value. • Intaking medicine food homology species will affect the composition of gut microbiota and provide metabolites that affect host physiology. • The relationship between medicine food homology species–gut microbiota–individual health has been confirmed, but the underlying mechanisms remain far from clear. The relationship between gut microbiota and human health has gradually been recognized. Increasing studies show that the disorder of gut microbiota is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases. Metabolites produced by the gut microbiota are responsible for their extensive regulatory roles. In addition, naturally derived medicine food homology species with low toxicity and high efficiency have been clearly defined owing to their outstanding physiological and pharmacological properties in disease prevention and treatment. Based on supporting evidence, the current review summarizes the representative work of medicine food homology species targeting the gut microbiota to regulate host pathophysiology and discusses the challenges and prospects in this field. It aims to facilitate the understanding of the relationship among medicine food homology species, gut microbiota, and human health and further stimulate the advancement of more relevant research. As this review reveals, from the initial practical application to more mechanism studies, the relationship among medicine food homology species, gut microbiota, and human health has evolved into an irrefutable interaction. On the one hand, through affecting the population structure, metabolism, and function of gut microbiota, medicine food homology species maintain the homeostasis of the intestinal microenvironment and human health by affecting the population structure, metabolism, and function of gut microbiota. On the other hand, the gut microbiota is also involved in the bioconversion of the active ingredients from medicine food homology species and thus influences their physiological and pharmacological properties. For addressing the issue about cooling a prismatic LiMn2O4 battery, two mini U-channel cold plates are used to clinging to the front and back surface of the prismatic battery, respectively. The maximum temperature and temperature distribution of the battery under different flow directions (Cooling plan A and cooling plan B) are numerically investigated and analyzed. It is found that the maximum temperature of battery is reduced to about 311.8 K under the two cooling plans at the inlet velocity of 0.01 m s−1 and the discharge rate of 1 C, making the battery in a suitable temperature range. Furthermore, the maximum temperature of battery under cooling plan A (Same flow direction) and B (Opposite flow direction) are basically the same, while the temperature distribution of battery under the cooling plan B is more uniform than that under the cooling plan A. Taking the Chang'e-5 (CE-5) sampling area as an example, this study carried out an investigation on improving the crater size-frequency distribution (CSFD) dating accuracy of lunar surface geologic units based on the crater degradation model. We constructed a three-parted crater degradation model, which consists of the diffusion equation describing crater degradation and equations describing the original crater profile for small craters (D < 1 km) and larger craters (D ≥ 1 km). A method that can improve the accuracy of CSFD dating was also proposed in this study, which utilizes the newly constructed degradation model to simulate the degradation process of the craters to help determine the crater degradation process and screen out the craters suitable for CSFD analysis. This method shows a good performance in regional dating. The age determined for the CE-5 sampling area is 2.0 ± 0.2 Ga, very close to the 2.03 ± 0.004 Ga of isotopic dating result of the returned sample. We found that the degradation state of the craters simulated by our constructed degradation model is highly consistent with the real existing state of the craters in terms of their topographic, geomorphological, and compositional (e.g., FeO) features. It fully demonstrates that the degradation model proposed in this study is effective and reliable for describing and distinguishing the degradation state of craters over time due to the cumulative effects of small craters. The proposed method can effectively distinguish between diffusively degraded (which conform to the degradation model) and non-diffusively degraded (which do not conform to the degradation model) craters and improve the CSFD accuracy through the selection of the craters. This not only provides an effective solution to the problem of obtaining a more "exact" frequency distribution of craters, which has long plagued the practical application of the CSFD method in dating the lunar surface but also advances our understanding of the evolutionary history of the geologic units of the study area. The extent of the stereoselectivity could be enhanced by either lowering the temperature or adding stronger‐binding cations as templates. Indoles and their derivatives have dominated a significant proportion of nitrogen‐containing heterocyclic compounds and play an essential role in synthetic and medicinal chemistry, pesticides, and advanced materials. Compared with conventional synthetic strategies, direct functionalization of indoles provides straightforward access to construct diverse indole scaffolds. As we enter an era emphasizing green and sustainable chemistry, utilizing environment‐friendly solvents represented by water demonstrates great potential in synthesizing valuable indole derivatives. This review aims to depict the critical aspects of aqueous‐mediated indoles functionalization over the past decade and discusses the future challenges and prospects in this fast‐growing field. For the convenience of readers, this review is classified into three parts according to the bonding modes (C−C, C−N, and C−S bonds), which focus on the diversity of indole derivatives, the prominent role of water in the chemical process, and the types of catalyst systems and mechanisms. We hope this review can promote the sustainable development of the direct functionalization of indoles and their derivatives and the discovery of novel and practical organic methods in aqueous phase. The clustering of incomplete patterns is a very challenging task because the estimations may negatively affect the distribution of real centers and thus cause uncertainty and imprecision in the results. To address this problem, a new belief-based incomplete pattern unsupervised classification method (BPC) is proposed in this paper. First, the complete patterns are grouped into a few clusters by a classical soft method like fuzzy $c$ c -means to obtain the corresponding reliable centers and thereby are partitioned into reliable patterns and unreliable ones by an optimization method. Second, a basic classifier trained by reliable patterns is employed to classifies unreliable patterns and the incomplete patterns edited by the neighbors. In this way, most of the edited incomplete patterns can be submitted to specific clusters. Finally, some ambiguous patterns will