This study investigates the first films made by a female director, Kangdrun (T: Gangs sgron, གངས་ྒྲསྒྲོན་, Gangzhen, 岗珍, b. 1995) belonging to the Post-2000s Inland Tibet Class (ITC) generation. Following the experience of the Sinophone-Tibetan filmmaker Kangdrun in a Chinese language education environment, her films, and Tibetan cultural communities, this study discusses Kangdrun's visual strategies for telling stories from the perspectives of children and youth through a feminine camera eye. The Chinese language education and Tibetan cultural community relations have reshaped the ethnic awareness of the post-2000s ITC generation regarding what can be called 'a safe Chinese Tibetan citizenship'. This study contributes to a new understanding of modern Tibetan authors' generational relationships, the expressive styles of the female Sinophone-Tibetan filmmaker, and how affective visuality mediates the cultural, political, and gender identity formation of female artists of the post-2000s ITC generation. Assessing the stability of loess landslides under seismic action scientifically and reasonably is crucial for reducing earthquake disasters and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property. To study this issue, we chose the southern part of Fushan County, Shanxi Province as the research area, where loess slopes develop and earthquake impacts are strong. Based on the high-precision DEM images of the study area obtained from the unmanned aerial vehicle photogrammetry, we selected 32 representative profiles by sampling according to our principles, and used the simplified Bishop method popular in engineering for modeling and calculation to evaluate the stability of the entire slopes in the area. The calculation results were then statistically analyzed, and the stability and impact range of the slopes were evaluated by means of the graphical form. The results show that in the study area the value of slope safety coefficient (Fs) is mostly within a range of 0.7–1.35 and the value of the avoidance distance is mostly within a range of 5–20 m under a seismic force of 0.20 g, and the slope safety coefficient is mainly determined by the slope angle, and the avoidance distance is mainly determined by the slope height, which is in line with the conclusions of previous research conclusions. In the paper we make a useful attempt for quantitative evaluation of regional seismic loess landslides, and the fact proves that the approach is feasible and efficient, and it can provide quantitative data for major construction projects to avoid landslide disasters. The addition of CaCO3 powder in calcium aluminate cement (CAC) is reported to accelerate the hydration of CAC and generate mono‐carbonate C4AC̅H11, which is conducive to shortening the curing time of CAC‐bonded castables at ambient temperatures. Although the hydration of CAC is relatively fast, there is still residual un‐hydrated CAC in castables after curing. The residual CAC would continue to hydrate to produce C3AH6 and AH3 during the subsequent drying procedures in the absence of CaCO3. But it is worth pondering which type of hydrate would be generated in the presence of CaCO3 during the drying at around 110°C. In this study, the effect of micro‐sized CaCO3 addition on the hydrate formation of CAC‐bonded castables during drying at 110°C was investigated. The results indicate that the C4AC̅H11 formed at the curing temperature of 30°C is not decomposed or converted during drying. The CaCO3 remained after curing does not participate in the hydration of residual CAC during drying at 110°C, and thus the residual CAC continues to hydrate to generate C3AH6 rather than C4AC̅H11. "Weibo Feminism: Expression, Activism, and Social Media in China" by Aviva Wei Xue and Kate Rose explores the rise of radical feminism on China's microblog platform, Weibo. The book examines various aspects of radical feminism, including prioritizing female interests and rights, critiquing elitist feminism, and rejecting nation-state-family institutions. It covers a range of issues such as representation of women in history, reproductive rights, and feminist strategies of online contestation. The authors argue that Weibo feminists are new grassroots activists and intellectuals in China's limited public sphere. Despite facing censorship, their voices are heard through self-media platforms. How do Chinese queer artists respond to the hegemony of Han-centric, patriarchal, and heterosexual norms, and how do they imagine home through a queer and activist lens? This study explores the visual representation of the queer community by veteran artist/activist couple Shitou and Mingming through an analysis of the photographs and documentaries shot by the artists and their friends since the 1990s and the author's (auto) ethnographic interactions with them since 2004. The article articulates the construction of an affective feminist vision and its transformation into a lifestyle practice with ethics of care. It highlights three aspects of the affect of visuality: a) as an approach to autoethnographic visual work and research; b) as an illustration of a visually and epistemologically distinctive way of life for women as opposed to the reduction of women to political and social subjects within the power structure of the nation-state; and c) as a movement toward the organic organization of daily life that enables community-making without the commercialization or monetization of resources, labor and way of life, thereby rejecting the ideologies of the authoritarian state and the empire-driven logic of globalization in imagining and constructing a queer community.
