Photodetectors based on two-dimensional materials have attracted significant attention due to their unique structure and outstanding optoelectronic properties. However, large dark current and extended response time have become bottlenecks for further practical application. In this work, a WS2/AsP van der Waals heterojunction (vdWHs) with a type-II band structure has been fabricated. The built-in electric field at the interface can effectively suppress dark currents and separate photo-generated charge carriers, enhancing photoelectric characteristics. At room temperature, the device exhibits a switching ratio of 107 and a rectification ratio of 105. Under a 532 nm laser illumination, the photodetector presents outstanding characteristics: the detectivity exceeds 1.72 × 1013 jones, the responsivity achieves approximately 14.6 A W−1, the external quantum efficiency reaches up to 4120%, and the response time is in the millisecond range. Reconstructing functional gene regulatory networks (GRNs) is a primary prerequisite for understanding pathogenic mechanisms and curing diseases in animals, and it also provides an important foundation for cultivating vegetable and fruit varieties that are resistant to diseases and corrosion in plants. Many computational methods have been developed to infer GRNs, but most of the regulatory relationships between genes obtained by these methods are biased. Eliminating indirect effects in GRNs remains a significant challenge for researchers. In this work, we propose a novel approach for inferring functional GRNs, named EIEPCF (eliminating indirect effects produced by confounding factors), which eliminates indirect effects caused by confounding factors. This method eliminates the influence of confounding factors on regulatory factors and target genes by measuring the similarity between their residuals. The validation results of the EIEPCF method on simulation studies, the gold-standard networks provided by the DREAM3 Challenge and the real gene networks of Escherichia coli demonstrate that it achieves significantly higher accuracy compared to other popular computational methods for inferring GRNs. As a case study, we utilized the EIEPCF method to reconstruct the cold-resistant specific GRN from gene expression data of cold-resistant in Arabidopsis thaliana. Background: Scant evidence exists among the different psychological issues between patients with breast cancer and their spouses. The objective of our study was to develop the measuring instrument testing psychological reaction and compare the difference in psychological reaction between patients with breast cancer and their spouses during the period of diagnosis and treatment.Method: The semi-structured interview guideline was guided by the psychological stress model. In-depth interviews were conducted among patients with breast cancer and their spouses. Qualitative data was used to establish the item pool for the psychological reaction. Delphi method was used for item modifications. The items were conducted to find common factors through exploration factor analysis. Comparing the differences of common factors through t-test between patients with breast cancer and their spouses.Results: Five couples were interviewed directed by the semi-structured interview guideline. About 38 items were reserved to formulate the questionnaire through the Delphi method. A total of 391 respondents (216 patients and 175 spouses) were recruited to complete the questionnaire. Two common structures were found through exploration factor analysis, which was named as reaction to role and body image change and negative coping reaction. The t-test found that the dimension of reaction to role and body image change (95% CI = 2.34–5.01, p < 0.001) reflects the difference between patients with breast cancer and their spouses.Conclusion: The reactions to role and body image change between patients with breast cancer and their spouses are different during the period of diagnosis and treatment. Clinical workers should pay attention to the different reactions and help couples deal with breast cancer smoothly.

Leucine-rich repeat receptor-like proteins (LRR-RLPs), a major group of receptor-like proteins in plants, have diverse functions in plant physiology, including growth, development, signal transduction, and stress responses. Despite their importance, the specific roles of kiwifruit LRR-RLPs in response to biotic and abiotic stresses remain poorly understood. In this study, we performed family identification, characterization, transcriptome data analysis, and differential gene expression analysis of kiwifruit LRR-RLPs. We identified totals of 101, 164, and 105 LRR-RLPs in Actinidia chinensis 'Hongyang', Actinidia eriantha 'Huate', and Actinidia chinensis 'Red5', respectively. Synteny analysis revealed that the expansion of kiwifruit LRR-RLPs was primarily attributed to segmental duplication events. Based on RNA-seq data from pathogen-infected kiwifruits, we identified specific LRR-RLP genes potentially involved in different stages of pathogen infection. Additionally, we observed the potential involvement of kiwifruit LRR-RLPs in abiotic stress responses, with upstream transcription factors possibly regulating their expression. Furthermore, protein interaction network analysis unveiled the participation of kiwifruit LRR-RLP in the regulatory network of abiotic stress responses. These findings highlight the crucial roles of LRR-RLPs in mediating both biotic and abiotic stress responses in kiwifruit, offering valuable insights for the breeding of stress-resistant kiwifruit varieties.
