In this paper, we construct the bilinear identities for the wave functions of an extended B-type Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (BKP) hierarchy, which contains two types of (2+1)-dimensional Sawada-Kotera equation with a self-consistent source (2d-SKwS-I and 2d-SKwS-II). By introducing an auxiliary variable corresponding to the extended flow for the BKP hierarchy, we find the tau-function and the bilinear identities for this extended BKP hierarchy. The bilinear identities can generate all the Hirota's bilinear equations for the zero-curvature forms of this extended BKP hierarchy. As examples, the Hirota's bilinear equations for the two types of 2d-SKwS (both 2d-SKwS-I and 2d-SKwS-II) will be given explicitly.

KdV6 equation can be described as the Kupershmidt deformation of the KdV equation (see 2008, Phys. Lett. A 372: 263). In this paper, starting from the bi-Hamiltonian structure of the discrete integrable system, we propose a generalized Kupershmidt deformation to construct new discrete integrable systems. Toda hierarchy, Kac-van Moerbeke hierarchy and Ablowitz-Ladik hierarchy are considered. The Lax representations for these new deformed systems are presented. In this paper, we construct the bilinear identities for the wave functions of an extended Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) hierarchy, which is the KP hierarchy with particular extended flows (2008, Phys. A new (\gamma_n,\sigma_k)-KP hierarchy with two new time series \gamma_n and \sigma_k, which consists of \gamma_n-flow, \sigma_k-flow and mixed \gamma_n and \sigma_k evolution equations of eigenfunctions, is proposed. When both Hamiltonian operators of a bi-Hamiltonian system are pure differential operators, we show that the generalized Kupershmidt deformation (GKD) developed from the Kupershmidt deformation in \cite{kd} offers an useful way to construct new integrable system starting from the bi-Hamiltonian system. We construct some new integrable systems by means of the generalized Kupershmidt deformation in the cases of Harry Dym hierarchy, classical Boussinesq hierarchy and coupled KdV hierarchy. We show that the GKD of Harry Dym equation, GKD of classical Boussinesq equation and GKD of coupled KdV equation are equivalent to the new integrable Rosochatius deformations of these soliton equations with self-consistent sources. We present the Lax Pair for these new systems. We first derive an integrable deformed hierarchy of short pulse equation and their Lax representation. Then we concentrated on the solution of integrable deformed short pulse equation (IDSPE). By proposing a generalized reciprocal transformation, we find a new integrable deformed sine-Gordon equation (IDSGE) and its Lax representation. The multisoliton solutions, negaton solutions and positon solutions for the IDSGE and the N-loop soliton solutions, N-negaton and N-positon solutions for the IDSPE are presented. With the square eigenfunctions symmetry constraint, we introduce a new extended matrix KP hierarchy and its Lax representation from the matrix KP hierarchy by adding a new $\tau_B$ flow. The extended KP hierarchy contains two time series ${t_A}$ and ${\tau_B}$ and eigenfunctions and adjoint eigenfunctions as components. The extended matrix KP hierarchy and its $t_A$-reduction and $\tau_B$ reduction include two types of matrix KP hierarchy with self-consistent sources and two types of (1+1)-dimensional reduced matrix KP hierarchy with self-consistent sources. In particular, the first type and second type of the 2+1 AKNS equation and the Davey-Stewartson equation with self-consistent sources are deduced from the extended matrix KP hierarchy. The generalized dressing approach for solving the extended matrix KP hierarchy is proposed and some solutions are presented. Based on the Kupershmidt deformation for any integrable bi-Hamiltonian systems presented in [4], we propose the generalized Kupershmidt deformation to construct new systems from integrable bi-Hamiltonian systems, which provides a nonholonomic perturbation of the bi-Hamiltonian systems. The generalized Kupershmidt deformation is conjectured to preserve integrability. The conjecture is verified in a few representative cases: KdV equation, Boussinesq equation, Jaulent-Miodek equation and Camassa-Holm equation. For these specific cases, we present a general procedure to convert the generalized Kupershmidt deformation into the integrable Rosochatius deformation of soliton equation with self-consistent sources, then to transform it into a $t$-type bi-Hamiltonian system. By using this generalized Kupershmidt deformation some new integrable systems are derived. Inspired by the squared eigenfunction symmetry constraint, we introduce a new $\ta_k$-flow by ``extending'' a specific $t_n$-flow of discrete KP hierarchy (DKPH). We construct extended discrete KPH (exDKPH), which consists of $t_n$-flow, $\ta_k$-flow and $t_n$ evolution of eigenfunction and adjoin eigenfunctions, and its Lax representation. The exDKPH contains two types of discrete KP equation with self-consistent sources (DKPESCS). Two reductions of exDKPH are obtained. A method is proposed in this paper to construct a new extended q-deformed KP ($q$-KP) hiearchy and its Lax representation. We propose a new multi-component two-dimensional Toda lattice hierarchy (mc2dTLH) which includes two-dimensional Toda lattice equation with self-consistent sources (2dTLSCS) as the first non-trivial equation. The KdV