be carefully repartitioned again by a new distance-based rule depending on the obtained reliable centers and belief functions theory. By doing this, a few patterns that are very difficult to classify between different specific clusters will be reasonably submitted to meta-cluster which can characterize the uncertainty and imprecision of the clusters due to missing values. Taking the Chang'e-4 and Chang'e-5 landing areas as the study areas, this study extracts the geological unit information from the regional USGS geological map, as well as the feature information such as topography and geomorphology, material composition and mineral abundance from Chang'e-2 DOM and DEM, wide angle camera (WAC) and Kaguya multi-band imager data. By applying methods including the statistical-based estimation of mutual information of data and the integrated-algorithmic-model-based evaluation of feature importance to this extracted information, we screen the significant features and construct a high-precision classification model by combining machine learning algorithm with important features of sample data. The practical application of the multi-classification prediction on the complex geological units in the two study areas achieves 97.9% and 95.1% accuracy. At the same time, the significant characteristics of the study area are mined, and the rules and knowledge associated with the geological evolution of the study area are obtained. In this study, we carry out research on quantitative prediction and identification of lunar surface geological units based on large samples and construct a high-precision multi-classification model to achieve automatic classification and prediction on large sample geological units with high accuracy. This method provides a new idea for the predicted mapping of geological units of lunar global digital mapping. Purpose: Eltrombopag (ELT) is an effective drug for relapsed/refractory aplastic anemia (AA). Our previous study showed that ELT concentration was correlated with the effects of ELT. However, the factors affecting ELT concentration in patients with relapsed/refractory AA were not clarified. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate correlations between drug disposition–related gene polymorphisms and the concentration, efficacy, and toxicity of ELT. Methods: Forty-five patients who underwent ELT administration from January 2018 to January 2019 at Peking Union Medical Colleague Hospital (PUMCH) were included. The corresponding clinical information was also collected. ELT plasma concentrations were detected by high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS). CYP2C8, (UGT)1A1, and ABCG21 were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The influence of gene polymorphisms on the plasma concentration, efficacy, and toxicity of ELT was analyzed. Results: The mean dose required to obtain the optimal effects was significantly lower in the UGT1A1*6 variant carriers than in the UGT1A1*6 WT carriers. There was a significant correlation between the (UGT)1A1*6 polymorphism and higher ELT plasma concentrations (> 11.2 μg/mL). By logistic regression analysis, the efficacy of ELT was related to plasma concentration and a combined genotype of (UGT)1A1*6 and ABCG2. There were no significant associations between genotypes and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) or ELT concentrations and ADRs. Conclusion: UGT1A1*6 is a predictor of the ELT plasma concentration and may help to determine the initial therapeutic dose in relapsed/refractory AA patients. Background: Generic medicines substitution is an important means to control rapid growth of pharmaceutical expenditures for the healthcare system in China. Acceptance and utilization of generic medicines is highly influenced by healthcare providers' perceptions. This study aimed to compare the knowledge, awareness and perceptions of generic medicines between physicians and pharmacists in China.Methods: We used an online, cross-sectional survey across China. The questionnaire explored four sections: demographic characteristics, assessment of the participants' knowledge and awareness of generic medicines, perceptions of generic medicines and generic substitution practices. Chi-square or Mann-Whitney-U tests were applied to compare differences between physicians and pharmacists. P-values < 0.05 were considered significant.Results: A total of 1644 physicians and 4187 pharmacists participated. Most physicians (82.8%, n = 1362) and pharmacists (89.8%, n = 3760) correctly identified the definition of generic medicines. A similar percentage of physicians and pharmacists agreed that approved generic medicines are as effective (64.1% vs 68.2%) or safe (63.8% vs 69.1%) as brand-name medicines. Most physicians and pharmacists (67.6% vs 71.0%) supported the policy of generic substitution. In practice, 79.4% (n = 1305) of physicians reported that they had prescribed generic medicines. More than 78% of respondents reported an obvious increase in the number of generic medicines prescribed in their medical institutions. The majority of physicians and pharmacists identified lack of trust regarding efficacy and safety of generic medicines and the difficulty of changing patients' preference as top challenges in generic substitution.Conclusions: Both physicians and pharmacists surveyed had adequate knowledge of generic medicines, and hold positive attitude towards generics and generic substitution. Efficacy and safety are key factors related to prescribing or dispensing generic medicines. Various policies and regulations should be taken to encourage successful generic substitution. If pharmaceutical wastewater is not managed effectively, the presence of residual antibiotics will result in significant environmental contamination. In addition, inadequate utilization of agricultural waste represents a squandering of resources. The objective of this research was to assess the efficacy of iron-doped biochar (Fe-BC) derived from peanut shells in degrading high concentrations of Tetracycline (TC) wastewater through activated peroxymonosulfate. Fe-BC demonstrated significant efficacy, achieving a removal efficiency of 87.5% for TC within 60 min without the need to adjust the initial pH (20 mg/L TC, 2 mM PMS, 0.5 g/L catalyst). The degradation mechanism of TC in this system involved a dual action, namely Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) and electron transfer. The primary active sites were the Fe species, which facilitated the generation of SO 4 •-, •OH, O 2 •-, and 1O 2. The presence of Fe species and the C=C structure in the Fe-BC catalyst support the electron transfer. Degradation pathways were elucidated through the identification of intermediate products and calculation of the Fukui index. The Toxicity Estimator Software Tool (T.E.S.T.) suggested that the intermediates exhibited lower levels of toxicity. Furthermore, the system exhibited exceptional capabilities in real water and circulation experiments, offering significant economic advantages. This investigation provides an efficient strategy for resource recycling and the treatment of high-concentration antibiotic