In this study, Penaeus vannamei was used to analyze the quality of sous-vide combined with high pressure cooked and freeze-dried shrimp (SPF) and boiled and hot air dried shrimp (BH) prepared by traditional thermal processing. The results showed that compared with BH, SPF had lower hardness, fuller color and higher sensory score, which was more popular with consumers. The content of benzaldehyde was significantly higher in SPF than in BH, and SPF had a more prominent seafood-like flavor. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids was also higher in SPF than in BH. Meanwhile, a dynamic model was established for shelf life prediction. According to the model, SPF had high oxidative stability. Therefore, sous-vide combined with high pressure can improve the quality and flavor of ready-to-eat shrimp. The results from this study provide a theoretical basis for the large-scale production of high-quality, convenience and ready-to-eat shrimp with unique flavor.

The fluid distribution is considerably influenced by the reservoir homogeneity. This study analyzes carbonate reservoir heterogeneity and hydrocarbon accumulation processes in the Khasib reservoirs in AB oilfield in the Middle East to discuss factors controlling the distribution of fluid and the effects of this distribution on the productivity of single wells. The Khasib reservoirs in the AB oilfield show uniform vertical distributions, with a large difference in the longitudinal pore throats, and the upper part of the reservoir is better than the lower one. Because the hydrocarbon accumulation is multiphasic, the heterogeneity of crude oil is based on whether traps are formed in the early or late stage of source rock formation during accumulation. Moreover, the longitudinal physical differences in crude oil properties are mainly attributed to the longitudinal differences in the pore throats. The difference in the pore throat and physical properties of crude oil affords differences in the productivity of horizontal wells in different subzones.

Programming skills (PS) are indispensable abilities in the information age, but the current research on PS cultivation mainly focuses on the teaching methods and lacks the analysis of program features to explore the differences in learners' PS and guide programming learning. Therefore, the purpose of this study aims to explore horizontal differences and vertical changes in PS of learners aged 18 to 25 and facilitate the discovery of programming features and behaviors to guide the acquisition of PS through an experiment of statistical analysis and cluster analysis of 2,400 Python programs in four programming tasks. The research found the characteristics and main differences of PS reflected in the function call, interactive loop and several structures nesting. Simple programming task to medium-difficulty programming task is the most important link in programming learning. Furthermore, the research also showed that the difference in program structure is the core and foundation. The difference in type and quantity in simple structure, nested structure and mixed-use of structures is regular, which is an important factor to determine whether the program runs efficiently and whether the programming task can be solved. Finally, some heuristic ideas were put forward to help learners optimize programs and solve programming difficulties, which was of great guiding significance to PS learning.

Programming has received extensive attention for the embodiment of computational thinking (CT) skills. However, the lack of in‐depth research on the characteristics of college students' CT skills in text‐based programming learning has resulted in the unknown distribution characteristics and evolution patterns of their CT skills, which cannot effectively constitute an effective tracking analysis of their CT skills, thus affecting the cultivation of creative thinking and problem‐solving skills for them. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to explore the characteristics of college students' CT skills through text‐based programming work and discover the overall characteristics, individual differences and evolutionary patterns of their CT skills on the relation between text‐based programming and CT skills through data analysis. It was found that there are roughly five categories of CT difference and four major categories with nine subcategories of CT evolution among college students. The results showed that the Control and Data skills were the students' dominant skills. In contrast, Algorithm skills were relatively weak. Only about 1/3 of the students had the phenomenon of continuous skill improvement, and programming learning did not have a significant impact on the improvement of CT skills for some students. Finally, we propose several suggestions for CT skills development strategies in response to the students' characteristics in CT skills. The study can not only fill the gaps of the current study but also identify the evolutionary characteristics of students' CT skills, which can effectively intervene in college students' programming learning and help improve their CT skills.