equation is used as an example to illustrate the relation between the restricted flows and the soliton equation with self-consistent sources. We first show that the quasiclassical limit of the squared eigenfunction symmetry constraint of the Sato operator for the mKP hierarchy leads to a reduction of the Sato function for the dispersionless mKP hierarchy. For the first time we show that the quasiclassical limit of the symmetry constraint of the KP hierarchy leads to the generalized Zakharov reduction of the dispersionless KP (dKP) hierarchy which has been proved to be result of symmetry constraint of the dKP hierarchy recently. The KdV equation with self-consistent sources (KdVES) is used as a model to illustrate the method. A generalized binary Darboux transformation (GBDT) with an arbitrary time-dependent function for the KdVES as well as the formula for $N$-times repeated GBDT are presented. This GBDT provides non-auto-B\"{a}cklund transformation between two KdV equations with different degrees of sources and enable us to construct more general solutions with $N$ arbitrary $t$-dependent functions. By taking the special $t$-function, we obtain multisoliton, multipositon, multinegaton, multisoliton-positon, multinegaton-positon and multisoliton-negaton solutions of KdVES. We investigate the mKdV hierarchy with integral type of source (mKdVHWS), which consist of the reduced AKNS eigenvalue problem with $r=q$ and the mKdV hierarchy with extra term of the integration of square eigenfunction. First we propose a method to find the explicit evolution equation for eigenfunction of the auxiliary linear problems of the mKdVHWS. A method for introducing the higher order terms in the potential expansion to study the continuous limits of the Toda hierarchy is proposed in this paper. The method ensures that the higher order terms are differential polynomials of the lower ones and can be continued to be performed indefinitly. By introducing the higher order terms, the fewer equations in the Toda hierarchy are needed in the so-called recombination method to recover the KdV hierarchy. New infinite number of one- and two-point B\"{a}cklund transformations (BTs) with explicit expressions are constructed for the high-order constrained flows of the AKNS hierarchy. It is shown that these BTs are canonical transformations including B\"{a}cklund parameter $\eta$ and a spectrality property holds with respect to $\eta$ and the 'conjugated' variable $\mu$ for which the point $(\eta, \mu)$ belongs to the spectral curve. Based on the factorization of soliton equations into two commuting integrable x- and t-constrained flows, we derive N-soliton solutions for mKdV equation via its x- and t-constrained flows. In contrast to mono-constrained flows with N degrees of freedom, binary constrained flows of soliton equations, admitting 2x2 Lax matrices, have 2N degrees of freedom. By means of the existing method, Lax matrices only yield the first N pairs of canonical separated variables. An approach for constructing the second N pairs of canonical separated variables with additional N separated equations is introduced. The Jacobi inversion problems for binary constrained flows are then established. Two binary (integral type) Darboux transformations for the KdV hierarchy with self-consistent sources are proposed. Degrees of freedom for high-order binary constrained flows of soliton equations admitting $2\times 2$ Lax matrices are $2N+k_0$. It is known that $N+k_0$ pairs of canonical separated variables for their separation of variables can be introduced directly via their Lax matrices. In present paper we propose a new method to introduce the additional $N$ pairs of canonical separated variables and $N$ additional separated equations. Binary constrained flows of soliton equations admitting $2\times 2$ Lax matrices have 2N degrees of freedom, which is twice as many as degrees of freedom in the case of mono-constrained flows. It is shown how to construct an infinite number of families of quasi-bi-Hamiltonian (QBH) systems by means of the constrained flows of soliton equations. Three explicit QBH structures are presented for the first three families of the constrained flows. We show here the separability of Hamilton-Jacobi equation for a hierarchy of integrable Hamiltonian systems obtained from the constrained flows of the Jaulent-Miodek hierarchy. The classical Poisson structure for these Hamiltonian systems is constructed. The associated $r$-matrices depend not only on the spectral parameters, but also on the dynamical variables and, for consistency, have to obey the classical Yang-Baxter equations of dynamical type. Some new solutions of classical dynamical Yang-Baxter equations are presented. We construct the classical Poisson structure and $r$-matrix for some finite dimensional integrable Hamiltonian systems obtained by constraining the flows of soliton equations in a certain way. This approach allows one to produce new kinds of classical, dynamical Yang-Baxter structures. To illustrate the method we present the $r$-matrices associated with the constrained flows of the Kaup-Newell, KdV, AKNS, WKI and TG hierarchies, all generated by a 2-dimensional eigenvalue problem. Some of the obtained $r$-matrices depend only on the spectral parameters, but others depend also on the dynamical variables. For consistency they have to obey a classical Yang-Baxter-type equation, possibly with dynamical extra terms., Comment: 16 pages in LaTeX