wastewater. In order to address the thermal management of electric vehicle lithium-ion battery pack, the intermittent pulsating flow is proposed to apply in the multi-channel cold plate of electric vehicle lithium-ion battery pack. Extensive numerical investigations on the maximum temperature (T b,max) and maximum temperature difference (Δ T b,max) and of the lithium-ion battery pack, transfer coefficient (h), pressure loss (Δ p), efficiency index (EI), pump power (P pump), and energy consumption (W) of the multi-channel cold plate under intermittent pulsating flow and pulsating flow are conducted. Results show that T b,max and Δ T b,max under intermittent pulsating flow is lower than those under pulsating flow at the first half of the whole discharging process, which suggests that the intermittent pulsating flow can make the lithium-ion battery pack achieve better temperature characteristics. However, W of cold plate under intermittent pulsating flow is much higher than that under pulsating flow at the same pulsation amplitude and frequency. It is always increased at the fixed pulsation frequency with the increase of pulsation amplitude and reaches the minimum value at the pulsation frequency of 3 Hz when the pulsation amplitude is fixed. NiFe-based transition metal catalysts are widely used in electrocatalysis, especially in the field of water splitting, due to their excellent electrochemical performance. Herein, a simple method was designed to synthesize a Ni MOF based on nickel foam and it was modified with Fe. After the introduction of Fe, the resulting material exhibits an obvious yolk–shell structure, which greatly increases the specific surface area and facilitates the construction of active sites. At the same time, the synergy between Ni and Fe is conducive to optimizing the electronic structure and effectively improving the poor stability of the MOF. As a result, the synthesized Ni MOF-Fe-2 only needs an overpotential of 229 mV to achieve the OER at a current density of 10 mA cm−2, which is better than most reported transition metal-based electrocatalysts. A rapid and cost‐effective analytical method based on ultrahigh‐performance liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry was designed and verified for simultaneously monitoring the novel acaricide pyflubumide and its metabolite (pyflubumide‐des(2‐methyl‐1oxopropyl)) in vegetables and fruits. After the extraction with acetonitrile, the samples were purified by dispersive solid‐phase extraction with multi‐walled carbon nanotubes. Detection of the two target analytes was achieved within 3.0 min using a positive electrospray ionization mode. The average recovery, intra‐day precision, and inter‐day precision of the two analytes at three spiked levels (2, 20, and 100 μg/kg) were 75.0–101.0, 0.4–4.4, and 0.6–5.3%, respectively. The limit of quantification of two compounds was 2 μg/kg, which was far below the maximum residue limits of pyflubumide in foods established by Japan and South Korea. Finally, the concentrations of pyflubumide and its metabolite in the samples were 16.6 and 7.8 μg/kg respectively, which verified the practicability and reliability of the method. The method was used to efficiently detect pyflubumide and its metabolite in real samples and was confirmed to be robust and effective for routinely analyzing both pyflubumide and its metabolite in vegetable and fruit samples. The classification analysis of missing data is still a challenging task since the training patterns may be insufficient and incomplete in many fields. To train a high-performance classifier and pursue high accuracy, we learn a credal classifier based on an optimized and adaptive multiestimation (OAME) method for missing data imputation on training and test sets. In OAME, some incomplete training patterns are estimated as multiple versions by a global optimization method thereby expanding the training set. On the other hand, the test pattern is adaptively estimated as one or multiple versions depending on the neighbors. For the test pattern with multiple versions, the corresponding outputs with different discounting factors (weights), represented by the basic belief assignments (BBAs), are fused for final credal classification based on evidence theory. The discounting factor contains two aspects: the importance and reliability factors that are used, respectively, to quantify the importance of the edited version itself and to represent the reliability of the classification result of the version. As the cold plate is the most important component of liquid-cooled battery thermal management system, in this work, a double S-channel cold plate is designed and used for cooling a prismatic LiFePO 4 battery. The maximum temperature, temperature difference and pressure drop of the single S-channel cold plate and the double S-channel cold plate is numerically investigated and compared under different conditions. It is found that the maximum temperature of the battery with a double S-channel cold plate is close to that with a single S-channel cold plate. The temperature difference of the battery with a double S-channel cold plate is lower than that with a single S-channel cold plate. The pressure drop and pumping power of the double S-channel cold plate are reduced by 73.88% compared with the single S-channel cold plate. Furthermore, the overall thermal performance evaluation criterion (PEC) is employed to evaluate the performance of the cold plate in terms of heat transfer and flow resistance. Results show that the performance of the double S-channel cold plate is better than that of the single S-channel cold plate. In order to design a micro tube combustor with good thermal performance and flame stability for thermophotovoltaic applications, in this work, thermal performance and flame stability of hydrogen-fueled micro tube combustors with backward facing step and with injector are compared. It is found that the decrease of diameter ratio d 2 / d 1 leading to expansion of the symmetrical recirculation zone, which is helpful for fluid and heat circulation, and higher flame locations, which is not helpful for flame stabilization. Furthermore, effects of diameter ratio d 2 / d 1 on thermal performance and flame stability are analyzed and discussed. Results suggest that when the diameter ratio d 2 / d 1 is decreased from 0.9 to 0.8, positive effects of injector on thermal performance are enhanced and flame stability is improved under lower hydrogen/air equivalence ratio. In the context of the ever-increasing energy crisis, electrocatalytic water splitting has attracted widespread attention as an effective means to provide clean energy. However, the oxygen evolution reaction (OER), which is an important anodic half reaction, shows very slow kinetics due to the multi-step electron transfer process, which severely restricts the efficiency of energy conversion. Herein, we used a simple solvothermal method to dope iron into the cobalt-containing hydroxide precursor, and successfully prepared the Fe-doped Co-oxide electrocatalyst Co3−xFexO4-0.01. It only needs an overpotential of 294 mV to perform the OER at a current density of 10 mA cm−2, and has a low Tafel slope of 47.3 mV dec−1. Moreover, Co3−xFexO4-0.01 has excellent stability. There is no significant increase in the overpotential for oxygen evolution at a current density of 10 mA cm−2 after nearly 20 h. BET surface area test and XPS spectroscopy results show that Fe doping provides more mesopores and oxygen bridges, which is conducive to the construction of active sites and electronic regulation during the OER. As a high and uniform wall temperature is desired for thermophotovoltaic applications, a novel micro planar combustor with multi inlets and outlets is designed in this work. Effects of injection strategies on thermal performance of the novel micro planar combustor fueled by hydrogen are analyzed and discussed. It is found that there are two straight flames under Injection Strategy A (Coflow mode), while there are two curved flames under Injection Strategy B and C (Counterflow mode), which is negative to the flame stabilization. In addition, the flame interactions under Injection Strategy B and C are much stronger than that under Injection Strategy A which benefits flame stabilization. Moreover, favorable and unfavorable effects of flame interactions under Injection Strategy B and C on flame stabilization are analyzed. Furthermore, the effects of inlet velocity, hydrogen/air equivalence ratio and solid wall materials on the thermal performance of the micro planar combustor are numerically examined under different injection strategies, the application conditions of the injection strategies are determined. To achieve higher power output and energy conversion efficiency for micro-thermophotovoltaic (MTPV) systems, a hydrogen-fueled micro planar combustor with finned bluff body is proposed and compared to the micro planar combustor with/without bluff body. Numerical results indicate that among micro planar combustors without bluff body, with bluff body, and with finned bluff body, the micro planar combustor with finned bluff body obtains a higher and more uniform wall temperature, but the pressure loss is higher. This is due to that the Peclet number near the inner walls is significantly higher compared to those without bluff body, and the Peclet number in the center of the axis is significantly lower, which reveals a stronger convection effect in the non-recirculation region and diffusion effect in the recirculation region. Then, effects of finned bluff body position, fin length/bluff body radius ratio and fin angle on the performance of micro planar combustor are investigated. It is found that the micro planar combustor with a larger finned bluff body position, smaller fin length/bluff body radius ratio and larger fin angle is more practical for MTPV system. Pesticides represent one of the largest intentional inputs of potentially hazardous compounds into agricultural soils. However, as an important vegetable producing country, surveys on pesticide residues in soils of vegetable production areas are scarce in China. This study presented the occurrence, spatial distribution, correlation between vegetable types and pesticides, and ecological risk evaluation of 94 current-use pesticides in 184 soil samples from vegetable production areas of Zhejiang province (China). The ecological risks of pesticides to soil biota were evaluated with toxicity exposure ratios (TERs) and risk quotient (RQ). The pesticide concentrations varied largely from below the limit of quantification to 20703.06 μg/kg (chlorpyrifos). The situation of pesticide residues in Jiaxing is more serious than in other cities. Soils in the vegetable areas are highly diverse in pesticide combinations. Eisenia fetida suffered exposure risk from multiple pesticides. The risk posed by chlorpyrifos, which exhibited the highest RQs at all scenarios, was worrisome. Only a few pesticides accounted for the overall risk of a city, while the other pesticides make little or zero contribution. This work will guide the appropriate use of pesticides and manage soil ecological risks, achieving green agricultural production. The pressure loss (Δ p), output power (Q tot) and system efficiency (η MTPV) are the most important performance parameters of micro combustor for thermophotovoltaic applications. However, the above performance paremetres are conflicted in the optimization of micro planar combustor with tube outlet for thermophotovoltaic applications. In this work, RSM (Response Surface Methodology) and Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) is combined to make a trade-off among the above performance parameters. With the inlet velocity (v in) and equivalence ratio (φ), tube length (L 9), tube diameter (D) and tube distance (L 10) selected as design variables, central composite design is used to arrange simulation cases. The regression model about Δ p is quadratic, while the regression models about Q tot and η MTPV are linear. Then, the significance of each term in the regression models is determined and arranged by variance (ANOVA). Fianlly, according to the Pareto optimal solution obtained from NSGA-II, the optimal values of the objective function are Δ p = 977.87 Pa, Q tot = 6.59 W and η MTPV = 2.72 %, and the corresponding design variables are v in = 7.09 m/s, φ = 0.99, L 9 = 6.71 mm, D = 1.75 mm and L 10 = 3.97 mm, respectively. Accurate state-of-charge (SOC) estimation of lithium-ion battery is directly related to the reliability, performance, and safety of the battery. In this work, the second order resistor-capacitance (RC) circuit is equivalent to the battery model and the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is employed for achieving accurate identification of the parameters of circuit model under dynamic stress test (DST) conditions. Furthermore, the values of open circuit voltage (OCV) obtained from the identification results are input into the temporal convolutional network instead of the terminal voltages, and then the SOC of the Li-ion battery is estimated by directly learning the mapping relationship of OCV-SOC curves, which further improves the estimation accuracy and robustness of the proposed method. Finally, the SOC estimation is validated with the public dataset of LiFePO 4 batteries under all driving conditions at different temperature and compared with the individual TCN method. Results show that the SOC estimation of the second order resistor-capacitance circuit-PSO-TCN model is optimal with a root mean square error (RMSE) and maximum error (MAXE) less than 1.8% and 7.65%, respectively. As the cathode channel structure plays significant effects on the performance of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), in this work, a 3D multi-phase model of PEMFC is established and effects of cathode channel structure (conventional channel, normal sinusoidal-wave fins and gradient sinusoidal-wave fins) on the performance of PEMFC are numerically investigated. Results indicate that the PEMFC with gradient sinusoidal-wave fins in cathode channel can achieve higher power density and more uniform membrane current density. This is due to that the gas velocity in cathode channel with gradient sinusoidal-wave fins is significantly increased, leading to better oxygen transport and liquid water removal. Furthermore, effects of the geometrical parameters of gradient sinusoidal-wave fins on the electricity generation performance, membrane current density, and mass fraction of oxygen and liquid water of PEMFC are analyzed and discussed. It is found that the optimum waveform depth growth rate and wavelength of the gradient sinusoidal-wave fins is 0.035 and 2.5 mm, respectively. At 0.5 V, the maximum power density of the PEMFC with gradient sinusoidal-wave fins is 5.3% higher than that of the PEMFC with conventional channel. It is quite an important and challenging problem for change detection (CD) from heterogeneous remote sensing images. The images obtained from different sensors (i.e., synthetic aperture radar (SAR) & optical camera) characterize the distinct properties of objects. Thus, it is impossible to detect changes by direct comparison of heterogeneous images. In this article, a new unsupervised change detection (USCD) method is proposed based on image translation. The cycle-consistent adversarial networks (CycleGANs) are employed to learn the subimage to subimage mapping relation using the given pair (i.e., before and after the event) of heterogeneous images from which the changes will be detected. Then, we can translate one image (e.g., SAR) from its original feature space (e.g., SAR) to another space (e.g., optical). By doing this, the pair of images can be represented in a common feature space (e.g., optical). The pixels with close pattern values in the before-event image may have quite different values in the after-event image if the change happens on some ones. Thus, we can generate the difference map between the translated before-event image and the original after-event image. Then, the difference map is divided into changed and unchanged parts. However, these detection results are not very reliable. We will select some significantly changed and unchanged pixel pairs from the two parts with the clustering technique (i.e., $K$ -means). These selected pixel pairs are used to learn a binary classifier, and the other pixel pairs will be classified by this classifier to obtain the final CD results. Data infrastructure systems such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Planetary Data System (PDS), European Space Agency (ESA) Planetary Data Archive (PSA)and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) Data Archive and Transmission System (DARTS) archive large amounts of scientific data obtained through dozens of planetary exploration missions and have made great contributions to studies of lunar and planetary science. Since China started lunar exploration activities in 2007, the Ground Research and Application System (GRAS), one of the five systems developed as part of China's Lunar Exploration Program (CLEP) and the Planetary Exploration of China (PEC), has gradually established China's Lunar and Planetary Data System (CLPDS), which involves the archiving, management and long-term preservation of scientific data from China's lunar and planetary missions; additionally, data are released according to the policies established by the China National Space Administration (CNSA). The scientific data archived by the CLPDS are among the most important achievements of the CLEP and PEC and provide a resource for the international planetary science community. The system plays a key and important role in helping scientists obtain fundamental and original research results, advancing studies of lunar and planetary science in China, and improving China's international influence in the field of lunar and planetary exploration. This paper, starting from CLEP and PEC mission planning, explains the sources, classification, format and content of the lunar and Mars exploration data archived in the CLPDS. Additionally, the system framework and core functions of the system, such as data archiving, management and release, are described. The system can be used by the international planetary science community to comprehensively understand the data obtained in the CLEP and PEC, help scientists easily access and better use the available data resources, and contribute to fundamental studies of international lunar and planetary science. Moreover, since China has not yet systematically introduced the CLPDS, through this article, international data organizations could learn about this advanced system. Therefore, opportunities for international data cooperation can be created, and the data service capability of the CLPDS can be improved, thus promoting global data sharing and application for all humankind. China's Chang'e-4 (CE-4) mission is the first human lander/rover mission on the far side of the Moon. Its probe is composed of a lander, rover, and the Queqiao relay satellite. Queqiao was successfully launched on May 21, 2018, and entered the halo orbit of the L2 point on June 14, becoming the first satellite connecting the Earth and the Moon's far side. The lander carrying Yutu-2 was successfully launched on December 8, 2018, and landed in the Von Kármán crater (45.5° S, 177.6° E) at 10:26 (UTC+8) on January 3, 2019. The CE-4 probe carried nine science instruments. Four instruments are on the lander: a landing camera (LCAM), a terrain camera (TCAM), a low-frequency radio spectrometer (LFRS), and a lunar lander neutrons and dosimetry (LND) provided by Germany. Four instruments are on the rover: a panoramic camera (PCAM), a visible and near-infrared imaging spectrometer (VNIS), a lunar penetrating radar (LPR), and an advanced small analyzer for neutrals (ASAN) provided by Sweden. The instrument on the relay satellite is the Netherlands-China Low-Frequency Explorer (NCLE). The scientific objectives of the CE-4 mission include (1) performing low-frequency radio-astronomical observations; (2) investigating the geomorphology, mineral compositions and shallow subsurface structure of the landing and roving sites; and (3) detecting the Earth-Moon space environment at the lunar far side. As of February 1, 2020, CE-4 has completed 14 lunar days of scientific exploration after one year of operation. The components, fight, scientific objectives and investigation of CE-4 are introduced in this paper. • An innovative trolley driven by light-powered self-rotation is proposed. • The critical conditions for the LCE single pendulum motor are obtained. • The self-propelled speed can be easily manipulated by the illumination region, light intensity, and damping factor. Conventional liquid crystal elastomer (LCE)-based robots require complex controllers and bulky power supplies, limiting their applications in areas such as microrobots and soft robots. In this paper, a light-powered self-propelled trolley with a LCE pendulum motor is proposed, and the dynamics of its self-propelled motion is investigated theoretically. Under steady illumination, the periodic radial contraction and relaxation of LCE can trigger the trolley to move forward through the self-rotation of the LCE pendulum. The coupling of the optically-induced deformation with its motion facilitates the energy input from ambient illumination to compensate for the damping dissipation so as to maintain the sustained motion. Through theoretical modeling and numerical calculations, three typical motion states of the LCE pendulum are identified, namely static state, self-oscillation state and self-rotation state. Among them, the LCE pendulum can propel the trolley when it is self-rotating. The influences of different physical parameters on the system motion are studied quantitatively. The results show that the period of the simple pendulum and the trolley speed can be controlled by adjusting the illumination range, optical intensity, damping coefficient of pendulum and damping coefficient of trolley. The light-powered self-propelled trolley constructed in current paper does not require complex controllers or self-contained power supplies, and possesses the characteristics of simple structure, light weight and energy efficient, which is of latent applied value in microrobots, soft robots and other fields. The heat transfer and energy consumption characteristics are the most important performance parameters of cold plate for thermal management of electric vehicle lithium-ion battery pack. In this work, in order to address the issue about multi-objective optimization of multi-channel cold plate under intermittent pulsating flow, RSM (Response Surface Methodology) and Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) is combined to make a trade-off between the average heat transfer coefficient and energy consumption of multi-channel cold plate under intermittent pulsating flow. Box-Behnken design is used to arrange a series of numerical investigations using the steady flow velocity v in , pulsation amplitude A , and pulsation frequency e as design variables and the average heat transfer coefficient h ave and energy consumption W as objective functions. Regression models are created in the form of quadratic polynomials, and the significance of each term in the model is determined by analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results show that the linear term of v in has the greatest effect on h ave and W. According to the Pareto optimal solution obtained from NSGA-II, the optimal objective functions are h ave = 394.7012 W m−2 °C−1, W = 0.1086 J, and the corresponding design variables are v in = 0.02392 m/s, A = 0.1778 and e = 3.1846 Hz. Eltrombopag has shown a promising effect on patients with refractory/relapsed aplastic anemia (AA). However, data in Asian patients are limited due to the short launching time. Data from relapsed/refractory AA patients treated with eltrombopag in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Totally 41 patients including 37 non-severe AA and 4 severe AA were analyzed with a median age of 47 (13~81) years old. The dosage of eltrombopag varies from 25 mg every other day (qod) to 100 mg every day (qd) (median 75 mg qd) with the duration of 13 (3~23) months. The overall response rates were 51.2%, 58.5%, and 55.2% at 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year follow-up. Seventy-five percent of patients achieved the best response below the dosage of 75 mg qd at 3 (1–6) months. Two patients stopped eltrombopag after achieving complete remission and remained stable. Two patients relapsed and evolved to myelodysplastic syndrome. Adverse events included gastrointestinal discomfort, hepatic toxicity, and skin reactions, which were mild and controllable. This paper is devoted to study the spatiotemporal dynamics of a diffusive Leslie–Gower predator–prey model with Michaelis-Menten type harvesting in the prey population. The existence and stability of possible non-negative constant equilibria are investigated. By regarding ρ as a bifurcation parameter, the Hopf bifurcation from the positive constant equilibrium solution is investigated. The necessary and sufficient conditions of Turing instability are explicitly obtained. We show that at the critical value of the bifurcation parameter d 2 a Turing bifurcation occurs (i.e. a pattern arises). The conditions for the stability of the pattern are also derived in detail. Moreover, the global steady state bifurcation from the positive constant equilibrium solution is investigated. In particular, the local steady state bifurcation from double zero eigenvalues is also obtained by the techniques of space decomposition and the implicit function theorem. Our results show that Michaelis–Menten type harvesting in our model plays a crucial role in the formation of spatiotemporal dynamics, which is a strong contrast to the case without harvesting. Hyperlipidemia is a risk factor for cardiac damage and cardiovascular disease. Increasing evidence has shown that dyslipidemia-related cardiac damage is associated with lipid accumulation, oxidative stress, and inflammation. Thymoquinone (TQ) is the major constituent of Nigella sativa, commonly known as black seed or black cumin, and is globally used in folk (herbal) medicine for treating and preventing a number of diseases and conditions. Several studies have shown that TQ can protect against cardiac damage. This study is aimed at investigating the possible protective effects of TQ on hyperlipidemia-induced cardiac damage in low-density lipoprotein receptor-deficient (LDL-R-/-) mice. Eight-week-old male LDL-R-/- mice were randomly divided into normal diet (ND), high-fat diet (HFD), and HFD and TQ (HFD+TQ) groups and were fed the different diets for eight weeks. Blood samples were obtained from the inferior vena cava in serum tubes and stored at -80°C until use. Some cardiac tissues were fixed in 10% formalin and then embedded in paraffin for histological evaluation. The remainder of the cardiac tissues was snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen for mRNA preparation or immunoblotting. The levels of metabolism-related factors, such as total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-c), and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), were decreased in the HFD+TQ group compared with those in the HFD group. Periodic acid-Schiff staining demonstrated that lipid deposition was lower in the HFD+TQ group than in the HFD group. The expression of pyroptosis indicators (NOD-like receptor 3 (NLRP3), interleukin- (IL-) 1β, IL-18, and caspase-1), proinflammatory factors (IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)), and macrophage markers (cluster of differentiation (CD) 68) was significantly downregulated in the HFD+TQ group compared with that in the HFD group. Background. Bedside biliary drainage by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) without fluoroscopy for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) remains challenging for endoscopists. The present study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of radiation-free ERCP for these patients. Methods. Consecutive ICU patients with severe pancreaticobiliary disorders who underwent bedside radiation-free ERCP were retrospectively analyzed. Results. Radiation-free ERCP was performed in 80 patients with acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE II) score of 24.1 ± 6.2. Cannulation was achieved in 75 (93.75%) patients. Biliary drainage was successfully conducted in 74 (92.5%) patients, including 54 (67.5%) and 20 (25.0%) cases of endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage (ERBD) and endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD), respectively. Adverse event (mild post-ERCP pancreatitis (PEP)) occurred only in 1 case. The 30-day mortality rate of these patients was 36.25% (29/80) and was much more higher in patients with ERBD in contrast to that of patients with ENBD, 40.7% (22/54) vs. 20% (4/20), OR = 2.750 , 95 % CI = 0.810 − 9.3405 , P = 0.110. The APACHE II score in nonsurvivors was significantly higher than survivors, 27.6 ± 4.3 versus 22.2 ± 6.3 , P = 0.009. The APACHE II score > 22 was an independent risk factor for mortality, 50% versus 10.7%, 95 % CI = 2.148 − 31.569 , P = 0.002. Conclusions. Radiation-free ERCP guided bedside biliary drainage is effective and safe for critically ill patients, and ENBD may be an optimal procedure due to a low mortality in these patients. Objective: Nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is one of the most common diseases in orthopaedics. The damage to vascular endothelial (VE) cells caused by glucocorticoids (GC) has been reported as a possible mechanism of pathogenesis for ONFH. Junction‐mediating and regulatory protein (JMY), originally identified as a p53 coactivator, plays prominent roles in the DNA damage response and in cell motility. This study aimed to discover the role of JMY in the pathogenesis of GC‐induced endothelial cell lesions. Methods: High‐throughput RNA sequencing was performed to identify the differentially expressed genes between GC‐treated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and control cells. JMY knockdown and overexpressing HUVEC lines were treated with GC. Cell proliferation was examined with a survival cell count assay (Cell Counting Kit‐8, CCK‐8); cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry; a scarification assay was used to detect the capability of cell migration; a Transwell chamber assay was done to detect the cell motility. Differential expression of cell protein was detected by western blot. Results: A total of 1561 differential genes were obtained through transcription sequencing, of which 789 mRNA were upregulated and 772 mRNA were downregulated in the GC‐treated HUVEC compared with the control cells. CCK‐8 assay results showed that: without GC treatment, overexpression or knockdown of JMY did not affect the proliferation activity of HUVEC. In the presence of GC treatment, the proliferation activity of HUVEC in the JMY knockdown group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01). The proliferation activity of HUVEC in the overexpression JMY group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.01). The results of flow cytometry showed that without GC treatment, overexpression or knockdown of JMY did not affect the apoptosis proportion of HUVEC. With GC treatment, the apoptosis proportion of HUVEC in the JMY knockdown group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.01), and the apoptosis proportion of HUVEC in the overexpression JMY group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01). Western blot results showed that with GC treatment, the JMY expression level of HUVEC increased with the reaction time. Moreover, the distribution of JMY was mainly concentrated in the nucleus. The expression level of Bax also increased with the reaction time. With GC treatment, overexpression of JMY could significantly increase the expression of Bax in HUVEC. JMY knockdown could reduce the expression of Bax in HUVEC. In the absence of GC treatment, HUVEC overexpression or knockdown of JMY did not affect the expression of Bax. The results of scarification and Transwell chamber assays showed that: without GC treatment, JMY knockdown could significantly decrease the cell motility and increase the expression level of VE‐cadherin in HUVEC; with GC treatment, JMY knockdown in HUVEC had lower cell motility compared with the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Glucocorticoids can induce the HUVEC apoptosis, and reduce its proliferation, cell motility. Our results mainly confirmed the role of JMY in the pathogenesis of GC‐inducing lesions in HUVEC. GC act on HUVEC, inducing cell damage. Following the event of cell damage, JMY levels upregulate in the nucleus to induce transcription of Bax, triggering apoptosis. In order to further optimize the working performance of micro-cylindrical combustor, the combustion chamber of the micro-cylindrical combustor is inserted in a rectangular rib. Extensive numerical investigations are conducted to compare the exergy efficiency of non-ribbed and rectangular-ribbed micro combustors under various hydrogen mass flow rates and hydrogen/air equivalence ratios. Moreover, the effects of dimensionless rib positions and heights on the exergy efficiency of micro-cylindrical combustor are also widely investigated. Results suggest that the exergy efficiency of the rectangular-ribbed micro combustor is significantly higher than that of the non-ribbed micro combustor under different inlet conditions. Moreover, the exergy efficiency of the rectangular-ribbed micro combustor is significantly affected by the dimensionless positions l. The optimum dimensionless l is increased with the increase of hydrogen mass flow rate. This work offers us significant reference for optimizing the micro combustor in energy utilization. Objective: Porous tantalum implantation (PTI) and bone impaction grafting (BIG) through a window at the femoral head neck junction are known as two types of joint‐preserving procedures. They provide an alternative option in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head by providing strong structural support to the subchondral plate. However, when earlier joint‐preserving treatments fail, conversion to a total hip arthroplasty seems to be the final treatment of choice. This emphasizes the importance of joint‐preserving procedures that do not hinder the clinical results of a subsequent total hip arthroplasty. The results of conversion total hip arthroplasty after failed PTI and BIG are still controversial. The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical and radiological outcomes of total hip arthroplasty after failed PTI or BIG surgery with primary total hip arthroplasty. Methods: Patients at our institution between 2010 and 2014 who underwent total hip arthroplasty after failed PTI or BIG surgery compared to primary total hip arthroplasty were retrospectively reviewed. A total of 27 patients (30 hips) who underwent total hip arthroplasty after failed PTI surgery (group I) were matched according to age, gender and BMI index with 28 patients (30 hips) who underwent total hip arthroplasty after failed BIG surgery (group II) and 30 patients (30 hips) who underwent primary total hip arthroplasty (group III). The clinical results included preoperative and postoperative Harris Hip score, surgery duration, blood loss volume and clinical complications. Radiological follow‐up results included abduction angle and anteversion angle of the acetabular cup, periprosthetic osteolysis, and prosthesis subsidence. Results: There was no significant difference in the preoperative and postoperative Harris Hip score among the three groups at the latest follow‐up (P = 0.247). The surgery duration was longer and intra‐operative blood loss volume was higher in group I than in group II and group III (P < 0.05, respectively). There was no difference in surgery duration and blood loss volume between group II and group III (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in radiological follow‐up results among the three groups (P > 0.05). Varying degrees of residual tantalum debris were seen on postoperative radiographs of all group I patients. There was no difference in the incidence of complications among the three groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions: PTI group had higher blood loss volume and surgery duration than BIG group and primary total hip arthroplasty group. BIG group had no significant differences with primary total hip arthroplasty group in clinical and radiological follow‐up results. As it is important to achieve higher combustion efficiency for applications of micro-cylindrical combustor, the multi-factor impact mechanism on the combustion efficiency of a hydrogen-fuelled micro-cylindrical combustor is investigated in this work. Firstly, six factors such as hydrogen/air equivalence ratio, inlet velocity, inlet temperature, wall thermal conductivity, wall emissivity and convective heat transfer coefficient of outer wall and five levels of each factor are determined. Orthogonal design table L 25 (56) is introduced to arrange cases. Secondly, grey relational analysis is adopted to investigate the effects of the six factors on combustion efficiency. Finally, the results of grey relational analysis are validated by analysis of variance. Based on grey relational analysis and analysis of variance, it is determined that the impact ranking from the largest to the smallest is hydrogen/air equivalence ratio, inlet velocity and inlet temperature, followed by the other three factors. The impact of wall thermal conductivity, convective heat transfer coefficient of outer wall and wall emissivity is considered to be equal due to their difference of impact on combustion efficiency is very small. This work provides us significant reference for optimizing combustion efficiency of a hydrogen-fuelled micro-cylindrical combustor. A new class of bis‐cyclometalated rhodium(III) catalysts containing two inert cyclometalated 6‐tert‐butyl‐2‐phenyl‐2H‐indazole ligands and two labile acetonitriles is introduced. Single enantiomers (>99 % ee) were obtained through a chiral‐auxiliary‐mediated approach using a monofluorinated salicyloxazoline. The new chiral‐at‐metal complex is capable of catalyzing the visible‐light‐induced enantioselective α‐cyanoalkylation of 2‐acyl imidazoles in which it serves a dual function as the chiral Lewis acid catalyst for the asymmetric radical chemistry and at the same time as the photoredox catalyst for the visible‐light‐induced redox chemistry (up to 80 % yield, 4:1 d.r. and 95 % ee, 12 examples). What is known and objective: Many cases of rodenticide poisoning have been reported. Bromadiolone, often called a super‐warfarin, is a second‐generation dicoumarin rodenticide with long half‐life. The main clinical manifestations of bromadiolone poisoning are excessive or inappropriate bleeding of skin mucosa, digestive tract and urinary tract. However, the phenomenon of central nervous system (CNS) toxicity is an uncommon medical emergency. We present a case of SAH and intracerebral haematoma mediated by bromadiolone intoxication, revealing that bromadiolone poisoning might cause intracerebral haematoma. Case description: A 44‐year‐old woman presented with skin mucosa haemorrhage and haematuresis initially. The patient developed lethargy, headache, nausea and vomiting. The toxicology test result revealed that the presence of bromadiolone in her blood. Coagulation test results showed a longer prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and a high international normalized ratio (INR). SAH, frontal lobe haematoma, midline shift and brain oedema were discovered by skull CT examination. The coagulation disorders were addressed after the treatment of vitamin K and fresh frozen plasma. The intracranial symptoms were relieved after surgery and the treatment with mannitol. What is new and conclusion: This case suggests that bromadiolone poisoning should be diagnosed and treated as early as possible. Bromadiolone poisoning might cause SAH and intracerebral haematoma, which is rare but potentially lethal. It is important to strengthen the diagnosis and post‐treatment monitoring. In order to reduce the entropy generation of premixed hydrogen/air flame in the micro combustion chamber, the combustion chamber of the old micro reactor is modified by gradually varying the diameter of the combustion chamber. Extensive numerical investigations about the entropy generation of premixed hydrogen/air flame in old and modified micro reactors are conducted under various hydrogen mass flow rates, hydrogen/air equivalence ratios, solid materials and inlet/outlet diameter ratios. Results suggest that the modified micro reactor has lower total entropy generation than that of the old micro reactor. This is attributed to that the temperature gradient of the burned gas in the modified micro reactor is lower than that in the old micro reactor after chemical reactions. Finally, the largest descent percentages of total entropy generation are achieved under various conditions, which provide significant reference values for hydrogen energy usage under micro scale combustion. This paper introduces a new method of small lunar craters' automatic identification, using digital orthophoto map (DOM) data. The core of the approach is the fact that the lunar exploration DOM data reveal contrasting highlight and shadow characteristics of small craters under sunlight irradiation. This research effort combines image processing and mathematical modeling. Overall it proposes a new planetary data processing approach, to segment and extract the highlight and shadow regions of small craters, using the image gray frequency (IGF) statistical method. IGF can also be applied to identify the coupling relationships between small craters' shape and their relative features. This paper presents the highlight and shadow pair matching (HSPM) model which manages to perform high-precision automatic recognition of small lunar craters. Testing was performed using the DOM data of Chang'E-2 (CE-2). The results have shown that the proposed method has a high level of successful detection rate. The proposed methodology that uses DOM data can complement the drawbacks of the digital elevation model (DEM) that has a relatively high false detection rate. A hybrid fusion model (FUM) that combines both DOM and DEM data, was carried out to simultaneously identify small, medium, and large-sized craters. It has been proven that the FUM generally shows stronger recognition ability compared to previous approaches and it can be adapted for high precision identification of craters on the whole lunar surface.
